Before I start, I'm going to say something. I am currently re doing The Boy Who Left, but it won't be up soon because I'm a full time student. Also, this is a one shot I wrote while on a coffee high.

It was a cold, September night when Augustus was born, into a family in need of an heir. The inheritance laws stated that if the husband died, the wife got the inheritance, unless there was a male heir. Her plans were perfect! If she had a daughter, she would be rich, beyond anyone's wildest dreams! But no, she had a son.

"Well, if he dies, it will all go to me.", she thought, as a dastardly plan went into her head.

"Fatten the boy up, until he could barely do anything, his heart will have too much stress on it to work. He will die, and I would look like a mother who cared too much. Then, I'll kill my husband, and I'll be rich, free."

It was his fourth birthday, and he was too fat to fit through the doors. He'll die any day now, she thought. She was wrong, and he lived, somehow. He hadn't seen a vegetable in his life and he was still alive, how could this happen?

On his 8th birthday, she tried to poison him, but it didn't work. He ate too much for the food to be absorbed. The boy was near unkillable without it looking like murder, and they lived alone.

It was his 12th birthday when a wonderful event was announced, Wonka was letting 5 children into his factory! She could bribe the man with Augustus's trust fund to kill him, and she'd be scot free! She smiled, because this plan couldn't fail!

It failed miserably.

Mrs. Gloop died 6 months later from a stroke caused by stress, at the age of 38.

Augustus realized that it could have been him, started eating healthier and exercising regularly, and lived to the old age of 84.

Meanwhile, Charlie lived happily in the chocolate factory with his family and the oompa loompas. He worked with Wonka until Wonka died at the age of 87. He then took over the business and created all kinds of new chocolates and candies. When his father died, at the age of 72, he decided it was time to find an heir. He decided to put out five more golden tickets. After the event, he had an heir. His name was Johnny.
