Saint Binah
It was nightfall and the party was resting with an open camp fire. Luke was looking at the sky the night sky thinking about his home and his family and he was worried about his mother and her health as the stress she would suffer with Luke's disappearance again. Luke looked over and saw the people he was with. He saw Ion and Mieu standing next to the camp fire. He saw Tear sitting next to the camp fire as well. He saw Guy leaning on a tree and Jade standing looking at the other side and pondering.
"Luke, how are you feeling?" Ion asked.
"I'm fine," Luke replied.
"I'm sorry, this is happening because I dragged you into this."
"That's not true," Luke assured, "I'm in it because I chose to be so don't worry about it."
"You're right, thank you Luke."
"Ion, can I ask you something?"
"Sure, what is it?"
"Does it bother you that you have members in the Order of Lorelei that are willing to kill people?"
"You're referring to what happened in the Tartarus?"
"Yeah, I've also heard of similar incidents with the Oracle Knights."
"It does bother me Luke and I'm sad to say that Order of Lorelei has stopped being a religion of life. I'm sure you'll see soon enough."
"I see…"
Luke walked and approached Jade and Jade noticed Luke's expression.
"Why so serious, Luke?" Jade asked.
"Just thinking about everything that has happened so far," Luke answered.
"I see…it bothers you a lot to kill people, doesn't it?"
"Yeah, it really does."
"Was it the first time you killed someone back on the Tartarus?"
"…No, three years ago, I killed a bandit and I did it to protect someone very dear to me. I was mortified that I took a life even it was to protect someone…I actually vomited. The person I killed at the Tartarus was the second one."
"I see…"
"Do you find that strange considering how I did?" Luke asked with downcast expression.
"No, I actually believe your feelings are quite natural in my opinion. You're not a soldier, you're a civilian and the world could benefit from having fewer soldiers anyway."
"But you soldiers exist to protect people, isn't that why you became a soldier Jade?"
"Well, that's part of it…"
"Hmm?"
"I will make sure you make it back to Baticul Luke, we'd be quite a bind if you died before we get there."
"Right…of course," Luke said rolling his eyes.
"Just remember that there's no shame of wanting to run and protect your own life…but I get the feeling you'll do what it takes to protect those around you…at least that's the feeling I'm getting with what I've seen you do so far."
"It can't be helped…"
Luke continued his small talk with Jade and then afterwards, he saw Guy leaning on a bark of a tree and decided to go talk to his best friend.
"Guy…" Luke said.
"Oh Luke," Guy replied, "It must have been tough, being out here in Malkuth like this."
Luke frowned and looked at the ground, "I knew things were tense between Kimlasca and Malkuth but I guess I didn't realize that it was this bad."
"At this rate, it could break out to a full scale war."
"No way, we won't let that happen," Luke said determined, "that's why we're going to see my uncle back in Baticul to prevent that from happening."
"Yeah, count me in Luke," Guy said with a thumb up.
"Thanks Guy," Luke replied with a smile, "I hope to get back soon. Everyone must be worried."
"Yeah, especially Natalia."
"Natalia," Luke said with worry, "I want to get back to her soon and my mother as well considering her condition."
"Don't worry Luke, I'll make sure you and I get back to the manor real soon."
"Yeah, thanks Guy," Luke said with a smile again.
"…Say Luke, about that girl, Tear," Guy pointed out, "she's really Van's sister."
"Yeah, that right."
"What do you plan to do regarding her?"
Luke sighed, "Well, she refuses to tell me her reason so…"
"Ah, I see…" Guy said knowing exactly what Luke had in store.
Afterwards, Luke walked and sat by the camp fire. Tear approached Luke with her hands together.
"Luke," Tear spoke.
"Oh Tear," Luke replied.
"Mind if I sit next to you?"
Luke shrugged, "Go ahead."
Tear nodded and sat next to Luke.
"The fighting must have tough for you," Tear said.
"It's fine, it's only natural that one protect oneself when being threatened with bodily harm."
"I knew you were a civilian but I may not have had a full understanding of that and for that, I apologize."
"You don't need to apologize for that and besides, I made my choice."
"…That's true. Still, I just want you to remember that I regret dragging you out of your home and I promise to do everything in my power to make sure you make it back to your manor in Baticul."
