Chapter 7
(Past)(Part 2)
Yamamoto Takeshi was known to be a happy-go-lucky guy even at a tender age of seven. A prodigy of baseball by everyone in school, a happy idiot that wouldn't be pulled down by remarks by the teachers, a great son to Yamamoto Tsuyoshi by the regular customers. But behind all of this, Takeshi is just a child who is depressed.
Takeshi would love his mother no matter what circumstances. As much as to say, Yamamoto Sakurai isn't an easy force to defeat. A swordswoman is a rarity, moreover a kind hearted one. Despite working in the mafia and Yakuza for years, she had her opinions about killing. Taking a life isn't an easy thing for her morals, but some would have to go for the sake of the future.
The most recent Famiglia eliminated was Estraneo and by the looks of it, it wasn't an ordinary assassin. Like how could a person demolish a Famiglia within a day and without a trace? That would be one of the mysteries that everyone would have to solve.
On the other hand, at least now they wouldn't be taking children as random test subjects, breaking up families and killing others for the sake of it. Those kids had suffered enough for their lifetime for goodness sake. But most of them were killed, most probably the best since they wouldn't have to suffer anymore in this world anyways.
But now the same kind hearted woman is now on the hospital bed, with her life almost ready to be taken away. It has been few months since she had opened her eyes to the world. Yamamoto Tsuyoshi was especially worried about her. She was his first love, his first kiss and mostly his first everything he ever knew. He wouldn't have known how to show an emotion if it wasn't for her. To him, she was the one who would melt the coldest hearts.
He could still remember it clearly. Sakurai telling him that she had accepted a mission, having them to have a holiday in Italy while she went off for the mission, only to come back with mixed emotions of happy, sadness, anger and other emotions he found it hard to spot. With nothing to do, they just decided to declare it a real holiday. The day where she had her accident, she was saving a child from getting hit by a car, yet leaving herself with fatal injuries.
Worse of all, she had even smiled at both of them with happiness and telling them that she loves them. That's one of the traits why he had loved her.
Now Tsuna was back home with Hayato by his side in his room since it takes some time before the mother-son duo could move to their new house which was few houses away from them. Lavina was pouting when she actually saw the design of the house. More likely to say, Camellia wouldn't be more surprised when Nana did the same for the young mother and Lambo could actually run around the house like he owns it if he grows any older.
"Tsuna-sama, what do you mean when we were with that baseball idiot?" At times like this, Hayato wouldn't admit to any real names since they were inferior, except for his precious Tsuna-sama of course.
Tsuna smiled sadly. "Some things aren't meant to be easy. Every road we have is to challenge us to take a step, to move forward as I would say." Tsuna took out his laptop and started concentrating on something before turning his computer to Hayato.
"Two years ago, Mama wanted a certain swordsman and swordswoman into the Famiglia but didn't have the chance to. Exposing the Notte Fantasma Famiglia to them spells danger to all of us and we can't let just anyone know who was taking charge." Tsuna paused, taking a breather.
"About five months ago, they were having a holiday in Italy. The swordswoman got into an accident after saving a child from running over a car, a construction truck to be exact. And now that swordswoman is now in a critical condition and fell into a coma, coming to her sixth month in the hospital."
Hayato widened his eyes. "That family is…"
"Yeah…. That was the Yamamoto's family." Hayato wouldn't have expected someone who would also experience a similar situation, but he still had a father who loves him so. But even then Takeshi looked like he was going to break down from all these things.
"A precious rain with no one to comfort." Tsuna sighed. Hayato turned his head swiftly.
"Rain?"
"And possibly snow too." Massaging his head, he had the sudden funny feeling to eat sushi. Nana wasn't at home since she needed to do her work at Mezzo Cielo. Camellia was in training for her modeling reluctantly and same to be said for Lavina, who only took part of it as a part time job.
"Hayato, let's go to Takesushi."
"Huh?"
"I want to eat sushi all of a sudden." Hayato smiled.
"Sure thing! Do recommend your best dishes!"
Tsuna felt a probing headache coming in his way but ignored it. Never would he have known it was a warning from the future.
Upon reaching Takesushi, Tsuna's phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Ya gonna get sushi right?"
Tsuna sighed. "Well yeah. What do you need Mikan?"
"Buy me Holawon."
"At the same usual place?"
