Mikan smiled happily that she had been accepted to enter Alice Academy since a few weeks ago. Phrase 1 cleared!
Mikan reminded herself that she was still on a mission and get down to the root problem of the Academy. But first…
She wouldn't care about a certain raven with crimson eyes, along with the fact he just threatened her along with her clone's naïve existence. And she hated the fact where Narumi just placed her with The Hyuuga Natsume.
Being a soul-mate to Tsuna has certainly made her think twice whether she had really actually killed a God when they were of one soul.
Worse of all, she became a no-star due to all her classmates who were willing to throw her out of the school. The true fact is that she would be able to use a clone, but she would need to stay in the Death Mountains to escape Nonno's wrath.
Ending it off, almost everything she has had became minuscule.
Dear Ojii-chan, pray tell me why am I being sent here again?
Mikan?
Tsuna?
Finally, I got connected to you! How hard is the school's system to break through anyways!? Nonno-jii-chan couldn't even get connected to you through flames!
Don't ask, Tsuna. I wouldn't want to know anymore. Mikan sighed.
Or you could just act like the real Sakura Yukihira Mikan I know, Mikan.
Maybe I should.
Or you need more trouble? No. Just no! She doesn't really need any more trouble to be brewing on the way.
No thanks! Ojii-chan's going to be furious if he knows what I'm doing!
Tsuna laughed hysterically. I know where that comes from!
I gather that you're doing fine for now?
Mikan didn't reply back since she didn't think she was in a position of being in the right position.
Mi-Mikan?
No.
A-Ah….. Y-You're a-angry aren't you?
I'm not angry.
Y-You're n-not angry?
I'm furious.
Hieeee! Mi-Mi-Mikan, please cool down. Tsuna screeched as he could feel the wrath flowing even though their telepathy.
Cool down? I am being calm, Tsuna.
Pray tell me why I could connect to you again…
We have flames and we are soul-mates that are born from different mothers who are apparently one soul.
I need to go now. I'll tell Nonno-jii-chan about it later.
Mikan turned back to class, where her teacher stood in front of her.
"New girl, your mind seems to be completely distracted during class." His wand was crackling with lightning. "Even with the [no-star] title, it looks like I still can't fix your rebellious attitude."
A shot of lightning struck her, shocking everyone. Some called out to her, but she gritted her teeth.
"Didn't I tell you before?" He walked towards Mikan. "My Alice is [Lightning]. My powers are extremely useful for punishing idiots like you."
That's it! Mikan patience was at the limit.
"I hate people like you who disrupt natural order the most. There was a person with the same Alice as you. Just like you, an idiot who went against the natural order of things. In the end… He couldn't just die in peace."
Mikan slowly pushed Iinchou away and gave a grin. Everyone shivered at the sudden drop of temperature around the room. "Lightning strikes are actually normal to me, Jinno-sensei."
Mikan stood up with confidence and posture that the high society women would do. "It isn't as much as Ojii-chan throwing me off to the Death Mountains to train."
She sat down on her chair and crossed one of her legs over another. "Wha-"
"Grandfather always says that one must encounter all kinds of danger, but you? Your Lightning Alice is nothing but a sting to me. Nothing more, nothing less."
"Show respect to your elders, Sakura Mikan!" Jinno bellowed.
Mikan giggled. "Finally you call me my name. Unfortunately, I'm not Mikan right now."
Her hand was gently raised and placed on her chest. "I'm Miki, Mikan's alternate personality." And I just had to create a lie on the spot. Oh great, Thanks a whole lot, stupid Mikan.
Everyone widened their eyes. Hotaru hadn't heard of her either and she would need to find out more about her best friend's character.
"Stop lying!"
"Lying? Why should I lie about anything? You all have a lot of openings for me to attack, too vulnerable like a rabbit." Mikan smiled.
"I would prefer the fact everyone should be treated as equals, and if everyone doesn't," Mikan's hand had held her pencil and broke it into half with two fingers. "Arrivederci." Mikan cracked up laughing before she fake fainted.