"Fine, although I would feel better if you would tell me your reasons—"
"Luke, how many times do I have to say it?" Tear interrupted, "I can't tell you why I went after my brother. It's something that has to do with my homeland and it's best that you didn't get involved. So don't make me repeat myself Luke."
Luke frowned and looked away from Tear with disgust and Tear saw it and sighed.
"Luke, please understand," Tear pleaded.
"I understand nothing," Luke said as he stood up and walked away.
Tear was about to say something but stopped herself and figured it was best to just let it go.
The next morning
Luke stretched his arms and looked at the morning sky.
"A nice morning indeed," Luke commented.
Mieu moved and stopped next to Luke.
"Are you ready Luke?" Mieu asked.
"Yeah, let's go," Luke replied.
Luke and Mieu caught up with the others.
"Okay, ready to move out," Luke said.
"Very good Luke," Jade said, "we should head for St. Binah quickly."
"All right then," Guy said.
"I hope we see Anise," Ion said.
"Yeah, me too," Luke commented.
Tear nodded, "Let's go."
The others nodded in agreement and they went on their way. After some traveling, the group saw the town and it was the Citadel, St. Binah but they noticed Oracle Knights guarding the entrance. It didn't sit well with them and they decided to hide so that they wouldn't notice them.
"Damn those Oracle Knights," Luke said upset, "I bet they followed us from the Tartarus."
"It seems to be the case," Jade said.
"How annoying…"
"Well, this is the closest from the Tartarus so they may have figured that we would stop here," Guy said.
"Hmm, for a Kimlascan, you're quite familiar with Malkuth geography," Jade commented.
"It's no big deal," Luke said, "Guy and I are always looking up and reading about the geography of the world."
"Yeah," Guy said with a smile, "I remember how much you wanted me to read and show you things Luke."
"Always wanting to learn and gain knowledge," Jade said, "I can actually see it."
"Come to think of it," Tear said, "Luke was able to tell where we were when we were blasted from Baticul."
"I see…I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise."
"Still though, what should we do about them?" Luke asked pointing at the Oracle Knights.
"Hmm, what indeed…" Guy said.
They soon saw a wagon and the driver informed them that they were from Engeve doing a delivery and that one more wagon was coming after them to do the deliveries as well. The Oracle Knights guarding the entrance let them through and Luke, Tear, Jade, and Guy got the idea to sneak in the next wagon and they talked about it and then went somewhere to wait for the next wagon. Not long afterwards, the next wagon from Engeve was approaching and the party suddenly appeared.
"Stop the wagon," Luke said.
The wagon stopped and the two people on the wagon were surprised to see who it was.
"Colonel Curtiss and you're…Luke," Rose said surprised.
"Mayor Rose," Luke said, "Sorry about this but can you hide us in your wagon?"
"We'd like to get in St. Binah but a group of malcontents chasing Fon Master Ion are guarding the entrance," Guy explained, "could we ask for your assistance?"
"Please Mayor?" Luke pleaded.
"Goodness," Rose said surprised, "my birthday Score didn't say anything like this."
"Please," Tear said walk up and surprising Guy.
"Well alright, after all we owe you for mistake we made and for solving the food theft problem and the reason behind it."
"Wait, you know about all of that?" Luke asked.
"Yes, that Fon Master Guarding informed us. Didn't the Colonel tell you? After all, it was by his instruction that the Fon Master Guardian informed us."
"Oh," Luke said and looked over to Jade, "must have slipped his mind."
Jade simply pushed his glasses and Luke shrugged and thanked Jade and Jade nodded saying it was no problem.
"Anyway, get in, we'll take you in," Rose said.
"Thanks," Luke said.
Luke, Guy, Tear, Ion, Jade, and Mieu got in the wagon and hid. Rose and the coachman with her rode to the entrance and were allowed in the city after identifying themselves and reminded that one wagon had gone ahead of them. They got in the city and the party got out of the wagon and it was there they said their goodbyes and part ways and Luke and Ion thanked Rose for her help and Rose smiled at the party and left.
"So Anise is here, right?" Luke asked.
"She's to meet us at the Malkuth military base," Jade said, "if she's still alive that is."
Luke flinched and looked at Jade with shock.
"Jade, don't say things like that," Luke said and then sighed, "let's go."
"Try not to do anything to draw the attention of the Oracle Knights," Tear said to Luke.
"Was it really necessary to tell me something so obvious?" Luke said annoyed, "I'm not an idiot Tear."
