Dunbroh

Meanwhile with Ming, she was out near the lake scrubbing a dish in it. On her left side were three stacks of dirty dishes and on her right were five stacks of clean dishes. Judging by the way she was furiously rubbing on the dish, she already seem to figure that Mushu just trick her.

"I-can't-believe-he-tricked-me-again!" She yelled. Ming was obviously pretty much fluming, it didn't really help that she got her temper from her father. "If I see Mushu again, I'll-"

Before she could even finish her sentence, two small blurs suddenly rushed into her, making Ming lose her balance and fall into the lake with a yelp.

"OW! What hit us?" Mushu groaned, with him and Cri-Kee rubbing their heads. Cri-Kee then suddenly realize what exactly they hit when he saw the bubbles in the lake and began to chirped frantically while jumping up and down.

"What do you mean, 'We're in trouble now?'" Mushu asked, before Ming emerged from the water, her Hun make-up was dripping all over her face, making her face look cracked as she glared down at the terrified Mushu and Cri-Kee.

"Okay, give me one, good reason not to throttle the both of you right now!" Ming hissed through her gritted teeth.

"U-Um..." Mushu stuttered as he and Cri-Kee hold each other in fear of what Ming could do to them. "W-We f-f-found s-s-s-something a-a-ab-about Sh-Shang?"

"What?" Ming's scary look quickly vanished and was replaced with curiosity and anxiousness. "What did you find out?"

"Huh? Oh!" Mushu quickly remembered, getting over his shock at Ming's quick mood change. "Uh...what did I wanted to say again?"

Cri-Kee just helpless put a limb on his face an shook his head. Is Mushu trying to get them kill?!

"Wait, now I remember!" Mushu cried out, before grabbing Ming's skirt and pulled on it frantically. "Come on, Girl! You've got to see this!"

Ming got out of the water and followed where Mushu was leading her too while Cri-Kee just sat there and prayed 'thanks' to the ancestors. Who knows what Ming would do them? He then hopped right after them.

Ming poked her head through the tent flaps to see her 'father' and Dei Ren arguing with each other.

"How many times do I have to tell, I am not training those barbarians?!" 'Shang', or most likely Dunbroh, shouted out frustrated.

"I think you have no choice but to do that, Dunbroh." Dei Ren said calmly as he silently signal to the Huns guarding the entrance. They nodded hard and reach for something behind their backs.

"And what makes you think that?" Dunbroh asked with a raise eyebrow, not exactly believing Dei Ren. Meanwhile, the Huns took out unlit-torches from behind them, but they began to light them.

"Because, you wouldn't want to die the same way you did 800 years ago, would you?" Dei Ren smirked devilishly.

Dunbroh looked at him confused, before his eyes widen in fear when he heard the sound of torches lighting. "You..." He growled, knowing very well what Dei Ren was planning to bribe him.

"Now, since our first deal didn't went well," Dei Ren began as the two Huns began to walk closer towards Dunbroh, making him back up in fear while staring at the flames like they were going to shot out at him. "How about we make another? You train my recruits in the way only General Shang knows, and I won't have any fire be near you at all."

"Is that guy insane?!" Mushu whispered-shouted, while Ming and Cri-Kee were watching the scene in front of them confused.

"What do you mean, 'he's insane?'" Ming whispered to Mushu, "And since when has my dad been afraid of fire?"

"Do we have a deal, Dunbroh?" Dei Ren asked more forcibly. Dunbroh took one look at Dei Ren, before looking towards the flames. Realizing he has no other choice, he gave out an exasperated and deep sigh before saying, "Deal..."

"Good, gentlemen," Dei Ren nodded to the two Huns. They nodded and took out the fire on the torches, making Dunbroh sigh in relief.

Ming's eyes widen when she saw the three Huns heading towards the exit. She quickly moved out of the way and hid on the side of the tent, pressing herself against it as the three Huns exited. Once she made sure they were gone, she quickly ran back towards tent for Woman servants.

"What are we gonna do? What are we gonna do? What are we gonna do?!" Mushu yelled as he paced back and forth on Ming's bed while Ming and Cri-Kee just watched him with confused and frustrated faces.

"Mushu, what's going on?" Ming asked, but Mushu just kept his pace.

"I told that Fa Den that maybe burning him was not enough! But noooooo! He had to say it was 'okay'! How come no one ever listens to a dragon anymore?!" He ranted. That's when Ming finally lost her patience.