"Yup." Tsuna sighed again, knowing that he had been sighing too much ever since she came.
"Fine." Mikan squealed and ended the call without letting Tsuna continuing his words, which made him all the more depressed.
"Tsuna-sama?" Hayato stared at the phone questionably. What would have troubled him so much?
"Let's go." Entering the shop, a man looked up to see his customers.
"Welcome to Takesushi, boys. What do you want?" The man smiled, reminding Tsuna a certain baseball player.
"I'll have the Ebi sushi and salmon. As for Hayato…." Tsuna waited on Hayato's reply. He didn't have any sushi before his mother made Originis but he certainly would try out the ones where he had seen it before.
"Some tuna and tamago sushi I guess." Hayato thought hard.
Tsuna pouted at the word tuna when Hayato stared in horror when he realized what he had actually ordered. Almost procrastinating himself, Tsuna knew he had to stop the young storm and comet. At the end of the session, the man was smiling at their interesting relationship.
"Sorry, Tsuna-sama!"
"It's alright Hayato. No harm attached." Setting the boy's plates on their table, the man went back to the kitchen when a voice shouted across the place.
"I'm home!" Tsuna turned his head, realizing why all these things were happening. Takesushi was owned by the Yamamoto Tsuyoshi and of course his son would have to be Yamamoto Takeshi!
"Yamamoto-san?" Tsuna cautiously spoke, having his headache stronger than before.
"Tsuna? What are you doing here?" Takeshi smiled, but it was still the apparent fake smile that Tsuna hated. Takeshi hung his arm over Tsuna, causing Hayato to shout at him at the disrespectfulness he was showing. But there were other plans for the young brunet.
Tsuna lightly gasped as images flowed through one after another, which only Tsuyoshi saw the unusual behavior of the young boy. A woman was in coma and the doctors were over the place to help the woman. The machines that were supporting her were showing that she was losing life, and the heart rate was low enough to cause her death. Another scene appeared with Takeshi and Tsuyoshi crying over the woman's grave, having the loss of a loved one.
Worse yet, another scene appeared that no one had cared for the woman's death and Takeshi was devastated that they had only cared for his baseball skills. Then with worse results coming on the poor boy's baseball everyone had abandoned him except for his father, but he didn't consider the fact and committed suicide. At the end, Tsuyoshi did the same, since being alone in the world had no purpose for him anymore.
Tsuna had taken a closer look at the woman's name, which had surprised him.
Yamamoto Sakurai
19XX- XXXX
A loving Wife and a Fun-Loving Mother
Always remembered by Husband and Son
It was a cruel reality and it was bad news as to say. But first he needed to inform his mother. Tsuna shook off Takeshi's arm and took out his phone hastily. He punched in the numbers frantically.
"Hello?" Nana spoke cheerfully.
"Mama, I got no time to explain but I need you to go to the hospital now!" Nana was confused. For what? Unless….
"The snow is dying." Dying? What's dying? Tsuyoshi frowned at the coded terms. He could understand rain but snow? What's that?
Nana frowned. "When did you see it?"
"Just. Hurry! There isn't much time. I'll bring the snow's family with me." Tsuna cut off the conversation on the phone and turned to them.
"We need to go to the hospital too." The Yamamoto duo stared at each other, Takeshi laughing it off.
"What are you talking about, Tsuna? It's funny…." Takeshi's shirt was pulled by Tsuna, his face close to him.
"Stop with that smile, Yamamoto Takeshi." The atmosphere dropped.
"Come with me, Yamamoto Tsuyoshi, Yamamoto Takeshi." Tsuna's bangs closed his eyes, rendering useless to see them.
Hayato kept silent and just followed him. He knew very well that Tsuna in this mode was not an easy person, and talking back to him would make it worse. As much as to say, he could only glance once in a while at the father-son duo, with a slight hint of worry for them.
Rushing to the hospital, all four of them were silent. For Tsuyoshi, it was downright scary that a child could put in pressure, moreover heavier than some mafia bosses. If he were to succeed, he would indeed be a great influence to everyone in awe and fear.
Tsuna swiftly turned with every corner around the hospitals, forcing the two boys to keep up with his speed. Tsuyoshi's eyes widened as he saw the name of his beloved one: Yamamoto Sakurai. Why was she referred as the snow in that case? That he himself will never know.
