And more good news! From now on and until further notice, Lost will be a WEEKLY series! Every Tuesday Lost will have a new chapter! And to ease your worries, let me inform you that up to chapter 11 everything is ready to be published, chapter 12 is halfway done and I have the rough script for up to chapter 17! Of course, I will be making changes according to various reviews I get, to make the story suit more to the wider audience, cause that's how I like to roll; professional for my fans. Chapter 3: Troubles
Miyako yawned. She had to recount the story about Daisuke, the battle with Pharaohmon and the new information about the Tags multiple times. She felt like going back to the Digital World herself and spend a few days there so her mind could relax.
"I wonder what that new darkness is.." spoke aloud Koushiro. The older kids nodded.
"Whatever it is, we can't do much about it. It's up to the new Chosen Children to make sure it's down." shrugged Taichi. Sora glared at him.
"This doesn't mean we can just let them be!" she said.
"I didn't say that! But it's still.." made to say Taichi but Yamato interrupted.
"You can do this later. Now all we can do is find out what we can about this new darkness." said the teen, running his hand through his hair.
Iori was looking carefully at his Tag. Then he turned to Koushiro.
"Koushiro-san, didn't Gennai-san helped work on the previous Tags and Crests? He could know a few things about the new ones." he suggested. Koushiro hit his face with his palm, indicating the common notion, 'how didn't I think of it before?' Within seconds, he had grabbed his computer and stormed a large message towards Gennai. Jyou looked at the ceiling tired; he was studying the whole night before Takeru had called him. Wondering whether he should excuse himself and go to sleep a few hours, a yelp from Koushiro made him jump.
"What?" he asked.
"It's weird! I can't connect to Gennai-san! Not only that, the Digital Gate won't just show up!" he said. Hikari stood at once up. Pulling out her own pink D3, she pushed aside Koushiro.
"Let me try. Digital Gate! Open!"
Nothing happened.
"What? Digital Gate! Open! Open! OPEN!" yelled Hikari.
"Hikari-chan, calm down!" said Takeru, trying to get Hikari away from Koushiro's computer.
"But Daisuke-kun is still at the Digital World! If we can't open, he too might not be able to! What will happen if stays there?" cried Hikari.
All of a sudden, as Hikari finished her words, a loud explosion was heard.
"What the?"
"Is it a terrorist attack?"
Iori who was the closest to the window rushed to see outside. His jaw fell open.
"It's DarkTyrannomon!" he yelled.
"What? Here? No way!" yelled Miyako and rushed to see as well. Iori wasn't lying; the big black dinosaur was there, destroying the buildings around him in a rage. Patamon was flying over their heads, till he noticed something else as well.
"I see a Deltamon too! And Bakemon!" yelled Patamon.
"What so many Digimon do here? Isn't the Digital Gate closed as well? How could they show up here?" roared Taichi.
"We don't have time for this now! Your four! You must get there!" yelled Yamato. The new Chosen Children nodded and held up their Digivices. Koushiro opened the window.
"Let's do this!" said Miyako as the D3s shined bright.
"Poromon Shinka! Hawkmon!"
"Upamon Shinka! Armadimon!"
"Digimental UP!" came the voice of all four children, as their Digimon jumped out of the window (it wasn't high, Koushiro's new home was an one-roof house)
"Hawkmon Armor Shinka! The Wings of Love, Holsmon!"
"Armadimon Armor Shinka! The Unbreakable Knowledge, Digmon!"
"Patamon, Armor Shinka! The Galloping Hope, Pagasmon!" (Pegasmon is pronounced as Pegasumon)
"Tailmon Armor Shinka! Smile of Light, Nefertimon!"
The Children also rushed outside to cheer on their fellow Digimon. However, the enemy Digimon were far too many to handle. Every time they would defeat a Bakemon, three more would turn up in its place. Deltamon was too big of a guy to handle one on one, especially when you have too many Bakemon to back it up. DarkTyrannomon didn't make the situation easier either. He would lit a fire in every near building.
"It's horrible…" muttered Hikari. At her words, a Bakemon appeared. It's black gaze was fixed on Miyako.
"Hell's Hand!"