"MUSHU! IF YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY FATHER, RIGHT NOW, I'LL PUT THE MOON MONSTER CURSE ON YOU MYSEFL!" She screamed at him, startling both him and Cri-Kee

"Ah! Okay, okay!" Mushu smoothed, knowing very well once Ming mentions the Moon Monster Curse, she means business. He slightly thanked the Ancestors that no one else was in the tent.

"So, are you going to tell me?" Ming asked with her arms crossed, with Cri-Kee following.

"Uh..." Mushu trailed off, wonder if he should tell the Ming the truth or not. "Listen Ming, I'd just realize that, maybe we should go home," at that, it made one of Ming's eye twitch, meaning she's getting ready to lose her cool. But Mushu still pressed on, "You know, it's obviously Shang has lost his marbles. Better to go home and tell your mother!" He gave out a cheeky nervous smile.

Right now, Ming's eye was twitching like crazy. She looked ready to burst. Cri-Kee hold his antennas down and closed his eyes, ready for the irascible Ming to burst. But what happen next surprised both of them.

Instead of furiously yelling at Mushu or probably strangling him, Ming took a deep and long breath, as if she was trying to calm herself down.

"Is that it?" She asked, in a surprising calm voice. Too calm...Even for Ming.

"Uh..." Mushu traded suspicious glances with Cri-Kee. "...Yeah?"

"Oh, well if that's the case," Ming opened her eyes, revealing a mischievousness glint. "Wǒ suǒ tīngdào de zhàohuàn guàiwù yuèliàng yú-!" Once he realized that Ming is putting the Moon Monster curse on him, he quickly yelled, "Alright! Alright! I'll tell you what I know!" He did not want to spent three nights in his dreams being chase by a mythical monster.

"Okay, so you remember one of your mother's Ancestors, Fa Deng?" Though she rather be chased by the Moon Monster than to think about her Ancestors, Ming nodded any way. "Now how do I explain this, but me and Deng know him."

"Know who?" Ming asked with a raise eyebrow.

Mushu sighed, knowing Ming isn't going to take this easy, "Lord Dunbroh..."

...

...

...

"Who?" Ming asked again.

"W-w-w-WHAT?!" Mushu yelled, he knew Ming sometimes have trouble following things, but come on! "Ming, please tell me you listen to one of your grandmother's history lessons?!"

"Mushu, do you really have to ask that?" Ming said like it was obvious.

"Okay, okay, good point!" Mushu waved his hands, realizing he just asked a stupid question. "Now listen to this..." Mushu began as he began to tell his tale of Lord Dunbroh.

*Flashblack*

A man in his 70's was sitting on his large lavish throne inside his large stone castle. He had long white beard and half-bald hair, his eyes were a misty light blur and his face was covered in wrinkles. He is wearing a large medieval blue jacquard robe and dark brown boots. In his hand is a long sword, the blade was gray and the handle was dark red. On both sides of his throne, they are two, very large, dark olive green Komodo Dragons with dark red snake eyes. Judging by the look on the man's face as he watched from his magic ball that showed a field full of stone statues that looked like terrified, he was pleased.

Meanwhile Mulan's Ancestor, Fa Deng, looked over a corner to see Dunbroh smirking at his 'collection.'

"There he is, Mushu..." He whispered to a younger Mushu who was staring curiously at the smirking Lord. "That evil, sick, twisted little-"

"Yeah, uh, I think you made your point." Mushu rolled his eyes at Deng's muttering. "So, how are we going to get pass those lizards of his?" He gesture fearfully at the two large dragons, which Dunbroh was petting one of them.

"Well, what European Lord doesn't love a Jester?" Deng explained to him, giving a smirk. Mushu quickly caught on what he was suggesting.

"Oh, no!" Mushu disagreed, but Deng kept on shaking his head while Mushu kept on say 'no.'

"Hey! Mister!" Dunbroh and his dragons turned to see Mushu running up to the throne in front of them.

"What in the world is that?" Dunbroh whispered to his dragons, who were looking at Mushu like he was lunch.

"Oh, me? I'm just a friendly passerby, heard this a real cool castle to visit!" Mushu said in fake excitement. "Hey, are looking for a Jester? Cause I can be pretty funny!" After that, Mushu took four spinning dishes and gave out a nervous cheeky grin.

Dunbroh looked considerate of this, before looking over to his pets. They looked up at him with hungry eye and licking their lips, he then smirked.