Mikan decided that five minutes would be a good point where it is not too quick or too slow that the transformation would last, unlike the Vongola's dying will bullets which only last for a good five only to land in a dangerous situation.
Few weeks passed a few more, and Mikan never felt different from what the children had learned here. But right now, Mikan saw the little glimpse of Natsume's memories, and she didn't like the fact people were calling him a murderer.
"-a heartless monster-"
"Don't say that about him!" Mikan exclaimed. Natsume widened his eyes. No one had tried to defend him before.
"He may have a lot of stupid traits that labels him into my black list, but you will never have the idea how being a murderer is like."
"And what it for you, stupid girl?" Mikan swiped one of them to the floor.
"Could a stupid girl like me do this?" Mikan's eyes were pained. "You don't know what is happening outside of this world."
Mikan ran away as unconventional memories flowed. Natsume stared at the brunette, wondering what has been haunting her when he felt a cloth being pressed against his face.
Mikan who hid at a dark corner saw the kidnapping and her eyes shone crimson at the inhumane outcome that she saw with her Future Alice.
Mikan gritted her teeth as Shoda Sumire had followed the both of them. Now she had to protect another student, and she wasn't so confident in her abilities to protect more than what she could.
Worse part of all?
They had been caught by the kidnapping team, and Mikan strived not to scowl down on anything annoying. She analyzed the area as her eyes moved about.
"Hey, did the brats wake up?" A familiar voice almost made her eyes turned crimson once more if it wasn't for her to calm down and cool down as part of her mini mission.
One of these days these missions to help the other children is going to be the death of me…
"…..Not yet."
"I made contact with the organization….."
"What did they say?"
"Reo-san's actions today lacked consideration, therefore the others are quite angry….." Mikan frowned as she tried to follow the conversation.
"What do they mean 'Lack of consideration'? This was a chance in a million. They have done the same if they had been in the same situation." Reo boringly replied. "So what did the boss say?"
"He was not available when I contacted them."
Reo sighed. "If he hears we got our hands on the [Black Cat], I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of face he'll make!" Reo smirked, "Even though we brought along two unexpected extras."
"But Reo-san's face is known worldwide. The organization fears such small things may destroy it. You should really think twice before acting on it."
"Yeah, Yeah….." Reo waved away the warning. "Anyways, being in the entertainment business aside, if the boss didn't order it, I couldn't care less to quit."
"Reo-san, you really like the boss don't you?"
"What about the smuggling boat?"
"Tonight at 2 am. Until then, we were ordered not to be found by the school."
"Hyuuga Natsume will be sent to the organization."
"Before selling off the other two, we must find out their Alices." Mikan narrowed her eyes. Not if they have a chance! She swiped up a pocket knife and cut off their ropes.
Reo walked up to them. "That [Black Cat]…."
"What's that? [Black Cat]?"
Reo stared at Natsume's face. "The [Black Cat] is his alias in the underworld. He's a dark operative of the shadows of Alice Academy." Reo laughed for a moment. "The exceptional case, operative at only 10 years old. Ignition ability, and a genius Alice with tremendous power." Ne…. Do you know why he's under the organization's black list?"
Mikan widened her eyes as the words came forth.
"Two years ago, at only the age of eight, he turned his entire home into a sea of fire in one night. The truth had been smothered by the country, and the incident was publicized as simply arson and mysteriously dismissed. Instead of putting him in Juvenile prison, the country threw him into Alice Academy. The school covered up his record, and little by little turned him into an [operative] to carry out their dirty work."
Ojii-chan….. Boss… Is this what ya're tryin' to tell me? To expose off the darkness and bring sunlight into the school? But I'm a night, not a sky! Tsuna could have done a better job than me!
"There probably aren't enough fingers on both hands to count how many countries, enterprises and groups have been injured by him. Our Organization too. That's what I know."
"That would surely change one's eye color….."