"I wasn't implying that you were. Don't get so defensive."
"Tsk," Luke looked away with frown.
Guy grinned at what he was seeing, "Relax Luke, I'm sure she's just concern for your well being."
"You can't be serious Guy," Luke said annoyed.
"Heh, Princess Natalia will be so jealous."
"Guy!" Luke said with his teeth clenched, "Stop that!"
"Guy," Tear said.
Guy looked at Tear and she suddenly held his arm and his body reacted shaking with fear.
"Don't say stupid things," Tear said.
"Okay, okay, I'm sorry!" Guy said still shaking, "Please stop touching me."
Luke suddenly yanked Tear's hand off of Guy and he looked at Tear angrily and Tear was surprised.
"What the hell are you doing?" Luke said coldly with a glare.
"L-Luke…I was just…" Tear spoke surprised.
"Don't do that again," Luke said harshly, "don't you ever do that to Guy again. That's not right when you know he has a phobia."
Tear was shocked and Guy went to calm Luke down, assuring him that he was okay and Ion and Jade were surprised at how defensive Luke got regarding Guy.
"Okay, okay, fine I'm sorry," Tear said, "I was wrong, now let go of me Luke."
"Hmph," Luke responded and he let go of Tear's hand.
"Um, well, why don't we get going?" Ion said trying to ease the tension.
"Yes, let's move," Jade said, "if we just stand here, we'll get noticed."
"Right…okay," Luke said with nod.
Jade led the others to the entrance of the Malkuth military base. When they got there, Jade walked up to the two soldiers guarding the entrance.
"I'm Colonel Jade Curtiss, commander of the Third Division, Malkuth Imperial Forces," Jade spoke, "may I speak with General Glenn McGovern?"
The two soldiers saluted to Jade.
"Yes sir," One of the soldiers said, "General McGovern is currently seeing a guest so please wait inside."
Jade nodded and signaled the others to follow him as they went inside of the military base. As they went inside, they were hearing two male voices and they looked and saw a man with long silver hair tied in a ponytail wearing a Malkuth uniform and it was General Glenn McGovern and with him was an old man who was wearing a Malkuth attire with a robe and it was his father who was the mayor of St. Binah.
"Father, we've already been over this," Glenn McGovern said, "officially, the Oracle Knights are considered Scorers. We can't restrict their actions without a direct order from His Imperial Majesty."
"Enough," Mayor McGovern responded, "You know how terrible the Hod War became with their involvement."
"My apologies for interrupting," Jade said suddenly.
The McGoverns were surprised to see Jade and the others.
"Colonel Jade Curtiss," Glenn McGovern said.
"Oh, if it isn't Jade," Mayor McGovern said happily.
"It's been a while Field Marshal McGovern," Jade said with respect.
"I'm retired now so there's no need for formalities anymore and what about you? Don't think it's high time you accepted a promotion? Even at your age, you could have easily been made a Lieutenant General by now."
"Oh I don't know," Jade said with a shrug, "I think I still have my hands full as a Colonel."
Luke looked at Jade and the McGovern men with amazement.
"Jade is really someone important," Luke commented, "Well of course that's obvious."
"Indeed it is Luke," Guy said with nod.
"You and His Majesty go way back," Mayor McGovern pointed out, "can you ask him to do something about these Oracle Knights?"
"I'm afraid they're after for us," Jade said, "once we leave, they'll withdraw as well."
"What's happened?" Mayor McGovern asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I'm afraid I can't tell you the details," Jade replied, "I'm under direct orders from His Majesty. I'm sorry."
"Colonel Curtiss, what brings you here today?" Glenn McGovern asked.
"Ah yes, my apologies," Jade said, "Have you received a letter from a Fon Master Guardian?"
"Ah that, I'm sorry but I'm afraid we opened the contents for security reasons."
"That's fine, there shouldn't be anything in there that would be a problem for you to see."
Glenn McGovern handed Jade the letter and Jade read Anise's letter.
"Hmm," Jade said, "Luke?"
"Hmm, what is it?" Luke replied.
"Here," Jade said handing the letter to give to Luke.
Luke was confused, "Um, why are you giving it to me?"
"Well…it seems half of it is addressed to you."
