You are Jade Harley, and you've finally come to a decision.

You are going to march into your room, and call your cousin Jake! He's always been understanding and always knew what the right thing to do was. So, you will give him a call! You grab you're cell phone that you FINALLY found and dialed the number from you're notebook. You press call and hope that you dialed the right number.

"It's Jake" the familiar British accent graced your ears and calmed your nerves ever so slightly.

"JAKE!" You yell into the phone.

"My god, is that you Jade?"

"Yeah! It is!" You say excitedly.

"Oh Jade! How is my favorite cousin?" he chuckles a bit and you giggle back, "Oh no, don't tell you're brother I said that."

"I'm doing great, love. How about you?" Oh gosh. Talking to him always brings out a fake British accent and slang.

"Well, well," He replied.

"Are you busy on Tuesday night?" That's when Dave said he would be working right? "I have to talk to you about something."

"Not to my knowledge," He replied, "Would you like to go out somewhere? Maybe for dinner?"

"Dinner sounds lovely!" You said excitedly.

"Great meet you at The Summit at eight pm. My treat!"

"The Summit!? I can't let you treat me! It's so expensive there!"

"No, no. Please I insist! We have to catch up anyway!" He said happily.

"Alright ill see you on Tuesday at 8!"

"Dress formally! See you soon!"

"Yeah see you soon!" You hang up the phone and breath a sigh of relief. Thank god you can finally get this off of your shoulders. You save Jake's number on to you phone and go to the kitchen to make some food.

You are now Dave Strider, and you are hiding outside of the always-open bedroom window, on the fire escape.

Your head is tucked safely underneath the little window garden, where Jade grows her cute little vegetables in, and out of sight. You hate to admit it, but you're spying on Jade. Something is definitely up. She spends little to no time outside of the room, and she acts all panicky and guilty when she talks to you. It's about fucking time you see what's up.

Luckily for you, Bro taught you ninja 101, and basically trained you to do shit like this. It was easy enough to flash step up the fire escapes to the one located right outside of your window. Now, the hard part. Keeping completely silent, and trying to tuck your long ass legs away so she doesn't see them if she looks out the window. You feel so dirty doing this, but you need to know whats up.

You hear her unlock her phone and dialing a number. Okay, so she's calling someone. It cant be Rose or John, because their numbers wouldn't require dialing. both of them are saved in her phone contacts.

It's silent for a second, and you almost think the person she's calling didn't answer, but you stay a bit longer.

"JAKE!" You hear her yell in to the phone. Who the hell is Jake? Is he that guy that she buys gardening seeds from? It's quiet again and you wait for the person on the other line to finish talking.

"Yeah! It is!" There was another pause before a giggle is heard, "I'm doing great, love. How about you?"

LOVE? Did she just call him 'love'? Who THE FUCK is this guy? And why is she calling him love? Ohh that piece of shit, thinking he could steal YOUR girlfriend away from YOU? Why you oughta-

"Are you busy on Tuesday night?" your thoughts are immediately cut off. Tuesday night? You have work at the club Tuesday night! She's sneaking around your back now? Ohh Jesus. This is not looking good.

"I have to talk to you about something." Oh god. She's probably going to tell him that shes going to break up with you and leave you for him. You have to see this all the way through. Get the details of their rendezvous and see what's up with that.

"Dinner sounds lovely!... The Summit!? I can't let you treat me! It's so expensive there!" So he's got money. Maybe Jade is after his money? You don't make a lot, but you make enough to buy pizza twice a week and pay for the phone bill and rend. But this guy must have money up the wazoo if he's treating Jade to such a fancy and fine establishment.

"Alright ill see you on Tuesday at 8!" Okay Tuesday night, 8 pm, at the Summit. You make a mental note of the event. "Yeah see you soon!"

Tuesday is in three days. You wait til you hear Jade exit the room before you stand up and flash step back down the fire escape. You dig your phone out of your pocket, and dial the club.

"Hello?" you can hear Janet's voice on the other line.

"It's Dave. Can't make it to work on Tuesday. I got plans..."
