Hi...sorry doesn't really cover it huh. And by now there's probably not many or anyone who'd want to read this hot mess so...yeah
Excuses probably won't help but i will say I didn't realize how long i was make everyone wait. I had to deal with a lot the last two years(two years dang) and I've lost love for this story and i lost my dvd again. Luckily a month or so ago I found a website with the movie so I finally got off my butt and wrote this.
And personal opinion is it sucks.
If ya'll agree at least you know I agree heh

dragonsofthe8elements : R1-Thank you *blush* though now I feel unworthy of the love. R2-Ok so when I wrote that several years ago I didn't think of that and trust me whenever I redo this story I'llbe fixing that lol R3-Thank you, and right back at-cha
Secret: Yeah their dumb dumbs lol For real's I needed to move the movie along so *shrug* I enjoyed the facepalms a lot thanks and they will soon. If not this chap, maybe the next
As the two teens traveled over the sand on their way to Tesara, they had fallen into a comfortable then gradually uncomfortable silence. It wasn't until then that it accrued to the both of them that neither knew much about the other. So they had next to nothing to talk about, barring what just happened. The silence was getting to be a bit much so Roxie decided to take the first step. One of them had too, or she'd loose it. Besides it was getting hot and they needed the distraction.
"So. Nikolaj. Been meaning to ask- politely I'm hoping- where are you from?"
Nikolaj glanced up at Roxie surprised she asked then shrugged. "It's not a problem. I'm Dutch and that's where my name came from, it's quite common, sort of. I live, or is it lived now? Hmm. Either way I live back home in a cabin on a mountain side. My da is a carpenter and my ma makes jewelry and sells them."
"Cool, I'd thought of doing both a couple of times," Roxie mused out loud, holding out her palms. "I'm pretty good with my hands, unless its water. I have a thing thanks to a sharp knife in the sink my turn at washing."
"What happened?" Nik asked startled. Roxie smirked and lightly snorted.
"Background first. So I live in an orphanage; have since I was a baby. The whole cliché happened; dropped off in a box at two with a note with only my name, birthday and some weak reason for dumping me. Thankfully my ma or whoever did the deed had enough brains not to leave me in the middle of winter or at night. He/she/they had the heart to ring the doorbell early in the morning before ditching."
Roxie didn't have to look at her friend to know what he was doing. She was often given the pity look or the look of outrage for her parents, though when she glanced over she was surprised to see how much outrage was there, with only a bit of pity. She blinked and looked up at the sky.
"Anyway, back on topic. It was my turn to wash the dishes and someone tossed in a steak knife into the suds when I was distracted. I reached in to grab the next thing and slice! I cut my fingers on the sharp blade. The water went red, I cried in pain thanks to the soap in the cuts, and I nearly needed stitches. I got scars to prove it. We didn't even have steak then,"
Deciding she was tired of standing (and to give herself a moment to enjoy Nik's slightly horrified face) she stopped the board then sat down on it in the middle, crossing one leg over the other. When she was ready and didn't think she was going to fall off she nodded to herself and leaned forward a bit. To her visible pride her idea worked, even seemed to be just as easy to balance. The small breeze was welcome as it brushed her hair back.
"You really seem to be getting the hang of that thing," Nikolaj complemented, moving on, he slowed down to wait for her, hands in his pockets.
"Yeah, all that practice on the Wii fit board seems to have come in handy for something; something other than failed attempt at self-teaching myself how to meditate." Roxie smirked amused then shifted her backpack to her front and started looking through it. "Just learned how to sit still, up and straight for 30 minutes. So, do you have any idea how long it's gonna take us to catch up to the away team and how many 'amazing adventures' we'll have on our way?"
"With our current speed and if we are left alone, probably in an hour or two we'll reach the city. Of course that's not counting the random stuff that usually happens to teens in these sorts of situations. Still, there's nothing heading this way so we should be good." He paused and gave Roxie a raised eyebrow. "Unless you want to find some trouble,"
Roxie snorted again, this time louder and flipped her hair back. "Now why on Magna would I do that? Find trouble with just the two of us and one working hover board between? No thanks. Let's leave those fights to the giant robots with thick armor and anime weapons."
The two were quiet for a beat then Roxie found what she was looking for in her backpack and pulled out a lunchbox and a bottle of water. She opened the box and to her and Nik's amazement saw faint steam wafting from the box.
"…Well," Moving on, not very surprised at this point with her magic bag, Roxie pulled out a napkin, grabbed the warm three meat pizza and took a big bite. She smiled and giggled. "This tastes great! Look in yours`, there's probably some food."
Nikolaj was already ahead of her and had found his own box. He opened it and immanently started inhaling the fries inside. His sounds of happiness was quite clear and the two spent the next while just eating and drinking from their bottles, Roxie a Sprite and Nik a Dr. Pepper. When both were done and more full then they had been for a while, they put their stuff back in the backpacks and zipped them up. Then at the same time both sighed, pleased and content.
For most of the rest of the trip the two talked about near anything that came to mind.
Roxie told Nik about the bullies, which made him snort at their silly gang name, and he told her about how his parents had just left on a joint trip down the mountain leaving him at home when he was brought to Bara Magna. When asked he explained that his mother had been paid for a spot at a convention down in the city and his dad had some stuff to sell, and new customers to win over in the city too. Sadly Nik had few good memories down in that place (and seemed to hiding something. Roxie didn't press; it was his business not hers). So his parents had gone; trusting their son to stay safe and not to get into trouble.