A small gust of wind blew towards them as the door opened, revealing Nana who was standing at the side with Camellia who was reading one of the training books that Lavina specifically ordered. With the same position, Sakurai was still in her coma state, showing no signs of waking up.
"Tsu-kun, what happened?" Nana wouldn't like this one bit, especially when she wanted to recruit the swordsman family. Tsuna reached his hand out to Nana, sending memories of what he had seen. Nana frowned when the scenes ended. It wasn't meant to be this way. The Yamamoto family specifically belonged only to them and them alone.
"I see…." A familiar voice spoke. Revealing herself, Nana gasped.
"Yuka?" Yuka smiled.
"I'm back for a while, I guess." Nana hugged her tightly, seeing that they haven't seen each other since few years ago.
"What are you doing here?"
"Solving matters for the young Snow and Rain family of course." Nana tilted her head before accepting the fact. Despite of their character, their abilities were much in contrast with each other. Even though they had both factors, Nana had more on the harming factor while Yuka had the healing factor. And she couldn't do anything about it. No point harming someone who is already in a comatose state anyways.
"You mean….."
"Aunt Yuka, you need to heal her now, even if it means to use that." Tsuna interrupted their conversation. Yuka sighed.
"I'll try not to use that one. Mind explaining to the Rain's family what's going on? They look real lost now." Yuka giggled as she walked towards Sakurai. Tsuyoshi had his defenses up when everyone turned towards him and Takeshi.
"Who are you people?" He spoke emotionlessly, something that Takeshi was shocked about. He had never heard of his father in this tone before. He was well known as a friendly father after all. But Nana and Tsuna were unaffected what that tone.
"We're the Notte Fantasma Famiglia." Yuka spoke as she pointed her index finger out and formed a black force field around Sakurai. Tsuyoshi was going to stop her when Tsuna continued.
"Don't. Aunt Yuka's healing her as we speak. Now what do you need to know?" Tsuna's aura was different, too mature even for Tsuyoshi in this case.
"Everything. What do you want from us?"
Tsuna opened his mouth when Nana interrupted.
"We need you." Nana's bangs covered her eyes. Tsuyoshi upped his defenses when Nana continued.
"We knew Yamato Sakurai's condition beforehand. And we have a way to reverse it. But the problem is; how do we actually approach you when you are protective of her. When we heard of the incident few months ago, we had one of our Guardians to take care of her. But now Sakurai herself would be in danger if we don't do anything about it."
"Furthermore, I would rather let Yuka handle the job right now." A dirty brown stood leaning at the side of the door, posture relaxed as he smiled.
"It's good to see you again, Nana, Yuka."
"Izumi, it been a long time since I've seen you." Nana hugged Izumi.
"Glad that you could come here as fast as possible. She almost took the wrong turn." Izumi smiled. Tsuyoshi was confused with what was happening. What was wrong with his wife?
Tsuna poked Izumi with his finger, almost scaring the adult.
"Morning Uncle Izumi."
"Ah, Tsuna… Where's my dear Mi-chan?"
"Mikan doesn't know about this." Izumi sighed sadly. He knew very well that for Yuka and himself, they had to hide away from her from letting out the entire truth.
Izumi mentally shook his head as he walked towards Tsuyoshi. "I'll fill you in while they're in here helping your wife." Without further ado, the two men went away. Tsuna walked towards Sakurai whose heart beat is slowly dropping. Nana and Yuka were discussing about the situation when Tsuna felt something wrong.
"Mama….." Tsuna stared at Nana who covered her mouth when she turned her head.
"Tsu-kun…" Tsuna stared the midnight black and whitish orange forming around him. Yuka shook her head.
"Impossible…" Just right behind him, a siluate materialized for a moment, leaving everyone amazed. It almost looked like Tsuna, but older and different from him. The women knew that something might change from this day on.
The flames engulfed Sakurai before going off like fire without oxygen, and her health changed back to normal. Tsuna fainted as soon as it went away, Hayato catching him unconsciously. Takeshi stared at the flames dancing furiously in the air as it disappeared. He had never seen flames that beautiful before.
Outside the door, Tsuyoshi and Izumi peered into the room as the incident occurred. Tsuyoshi heard of the explanations of flames but never had he seen such flames dancing magnificently in his life. And those whitish orange flames; they were extremely pure, purer than any flame users.
