THE FINALE! IT BROKE MANY RECORDS! MUCH MORGAN! VERY KILL PORCHDICK! SO WOLVES!

Anwways, I actually thought it was a little underwhelming, but not every finale can end in a huge battle between the group and their enemies and I wouldn't want it to. I was still screaming at my T.V. so it must've been alright.

Except fuck this Nicholas kid. Like really? We need to get someone to kill him ASAP. And like, then Glenn let him live!? Glenn, sweetie, he literally tried to kill you and you had him in your hands and you let him go. Honey, I thought we'd learned this lesson by now.

IF THEY TRY TO KILL, EAT, OR CAPTURE YOU=BAD!

So now we're all waiting until October which seems like it was not be upon us for many moons.

Plus side, Fear the Walking Dead, or The Walking Dead: LA as I like to call it, is a thing now and since it's run and created by the makers of TWD it should be pretty good.

Until then, satisfy your needs for walkers, murders, and blood by reading this!

Enjoy! (If you can this chapter is pretty bleak lol)

We. All. Got. Jobs. To. Do.

"Her dirty paws and furry coat,

She ran down the forest slope

The forest of talking trees,

They used to sing about the birds and the bees.

The bees had declared a war,

The sky wasn't big enough for them all.

The birds, they got help from below,

From dirty paws and creatures of snow."

-Dirty Paws.

-Of Monsters and Men.

I left Glenn to go stand with Sasha. "God, I hope this goes well." I said.

"Me too." she responded with concern in her tone.

Rick spoke first, like he usually did. "Alright, as most of you know, we were attacked in the dark hours of the early morning. There were four attackers that came into our home, all of whom, have been taken care of. None of our people were hurt, we're all safe, just like we were before." I noticed he didn't mention Glenn being shot. "We're safe for now."

"Why just 'for now'?" someone yelled.

"Who were they? Where'd they come from?"

"What did they want?"

Chatter filled the crowd. I looked at Glenn who remained calm.

"The attacker came from a camp." Michonne spoke. "One much like Terminus except these people are even more ruthless. They want what we have and will stop at nothing to get it."

"So how are we supposed to know who they are?" a man in the front asked.

"We'll being doing head counts for everyone here twice a day, everyday. Anymore, or any less and we'll take action the find out what's going on." Tyreese said. "We want to be able to tell the difference between our people and theirs."

"So how do I know my family will be safe? How do I know my kids won't be shot in the middle of the night like Glenn was?"

Rick looked at Glenn. Rick was good at preparing people for battle. When it came to rallying people together to conquer, Rick was the perfect fit. But Glenn made people feel safe and that's what everyone needed.

"Ma'am," Glenn said. "I can assure you that your family is safest here. You won't find a better place for your children to grow up. Your kids won't be shot in the middle of the night because we have people here, ready to protect them with their own lives. We're all ready to fight for them."

I looked over at the woman who clutched her child. I couldn't imagine how she felt.

However, Glenn seemed to ease her mind. She nodded at him and he smiled before glancing at me.

He spoke to the crowd then. "We're ready to fight for all of you so long as you agree to some of our new terms."

"Yeah, new terms." Rick said. "We have to prepare for a fight. For a war. It's not enough just to fight the walkers but we have to fight for what we have here. We've all worked so hard to get where we are, to be standing here, alive, with all we have. We have to fight anyone who wants to take this from us."

The crowd was silent.

"So what do we do now?" I asked, finally, to fill up all the silence and space in the air.

Rick nodded. "I want to prepare everyone so they feel safe. So everyone feels that they can protect themselves."

His eyes scanned the crowd. "Gun and knife training classes will now be mandatory for all adults who don't already have a job overnight. I need more volunteers to watch the perimeter for all hours. I need the older kids to help watch the younger kids. I need more people to pick up those shifts. I need yo all to help each other." he looked around. "If it comes down to it, I want us to be able to stay and defend what's ours. And I don't want to lose anyone in the process."

No one said anything and Rick spoke again. "Everyone return to your jobs for today. If you decide to pick up some extra jobs somewhere, let a council member know. See Maggie, Sasha, or Carol to let them know what classes you'll be attending tomorrow." he smirked. "And lastly, get some rest tonight. Starting tomorrow things are going to change 'round here." he walked away from the center and moved passed me, mumbling under his breath. "I won't be Governored out of my home again."