"Of course he's not the only operative, but he's the exception. Because while working, he has once not taken off his cat mask. People have been awe and fear him, naming him the [Black Cat]."
Mikan couldn't bear to hear anymore as memories started to flow in unconsciously. Famiglia after Famiglia she had torn, but she had done it to save many innocent children who suffered at the hands of the Mafia and there are still many more that she hadn't had done.
For her boss's sake….
"Hotaru?"
"Ah….. Mikan? You've finally turned the switch on." Mikan bit her lip. She couldn't do much with pretending her hands were tied after all.
"Sorry Hotaru, but there is no time to lose. Natsume's condition is still pretty bad and there's barrier put around here, so we can't use our Alices."
Mikan stared at Natsume who looked like he was in much more pain than before. But before she could do anything, someone took off her headset.
"I see. It was a transmitter." Mikan scowled.
"Mori Reo."
As he made an introduction to the Narumi, Mikan's bangs covered her eyes.
"….. never be a day on which I return them." The headset was being destroyed, and Mikan's flames were trashing about to free themselves from her body. Mikan clicked her tongue.
"Shoda Sumire, Hyuuga Natsume. I want the both of you to return back to the Academy." It wasn't a request, but a heavy command that made the most of them ridged. "As for them, I'll deal with it."
"You….. Have the Nullification Alice?" Reo laughed for a moment. "We got ourselves a lucky treat."
Mikan's bangs continued to cover her eyes when she heard a familiar voice.
"Mikan!" A brunet froze half of the men. An orange mask was covering his eyes, but the amber eyes of his had given his identity away.
"Cielo! What on earth are you doing here?" Mikan asked.
"I can't leave my partner in crime alone in this."
"What about the rest?" He smiled. "They're fine. Just a little destructive for in the name of Primo."
Mikan felt amused as the both of them went back to back. "Seriously? They're so going to be angry."
A frost of ice encased more of the men. "Zero Point Breakthrough: First Edition."
Mikan took out her knifes and killed them point blank.
"If you are referring to murderers, Reo-san, Natsume isn't a murderer at all." Mikan slashed down another, continuing. "A true murderer kills without remorse. But….." Mikan smiled, leading the next step for him to continue. "One who kills without remorse and haves fun in the rain of blood is a monster."
"Cielo, bring us back to the gates of the Academy….." Mikan trailed off, "Don't get caught."
He laughed at the irony. "My luck isn't one of the worse, Mikan."
He teleported all three of them and passed Mikan a letter, making her keep it before she entered the Academy once more. With her loudest voice, she just screamed.
Mikan felt weak as the rest of the teachers came close. She merely smiled at them before closing her eyes.
I hope….. I could change this place before I leave here…
(Present)
Dino was saved by a student who proclaimed himself to be the Vice-President's Secretary, and hesitantly made his way to the Sawada apartment after the President wasn't in the office but rather at home with his lover. The raven who had saved him clicked his tongue and phoned for transport for the Cavallone Don.
And right now, he is right in front of the instructed apartment, waiting and wanting to meet the Vongola candidate that they have been talking about these days. As the door bell rang, he didn't expect something that could be shocking to the world.
His gravity-defying hair was of a different tone, and his eyes were that of amber than the sapphire blue that he had seen in portraits. Heck, his tie was loose and unbuttoned at the top; And Dino thought to himself that he was looking at Primo himself who colored his hair and wore contact lens.
"Vongola Primo?"
The brunet arced his eye in confusion and frowned. "Vongola Primo? Who on earth is he?"
"You don't know him? He's-"
"Ciaossu." Reborn jumped onto Dino's head, cutting off Dino's words.
"Reborn!" Dino surprisingly replied.
"Who is he, Reborn-san?" Tsuna ruffled his own hair. He wanted to get back to Kyoko and tease the brunette while eating lunch with her.
"This is Cavallone Dino. He's the ex-student I have been teaching before Baka-Nari." Tsuna's eyes softened.
"Ah… That explains a lot." Tsuna shrugged away, moving back to his lunch.