"This…"
"Will you accept it, Tsuyoshi-san?" Izumi couldn't expect anything at all after all. Tsuyoshi smiled.
"It would be an honor to serve The Notte Fantasma. You have saved Sakurai after all. But….." Tsuyoshi frowned and sighed. As if reading his mind, Izumi continued his sentence.
"You would be afraid it would land your family in trouble?" Tsuyoshi nodded his head.
"Ah, that would be fine. No one knows the core members of the Famiglia. We're hidden from everyone as much as we know and who are we if we don't do well? We're not second in the Mafia chart for nothing, you know." Izumi grinned as he reached out his hand.
But as the men went in, Sakurai had miraculously waked up and couldn't believe what they are seeing.
"Sakurai?" Sakurai looked around before staring back to her body.
"What happened to me?!" Her body was different as she was shrunk to a 10 year old pre-teen.
Nana stared at her unconscious son before she chirped. "And I thought only I would give in those side effects."
"Guess he got something from us after all." Yuka smiled.
"What happen to my mum?" Takeshi looked to the women who gave in awkward laughs and smiles.
"About that….." Nana avoided those innocent eyes.
"It's a side effect that I would give when I heal people. And seems that Tsuna has saved your mother in a different way."
Both took turns explaining the complicated terms as everyone stood there trying to absorb everything.
"So that's that." Yuka sat on the chair while Nana leaned relaxingly against the wall. Sakurai stared into space when she thought of something.
"So I still get to live?"
"In a sense, yeah….." Yuka answered. Sakurai smiled.
"Then it's settled. I'm joining you guys!"
"Huh?"
"Eh?" The half soul mates stared at each other. Well, at least they gained a Snow Guardian.
(Present)
"Ienari, are you here?" Tsuna entered the room as soon as classes ended for that day. Girls squealed upon his entrance and boys smiled at the sight of him. He was that influential after all.
Ienari twitched his eye. At least he didn't hear his nickname. "I'm almost done here, Tsuna-nii."
Tsuna turned to the rest of the students who were looking at them dreamingly. It wasn't everyday that you could see the President up close after all. As they got out of the school, Tsuna sighed. Ienari stared at him, eyebrow raised.
"Let me be, Ienari. It's been a long time since I have relaxed so comfortably around here." Tsuna laughed nervously as they turned to a corner. When both twins reached the middle school, the place was almost isolated, Tsuna noted.
"Ciaossu, Dame-Nari, Tsuna." Reborn appeared out of nowhere, scaring Ienari while Tsuna just smiled. He already knew the hitman hiding somewhere while they were on the way. He couldn't relax anyway. He had been trained to be alert at all times and throwing off his guard means training with her. He shuddered at the thought of it.
"Good evening, Reborn-san. What are you doing here?" Tsuna picked up the infant in a sense it was unacceptable to the hitman but letting sit on his head as they continued their journey.
"Looking after my idiot student of course." Reborn patted Tsuna's soft hair, which had been fluffy and gravity defying. How could it be so soft yet defying most probably would have been posted a problem for Tsuna at a young age and had most likely given up taming the wild forest of his.
"Are you coming with us?" Tsuna smiled.
"I can't let Dame-Nari run around, can't I?"
"Reborn!" Ienari hissed. Tsuna noted that the Namimori Middle was too old for anyone's liking, and most likely felt that he might have to assign Mikan and Ignazio to plan for that plot of land. It is an Academy city after all, and students would maybe look forward for an amusement park. The last amusement park wasn't in the best conditions and repairing it would have cost a lot more. The old school had enough space as it is.
Entering the school, Ienari's eye twitched. The school was too big and old for his liking. How they are going to find a time capsule would definitely post a question. Nonetheless, they started their search.
Nana was definitely not a happy bunny. When she woke up, chains restricted her movements and having an injury obviously didn't help either. So she did what everyone would do: Destroying the room with her flames.
"Sawada Tachibana Nana!" An angry child entered the room. Nana flinched at the voice. If there is anyone who could scare her, it would be….
"Don't you even dare destroy this building, young lady!" The child had her arms crossed and frowned.
"Sakurai, can you just let these chains off me. Please?" Nana pouted.
"No. I told Tsuna that I will be taking care of you while you're having a 'vacation' with me. And you know what happens when he finds out the truth about you taking a mission instead of 'being unprotected by Vongola', right?" Sakurai moved herself towards Nana who flinched once more. An unhappy Tsuna means a grumpy Tsuna and meaning having a grumpy him… Nana shivered.