"Very well, Lizard," Mushu slumped down when heard that, "I'll let you entertain me, but heed my words, fail to do so, and it's lunchtime for my precious Rinkus and Alfred." The two said dragons licked their lips with their large slimy purple tongues that made Mushu gulped. Deng owes him big time for this!

"Oh, okay!" Mushu put down his spinning dishes, and took out four water balloons and began to juggle them. "So, did you all know what Cinderella said when she left the photo store?" He asked.

Dunbroh and his pets turned to each other, but they shook their heads.

"Someday my prints would come!" Dunbroh stiffen in his chuckle when he heard that, but his pets were a different story. They were rolling around on their backs, laughing, or a combination of a hiss and screech, their hearts out.

"Yeah!" Mushu smiled, seeing his plan working. "And do you wanna know what happen to the old sorcerer that played with a balloon?"

Dunbroh, completely clueless to Mushu's plan, nodded eagerly.

"He ended up wet!" After saying that, Mushu tosses the water balloons he was juggling at Dunbroh and his dragons, soaking them with water.

"Now that's funny!" Mushu laughed at the soaking Dunbroh and Komodo dragons as they glared at him.

"Rinkus! Alfred! Lunchtime!" Mushu quickly froze with wide eyes when he heard that. It didn't take him long to run away screaming with two very angry Komodo Dragons chasing after him.

"Oh, come on"! He yelled when a chair suddenly flew his way, luckily he was able to dodge it and keep running. "Don't tell me Dunbroh gave you guys magic!" To answer his question, both Rinkus and Alfred roared, making all kinds of objects come Mushu's way. Like before, he was able to dodge them all.

Mushu turned a corner and ran straight into a wall. He quickly looked around in hopes to find an exit, but sadly there was none. Soon he heard growling behind him, he shakily turn around to see Rinkus and Alfred coming closer to him.

"Hey, uh, no hard feelings?" Mushu asked helplessly. Rinkus and Alfred then lunge forward at him, Mushu screamed and closed his eyes, waiting for the end. But it never came

Instead, the three of them heard a scream that came from Dunbroh's throne room. Rinkus and Alfred shared worried glances at each other, before they quickly scurried over to the throne room, leaving Mushu alone.

"So, do we really have no hard feelings?!" He yelled out to them.

*End Flashback*

"...So we destroy Dunbroh's cursed sword, leaving him stripped from magic. Then we burned him at the stakes." Mushu finished explaining his adventure with Dunbroh.

Ming and Cri-Kee stared at him with raise eyebrows. Okay...Mushu had to used water balloons to defeat an evil sorcerer. Can Mushu's stories get anymore weirder?

"...Thanks for the history lesson Mushu," Ming said sarcastically after a while, "But what does this have to do with Dad?"

"Shang, uh...oh, how do I say this?" Mushu mutter, that only tick Ming off.

"Mushu, tell me now!" She yelled.

"AH! DUNBROH'S SPIRIT POSSESSED SHANG, ALRIGHT?! NOW DON'T KILL ME!" Mushu yelled, before covering himself if Ming was going to kill him after hearing that.

Instead, Ming's furious face quickly changed into one of shock and horror. "What...?" She asked, afraid that it will be true.

Mushu peeked one open when he heard Ming's distress voice, his face completely soften. "Oh, Ming...I'm sorry, I knew you would react this way if I'd told you, but then you threaten me with that curse and I do not want to spend three of my nights-"

"Mushu..." Ming interrupted, her voice sounding very desperate, "Please...please tell me my Dad is still in there!"

Mushu looked helplessly over to Cri-Kee before turning over to Ming, "Well, there's a fifty-fifty chance, but-" Once again, Ming cut him off.

"So there's still a chance!" Ming said a little hopefully as she stood up. "Mushu, I came here to rescue my Dad, so I'm gonna do it! No matter what!"

Mushu sighed, knowing no matter what, once Ming sets her mind onto something, she won't stop until she succeeds. Not even her fear of full moons and the moon monster is going to stop her.

"Alright, Ming..." He smiled gently at her, "Me and Cri-Kee are gonna help in every step of the way." That made Ming smile.

"Thanks Mushu," She suddenly remember her promise this afternoon. "Hey, Mushu?"

"Yes?" Mushu asked, completely unaware what's going to happen. Suddenly, Ming's foot came down and squashed Mushu.

"That's for using my fear against me, Mushu!" She growled out, before lifting her foot and marched out of the tent.

"Okay, I guess I deserve that..." Mushu groaned as he rubbed his head.

*Chirp, Chirp!*

"Hey, what do you mean I deserve more?!"
