Forecast… Cloudy/Rain

Friday

"Wait, wait." I sat there with Will at Junes's food court, it was raining pretty good now. Yukiko and Chie where with us but they went to get food. "You have a date with Yukiko?"

"W-well its not really a date," Will blushed as he rubbed the back of his neck. Looking at the ground, you could easily tell he was embarrassed. "She said that she did the same thing with the Narukami guy that you guys know as well."

"Okay, so its still a bit of a deal dude." I had very easily figured out that Will had a crush on Yukiko, well before this exact moment. Yukiko was a nice enough girl, and Will really had a thing for her, that much was obvious. He might as well have stood outside her window and played sappy love songs. I would have payed to see that one. "Come on man, you know you like her, so I say you go for it, what do you have to lose?"

"My job."

"Oh, yeah… right, forgot about that one…"

"Yeah." Will looked down at the table and sighed heavily. After a moment of silence, Will looked back up to me. "So how did you and Chie start going out?"

"Um…" No I didn't forget, I just was kinda embarrassed by it. "Well, we uh, we stopped this group of bullies from trying to steal this little kids money, after that, it just… happened…"

"Bull."

"Are you kidding me right now?" I raised my brow at my friend's reaction. "You are calling bull on that but not the fact that we jump into a TV to save people?"

"Ok ok, point taken." Will raised his hands up in defense. "Speaking of you and Chie, where were you last night?"

I had to force myself not to feel embarrassed now, last night, I accidently fell asleep in Chie's bed with Chie. Luckily we were able to get out of the house before her parents started to question where I went. "Didn't Chie tell you, I wasn't feeling the best so I slept on her family's couch."

"Sure you did."

"Do not start this game with me boy." I pointed at him to make my point, heh, get it? Nevermind, anyway it was at this point that the girls came back.

"So I was able to get us both steak!" Chie said as she placed the steaming piece of meat in front of me, I fist pumped as Chie sat next to me, I know she didn't roll her eyes or anything because she knew she did the same thing.

"You are the best girlfriend ever!" I quickly hugged her, which caused her face to warm up with Will and Yukiko still here.

"W-well we both got one…" Chie did return the hug when it happened but was quick to look at her food and started cutting into the same time I did. Yukiko sat back down next to Will and set a plate down in front of him.

"So what were you guys talking about?" Yukiko started to eat a salad that she got for herself. Though the moment the words left her mouth, Will's face turned as red as a red delicious apple.

"NOTHING!"

"Geez calm down there cowboy!" I put my hands up defensively. "Don't need to yell, the whole floor can hear you."

We talked about random things from that point on, me and Chie didn't feel like telling anyone about yesterday, it was one of the worst things that I had ever done. I think we were worried for different reasons, I was scared that the rest of the group would reject me, Chie was probably more scared that I would remove myself from the group if anyone knew. So we tried to avoid it as best we could.

Eventually it was time for us to leave, though Chie was able to get the okay to have dinner at my place from her parents, especially since my mom was actually going to be there for once. In all truth Yukiko was also able to get the okay, so meh, we all headed for my house.

Time Change: After School to Evening

Location Change: Junes to Home

"MOTHER!" I screamed at the woman as she had to stop herself from laughing, apparently she found a version of a game that she wanted to play with Chie and this game… oh this game… was Cards Against Humanity… Of course she reads out one of the cards as I'm trying to cut a special creation of mine. I swear, with some of things I eat, people must think I'm a college student… "Can you just not!"

"Why not sweetie?" She leaned forward as she pulled out another card. "See this one isn't as bad. 'A disappointing birthday.'"

"That one is just sad though." Em spoke up as Chie and Yukiko looked horrified at some of the cards that they found in that deck of cards. Em brought six plates over to me so I could place the food on them. Will just shook his head as he grabbed an Original Flavored Ramune soda from the fridge. "Still better than the 'biggest bla-'"

"WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS RIGHT NOW!" I handed Em a plate of my special BBQ Noodles and beef. Seriously all this was is ramen noodles with beef and bbq just no extra water.

"Hey I'm just saying." Em shrugged as she placed the first plate in front of Chie. I handed the second one to Will and he placed it in front of Yukiko. "I just surprised you were able to find a version of the game in Japanese Mom."

"Oh I had to special order it." She seemed way too happy about that. It was literally a horrible game for horrible people. Would have to play it some day, but definitely not tonight. Em placed the third plate in front of Mom as she started to put the cards away. "Speaking of special, I think I found a place for me to stay without crashing you lovers nest."

Chie and me grew bright red. "IT IS NOT LIKE THAT MOTHER!"

