Just something that I put together. I hope you enjoy! If you have an idea that you want to see come to life, feel free to share. I be sure to give credit if I use it.

My mind isn't what is use to be. My thoughts stop to think about Eurus' torturous noise. Just about every cry, scream, laughter, and destructive sound sets me off. With my hands over my ears and my knees on the floor and I'm screaming- yelling for someone to turn it off. It usually ends with Sherlock holding me close, telling me everything is okay, that I'm home… When I wake up, whether I'm on the couch or in his bed, Sherlock is close by, making sure that I sleep peacefully.

"Here you go my dear." Mum interrupted my thought while handing me a cup of tea, "Stefani, is everything okay?"

"Mum-"

"Before you tell me everything is fine, just hear me out." She said, sitting next to me on the couch. I nodded my head while sipping my hot tea, "Sherlock told me everything. I understand if you're upset at your father and I, we wanted to tell you, we really did."

"What stopped you?" I looked her in the eyes, "Why did you tell me? Nobody knew Moriarty was my half-brother until he killed himself."

"Stefani, when you first came to live with us, you lived in your room. You ate your meals in there, played, colored, slept under your bed because you thought someone was going to harm you, if there was a TV in there you'd probably be watching it."

"Is there a point?"

"Stef," Sherlock intervened, "You isolated yourself in your bedroom. You talked to no one. You know exactly what her point is, don't pretend your not seeing it." He said sternly, "Your relationship with her might not be the best but without her I wouldn't have been here to take care you. Don't ever forget that." He stomped into the kitchen.

"I'm sorry… It's just been-"

"I know. It's okay." Mum pulled me in for a hug, "Everyone's been through a lot. I understand that."

~A few hours after Mum left~

"I'm sorry." I said standing in the doorway of the kitchen and the stairs.

"Why are you apologizing to me?" Sherlock asked with his back towards me, laying his cigarette on the ashtray.

"Because Mum wasn't the only person I hurt. I already lost someone I cared about… I don't need to lose you too."

"You never listen." He turned around, "You're stuck with me." He smiled.

"You know what I mean."

"I've been meaning to ask you something. I just never know when the right time is." He said.

"Yes, I go see a psychiatrist."

"But?" He sighed.

"Only if you talk to Molly."

"She doesn't want to talk to me." He said picking up his cigarette.

"She doesn't want to talk to you or you don't want to be the arrogant jerk you usually end up being?" He didn't say anything, "Sherlock, she loves you. You love her. Talk to her before I do it for you."

~3 Days Later~

"Mrs. Hudson just let Molly in." John said walking into the living while Sherlock hit a wrong string of notes, "You didn't know about this?"

"Stefani." Sherlock grunted turning his head towards the kitchen, "What did you do?"

"Oh, I didn't do anything." I said fixing my tea, "You're the one who texted her saying that you wanted to talk." I smiled walking into his bedroom.

Taking a deep breath and slowly loosening the tight grip on his violin, Mrs. Hudson walked Molly up the stairs. Before Sherlock could say anything to John, John had already gone upstairs to watch Rosamund take her nap. Setting the violin in his chair, Sherlock went to the kitchen to fix up a tray of tea.

"Sherlock?" Mrs. Hudson called.

"I'm here." He answered, carrying a tray of tea to the coffee table, "Hello Molly."

"Sherlock." She said playing with her scarf, "I can't stay very long, unfortunately. Is this going to take long?"

"Not at all. Thank you Mrs. Hudson." Sherlock said pushing her out the door. Taking a few deep breaths, Sherlock turned around to face Molly. "About that phone call…" He paused. Sherlock was at a lost for words.

"John told me what that was about. If that's all than-" She tried for the door only for Sherlock to grab the door knob.

"When you said it was true… Um…" He looked toward the ceiling, taking a deep breath and looking into Molly's eyes, "It wasn't just to save your life Molly…" Sherlock rubbed his hands on his face.

"Sherlock, you don't have to." Molly said softly, reaching for his hands.

"I love you." He said.

"Sherlock… Don't-"

"You don't have to say anything. I needed you to know, without your life being at risk, that I do love you." He said caressing Molly cheek.

Molly stared at Sherlock, almost in shock by what he said. Without thinking, she kissed him. And he kissed her back.

"So," She pulled away, "Dinner?"

"No." Molly looked confused and was about to say something but Sherlock snuck in the rest of his sentence, "A date."

Molly smiled, "Okay."

~Late that Night~

"How was the date?" I asked while Sherlock stepped into the living room.

Sherlock stared at me then gave a small grin saying, "You see your psychiatrist in the morning." He plopped on the couch next to me, resting his arm across my shoulder.

"Sherlock that's not-"

"It was great. Thank you." He placed a kiss on the side of my head.

"You're welcome, idiot."

"I am the smartest person here."

"And yet you still manage to be an idiot." I grinned.
