Bio: David Ann Spencer joined the Cyber Initiative to save his sister after she was kidnapped and replaced for the Spartan-II project, and to save her flash clone from her terminal condition. Despite suspecting and later confirmed that the girl that the police found wasn't Daisy, he still view and treat the clone like a little sister and hate how she was just cloned knowing she would suffer and agonizing death. After suffering an accident due to chasing after his missing sister when she temporarily escaped the program and returned home only to be forced back. He suffered severe injuries requiring all of his limbs to be replaced and majority of his organ to be replaced particularly with CNT limbs and cybernetically enhanced organs. He holds a deep self-loathing and rage blaming himself for his sister abduction, and a deep mistrust for the UEG and UNSC though he believes they can be fixed and has a hatred for ONI and particularly Halsey.

Bio: One of the very first Cybers, and as such was a voluntary test subject for the many of the technologies that didn't quite pan out. One of them being a cerebral implant that allowed him with focus control specially programmed nanites to make blade weapons, soften blows, and other applications. The only flaw to this enhancement is that the extra nanomachines add a few pounds to histotal body weight, and when activate the microscopic machines emit from his pores or microscopic cracks in his suit giving him the appearance of constantly emitting a thin cloud of 'smoke'(which he uses with smoke grenades to obscure his movements) reducing his sneaking ability to a degreeand it requires training and mediation to control properly since the machines are sensitive to his thoughts and emotions.He can also vibrate his nanomachines at high speedsto produce a lethal amount of heat energyto cook his opponents from the outside or inside. Being the fastest of his team he is often used as a scout.

Before joining the Vanguards he was top contender to join the ODSTs during his service in the Marine corpsdeclining because he wanted to spend more time with his family. During his service with the corp s he married his childhood crush, Martha Ross, and had a daughter together naming her Kelly. Things were good for a time, the Black Vanguards paid well(slightly more than enough for his family live comfortably.), he made some new friends like Michael Toryama(the man who later become Sektor.) who lost his wife in an accident and his son who died of Metabolic Cascade Failure before he joined the Black Vanguards,and didn't place too many demands on him aside from the ODST level training he went through and the two weeks training he goes through every month. Everything was good until his daughter's 6thbirthday when she just disappeared when sneaked away from her birthday party at the park reserve and into the forest. The police, friends, and family spend a whole day looking for, and none looked more ferociously then Charlie and his wife. They finally found her the next day, but both parents notice something off about their daughter, but didn't paid heed chalking it to shock from the kidnapping, they were just happy she was back. Then tragedy struck as their daughter started to become severely sick with doctors saying there was nothing they could do. Blaming herself Martha fell into a deep depression eventually overdosing on anti-depression pills leaving only Charlie to with the grief of watching his dying daughter, but also the loss of his wife with Micheal(who can sympathize with him)for support.

One day Sarah came to him and told him what really happened to his daughter and who was responsible. To say he felt betrayed would be an understatement, he served them loyally for 10 years and this how they repay him by stealing his daughter! He accepted her offer to join the Cyber Initiative along with Micheal who found the same thing happened to his son. Feeling great sympathy and love for the clone of his daughter he had her with Sarah help Cryogenically frozen in hopes of curing her one day. He promised himself one day he would get his daughter back and cure his the clone of his daughter and make anyone remotely responsible for violating his family pay. And after Sektor's and few others betrayal he is now hunting them along with Cyrax and Deadshot lead by Sub-Zero(Richard.). He has a strong mistrust and hatred of ONI, and a mistrust of the UNSC.

An elite team of Cybers specializing in explosive, demolition and complete and utter destruction of a target in a fiery blaze. Though their stealth abilities are lacking, they make up with being very good at destroying their target with a wide range of explosive and any other incendiary devices. They are best used for low stealth missions with little need for damage control.
