It wasn't long I had fallen into a light sleep while he was holding onto me. In the middle of the night I woke up with Embry snuggled into my neck, breathing softly. I smiled and released his tight grasp from my body letting him sleep softly. I assumed Embry had picked me up and walked to the bed. I slowly left the bed careful not to wake him up.
Walking into the bathroom I grabbed a small wash cloth and covered it in cold water. Placing it on the back of my neck, I hung my head down as if I was giving up on something. I took a deep breath and removed the cloth from my neck. I wiped my face off as well with the cloth before placing it back into the sink. I turned back to watch Embry as he slept; this boy was starting to mean a lot more than just an imprint. I deeply inhaled his scent, these shifter senses were going to take some getting used to, but then again they were pretty freaking amazing. I walked to the window watching rain slowly drop from the dark nighttime sky.
Only a few minutes later did I feel warm arms tighten around my waist, and soft, warm lips pressed against my neck. I turned in my captor's arms and softly pecked his lips.
"What are you doing up?" I whispered quietly.
"I couldn't sleep with you gone. What happened? Are you alright?" He began to worry. I couldn't help but smile at how much he cared. I pressed my lips eagerly to his, and wrapped my arms around his neck. My hands roamed through his hair and softly pulled. He let out a small noise from his chest and I couldn't help but laugh at the small growl.
"What exactly was that?" Embry just rolled his eyes and dragged me back to the bed. I laughed at his reply as I fell on top of him. I couldn't help but have blood rush to my cheeks leaving a blush obvious on my cheeks and his hands didn't help at all. His hands began to move up and down my hips and I couldn't help but bite my lip. Blood continued to rush through my body continuously as his hands moved. I was at the point of not being able to stand it much longer. I pressed my lips to his and his hands stopped. Finally. We continued to kiss until a loud thunderstruck was heard and I jumped quickly up and faced the window.
"I hate storms." I muttered softly under my breath.
"Let me distract you from them…" he whispered softly in my ear. Suddenly I was pulled back onto the bed and Embry appeared on top of me; both of his hands by my head supporting his body up so that he wouldn't crush me.
"Mr. Call aren't we being a little naughty tonight?" I asked raising one of my eyebrows. He laughed and continued to lean forward pressing his lips towards mine. The last thing on my mind was the storm outside of this room. Sooner or later Embry and I had enough kisses and such we laid by each other and we fell into a sleep for the night.
Okay so don't hate me. I have realized how long it has been since I have written and I am truthfully sorry. I won't ever take this long to update again. I swear but let me tell you how much all of your reviews have meant to me. You guys are the only reason I actually came back to update this. Therefore I want to let you all help out.