Bakemon! An Adult Virus Digimon! Nobody knows what's under that veil! Its special attack is a strong punch that comes from under the veil, Hell's Hand!
"Miyako-san!" roared Holsmon and flew to her side.
"Red Sun!"
The Bakemon was destroyed, but Deltamon appeared on its stead. Instead of wasting time on the Children, it focused on the flying Digimon.
Digimon Analyzer
Deltamon! An Adult Data Digimon! Deltamon has one skull hand and one that resembles a dinosaur! His special attack is Triple Vortex, three destructive balls of energy that come out from both his hands and from his mouth!
"Triple Vortex!"
The attack hit head on Holsmon and after a few agonizing and painful moments, Holsmon reverted back to Hawkmon. He was shaking badly.
"Hawkmon!" cried out Miyako and rushed to his side. All around them, the Bakemon were gathering, ready to strike at the defenseless pair. "Gold Rush!" roared Digmon, trying to protect his friends. He managed to destroy some of them but the remaining seemed even more eager to attack.
"Needle Rain!"
"Nile Jewelry!"
The two flying Digimon were also trying to help the fallen Hawkmon and Miyako and at the same time trying to hold back DarkTyranomon from attacking the rest of the Children. The Bakemon pushed back Digmon with their many attacks, while Deltamon fired yet another Vortex at them. Pagasmon and Nefertimon flew back to dodge them but this time they couldn't manage to dodge DarkTyranomon's attack.
"Nefertimon!" yelled Pegasmon and jumped in front to protect her. He received the attack head on and was forced to revert back to Patamon.
"Patamon!" yelled Takeru and rushed to his friend's side.
"Curse of Queen!" roared Nefertimon with all her might, successfully destroying DarkTyranomon.
Meanwhile, the Bakemon prepared to attack Miyako and Hawkmon.
"Miyako-san.. Run away!" called out the hurt Digimon.
"I won't leave you Hawkmon! We will run together!" cried Miyako and picked up the hurt hawk Digimon and made to run away. The Bakemon however, were faster than her.
"Hell's Hand!"
Miyako jumped and then fell to the ground, trying to protect Hawkmon with her body.
"MIYAKO-SAN!"
Miyako's D3 let out a bright light. The evolution light…
"Hawkmon Shinka! Aquilamon!"
The attack was blasted away from a huge wing by the now evolved Hawkmon. Aquilamon was a big bird, with two horns on his head.

Aquilamon! The evolved form of Hawkmon! Adult, Vaccine Type! Aquilamon is one of the fastest Digimon on air! His special attacks are Blast Rings, a ray of supersonic energy that he fires from his mouth and Guraido Horn, as he fires a thunderbolt from his horns!
"Hawkmon evolved.. To Aquilamon!" said weakly Miyako. Aquilamon smiled at her and then turned to face the many Bakemon.
"Blast Rings!" he yelled, completely destroying the Bakemon. Now, only one opponent remained; Deltamon. Aquilamon, Nefertimon and Digmon all turned to him. The large Digimon once more gathered energy and prepared to fire.
But the attack never came.
Instead, a hand passed through Deltamon's body. The Digimon looked at it fearfully as it slowly turned into bits of data. The data flew over to a tall Digimon who was levitating in the air with his black wings.
"Devimon!" roared Takeru.
Devimon turned his gaze to Takeru and Patamon. In his face, an evil smirk appeared.
"Hello there, crybaby. I see your pathetic Digimon was also revived. Perfect! I will take my revenge today!"

Devimon! An Adult Virus Digimon! After his fight with Angemon, Devimon's data never got entirely destroyed! He was slowly decaying until the Digimon Kaiser came and used his hands on Chimeramon! Since Chimeramon's defeat, Devimon managed to suck some from its data and reformatted himself! His special attack is Death Claw!
"Didn't we kill you already?" roared Taichi.
"Ah, the other kids! I will deal with you in due time! However, allow me to first kill this boy first! Death Claw!" roared Devimon and aimed his attack towards Takeru. The later drew out his D3.
"Patamon!"
"Got it! Patamon Shinka! Angemon!"
Angemon deflected the attack with his staff. Devimon smirked even more.
"Angemon! Finally! Allow me to kill you my new bestowed power! Devimon! WARP SHINKA! NeoDevimon!"
"Devimon.. Evolved?"
"Koushiro, what is that?" roared Yamato.
"Hold on a sec!" said Koushiro as he hurriedly pulled out his Digivice and place it on his computer.

NeoDevimon! The Ultimate form of Devimon! NeoDevimon is considered the strongest Death Angel Digimon! His special attack is Death Beam!
"An Ultimate.. Impossible! How did Devimon evolve!?" yelled Sora.
"Damn!"
"Go Aquilamon!"
"You too Digmon!"
"Blast Rings!"
"Gold Rush!"
The attacks hit NeoDevimon but the later didn't even flinch. He was just like Devimon in size, only his color was different; grey.
"Useless! Death Beam!" roared NeoDevimon. The attack hit the two Digimon and forced them to revert back to Poromon and Upamon. Their partners rushed to their side.
Angemon and Nefertimon jumped, ready to fight a pointless fight. NeoDevimon would kill them all…
"Enough NeoDevimon. You can have your revenge later. Our mission is complete." a voice came.
All turned to see a human sized Digimon.
"What do you want Ningenmon?" asked NeoDevimon.
"We are to return back to our Master. Remember, he only allowed you to evolve just so you can help him." said Ningenmon.
"Shut up! I am here to kill this boy and Digimon!"
"You will go against HIM?" said in a treating voice Ningemon. NeoDevimon stepped back. Then he turned to the Chosen Children.
"I will be back you pests!" he said and followed Ningemon through a Digital Gate. The Gate closed the moment they stepped inside.
"What the hell is going on..? Are they the new darkness?" asked aloud Takeru.
The others casted a dark look at the place where the Digimon had disappeared to.
Author Notes: I realize this was rather short of a chapter, but I just wanted to set it up and test the waters. However, next chapter will offer quite some excitements, as basically I completely break the ending of Digimon Adventure 02, meaning it's completely invalid. Did that caught your attention?
