Professor Bell was sitting over at a desk, muttering something beneath his breath. His hand was down on the desk, scribbling down notes. The room was lit dimly, offering only enough light for him to see what he was doing. He grinned slightly, finally giving his hand a break.

"Let's see... I'll have my scientists design the wings... And then I'll-" he was interrupted by the sound of the door opening, letting in a bright light.

"Professor?" A voice called.

"I've no time for intrusions, Aaron." He grumbled. "You'd better have a good reason for interrupting me." He snapped.

Aaron, a slightly larger than usual Beast, walked into the room with 'his' head bowed. "I mean no harm, sir, but the prisoner has awakened." He announced.

Dr. Bell grinned strangely, suddenly pushing himself away from the desk. "Perfect. I'm sure he's more than ready to converse." He said, giving Aaron a few gentle taps on the head before exiting the room.

The prison room was, in the most simple explanations, was basically a normal sized bedroom-like chamber. Four walls, one window, one bed. On the bed was a grown man, with an expression mixed between anger and annoyance. His black tee shirt and brown pants were tattered and somewhat filthy, and his hair was a matted mess. His eyes focused on the door as it was unlocked from the outside, revealing Dr. Bell with Aaron at his side.

"Ah. David Seville. Guardian to the three nuisances that have plagued me for so long." He greets with a somber grin. "I do hope the Beasts haven't been rough." He says.

Dave turned his gaze, ignoring his remark. "You're insane." He says through gritted teeth.

"Far from it, Seville." Dr. Bell replied, leaning against the wall. "You can say that I'm quite elightened." He leaned against the doorsill, one foot tapping impatiently on the ground. "Anyway, I do hope you're ready to reveal the location of your.. Sons."

"I'll never do that!" Dave shouted, fighting the urge to rise up. "You're not going to lay a hand on my boys!"

Dr. Bell simply rolled his eyes. "I've tried my patience with you, Seville. I've kept ypu in the best conditions I could, and I ask the simplest of things from you, and you refuse to cooperate!" He said.

Dave finally turned to face him. "I know you're going to hurt them the moment I tell you where they are..." he responded. "I'd rather die than tell you..."

"Enough of this!" Dr. Bell suddenly shouted. He snapped, and Aaron pounced forward, knocking Dave into the wall. The dog placed a cold paw against Dave's chest, fangs bared and gleaming. "You've tested my patience for the last time! Now tell me where they are or I'll tear open your throat!"

A cough came from Dave, who managed to shake his head stubbornly. "You tell me something first..." He groaned, trying to move away Aaron's heavy paw. "Why... Why are you trying to end everything?"

Dr. Bell glared at him for a while more before calling off Aaron. "Fine. I'll tell you exactly why I'm destroying this planet we call home." He says bitterly. "It's a very, very simple reason, Mr. Seville. We wish for the perfect world to live in, and yet we, as humans, continue to defile and putrify the world instead."

He stopped, opening the door, gesturing for Dave to walk out.

"All will be explained." He said.

"You see, Mr. Seville, as much as we want the world to be better, we are much closer than we think." Dr. Bell says as he wandered the vast expanse of space he called his basement. "The world has only one problem to get rid of in order for it to become perfect." He explained.

"And what would that be?" Dave asked.

Dr. Bell came to a stop and answered without the slightest hint of hesitation. "Humans." He replies coldly. "Humans are the root of the world's problems."

Dave's eyes widened in shock. "You can't be serious!" He yelled.

"I kid you not, Mr. Seville! Pollution, rape, crime, everything we see as an obsticle on the path to perfection, it was all caused by humans! I'll take it upon myself to see that this world becomes perfect!" He shouts back. "And I will stop at nothing, I repeat, nothing to see every last human exterminated!"

"Including yourself?" Dave pressed, trying his best to keep calm, despite the cold bead of sweat that went down his neck. "If so, you're crazier than I thought! You're driven by your opinions, Vincent!"

Dr. Bell turned to him slowly. "Opinions? I think not." Was his answer. "I remain human, just like you. I'm ready to lay down my life for this world." He continues.

"If your plan is to kill off humans, then why are you after my boys?" Dave questioned, looking to his feet.

"Simple, simple, simple, Mr. Seville. I'm sure you've seen movies before. Let's just say... Your boys simply know too much, and must be dealt with accordingly."

Hearing this pushed Dave over the edge. Using as much of his strength as he could, he rushed towards Dr. Bell, planting a powerful punch across his face. Taken by surprise, Bell spun around once, falling to the floor beneath him.

Aaron snarled loudly and knocked Dave to the floor, sinking his sharp fangs into Dave's shoulder. "How dare you lay your hands on Dr. Bell!" He growled fiercely. Dave held back a shout of agony, enduring the pain as much as he could.

"Down, Aaron." Bell sputtered, spitting some blood onto the floor. "He can have that one, but see to it that he is put back in his cell. Then meet me in The Redeemer." Bell ordered, wiping his mouth on his sleeve.

The dog snarled, but obeyed his command, releasing Dave's shoulder. "Yes sir..." He says, grabbing Dave's shirt collar in his mouth, carrying him away.

Dr. Bell stood in the basement, still bleeding some from his mouth. "I know what I do is the right... No matter how much it pains me to do so..." He says, slumping against the wall. "Everything I've went through... It'll never be on another person again... I'll fix this world on my own... And no one... No one... Shall stand in my way.." He said to himself.

He stood shakily, reaching into his pocket. He pulled out a shiny, silver pocketwatch, opening it. 11:00pm was displayed on the clock inside. "Time is of the essence..." He tells himself, standing up straight. "There is still mich work to be done... Transport." He says before snapping the watch closed.

Immediately, he was consumed in a bright flash of light, disappearing with it a split second later.