"Seriously?" Luke replied surprised and took the letter, "If it was for Ion, that be natural but me…that's weird," Luke looked and read the letter, "Dearest Colonel Jade, I had a really scary time but I managed to make it to the city. Don't worry, I'm taking good care of you-know-what. Aren't you proud of me? It looks like the Oracle Knights are going to close off St. Binah so I'll be heading for the next location. Is my beloved Luke safe? Oh, how embarrassing, I just confessed my feelings. I'm really worried. Luke, I miss you so much. I can't wait to see you again. Oh and give my regards to Ion as well. Bye-bye for now. Love Anise."
Luke twitched his eyebrows as he was not really sure what to really to say.
"Um, well…I'm flattered that Anise feels that way…but I already told her that I'm engaged so I can't return her feelings," Luke said, "I know I told her this. I'm going to marry Natalia."
"Damn Luke, popular with the girls, aren't you?" Guy said with smile.
"What are you talking about Guy? I'm not really popular with the girls."
"Oh really, what about with most of the maids back in the manor and don't even try to say you haven't noticed."
"I'm just being courteous and polite," Luke looked at Guy, "just like you and besides, if anyone who's really popular with the ladies, it's you Guy."
"C'mon Luke," Guy said rubbing the back of his head.
"You really are a nice guy and women like nice guys like you and that's why I need to find a way to cure your phobia as soon as possible."
"Luke, you don't have to force yourself to help me," Guy assured.
"Relax Guy, I'm not forcing myself," Luke assured, "I want to do it as a way to repay you for helping me out a lot in the past seven years."
"Luke…" Guy said amazed.
"What's the next location?" Tear asked.
"Kaitzur," Jade answered.
"It's southwest from here," Luke commented.
"Very good Luke," Jade said with a nod, "you're correct."
"We'll need to cross over Fubras River," Guy commented, "if we make it to Kaitzur, we can rendezvous with Van."
"Van's there, huh…" Tear said.
"Hey, I don't know what between you two but you're his sister, right? Don't try to slice him up like you tried to do back in Baticul, okay?"
"Or you can tell us your reason," Luke said, "I promise that we'll listen to your side of things."
"Luke, do you like making me repeat myself?" Tear asked getting upset, "I told you not to ask me anymore. Why can't you do that?"
"You haven't forgotten what will happen when we get back to Baticul, have you?"
"Don't try to threaten me," Tear said with a glare.
"Tear, it's not a threat, it's a warning…a warning that you don't seem to be taking seriously for some reason."
"Luke, Tear, please stop," Ion pleaded.
"Yes, please don't fight," Mieu pleaded.
"We're not fighting," Luke and Tear said simultaneously.
Jade and Guy sighed and then Jade turned to the McGoverns.
"Well then, we'll bid you our leave," Jade said to the McGoverns.
"If the Oracle Knights are chasing you, I'll gladly lend you a hand," Mayor McGovern said, "I was elected by the city representatives here after all so come by anytime you need help."
"Thank you Field Marshal," Jade said with a nod.
Luke smiled and nodded at Mayor McGovern as well. The party left the military base and was on their way out of the city but then they noticed Oracle Knights approaching the entrance.
"The Oracle Knights," Tear said, "we better hide."
They hid and were seeing four Oracle Knights that were dressed mostly in black and three of them they saw was Largo with Jade and Luke were surprised that Largo still lived as well also saw Legretta and Arietta with a Liger.
"Have you found Fon Master Ion?" Legretta asked.
"It doesn't appear that he entered St. Binah," A Oracle soldier said.
"Those people with Ion, one of them is Luke and he protected Mommy. Mommy told me Luke is not an enemy but the Commandant's sister and Jade the Necromancer did try to kill Mommy and for that…I'll never forgive them."
"What about the Fon Master Guardian that they said was hanging around here?" The masked God-General with short green hair asked.
"She appears to have made contact with the Malkuth military but Malkuth is saying that it's 'classified' and is refusing to provide any useful information," The Oracle soldier informed.
"If I hadn't let that Necromancer and that boy get the better of me, Anise would have never got away and for that, I'm sorry," Largo said with remorse.
"That's why I told you," A man said with a laugh.
They looked and it was another God General who wore glasses and had silver hair and sat in a chair that moved and Jade was annoyed when he saw them.
"The only one who can defeat that beastly Jade is the elegant servant of the Gods," The bespectacled God-General said, "the esteemed member of the Oracle Knights' Six God-Generals, yours truly, Dist the Rose."
"You mean Dist the Reaper," The masked God-General said.