Em started laughing, I could not wait till I found out who she liked so Mom could torture her. Though Mom did have me curious now. Em beat me to the punch though. "Where at?"

"Inaba may be a little smaller but I found a nice little apartment complex in town closer to Okina city I think it is…"

"Yes ma'am that's right." Yukiko bowed slightly to my mom, she rolled her eyes and decided to express this.

"Come on Yukiko-chan, don't be like that, you can express yourself how you want here, no need for the formalities that high, you can just call me Miss Richards." It must have been a little weird for Yukiko to deal with a guest to the inn at a family gathering that wasn't related to her.

"Okay," Yukiko bowed again. "Thank you Miss Richards."

"Oh my god!" Chie's eyes grew wide as she started to eat the meal before her and she loved it. "This is awesome!"

I smiled, proud of myself to please me girlfriend like that. I mean, I could have made her sick, so I think I'll take this alternative over that, I already knew what it was like to have her sick. "Glad you agree with me Chie." I shovelled another fork full into my mouth and started to chew.

"So Chie," I got scared as my mom started to talk, because she had a very, very, VERY evil smile on her face. There was one of two ways that this could go, either she just wanted to make me think she was going to embarrass me or- "How intimate have you and my son got?"

Chie and me both started to choke on our food, Em just made a pffft sound. Will just stared at my mom with a fork of food halfway in his mouth, and Yukiko just turned red. That was the most awkward thing that could have EVER been asked when we were EATING! "Oh, don't act like a bunch of children, I know how high school students act now adays."

She didn't get her answer at all, for which I am thankful for! Yukiko eventually left, my mom was staying in the inn still so she decided to go back with her, though soon we were going to have to help her move. I couldn't see what she was doing but my mom put her phone up to her ear as they walked out of the door. The last thing I remember was me and Chie watching a kung-fu movie on the couch together.

"Well you had a busy few days." I knew I was having that dream with the tall guy having tea again. Only this time, there was a large table with multiple seats and each seat and a different kind of theme to each one. There were nine in total including the seat the guy was sitting at. "I wonder how you are going to continue."

"What do you mean by that?"

"What do you think it means?"

"How should I know that?" I raised my eyebrows at the man who started to sip his tea. The table was still empty, except for the man drinking his tea.

"Well that would be for you to figure out, and it would ruin the fun of these talks." He looked to the head of the table which had a very velvet like design to it, as well as it looking kinda like a throne. "You missed my guess last night, he does send his condolences for not being able to stay longer, he does owe you so much to the point that he may never be able to repay you for it once the whole thing comes to an end. He did, or is it he does want me too, mhmmm, oh well. He wants you to know that if you ever want his help again all you have to do is ask, though he will decide if you can do the thing you called him to help with by himself before he helps."

"That makes little to no sense…" I shook my head, a person in a dream that I have NEVER seen was saying that if I needed help it would just show up? What the fuck people…

"So would you like to try that question again before you wake up?" The man smiled down at me again as he sipped his tea even still. I wanted to know who this man was but I just jumped her, so I guess that it wasn't going to happen. He was just so cryptic, but I think it was obvious who he was supposed to be. "Or would you like to just get back to reality?"

"Well its obvious that you're the Mad Hatter."

"I'm sorry, guess you're still not ready than." He looked sad as he smiled down at me and it slowly started to get lighter out. "You weren't too wrong though, I'll give you that much of a hint.

Time Change: Evening June 10 to Early Morning June 11

I woke up with someone poking my shoulder, I opened my eyes and look up to see Em with a smirk on her face. "Hmmmmm, what time is it?"

"Four thirty am," Em whispered into my ear. "I just couldn't sleep to night. So I just wanted to let you know I set an alarm for you two."

"Two?" I looked down and noticed a face snuggled up against my chest and an arm around my side. The short brown hair and green hoodie gave it away, but I also noticed a blanket on us. "How?"

"Mom called Chie's mom and asked her to bring her clothes," Em pointed to a bag on the table. "You were already asleep, Chie didn't fall asleep until almost midnight, she changed into pajamas before grabbing a blanket and snuggling up next to you."

I blushed slightly, I was still half awake, but I did notice that the jacket was actually a just thin shirt. I did one thing that came naturally for me. I fell the fuck back asleep, I did not care just decided that I was going to enjoy my girlfriend's company again before school. Also, god damn my mom was awesome!

So, you guys are probably wondering what took me so long to get this one out, well I started another story this one being a Mass Effect story. Also, I started working on a secret personal project that I will give details when that becomes a thing that happens. Anyway, it is about 1 am as I am finishing this, so I am going to pass the fuck out now... I hope you enjoyed and your feedback is welcome.
