Now, just to let you know italic doesn't just mean a different language now, as I am finally using translated versions of Japanese songs, so they will also signify the start of a song.

Forecast… Cloudy/Rain

Wednesday

"Ugh…" I sighed as I walked to school with Em, we both had headphones in, actually listening to Headphone Actor, a song from the Kagerou Project. It was an extremely average day. Without a single obstacle in my path. Until I was bored, listening to the radio, and I heard this voice that said: "It's very unfortunate I have to say this, But the world is going to end today." I sighed even louder this time… Em actually got me kinda scared to meet Chie's family… and this song did not help me one bit…

"Well that's a serious sounding sigh if I've ever heard one mate." I just about jumped twenty feet into the air, making Em almost jump down the hill.

"What the hell James!?" God I wanted to punch him. "Don't sneak up on me like that!"

"I think I just saw my life flash before my eyes…" Em almost started to hyperventilate a little. "If I die cause of either of you, I will kill you!"

"Man, and to think we got our hopes up yesterday too…" Did… yeah, I did… I forgot to mention that yesterday we heard about a the truth of the school campout and it just being community service… "Now, I'm freaking out…"

"Hey, calm down now." James held his hands in front of him as if I was about to punch him just because I wanted to doesn't me I would. "You seem a little on edge there."

"It's not a thing to be worried about." I rubbed the back of my neck and started to keep walking as it seemed that the weather was still on the dot correct… as it started to lightly rain, I didn't even try to hide under my umbrella. "Whatever happens, happens."

"Well he's extra cheerful today," James opened his umbrella as him and Em started to follow behind me. "I'd hate to ask but happened to him?"

"I think I scared him, after all he is eating with Chie's family tonight."

"Oh, scared of the folks?"

"Yep."

"Understandable."

Time Change: Morning to After School

Location Change: Floodplain to Yasogami High

I was gathering my stuff up to go get ready to eat at Chie's when Yosuke brought Yu over to me. "Hey, guess what I just heard!"

"I have no idea Yosuke." Yu raised his shoulders a bit in confusion. I just yawned for a moment and looked back at him.

"Exactly what Yu just said." To be honest, with Yosuke this could have gone in any direction. I was hoping to god that it wasn't going where it sounded like.

"I guess its more like smooshing?" Yosuke seemed to be looking for the right words to use now, like he just couldn't figure out what he wanted to say.

"Yosuke," Yu looked at him with a straight face. "We are both confused and have now idea what you are saying, please start from the beginning."

"Sorry," Yosuke finally realized he sounded like a mad man. More than I do half the time anyway. "I got ahead of myself. What I mean is…" Yosuke started looking around the room.

"Yosuke just tell us, you look like you're trying to sell us drugs." I rolled my eyes him, seriously there is no better way to look shady then to see if anyone is watching you. A lesson I would have hoped he learned after he brought the weapons into the Junes food court!

"What the hell!?" I had to laugh a little at Yosuke's expression. "Look, I'm talking about how, when there's a girl sitting behind you on a motorcycle, they press right up against your back."

"A motorcyle?" Both me and Yu said, why was this important?

"Man you guys are thicker than I thought…" As the words left Yosuke's mouth, me and Yu rolled your eyes. "Anyway. I think motorcycles are the new hot thing for guys. Girls like guys who spend time outdoors right?"

"That depends on the girl Yosuke." Yu sighed at our friend's statement.

"Yeah, I agree with Yu."

"Whatever, just look." Yosuke put something down on my desk. "I got you guys this. Wanna get your licenses with me?"

"Seriously..." Me and Yu exchanged a look of horror… "Um, sure… but I gotta go do something now… Bye Yosuke, Yu, good luck…"

"Wait Kreed!" Yosuke tried to call after me but I was already out the door as Kanji was walking hi.

"Oh, hi Kreed-senpai."

"Hi Kanji, bye!" I quickly slid the door shut and sighed as I headed for the stairs… time to get ready for that dinner… If I didn't die that is…

Time Change: After School to Evening

Location Change: Yasogami High to Satonaka house

So now you are probably wondering what I did to get ready, well, to be honest, not much… other than I finally took my hat off in public again my hair had grown long enough to cover the scar on my head. I ruffled my hair to get rid of the hat hair I have every day now. Then I changed into another button down I had that was a grey and blue jeans. I gulped hard as I pulled at my t-shirt's collar. Finally taking a deep breath I finally knocked on the door to Chie's. From inside I could hear a woman's voice from inside. "Chie, the door!"

"Got it mom!" I heard someone run from up the stairs and suddenly the door opened and Chie was standing in front of me in her casual clothes that she usually does, you know, the light green jacket with the yellow seams and collar, with the yin-yang symbol on the back of it with the white tank top on under it and a black jean skirt. She stopped at for a moment when she saw me. Then her shocked expression changed to a bright smile. "Kreed!"