"Sadly I seem to have disobeyed their orders and trust, oh me oh my," he lamented with fake sadness and a silly look prompting laugher from Roxie.
After a point both ran out of stuff to talk about and Roxie pulled out the diary, wanting to read some more. As she did that, Nikolaj passed time sharpening his axe. Roxie was quiet as she read, just raising her eyebrows in reaction to what she was reading at points. That was it, until she got to a certain passage and gasped.
"What?" Nik looked over at Roxie, who was now speed reading and didn't reply right away, too focused. Nik tilted his head curiously and waited. When Roxie started chewing her lip he finally asked again, louder. "What is it?"
"It's bad. Lots of bad stuff going down," Roxie stated looking up at him and pointed to the diary.
"Ok, previously on Diary Watch, I told you the YA's were planning an escape, right?" Nik nodded. "Ok so what happens next, in a nutshell, is they escape but they also manage to take something with them back to earth. Get this; they actually took Hiho's mask!"
"What?"
"That's what I thought. Dude, they all kept track of Hiho's comings and goings and when he brought them food on D-day, they all jumped him. Sounds like it was mostly luck; since they couldn't get the key for their chains beforehand so the guys had to time it for when he was close enough. Once they had him on the ground they got the key and in minutes everyone was free. 'Course, that's only half the plan. Next they ripped the mask off Hiho's face and Tony, one of the dudes, put the mask on himself and opened a portal back."
"I thought the mask was broken and leaking energy,"
"It was. The mask worked though on the first try; though Makenzie says that right when they escaped to earth and he closed the portal, Tony ripped the mask off and threw up and then passed out, shaking. Afterwards, the group walked until they found help and eventually got reunited with their families."
Nikolaj hmm'd under his breath as the two went over a hill, Tesara right in front of them. "Rox, if they escaped back home, how is the diary still here?"
"That I don't know. I doubt Makenzie took the mask and went back just to leave the dairy. It's crazy, besides if they handled the mask the way they planned it shouldn't be useable at all."
"Guess you'll just have to read more to find out," Nik said to which Roxie nodded thoughtfully, packing the book of secrets back inside her bag as they finally reached Tesara. The human pair rode into the shade created by the huge tree trunks covered in green moss at the bottom. The air smelled of wet pine trees and Roxie chuckled to herself watching Nikolaj force his board over the vines that ended up on the ground. There was only one way to go, forward, so they went forward.
In a few minutes they could hear loud talking, the voices echoing off the high walls. They sounded familiar and with a shared look of hope, Nik and Roxie double timed. In minutes they went under a moss covered arch, most likely made of a root from one of the trees. By then they could hear almost all the words being said, warped as it was.
"Hey it's them, sounds like they made it ok," Nik started as he stepped off his board and Roxie followed his example. Then they both jumped, snapping their heads up they stared at the long pillar of fire. It was coming from the arena straight ahead.
"Well. That's either Akar or this world has some weird looking fireworks."
"Should we head over there? If Akar is shooting off flames, there's probably a reason." Nik pointed out as Roxie reached down and picked up her hoverboard. The fire went out and they could hear talking start up again. "Oh, must be done then,"
"Let's go, we're probably missing something important," Roxie said and the two sped walked to the center of Tesara. The Agori who lived in this village built a battle arena in the dead center of their home with a ramp entrance. The humans walked past a familiar looking vehicle and once they went under another arch they could see the Glatorians standing on the edge of a platform. The teens stopped outside of sight and listened in to the conversation.
When it was over, Roxie and Nik shared a look. "What to go to them or see if they come back this way?" Nik asked.
"Let's go back. If nothing else, they probably have to park somewhere."
The two went back to the familiar vehicle and waited there. They didn't have long to wait for the Glatorians came to them. They were talking to two more Glatorians by their looks and explaining the problems in more detail. By the time they spotted the humans leaning on the car, both had their hoods up and hands hidden.
"Roxie! Nikolaj! You're ok!" Mata Nui exclaimed once he saw them. He and the rest rushed over, looking relived and guilty. "We saw the mess at the campsite; we were about to request help to track you both down,"
"Well, thankfully that's unnecessarily now," Nik said moving his hood a bit so he could see better. There was a bit of distain in his tone and Roxie bumped his elbow.
"How'd you escape?"
"What in the Great Spirit happened?"
"Did you get anything good from the Skrall?"
"Berix!"
"What?!"
"Nik followed the dirtbags who captured me and got there in time to help me escape the cave I was in. I had already freed myself from the cell they put me," Roxie explained, and then raised her eyebrow. "The real question here is what happened with you guys? I expected you guys to at least start tracking the Skrull once you all woke up,"
"By the time the Gulra Mist dissipated enough we could, the tracks were gone outside the camp, a sand storm must have went through,"
That fit Nikolaj 's guess so Roxie dropped it. Didn't mean she was happy about it; she had to hold back on her questions on how the people living on this planet can't track or find where their enemy lived.
"Well that figures. Since everyone is back together now, what was all that yelling and flame throwing for?"
By the time the stories were told by the Glatorians and Kiina had looked over Roxie's wrists just to be sure she was OK, the arena was cleared and the Glatorians for the city had walked over. After being introduced all nine of them went to the barracks. Once there everyone sat down and while the warriors talked about the possible upcoming attack the humans just enjoyed the shade. Breathing in the green leaves and dirt, the two sharing a couch that was made of stone and covered in blankets, it wasn't long before they both fell asleep.
