Forecast... Sunny

I groaned as my alarm clock woke me up once again, now… before you get anything in your head, I got enough sleep! Chie was not in my… Then I rolled over to see Chie sleeping next to me. Shit… now I seem like a pervert. I was about to say something to wake her up; that was until I saw her face. It looked like a little kid trying to sleep, she had a serious case of bedhead, her mouth was open slightly, and she was stretched out across the whole bed. It was a good thing I got up an hour before I had to leave, and it took half an hour for me to get ready, on school days, but I needed to go to the store today. Though from the looks of it, Chie was gonna need just a little longer. With her hair literally everywhere, and then my stomach started to growl.

I winced as the sound reverberated through the air. Okay, I'm over exaggerating a bit, but it was still enough to stir Chie from her rest. Well, not the best way to wake up your girlfriend, but not the worst either. Man, everything that was happening right now made me think how cute she looked. Chie rolled over a groaned a little, after a minute she rolled over again and slowly opened her eyes. She didn't do much to begin with; she just groaned. "Morning…"

"Good morning Chie." I smiled a bit… I was about to say something else… until her eyes shot open and she shot straight up and almost screamed, until she saw it was me. At which she suddenly got a little mad, and then proceeded to kick me in the chest and straight to the ground. "Ow, what the hell was that for!?"

"God, you idiot!" That's when I noticed that she was bright red, and she then quickly ran out of my room. Now I was bright red, realizing what it would look like we did. So, now it was gonna be very much so awkward for us to talk to each other for a day or so… man I hope Kanji wasn't gonna get back to school soon. Please get the stomach flu and have to stay away for another week so that it won't be weird!

Well, this was gonna gonna end badly for me… and probably everyone else, but I was gonna be the first person to go down with the ship. I hate hated my life at that moment, I could only guess what Chie was thinking, of course… when I asked her later, I almost got a Galactic Punt to the face! You all know how that would have ended! I was done asking about this day after that. "I'm gonna die now… aren't I?"

"Oh, hell yeah!" Will was smirking at me from my doorway. Great, now another person to never let me live this down! "I'll arrange the funeral today!"

"Oh, screw you too!" I stood up and decided it was time to get ready. Wait… what the hell!? "I thought you had to work you ass!?"

"Not today, I'm free today!" I grinned evilly at that thought. Oh, I was gonna get him good now! I bet Yukiko didn't know he was off… oh, I could be evil when I wanted to!

"Okay." Time to put my evil scheme into action… and to, you know… um… save myself from the wrath of pissed Chie. Or at least try, boy, this was gonna be an awkward day…

Time Change: Earlier in the Morning to Daytime

Location Change: Home to Junes

"Gah, stupid storm…" I turned around to see Yosuke walk up to the table and practically fall into the chair. I could kinda see bags under his eyes, guess he didn't get much sleep then.

"What did weather ever do to you?" I grinned evilly at him. I needed something to take my mind off of what happened this morning at the moment. I would have taken King Moron yelling at me, and that's saying something! "Also, why are you here so earlier?"

"The power at my house kept flickering, so it kept my whole family up till two! I also had to work today." I couldn't help it, I had to laugh. That was one of the worst excuses to yell at the weather, come on, losing your home is so much worse. Still, Yosuke gave me the evil eyes, which with the bags made it even funnier! "Come on can't you be a little sympathetic?"

"Nope, not until the day you get hit by a car!" After a moment, we both started laughing like mad men.

"Then I won't be sorry for you until the day you fall off a cliff!" After a moment, we both calmed down almost instantly. Hard to believe that a moment ago I was freaking out about this morning! Though, every way I found to try and talk to Chie made it sound like I was just try to save my own hide. So yeah, I was happy I was able to get a good laugh in… even though I was still worried about what was gonna happen with Chie. Man I must sound like a dick right now… "Hey, did you hear? Also, why are you here?"

"I'm shopping for some things to get me through the week, just got hungry though, and hear what?" I put my hand up by my ear. "All I hear is you."

"Very funny, but seriously, Kanji is supposed to be back tomorrow. I had to have turned instantly pale; oh good god, I'm a dead man if Chie doesn't talk to me today, or before lunch tomorrow. "We need to talk to him about what happened. Hopefully this time we get a lead or something!"

"Crap…" I just about became the most depressed person you could have ever met… until I heard a familiar voice. Only instead of making me happier, it scared the ever loving crap outta me!