"Meanwhile, he's distracting the Sun Arcobaleno and your other son till then. You should be glad that it has helped you this time." Nana widened her eyes.
"Who told you to use that?" Nana frowned.
"By all means, Tsuna-kun had instructed the use of it. It would be suspicious of you to return back in few months time than a few days, especially with the Sun Arcobaleno behind our backs most of the time." Camellia came in with one of her hands akimbo to her waist, showing her natural talent of being a model. Lambo had started to show the same traits as his mother and most of them suspected that they actually come from a rich lineage instead. And maybe that would explain for their well mannered yet half spoilt behavior.
"And I'm supposed to be your boss…." Nana sighed.
"I would rather get scolded by you than Tsuna-kun. I swear: He can be scarier than you think." Lavina shivered. She definitely wouldn't want to anger the wrong person after all.
"Somehow I agree with you…" Camellia trailed off. Nana pouted, seeing that her best friends sided with her son rather than her.
"Get some rest for now, Nana. We don't want an angry Tuna fish, don't we?" The females stared at each other, agreeing that it would be the best option. Tsuyoshi's phone shrieked as he looked out of the window.
"Hello?"
"Uncle Tsuyoshi, how's Nana-sama?"
"Hello Hayato. Don't worry about Nana. She's awake right now. But why are you calling?"
"Tsuna-sama needs to know Nana-sama's progress. He needs to distract the Sun Arcobaleno's attention for now." Hayato had a message from Tsuna beforehand, seeing that he had his hands full on his own twin and the tutor. Tsuyoshi was going to reply when Sakurai took the phone away.
"Just tell him she would be back by tomorrow, but he has to help his mother out. She won't be recovering that fast. And do tell him to be careful about tomorrow." Hayato understood the underlining words when it comes to that pill. Its effects would be a painful thing, but it was for the best.
"I understand." Tsuyoshi smiled. Such a good child.
The phone disconnected as the conversation ended. Nana sighed, probably thinking it was her fault in ending up in this mess.
"Thanks everyone." Nana awkwardly smiled. Everyone relaxed at the sight of her smile, until she asked a particular question.
"Where did they go?" Nana tilted her head. Everyone looked away from her eyes immediately, sudden interests of looking at anything but her. Nana narrowed her eyes.
"Well…" Camellia glanced at Sakurai pleadingly, asking for help at once.
"They're at Italy….." Lavina fidgeted nervously. This had to be one of the bad ones, Nana noted.
Sakurai took out a file from her sleeve, passing it to Nana. Holding up their breath, everyone stared at Nana who opened up the file.
"This…" Nana's eye twitched. The temperature of the room dropped drastically, sending shivers to everyone.
"WHY IN THE WORLD DID THEY DESTROY THIS MUCH?!" Glaring at the said file, it had to be the amount of stuff destroyed summarized in it, and with the font this smaller than the normal files she had been receiving, those paperwork would be a huge headache especially when it can fill in half of Vongola's mansion.
Why oh why does those three have to destroy stuff in a worse fashion than the Vongola themselves?! Nana wouldn't want to continue that train of thought, knowing fully well the reason. Lavina patted her shoulder.
"Good luck with that, princess." Lavina giggled before disappearing, leaving Nana in heavy tantrums.
"What on earth are we finding again?" Ienari grumbled, searching through those old library shelves that had looked ready to topple on him. Reborn kicked his head in response.
"Shut up, Dame-Nari. Just find that time capsule and get along with it."
"Reborn-san, it's alright. We can find it the next time. We need to get back for dinner since I'm in-charge of it today." Tsuna smiled. Thankfully, he had the ingredients done and ready just before he came back to school for his brother. As an older brother, he wouldn't want to have Ienari hungry after all.
"Let my idiot student do the job." Tsuna glared slightly at the toddler tutor when something licked his cheek. A green chameleon smiled, showing affection to the young president.
Don't get anyone wrong with this. It was only the fact where Reborn would be surprised to find that his pet had shown affection to anyone so unfamiliar. Tsuna smiled at the sight of the chameleon before letting it leaving his shoulder to his hand.
"Hello there. What's your name?"
"His name's Leon."
"I know." Tsuna smiled, leading confusion to both the student and tutor before replying again.