"W-Who is that, Reborn?" Dino stuttered in confusion.
"Sawada Tsunayoshi, Baka-Nari's twin brother." Dino was then moved to the Vongola candidate's room as he waited for him. He was subjected to the comfortable routine of Reborn punishing him whenever something went wrong, and apparently Tsuna himself is a civilian. He almost slipped in front of Tsuna and the Arcobaleno had been displeased that he had been so careless and made it painfully known with the introduction of his hammer to Dino's hard yet dense head.
The Cavallone Don couldn't do anything but to accept the punishment like an honorable man he was. Tsuna had to stay with a girl who had brunette hair and to admit, they were quite lovey-dovey as a couple who have been with each other for a few years. But then somehow a phone had interrupted them and the brunet himself sighed before swiping the brunette off and left the house.
"Speaking of Tsunayoshi… What does he do in his daily life?" He hadn't done much on researching on the Sawada family anyways.
"He's the esteem president of Namimori's Academy City, and takes care of the entire city. From the last I heard, the place around here has been ranked as high as Singapore's standards for safety and non-corruption. And as far as I know, he has been that exposed to the public that whoever wants him killed would suffer the entire city's wrath." An assassin just did that a few days ago, and the civilians whom Reborn had thought of them to be innocent were actually vindictive to the point the assassin himself begged to be killed.
And no, it wasn't the Student Council's orders to torture the poor soul considering Tsuna barged into the area and rescued the man from the civilians and needless to say, the assassin had been attached to the brunet the same way everyone has been.
"Eh….."
"Tsuna's too deep to be involved with Vongola's duties, and we need to know why the rings rejected them. Along with that, he also has the influence and attention of important figures around the world. He wanted il guaritore to be part of the hospital wing they have in the city."
Dino jumped up at the name. "How the hell did he get in contact with him? Everyone has been finding him to hire him and he's all the way here to do a civilian job?"
"I asked," Reborn grumbled, "But Tsuna just laughed and said it's confidential…."
"And you didn't press him further about it?" Dino asked in disbelief.
Reborn shook his head, "That boy…. He may be a civilian but with the same blood as Nono and Iemitsu running through his body, he has awakened his hyper intuition." It had only been noted recently, but the brunet has natural inclination to sort out what he should and should not tell Reborn.
Dino's eyes widened. "But he's-"
"Never trained for it?" Reborn continued, "The fact remains that Tsuna somehow managed to awaken his bloodline, and I dare say his hyper intuition is one of the strongest I have ever seen. I may not have met Primo, but I incline with the fact that Tsuna's may be stronger than Primo's himself." He had met Nono's sons, Iemitsu, and Ienari but Tsuna had been different. Special even.
The fact that the brunet was uneducated and untrained about his heritage if anything pronounced his hyper intuition, and he hadn't questioned his intuition, just acting on it with admirable calculation.
"Then why not…" Why not Tsuna instead of Ienari?
"Baka-Nari is the son Baka-Iemitsu put forward for the candidacy." Reborn answered as he lowered his fedora. "Besides even if the idiot started to sing a different tune in regards of his oldest son, Tsuna is already out of his reach, never mind Vongola's reach."
"What do you mean?"
"He's losing his marriage because of Nana's promise to him 7 years ago."
"What?!" Dino widened his eyes. "But that's-"
"Ridiculous? Nana signed her side of the form already, and the idiot is crying to himself that he's going to lose a wife and a child."
"Disliking his father would be an understatement. Because that bastard Iemitsu insisted on keeping his civilian wife and son out of the mafia radar, no one had known they existed in the first place. In fact, not even I knew of Tsuna's existence before I was sent here." Dino's eyes were going as wide as saucers, there were so many things going in Vongola Reborn was not even privy to know.
"Besides….. Notte Fantasma has been noted as a threat to Vongola if they are going to be made enemies. They rejected the alliance with Vongola few months ago."
Dino blinked at that, "Why? They have been quite a good Famiglia from the way they helped Cavallone's finances back to its original balance."