"How is one as beautiful as myself a reaper and not a rose," The bespectacled God-General named Dist complained.
"There's no point in dwelling on the past," Legretta interjected making the others turn their attention to her, "what should we do now Sync?"
"Hey…" Dist spoke upset that he was being ignored.
"Withdraw the troops from Engeve and St. Binah," The masked God-General named Sync said.
Largo was surprised, "But…"
"Your wounds still haven't healed yet," Sync pointed out, "the Necromancer almost killed you so why don't you take a break. Besides, the only way for them to cross the border is through Kaitzur. If we stay here and antagonize the Malkuth military, it could spark an international incident."
"Hey, stop ignoring me!" Dist complained.
"So next comes deciding how to deal with them at Kaitzur," Legretta said, "let's return to the Tartarus and consider matters there."
"Very well," Largo said and turned to some of the Oracle soldiers, "inform the troops. First Division, withdraw."
"Yes sir!" Some of the Oracle soldiers said.
The soldiers went to do what Largo ordered as Largo, Sync, Legretta, Arietta, and her Liger friend went to go back to the Tartarus. Dist was annoyed that he had been ignored.
"Grrrrrrrr, you're all just jealous of my intelligence and beauty," Dist said as he took off as well.
After they had left, Luke, Tear, Mieu, Ion, Guy, and Jade came out of hiding.
"Damn, Largo survived," Jade said.
"Guess you missed a vital organ," Luke commented.
"That's the first time I've seen the Six God-Generals," Guy said.
"Yeah, the six executive officers of the Oracle Knights," Luke said, "let's see, we saw Largo the Black Lion, Dist the Reaper, Legretta the Quick, Sync the Tempest, and Arietta the Wild who's the Liger Queen's adoptive daughter…so the one who we didn't see was…"
"Asch the Bloody," Guy said.
"That's right and they're…" Luke frowned as he knew, "Master Van's direct subordinates."
"That's right," Tear said, "so if the God-Generals are taking action that means that the one who is trying to cause war is Van."
"The Six God-Generals are the side of the Grand Maestro so Mohs is most likely giving orders to Van as well," Ion pointed out.
"Really?" Luke asked, "Is that true?"
"Grand Maestro Mohs would never do something like this," Tear replied.
"Are you sure about that?" Luke asked, "Are you really absolutely sure?"
"Yes Luke, I'm absolutely sure. In fact, I have a mission that the Grand Maestro assigned me although I can't talk about it."
"Then why the hell did you bring it up?" Luke replied annoyed.
"However I can assure you, it's one for peace," Tear continued.
"You do go out of your way to defend Mohs," Luke said.
Tear glanced at Luke and narrowed her eyes at him.
"Luke, what are you implying?" Tear asked.
"I'm just stating a fact, that's all. You act like you know everything but I bet you have no real clue in what's really going on."
Tear was offended and was about to rebuke Luke's statement.
Luke continued, "You heard what Ion and Jade have been saying and with Ion seeing first hand with what's going on in Daath and yet you're standing there and basically calling the Fon Master a liar and yet you refuse to divulge anything as in why you say that Mohs is good and your brother, Master Van is bad."
Tear was shocked with what Luke had said and got angry.
"Luke, you don't understand anything," Tear said.
"You're right I don't. How am I suppose to when you refuse to say why you make claims like that and we're suppose to take you seriously? Especially when I know that you're hiding something. I mean hell for all we know, you could be a spy for Mohs and the claim you makes toward Master Van is your way to throw us off."
"Luke, I'm warning you…" Tear said getting upset with Luke.
"Please, settle down you two," Ion pleaded.
"C'mon you two, don't fight," Guy said.
"Yes, there's nothing to gain with this bickering," Jade said.
"Now's not the time to be worrying about Van or Mohs," Guy said, "right now we should focus of getting past the Six God-General and preventing this war."
Tear sighed, "You're right, I'm sorry."
Luke sighed as well, "Yeah, me too, my apologies."
"Well now since that's over, let's head for Kaitzur, shall we?" Jade suggested with a shrug.
Luke and Guy were annoyed with Jade response.
"You really are unbelievable," Guy said.
"Yeah seriously," Luke added, "but still…"
"Hmm, what is it Luke?" Ion asked.
"It seems that the only thing we know for sure that the Oracle Knights seem to want for the war to happen and they're going to keep coming after us until we get to Baticul."
