Chapter 86: Breeze
Mikey let the breeze wash over him and sighed as it caressed his skin.
He always loved coming to the farmhouse though this time it was for a sad occasion.
He was still sad about Splinter's death and wondered what would happen now.
How could they go on without their father in their lives?
That's why he had decided to stay outside for a bit longer.
"I miss you, Sensei," Mikey whispered. "I'll do my best to still be the light in my brothers' lives no matter what. I love you."
He felt the wind pick up and imagined that it was his father giving him comfort just as he used to do when Mikey was sick or had a nightmare.
And as the breeze picked up, Mikey suddenly felt better.
His father was still there and would never leave him.