"He told me so."
"You can understand him?" Reborn tilted his fedora down.
"I guess so. There are a lot of animals in the Eastern and Western forests, so we do keep manage of them from attacking our students, especially the more dangerous ones."
"More dangerous?" Ienari asked credulously.
"Of course! The bigger cats, the amphibians or just the dangerous plants where everyone avoids. That's why we have the hospital here." Tsuna exclaimed. Well, Tsuna would have to thank Mikan for the Animal Pheromone Alice but seriously who does that?
Ienari gulped down his saliva as Reborn smirked. Reborn could use some of the animals there for training the candidate.
"Come on. It's getting late." Reborn was going to disagree when Tsuna spoke something interesting.
"There's espresso too." Maybe he could change his plans a little.
As they were about to leave the old Middle school building, Tsuna shifted his eyes at it, slightly smirking as he had his vindictive side showing up.
Needless to say, the walk back home was quiet. A little too quiet to be exact. Ienari spoke nothing while Reborn was still assessing the young brunet who roughly had an idea on what kind of dinner he would be making.
Later that night, Ienari sat on his bed, gritting his teeth. With Reborn downstairs, Ienari showed his true colors.
"Che, why am I getting weak because of him?!" Ienari growled as he punched the wall.
"Why am I the younger one?!"
"Why did the Vongola ring rejected me?!"
"Why does he have everything I want?!" Ienari slummed down in frustration.
"Why? Why? Why?" Tears were forming on his face, and he had no intention to wipe it off his face. All he ever wanted was to prove that he was better than his brother who was called Dame for a reason. Being proven wrong by a person who used to be so useless definitely hit his pride hard. More importantly, what made his brother change?
A chance or just coincidence? It was more than it meets the eye for the older twin, and he would have to find out. Even though he was not perfect on analyzing anyone, he could see sometimes on his mother the mafia boss aura; awe-striking but heavy enough to set someone in fear. Maybe there's something where she had laid hidden and it would endanger Vongola if things continued this way.
Just outside the door, Tsuna contempt himself whether to enter Ienari's room. He fairly knew well few years back why Ienari hated him with a passion. He had no reason why he should be entering his twin's room, especially when they have nothing to talk about.
"Ienari, I'm never fit to become Vongola Decimo….." Tsuna told himself quietly. "We both may be skies, but you hold the key for day while I hold the night. No one would be taking it away from you, mio caro fratello."
Tsuna sighed. It would be one long day for tomorrow….
Ienari was condemning himself, asking himself whether he could sleep in a certain science class. If there is anything that the twins were similar in, it would be science.
Thank heavens that Tsuna was able to escape science with his ridiculous high results meant for university students in S Class. Heck, even they couldn't do as well as prodigies. Ienari had sometimes wished he could skip classes just because science was his top scoring subject, but not as grand as Tsuna.
To Ienari, Dohachiro Nezu was one of the worse teachers he had ever seen. And favoritism in the stupid teacher's dictionary was definitely overboard. Downgrading the weaker students while praising the stronger students is stupid, like a child hating his vegetables. Ienari scoffed at his analogy.
Nezu started his daily lecture of being one of the elites when the door opened. Girls squealed at the sight of him while the boys smiled, finally their source of distraction is here. Ienari swore that the girls in his class made too much of noise just because of his brother. It wasn't that he wasn't popular; it's just that his standing was only just below Tsuna's.
"Good morning, everyone. Good morning, Nezu-sensei." Tsuna gave a bright smile. Hayato stood right behind him, smug with something that was going to happen, but his face show otherwise. He looked around the classroom before smiling at Ienari who mentally scoffed off the young brunet's smile.
He hated to see his face.
"Ah, Sawada-Kaichou! What brings you here?" Nezu politely asked. Ienari stared at the science teacher credulously. What a suck-up.
Seeing that many students had the same thoughts as him, Ienari knew that having this teacher was a bad idea. What was the principal thinking when he hired him?
"I wanted to see how my brother is faring well in his classes when you issued an expel notice on my brother." Nezu frowned.
"He has been sleeping in my class since day 1. This is unacceptable for elites like me!" Ienari felt his brother glancing at him before turning back to the teacher.
Tsuna just smiled but his eyes narrowed to a frightening degree. "Indeed, I would agree with you. But…." Nezu raised his eye. Did he teach something wrong?
