46. Chapter 46

Chapter 46: Deadly

The deadly poison was flowing through his body.

He could feel it trying to draw him toward the end.

But he wasn't willing to let her win this time.

He chanted the mantras his father had taught him and drew strength as they began to work on him.

He pulled free from his captors and continued to chant as she gaped in shock at what he was doing.

He was still weakened by the poison, but he wasn't going to let it consume him.

He faced her, a woman he had once thought of as a worthy adversary and possibly a friend and family member.

Now, she was a deadly enemy who had to be dealt with, and he was going to make her pay for what she had done to him and his family.

A/N: Another drabble done. This one takes place during The Deadly Venom when Leo is poisoned by Karai's venom. Feel free to leave a review and have a shelltastic day.
