Chapter 2: Trust me... Or don't?

I knew none of them would listen to me, not even when my face screwed up in pain, the feelings running around in my stomach were overwhelming, I couldn't admit I was hurting, that would dissipate the little control I actually had over this group.

"You guys seem pretty well adjusted to this shit storm, how about you tell me how?" I said nervously, eyes keeping a steel edge to them as I stared at Madison. She shook her head defiantly and then sighed, glancing around. "There's no point trying to escape, I'm not gonna let you leave here alive if you don't tell me what I want."

"Empty threats pumpkin, I doubt you're gonna hurt any of us, not when the rest of my group is still out there coming for us." Madison said cockily, I smirked and then laughed in her face.

"Oh, Honey. Who the hell said I was alone? I might just be stalling for the rest of my group to catch up! You're a bit dull for such a sharp woman." I remarked, she gave me the nastiest glare I supposed she could muster. "Although your son looks like quite the catch, I might lock you guys in here and go find him. Snap him up in one bite?" I fainted, taking a few steps back and sitting on one of the few chairs scattered around.

"Wow, you're not looking so good now are you?" I shrugged and ignored what she had said, breathing deeply a few times before standing again, grasping for the table edge as a dizzy spell hit me.

"Go to hell Blondie."