It was after lunch that day. Maggie and I were walking to Dr. Peters' office. The thought of Maggie being pregnant was burning in my mind like fire. I couldn't stop it from spreading. Now, it was 3:00 and my mind was consumed by it.

Maggie's head was on my shoulder. Her hair was soft against my chin. Her small fingers wrapped around my forearm and traced circles on my skin.

I took these moments as they came. I knew that after today, they would be few and far between.

"Maggie," I said. "Can we just stop for a minute?"

"Sure," she said smiling.

I knew she was just glad I was alive. Every time I was put in any sort of danger, she always liked to stay close to me after, as if she leaves me I might have some sort of brush with death. But after I told her my news, I was afraid my brush with death might be with her.

"Do you remember what I was trying to say to you earlier? Before Rick came into the office?"

She scanned her brain but it seemed like she couldn't recall it. That only made things worse. "Um, about the roof?" she said.

I nodded. "Yeah, the roof and that night."

She smiled. "I remember."

"Yeah, well, I was telling you that something happened that night."

"What like, after?" she asked.

"No, Mags. That's not what I meant."

I watched the concern grow on her face.

"Did I-" her eyes looked down and away from me. "Did I do something wrong Glenn?"

"What?" I shook my head and brought her into my arms. "No, no. God, no, Maggie." I tipped her head up to look at me. " I swear it's nothing you did. You were perfect. More than perfect." she looked confused and stayed quiet.

"Then, what is it? What's wrong?"

I sighed. "Me. It's all my fault." My stomach turned.

"Glenn, what're you talking about?"

"Maggie, I-I'm so sorr-"

"Hey Maggie," I heard a voice.

I turned to see a young teenage guy.

"Oh, hey Josh." she turned, wiping her eyes. She didn't even know what was wrong and she was crying. "What's up?" she tried to perk up.

"Sorry, I wasn't interrupting anything was I?"

"Yeah a little bit." I went towards him but Maggie put a hand on my chest.

"You're fine just-" she paused. "What do you want?"

"Oh, just to sign up for some classes. Rick said we should see you to do that."

"Oh, yeah." she pulled a piece of paper and a small pencil from her pocket. "Just pick a time you can meet with us and how often. Make sure you don't overlap with any of your jobs."

"Okay, thanks." he said.

She turned back to me. "What were you saying?"

"Mags, I so sorry."

"For what?"

"Yeah, Maggie," Josh said. "I have a problem."

"You're about to have a problem." I grabbed his shirt and yanked him towards me.

"Glenn, stop." I was so on edge that I didn't know what I was doing,.

"Yeah, Josh?"

"Well I have a morning shift in the kitchen and a night shift on the fences so I can't-"

"We added a class at 2:00, right after lunch so you could make that one. It should work." she turned back to me but we were interrupted again.

"Mr. Rhee," I felt a hand on my shoulder. "Ready to change those bandages?" Dr. Peters and Rosita stood next to me.

"Now?" I asked.

"Yes, now." Rosita's sass didn't go unnoticed.

"I'll meet you two in the office." Dr. Peters walked away.

"Come on," Rosita said, beginning to walk with him.

"Wait," I said, turning to Maggie.

"What?" Do you need her for everything?" Rosita asked.

"Maggie put her paper in her pocket and Josh walked away. "Glenn, What were you saying about that night? What was you fault?" she asked hurriedly.

"Everything Maggie. I'm so sorry. God, I'm so sorry." I grabbed her hands.

"Glenn, you're scaring me."

"Hey, Maggie," Sasha came up to us.

"Come on, Carol wants to talk with us about the new classes."

Rosita came up to me. "Let's go Mr. Rhee." she winked. "You don't need to be worried this time, I know what I'm doing."

She turned her fingers around my belt buckle and inside my pants.

"Is that just a habit of yours or something?" Maggie asked, jealous.

"You could call it that. But can you tell your boy toy that if he doesn't get these bandages changed regularly, especially today, the wound could get infected?"