"They are as powerful as Vongola despite their short history. And none of the Famiglie up to date has two bosses working alongside with each other."
"What?! So I only had met one of them?" Dino felt stupefied.
"Most of the Famiglie met only one of the bosses of the Notte Fantasma. The other boss has been hiding behind the scenes for more than a decade after this boss appeared."
"This is crazy…" Dino muttered as Reborn silently agreed.
"To add on the issue of the idiot, a postcard recently arrived at them….. This time, it was somewhere in the Middle East….. Around the seashore of Aral Sea I think, Maman gushed over it but Tsuna narrowed his eyes in suspicion. Just as Tsuna went back into his room, he called a high official from there to check if his testament was right." Reborn trailed off, "And he was in a full bad mood after the call."
"Isn't that a pretty rural place so it's hard to check who has been there?" There was a reason why until today illegal immigrants were still rampant.
Reborn shrugged. "Seeing how he could get a high official's attention with just a call, it's not surprising he could pull it off." Dino gulped, "Which means Tsuna probably knew his father was lying for years?"
"It's no wonder why he didn't like the idiot, don't you think?" Reborn mused, "I don't think he knew anything about the Mafia yet, since he didn't confront Baka-Nari at all about it."
Ienari had a better thought to himself to stay away from his twin's social circle after what happen for the past few times he tried recruiting them. Gokudera Hayato almost beat him up when his phone rang and by the time he was done with the phone, he tsked and went off, ignoring the blond. It had stomped on his dignity and refused his invitation to his Famiglia worst way possible.
Hibari Kyoya threatened to bite him and chased him out of the building. Irie Shoichi talked him down and kept on to his commitments instead of creating something that would be beneficial to them.
He needed a Lightning and a Sun Guardian, but Fulmine Lambo kept glaring at him as if he had murdered his puppy and ignored the blond in walked off as if he was in a runway. Sasagawa Ryohei had been too extreme and completely ignored him in the name of training.
He had no wish to be summoned by them again to their private area and treated like a world-class criminal, judged and then sentenced. Even though he is going to take over the highly famous, notorious Vongola when he finishes his Mafia studies, he didn't want that kind of experience yet or ever.
However for some reason after a full day of successfully avoiding his fan base, Ienari found himself with a blond Italian man who introduced himself as the tenth boss of the Cavallone in his room, sitting on a comfortable leather chair as if he was the one who owned the room, and then he began to mercilessly hurl insults at him.
"No aura, no elegance and definitely a no brainer for sure….. You seem to be the type of guy who acts before he thinks." Dino comment, feeling amused.
"You also smell bad," Reborn added for the fun of it.
"The way you present yourself is also bad; it screams I have a lot of confidence, but it's all talk and no bite." He continued with a sigh.
Reborn chimed in, "You look unlucky too."
How is that relevant?! Ienari was freaking out at all the insults.
"You're also freaking out at the sight of me, no sense of anticipation." Dino continued, "In conclusion, your disposition as a boss is zero." He said as he openly smirked at Ienari.
Ienari growled at the insults. "We just met and you're already an ass with me?! I don't care who you are, but insulting me is disrespectful to our alliance!"
Dino snorted. "I'm just telling you the truth that your disposition as a leader is ze-"
"Oh, hello again Cavallone-san." Another voice interrupted the session, greeting the occupants of the room.
"ro…" Dino finished as he went rigid at the sight of the older twin standing beside the door since who knows when.
Ienari couldn't help but to think that it had been a while since Tsuna creeped out of nowhere from behind, and greet you politely with his benevolent smile as if he didn't scare the lights out of anyone. He didn't like it when his twin did that, but it was certainly vindictive enough to be counted as revenge against the blond.
"What do you want, Baka-Kaichou?"
"Ara? Since when did I change nicknames?" Tsuna tilted his head and smiled. Ienari clicked his tongue in annoyance.
"When did you get here?"