"Hey Chie." I smiled rubbing the back of my neck until Chie grabs my wrist and dragged me into the house. "Holy… sl-slow down Chie!?"

"Sorry," Chie smiled back at me as I was practically shoved into her kitchen. There was a woman standing there who had just turned around to see me and Chie enter the room. She had long brown hair that curled at the ends, she was just barely taller than me, she was wearing a t-shirt with jeans and an apron on. She held a knife in her hand. "Well hello, you must be this Kreed-kun that my daughter couldn't stop talking about recently."

"Mom!" Chie's face got the bright shade of pink that she had gotten when she was trying to gather the courage to confess to me back in May. I couldn't help but laugh a little bit, I honestly thought it was kinda cute. Then again, what about Chie had I not said about that since we started going out. I guess if I were to fight a shadow again from me again, it'd just fawn over Chie.

"Hello," I closed my eyes and smiled at Chie's mom. I was kinda nervous, I mean come on, I was meeting Chie's parents. "Mrs Satonaka."

I quickly looked back at Chie. "I thought you were nervous about me coming over."

"No," Chie smiled at me again. "I was nervous about what your answer would be."

"Ok understood."

"So," Chie's mom start chopping away again. "Chie's dad is actual not going to be home tonight, he got called in for overtime. Also dinner will be ready in about an hour, Chie, if you wanna show him around the house you can."

Chie grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the room. "Just stay decent!"

"Mom!"

So, I had to not think about the fact that I was now in Chie's room to keep myself from blushing. It's not like it was a mess with stuff I shouldn't see, just I was alone in my girlfriend's room with her… Yeah, you can understand now. The room was laid out with plenty of space for Chie to practice, but there was also a red punching bag hanging from the ceiling and training equipment on the wall next to the window. On the wall to the right of that was Chie's desk and shelves, plus an entertainment stand with a nice small flat screen, her bed was against the other wall with a post of what I believed was a Bruce Lee movie. Everything on the right wall was covered with pictures, books and stuffed animals everywhere. All in all, it was a nice room, especially for a girl like Chie, it was set up perfectly for her.

So Chie, sighed heavily as I sat down on her bed. "Sorry about my mom, she just found out about you the other day, and I just told her about you."

"Don't worry," I smiled brightly at the girl. "Remember when Em showed up?"

"Yeah," Chie smiled even brighter as she put her hands on her hips the way she always does. "I guess this is a case of 'Don't think, feel.'"

"Well we are going to eat soon," I stood up and lightly punched the bag. "'Don't think, eat!" We both laughed, I was just surprised that I remembered her saying that oh, so long ago. Even though it was just over a month ago. After the laughing subsided I just looked at her. "Hard to believe its almost been two months since I moved here."

"Yeah," Chie still smiled at me, it was a warm smile, the like pink blush slowly finding its way to her cheeks. "I'm happy I met you…"

"You make it sound like I'm going to leave." I spread my arms out to my sides. "I'm not going anyway, even after we solve the case."

Chie smiled and actually walked up to me and wrapped her arms around my neck, and I put my hands on her hips and I started to rock back and forth. Chie then replied to me, but her voice was almost a whisper. "I know… Kreed-kun…"

"Chie…" I took a deep breath. "Can you call me by my actual name…"

Chie didn't move her head from my chest, but I could feel her smile. "Kris… thank you for always being there for me…"

"I could say the same Chie." I took one hand off of her side and grabbed my ipod, I put one earphone in my ear and one in Chie's. I looked for the right song, and pressed play. "It was an instrumental piece from a videogame that I played, the song was called For River. We kept rocking side to side to the song. Eventually, Chie looked up at me near the end of the song, and we leaned in closer to each other slowly, just as the song was ending, we ended it with a kiss.

We didn't know it, but Chie's mom was outside of the room smiling as we swayed. Dinner was good though… didn't do much other than eat and make small talk about school and where in the states I was from, and how had adjusted to the new culture. Me and Chie held hands under the table, like the corny couple that we were. By the time I had to leave, the run had finally let up, which I forgot that it was still doing that when I got here. Yet Mrs. Satonaka stayed in the house as Chie come out to the street with me. "That was fun!"

"Yeah," Chie smiled as we got to the end of her block. "I wish we could do this again."

"Well," I stopped walking as I was about to turned to go down the street to go home. "I sure as hell will say yes again!"

"I'll see you tomorrow Kre-Kris." I smiled and quickly leaned in and kissed Chie on the cheek. The blush returned to her face.

"Bye Chie." All in all… it was a good day.

Ok, so I did warn you guys that it would take more time to write, I'm just lucky I got to this point when I did… thank you soda and live streams! Also, I didn't put Chie's dad in here, because I just couldn't think of how he should react! Anyway, thank you guys for reading as far as you have. So, hope you enjoyed and I would love your guys' feedback!