"He's my husband." She corrected, then looked at me. "And I really need to talk to him.

"Maggie," Sasha warned and nodded at her.

"Glenn, seriously, come on." Rosita pulled at me.

"Glenn?" Maggie looked up at me, her eyes wide.

I looked around and decided this wasn't the time. If I was going to tell Maggie we couldn't keep being interrupted.

I would have to get her away.

I leaned over and kissed her forehead. "Maggie this can wait a few hours."

"Are you sure? A second ago it couldn't."

"It can, okay? I promise." I said.

"Go do whatever it is you have to do today and meet me at the front gates at 6:00. Tell Carol that you're leaving with me and get Beth to cover you shift on the radio."

"Are we going to take all night?" she asked.

I knew once we knew, she would be too distracted to work. She wouldn't be up for it.

"Just in case." I said.

She was confused. "Glenn, I just-"

I kissed her so she would stop worrying.

"Things will be fine. I promise." I pushed hair from her eyes and looked at her. "Trust me."

She scanned my eyes and nodded. "Okay."

It was later that day and Maggie and I had just left. I'd insisted we take one of the cars. If everything I thought might be was, then I didn't want Maggie walking for miles and miles all night. She thought it was selfish of us, since only two group members were going, but I knew it needed to happen.

"Also," Maggie spoke. "Carol thought it would be a good idea to pick up some extra stuff if we have a chance. For Judith especially."

I nodded nervously. Two babies in this world. I couldn't imagine things being much worse.

"Okay, sure, we can do that." I said, noticing my palms getting sweaty on the wheel.

"Glenn, where are we going then? A grocery store?"

"Well, there are a few pharmacies just up the road." I said, trying to keep my voice level and calm.

"Alright, then, the pharmacy but why?" I couldn't avoid her questions much longer.

I was glad the pharmacy was close. It was pretty bare at this point but I knew they would have what we needed. Even if some other groups were getting supplies there, I doubted they would need a pregnancy test. I also knew there was a reason no one needed one. Babies in this world were like a death sentence in one way or another.

I decided to change the subject. "Here," I said, handing her a bottle of water. "Drink this."

"Why?" she asked, annoyed.

"Because if we run out of gas we might have to walk back and I don;t want you dehydrated, it's getting hotter out you know. The last things you need is to be passing out." I lied. Really she just needed enough fluid to be able to take a test or two.

I knew she didn't have enough to drink to do that, no one ever did.

"I told you we should've walked."

"In the dark?" I asked.

"Well that;s what we'll be doing anyways right?"

"Maggie, just drink the water."

"I don't-"

"Please?" I begged.

She looked at me and I knew she was annoyed. However, she took the bottle and started to sip.

We pulled up to the pharmacy and went inside.

"Do you want to get the stuff for Judith?" I asked, stumbling over my words.

"No, Glenn, I want to know what you were going to tell me earlier today. I can't wait anymore."

"Just a few more minutes." I said.

"No, I can't wait. I have to know now or-"

"let's just get through the pharmacy okay? Then-then I'll tell you everything."

She looked weary but nodded and turned away to get stuff for "Judith".

I made my way to the small selection of feminine hygiene products.

I was clueless when I'd done this over a year ago for Lori and I was just as clueless now. I didn't know what to get or what was the easiest to use.

If it wasn't for the obvious packaging, I would've picked the wrong this. My nerves also weren't helping me.

A year ago this was so difficult. I cared about Lori and her situation but she was part of Rick's family. Besides, she'd had a kid before.

Now, this was worse. I wasn't picking something up for Lori. It was Maggie. It was my wife. Everything was so much more complicated.

I felt my heart pounding in my chest and my hands were sweaty still. My breathing had become short and quick.

I knew I had to calm down. In a few minutes, Maggie was going to be a mess. I had to get myself together so I could be there for her.

I tried to remember what I got for Lori. Whatever I picked seemed to work for her. Even if I could remember, there was still no guarantee they would have it here still.

I checked to make sure Maggie was over I a different aisle. She was putting cans and bottles into a red plastic basket.

I bent down to start digging through the scattered boxes. I didn't see any brands that I recognized from before. I started looking for keywords I thought sounded good. Things like 'first response' or 'before your missed period' seemed like they would be more advanced and, therefore, more accurate.