"Are you okay Kreed? You look pale." I just about jumped to a defensive stance as Chie sat down in her seat next me. I was confused why she was at Junes, but still. She didn't even seem mad at me! Which made me very much so confused. Why was she not trying to kill me? It honestly could have been just embarrassment in that moment only.

"Y-yeah, just kinda tired I guess." I didn't wanna look scared to her, but I guess she saw through the mask I had quickly and sloppily slapped on. So much for not being scared… damn. "I was tired when I woke up this morning."

Chie instantly went red the moment the words left my mouth, of course that made me blush too, well that's one way to get your color back. Yosuke was completely confused, he just wanted to know way we were blushing. Knowing him, he'd be a gossipy bitch about the whole deal. At least I think, I don't know, I was reading a comic with a character like that around that time, I think that would have been that character… not Yosuke. That's beside the point! Chie and me, both did not want anyone to know about what happened, the only reason I'm telling you, is I don't think you'd tell Yosuke, or Yukiko, or even Teddie!

"Um, Kreed?" Chie now avoided eye contact. I was kinda worried about this now… I'm a dead man! I just know it! "Can we train later today…?"

I stopped dead, Chie was serious about training, so why would she…? And why did she seem so embarrassed? "We need to talk, right?" I swallowed hard, I was worried that I was in trouble. Was this the end for us?

"There's… there's something that I want to say."

"Okay."

"What the hell is wrong with you guys?"

"Shut up Yosuke!"

Time Change: Morning to After School

I made my way to the shopping district, just by the meat stand. I was scared she was gonna break up with me still. God, what the hell was wrong with me, it was just a misunderstanding! She wouldn't do that… would she? I finally got into visual range of Chie took a deep breathe! "Yo!"

I quickly turned to see Chie waved at me, I was just a little nervous when I saw her, just I little. I smiled still, she seemed happy enough. Though, I did have a headphone that started playing the worst song at the worst time! "Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say. I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way. For all the dirty looks, the photographs your boyfriend took, Remember when you broke your foot from jumping out the second floor?" I swear this thing hated me sometimes… "I'm not okay, I'm not okay, I'm not okay. You wear me out."

"Hey, s-so you wanted to talk?" I swallowed hard as the song continued to prove how insane I really was. Fricking MCR, why must you toy with me!? "Before or after training?"

"Actually…" Chie started to fidget little. I started trying to count the days that we had been going out. It was July and we started on the first of May, so it was a little over two months. "I just want to talk for a bit… C-Could we go somewhere more private?"

"Y-Yeah, I know just the place."

Location Change: Yasogami High to Floodplain

Before you say anything… it was long enough after school, that only one person was here, that old fisherman guy. We weren't going near the water though, we went to the little, um… picnic area. I think it was a picnic area, I still don't know what to call it. "It's the best that I could come up, sorry…"

"I-It's okay." Chie sighed and plopped down on the bench. She still fidgeted a bit, I sat down next to her.

"You okay?" I started to rub her back. It calmed her a bit, but still, she couldn't sit still. I was no longer worried about me, but now I was scared about her.

"A-About this morning…" Chie now looked at me. W-What about this morning, god this woman knew how to leave a guy in suspense at times. "I-I'm sorry about hitting you, a-and waking up in your bed."

We sat there in silence for a bit. I stopped almost instantly, we both got worried that the other person was mad about this morning? Your, j-joking right? This, was actually…

At that moment, I started laughing. I couldn't help it, this was absolutely hilarious! Chie just glared at me, she was seriously worried about that! "What's so funny?"

"W-we were scared a-about the same thing!" She just stared at me for a moment. The worst thing that could happen was she would be mad at me for a week! After a moment or two of me still laughing like a madman… Chie joined in with me laughing our asses off. It took a while but after an hour or so we finally were able to catch our breath. "So, um… yeah, the storm didn't up last night, at least, that's what Yosuke said."

"Yeah, I had trouble getting to sleep…"

"So that explains it."

"Explains what?"

"Why you were there. Ow, why the hell did you hit me"

"For bringing it up again, Kreed."

That was quick, I will try and update this quickly all the time! Sorry if this one wasn't the best of quality. Anyway for those of you who know what the schedule of the game, you know what the next chapter is, that and Yosuke mentioned it in the chapter. Anyway, hope you enjoyed and please provide feedback!