"Have you been teaching anything that is useful for our students?"
"Wha…."
"Have you?" Tsuna's bangs covered his eyes, but most students backed away from the atmosphere. A fake-smiling Tsuna always means trouble. Usually only the Student Council would be receiving such looks from their president, but this time it was on a teacher. And that means bigger trouble.
"How could you accuse me?! I am one of the elites produced by the top university! This is atrocious!"
"Yes, it has been atrocious to have you as a teacher." Hayato bluntly said.
"How dare you!?"
"Anything against my secretary will have to go against me first, Nezu Dohachiro." Tsuna announced. Nezu growled before smirking.
"What are you going to do? You're not the one in-charge." Tsuna smirked as his amber eyes flashed creepily. Ienari took a double take. How much did his brother really change?
"And I will hereby dismiss you from your job. It has been hard on you to teach, don't you?"
"Why you!" Tsuna smiled with his amber eyes narrowed.
"Having you to teach our students will definitely be a problem. This is the best class we have in the level if you don't count the S class. And every single year, I would receive students from this class how has been failing their science. How would be you be saying about this?" Tsuna's hands crossed over each other.
"Once a dame, always a dame, Dame-Tsuna." Nezu sneered. The atmosphere dropped quite a few degrees, and everyone was willing to get away from the president.
"I was going to forgive you but you leave me no choice. Hayato, send the evidence to the rest of the schools in Japan. I will leave this man to no end." Tsuna commanded.
"Yes, Kaichou." Nezu's legs buckled. Papers were thrown to Nezu like a tight slap as he took a look at the papers. Those were his papers from 40 years ago. He realized what was actually going on. What has he done?
"Sawada Tsunayoshi, you can't do this to me!" Nezu gave a manly screech as the security grabbed the man. Just before he was taken away, he was lowered down to Tsuna's level.
"I can, and I would do it for the sake of Namimori Academy City." Tsuna leaned against the wall after that.
"Kaichou, are you alright?" Hayato supported him, knowing that Tsuna had rarely done this, and on Mezzo Cielo no less.
"I'm good." Tsuna stood up and composed himself.
"I'm sorry everyone to see this side of me." Tsuna smiled, which lead the whole class to forgive him.
"Oh Ienari, your expulsion has been voided." The boys patted on Ienari, congratulating the blond. Girls were more than happy that their idol's brother was staying.
"In the mean time, your science teacher would be one of the Student Council members, Aurelio Teresa." Teresa came out from her hiding location, with the students happy that they had her teaching for a while. At least it was better than having The Hibari Kyoya teaching them. They would rather have the princess than the demon.
"You will abide to the agreement, will you?" Teresa's eyes shone like a predator capturing its prey, in which Tsuna just did nothing but to smile.
"I promised." Tsuna and Hayato exited the classroom, walking back to the Student Council building.
"Kaichou, what on earth did you promise that she would be willing to teach the class?" Tsuna smiled awkwardly. Hayato took a double take with that look.
"You promised that whatever she destroyed wouldn't be taken to account for two weeks!?" Tsuna laughed as he scratched his head. It was probably stupid, but better than having no teachers teaching, right?
It reminded him to send a letter to that top class teacher about his new job.
"Kaichou, you sometimes worry me." Tsuna smiled.
"So do I."
Nana took a look at the time. It was almost time where the young candidate would be coming back home from school. Dinner was almost done and Nana decided to get to her room. It was no longer called their room. That man had abandoned her for his job. Can't he just tell her and get along with it? If their secret was out, she would have divorced the man already.
As she entered her room, she realized there was something on her table. The innocent box lay on her table, making Nana cautious until she saw the content of it. The box had a clear glass on one side, making it easily seen. But what had surprised her was the content. It was a multi-colored spiral dragon. Along with it was a black letter.
Downstairs, Ienari opened the door and entered his room, thinking that his mother went out.
Nana opened the letter and wept. She quickly rushed into Ienari's room. On Ienari's hand was the same familiar box, and what he had was a multi-colored Rose. At the same moment, the phone rang. Nana not believing anything, went towards the phone.
"Hello?"
"Aunt Nana, did you receive anything from Tsuna?"
"Mi-Mikan….." Nana sobbed.
"Aunt Nana?" Mikan frowned.
"Tsu-kun's missing!"