"Van is behind this," Tear said, "it's the only thing that makes sense."
"So you say but with nothing to back up your claim, you words have no bearing," Luke pointed.
"Luke…" Tear said upset.
"Look, none of us really knows what's going on and we don't know who's ultimately behind this but we all we can do right now is protect Ion and get back to Baticul so that we can talk to my uncle. Hopefully we'll be able to figure things out afterwards."
"That's a wise thing for you to saw Luke," Jade said.
"Yeah, so let's hurry," Guy said.
They continued to move and ready to leave the city. They looked around and Luke had an idea when saw Ion and he got concerned.
"Say, why don't we call it a day and leave tomorrow morning," Luke suggested and looked at Ion, "I'm sure Ion would appreciate it."
"So you noticed," Ion said, "sorry I meant to say something…"
"Fon Master," Tear said with concern.
Jade and Guy nodded with agreement and they all went in the inn and got rooms for the nights. In one of the rooms, Ion was sitting on a bed and the others were standing.
"By the way Ion," Jade said, "I meant to ask you, where did they take you when you were taken from the Tartarus?"
"To the Sephiroth," Ion answered.
"The Sephiroth?" Luke asked, "Oh, the ten most powerful fon slots, right?"
"Yes, that's right," Tears answered.
"Do you remember Luke?" Guy asked, "They're the planet's vital points, places where memory particles, a kind of planetary fuel, concentrate and fonons gather easily."
"Oh right, right, thanks for the reminder," Luke said with nod and then he turned towards Ion, "so Ion, what did they do over there?"
"I can't say, that's confidential to the Order," Ion said.
Luke twitched, "A-Are you serious? First you can't say why Mohs is starting a war and now you can't say why the Oracle Knights that took you away from the Tartarus had you go the Sephiroth. Seriously getting real tired of the confidential reply. If we don't know why they're doing what they're doing, isn't that doing more harm? What if something serious happens and we couldn't stop it because we were kept ignorant on things. C'mon Ion, give us a clue here."
"I'm sorry Luke but I can't," Ion said, "I understand you're upset about this, I really do, but there are rules…rules I can't break."
"Luke, this is matter of the Order of Lorelei," Tear said, "it's not something that you should try to dwell in so much. Complaining about not being told is not going to help you get your way even if we were back in Kimlasca."
"Fine, since if that's the case, I'll ask Master Cantabile," Luke said, "I bet she'll tell me."
Ion and Tear were a bit surprised.
"Luke, you can't be serious," Tear said.
"I am," Luke said and then he thought of something that was a concern for him, "hey Jade?"
"Hmm, what is it Luke?" Jade replied.
"How are you feeling? It's got to be a pain for you being infected with that Fon Slot Seal."
"Oh that, well my strength is somewhat diminished. My body's fon slots have been sealed."
"And yet, it didn't slow you down…I got to admit, that's amazing."
"You're so considerate Luke," Mieu said happily.
"I just felt the need to ask, that all," Luke assured.
"Heh, you're really a nice person Luke," Guy said happily.
Luke didn't know what to say and he blushed and Guy, Mieu, and Ion were commenting how Luke was blushing.
"Is it going to be difficult to undo it completely?" Tear asked.
"A Fon Slot Seal is like a lock with a code that changes periodically," Jade explained, "I'm unlocking it little by little but it looks like it will still take some time. Of course my abilities are on a whole different level to begin with so I have no reason to have any trouble to keep up with the rest of you."
"Right…well if that's how it is that means we got nothing to worry about with Jade," Luke said and he stretched his arms, "why don't we all get some sleep so that we can concentrate in getting to Kaitzur via through the Fubras River. We don't know what awaits us so we need to be ready for anything."
Everyone agreed and Luke, Mieu, Guy, and Tear left to the room to go to their own rooms. Jade looked at Ion and had his own thoughts of what was going on with Ion.
"That exhaustion from Ion has to be more than a weak constitution," Jade said in his head, "could Ion be the same as Luke?"
The next day
Luke and others were at the entrance of St. Binah and they were set. They left the city and headed for Fubras River to get to Kaitzur and to mentally preparing themselves for anything since they knew that the Oracle Knights were still going to be on their trail.
That's it for this chapter. Next chapter: Luke and the others arrived in Fubras River and as they pass through, they are met by Arietta the Wild and in Kaitzur, they meet with Anise and two more Oracle Knights make their appearance.