Tsuna walked in with a pot of tea and placed it on the table. "Since the unlucky part," He answered, sending the blond an amused smile. "But I have been listening in since you started insulting him and you were very loud on your part that I could hear it from the stairs. And the door is also opened for anyone to hear."
Dino paled at that. "That was pretty harsh."
Dino couldn't help but felt scrutinized by the way he was insulting the candidate. It was one thing to say towards Sawada Ienari, but entirely another when it comes to Sawada Tsunayoshi.
"I…. uh….."
Ienari felt like smirking when Tsuna continued. "But I guess you are right in some ways….."
"What?!" Ienari growled once more.
"Nari tends to charge head on first without thinking, and that is really bad especially when it comes to meetings. They would usually say 3 seconds is all you need to make an impression." Tsuna thought for a moment before he continued. "You may think that elegance is synonym to being girly, but certainly works for some men who knew how to manipulate situations well." Two arrows imaginarily hit Ienari; He couldn't deny that he did think elegance is never for macho men and his father.
"As for your presentation… Your choice of clothes…. They are definitely not recommended when you are going taking over the company… But they are alright for being street clothes." Tsuna thought about it a few more, "The first when you are taking over the company that bastard works, would be changing your entire wardrobe. But have some of them at home to make yourself feel comfortable. Unless they are strict about keeping appearances over than keeping yourself comfortable at all cost."
Tsuna suggested a few ideas that could help to improve his twin's image.
"Oh, but your uniform is indeed improper. You should had made yourself much presentable and tucked in your shirt and tightened up your tie."
Ienari groaned. "We're not in school damn it! Leave my uniform alone!"
Tsuna looked sheepish bring in school regulations at home. "Just don't let Kyoya see that. As for your sense of anticipation….." Tsuna kept quiet.
"What?"
"…. You do freak out a lot?"
That's it! Ienari was ready to snare down on Tsuna's neck when Tsuna continued. "But that does not mean he had zero disposition on his part. I mean, Ienari does still have some of his good points."
"Like what?" Reborn asked. He hadn't thought of his tutee as someone with potential.
"In my opinion there is no such thing as a born leader; everyone needs to start somewhere….." Tsuna answered, "If there are people born leaders, I don't think I'll actually survive being a leader material."
Dino beamed at that, he liked Tsuna already but now he was developing a deep respect to the boy. "Exacto! I had no talent to become a leader! And I definitely have no charisma either." He burst into a peal of laughter.
Tsuna shook his head. "Everyone has charisma, only whether you want to use it or not." The brunet began as he poured the tea into the tea cups that everyone in the house had been fond of using it. "It's actually a matter of perspective. For leadership in my opinion is not a talent but an initiative to change to be a better person, thus inspiring those they lead to dream, to act and to achieve their ultimate goals."
Reborn didn't miss how Dino was paying great attention to every word Tsuna spoke about, and even Ienari who didn't care much about his brother had listened in the conversation.
He got them…..
"As for charisma…" Tsuna smiled as he started drinking his cup of tea. "What does charisma means to you?"
Dino cupped his chin in a thoughtful fashion, "Hm… A trait, a certain charm that compels people to be devoted to the said person."
"Nari?" Ienari clicked his tongue.
"A good personality that makes people be in awe of." Tsuna sweat-dropped at the answer.
"Well….. you're not entirely wrong but that's a pretty crude answer, Nari. And as for Cavallone-san, that's a textbook answer."
Dino rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly.
Tsuna chuckled softly, "It's not my personal view, but a certain person taught me that charisma has three points."
Tsuna pointed out his first finger. "The nature of a hero or prophet."
"A hero?" Ienari's eye twitched, wondering how a hero himself would gain charisma.
Tsuna nodded, "Basically embodying righteousness and nobility, although it is said that righteousness and nobility are relatives…. But it compels people to believe that."
Reborn and Dino narrowed their eyes. So basically the said charismatic person could be the worse demon but people would still look up to him anyway…..