Eventually I found a few that would work. I knew Maggie would want to take more than one.

I looked at the instructions on the back of the box. Some had pictures and others didn't. I couldn't see how women could do this. As I read more, everything became even more real and I thought I might be sick.

"Okay, Glenn, I got some-" Maggie came up behind me.

I immediately tried to hide what I was holding, even though I knew I couldn't hide from this anymore.

"Glenn, what're you doing?" she asked, concern thick in her tone.

"It;s nothing Mags," I was only now I realized that I was crying. "I just-"

"Are those pregnancy tests?" she asked.

I paused to wipe my tears and take a deep breath.

After this, everything about our worlds would be different. We couldn't take this back.

"Maggie, I-"

There were tears pooling in her eyes and her voice quivered as she spoke. "Who?" she asked. "Who is it?"

I looked at her and didn't know if I could break her heart like this.

I felt a lump in my throat as I spoke. "Maggie, what I was trying to tell you earlier today was that-"

"Is it Sasha? I know her and Bob haven't ever been that careful. Still I didn't-"

I wished I could just tell her yes. That she, herself, would be safe.

I felt tears on my cheek as I shook my head. "No. That night on the roof-" I swallowed my words.

I didn't know if I could do this. Her tears fell harder and a hand flew to her mouth. "No, Glenn, no." she was shaking. "Not Beth. I know she and Daryl were together that night but she can't be." she walked over to me and wrapped her arms around my waist.

Her body was shaking in my arms and things were only getting worse. "No," I put a hand on her head and kissed her temple. I didn't know if she would let me hold her again after I told her this. "Beth's not pregnant."

She stepped back to look at me, her eyes wide and waiting. "Then who?" she whispered.

I put my hands on either side of her face and kissed her forehead, my tears becoming a stream of failure and worry.

I looked at her and knew she would hate me after this. Our lives, our love, would never be the same.

"Maggie," I tried to keep my voice calm. "That night on the roof, when we had sex-"

Her face looked like she got the idea that I wasn't talking about anyone else.

"Glenn?" her voice was deep with fear.

"I thought we were safe, Mags, I really did."

She shook her head and stepped away from me. "We were safe. We were fine. You said so."

I resisted tears. "I thought we were but-but the condoms were bad and-"

"What?" she asked, angry but still crying.

"Beth and I came to get some a few weeks ago. Daryl said that when he checked his, they all had holes. I just-" I watched her fall apart in front of me. "I didn't know Maggie."

"You didn't know?" she cried. "I-I-" she collapsed in a pile of limbs on the floor and I ran to her.

"Maggie!"

"Get away from me Glenn!" she put a hand on my chest to stop me.

"Maggie please, I-"

"So what am I supposed to do now? Huh?"

I shook my head. "I-I just don't-"

"We both know what happened to Lori when she had Judith. I was there, I watched her-" she crumbled. "I watched her die Glenn."

I cried as I hugged her. "I'm sorry. That won't-"

"Get off of me!" she yelled and pushed me away.

She sobbed into her hands, her head between her knees. "God, how am I supposed to do this? I can't do this."

I sighed and tried to remain rational. "Maggie," I sat on my knees next to her. "Just take the tests okay? Maybe you're not pregnant at all. Maybe-"

She scoffed. "I doubt that."

"It's possible." I said. "We just need to know." I held out three tests to her. "Then we can decide what to do."

She bit her lip and her tears seemed to cease. She nodded slowly.

"Okay." she glanced up at me then took them.

She struggled to stand up and I offered her my hand. "No, I'm fine. I got it." her voice was level and I was amazed by how strong she was.

Once she was on her feet, she walked to the bathroom on the other side of the store. I followed her over.

"No, Glenn, I got it."

"Mags, let me help you. I-"

"No," she turned to me. "'I'm fine and besides," silent tears traced her cheek like a finger on a map, trying to find an answer to keep us from being lost. "I can't look at you right now."

So there is it Glenn's big reveal. Now only to find out if Maggie is actually pregnant!

So let me know what you thought. Tell me all of your good bad and ugly thoughts on this chapter because I love hearing them!