"The second would be the ability to simply make you feel good when you're around them," At the confused look on both Dino and Ienari, Tsuna elaborated. "It's not that complicated, you can just think of it as fans wanting to get close with their idol."
Tsuna took out the last finger. "The third, is the intelligence to talk eloquently about all sorts of things. It's not just about being smart, but also the effect of possessing the capability to share the knowledge in a way that inspires and attracts people."
Reborn narrowed his eyes as he tilted his fedora down. It may not be his personal opinion, but he managed to explain those vague traits in a simpler way, which means he mastered the topic perfectly.
Dino groaned inwardly. Wow… I feel like I have been defeated for some reason.
"Well, I don't know whether I possess any of those points," Dino laughed softly. "but I was pretty pathetic before I became the Cavallone boss, and under Reborn's teaching I have become the boss of 5000 Famiglie now."
"Boss!" Romario hissed.
"Ah, you mean five thousand families of horses? That's quite amazing if you ask me."
"Horses?" Ienari asked incredulously.
"Cavallone-san is a horse breeder," Tsuna explained in an enthusiastic tone. "MC usually gets most of their racing horses and their leisure horses from Cavallone-san."
In short Mezzo Cielo had business relations with the Cavallone. Reborn noted.
Dino wiped off the sweat that had been forming on his temple. Sigh….. That was close. He was lulled by Tsuna's words to the point Dino forgot Tsuna himself was a civilian and almost spilled about the Cosa Nostra.
"By the way Cavallone-san," Tsuna's voice snapped him out of his thought, and he tensed in anticipation. Once was enough to keep him on guard. "If you don't mind, I'm actually curious to know….." He trailed off and Dino gulped nervously. The tension in the room increased. "Where did that big armchair come from?"
Tsuna queried as he pointed at the black armchair Dino sat on. Then he turned to rest of them, "I am pretty sure we don't have that kind of an armchair, right Nari?"
Everyone stared at him in disbelief.
Of all things, that's what you are curious about?! Everyone's minds thought along the same line.
Iemitsu sat on one of the high chairs and drank his shots in the bar they have in Namimori. The last time he had come here for a drink, it wasn't that high techno and neither was it that classy around the area.
Nana wanted a divorce, and he really loved his wife from the bottom of his heart, even though their children came from the one night of mistake and lust from Iemitsu.
A brunette entered the bar as she sat next to him. She was wearing almost everything black, including her hat that was tilting at the side of her eye. She would make a great Goth if situations weren't so dire.
"Sunken Rose," Nana ordered a cocktail as the bartender started to work.
"Is that true, Nana? That you want to…"
"Divorce you? Yes, Iemitsu. I promised Tsu-kun years ago. I wanted to tell you about it, but you always told me that you were too busy to visit us. Tsu-kun even said that by not visiting that often, you don't really care about us."
Iemitsu widened his eyes. "That's not true! I love you and Tsuna! You're my wife and he's my precious son that we both have."
Nana shook her head in discontentment. "Tsu-kun and I gave you those chances to come back for the past years, but you brushed away our warnings that we had given during those times. I gave you so obvious hints and you didn't come back."
"I….."
"I signed my name on the divorce papers, Iemitsu. I'll be taking Tsu-kun with me. You could be with Nari-kun for all you want." She downed half of her cocktail.
"You can't be serious, Nana!" Iemitsu smashed his hand on the table. Nana could only merely give an empty smile.
"If it is for Tsu-kun, anything is possible." Nana downed the rest of the content and paid the bartender, leaving the blond alone to drink.
"Argh! This wasn't supposed to happen! I'm supposed to spend my lifetime with Nana when Ienari becomes Vongola Decimo! Tsuna could be with us spending his normal life and none of this could have happened!" Iemitsu gritted his teeth.
Why did Tsuna want his parents to divorce?
A phone decided to interrupt his sorrow. "What."
It wasn't a question, but rather a command.
"We have just received news that Varia had attack the candidate's Guardians and Sawada Tsunayoshi along with his friends have disappeared from the house."
I'm not going to say anything...
