Everyone stares at me after my little speech.

"You know she's right," Rick says.

Andrea stutters, "Th- there's room for all of us in Woodbury."

Merle stops leaning against the wall and chuckles, "You know better than that."

No one says anything.

"What makes you think this man wants to negotiate?" Hershel says. He has a good point. We've seen how he doesn't care for negotiation, based on his lack of it when he stormed the place last time.

"Did he say he was willing to?" Glenn asks.

"He never mentioned-," Andrea tries to say, but Rick intervenes

"They why did you come here?"

I kind of don't like how Rick said that. I understand that Andrea is with the people at Woodbury now, but she was also trying to find us, after not knowing what happened after we were separated. But I get that he's asking what her point is.

"Obviously you're not in charge of Woodbury, you can't decide what happens to us," I say. I don't think the adults like me talking in their conversation, because it's 'adult stuff' but I have an opinion too.

"He's gearing up for war," Andrea stares at us, "I wanted to warn you, because the people at Woodbury despise you, they think you're killers. Philip is training them for an attack."

I would say this is surprising news, but I could easily see The Governor lying about us to twist his people's minds to convince them to kill us.

Too bad it's not going to happen. His 'trained' people aren't going to kill shit.

"I'll tell ya what," Daryl says, "Next time you see, 'Philip'" he says his name sarcastically, "Tell him I'll take his other eye."

"We've been taking too much of his shit for too long," Glenn says without emotion. I agree, we barely stood up for ourselves when Glenn, Maggie and I were rescued.

"He wants a war?" I ask with a smile, "He's got one."

Andrea has controlled fear all through her right now, my wolf senses can smell it.

"Rick," She nearly pleads, "If your don't sit down, and try to work this out… I don't even know what's going to happen. He has a whole town. You have 9 people, a baby, and," She looks at me, " no offense Destiny, but whatever the hell you are."

I shrug, I've been called worse.

"You've all lost so much already," Andrea says with pity in her voice, "You can't stand alone anymore."

"The hell we can't," Daryl nearly yells, "We've made it this far."

"You want to make things right?" Rick stands in front of Andrea now, looking down on her figuratively and physically.

"Get us inside," Rick finishes.

"No," Andrea immediately says.

Rick says, not a beat after, "Then we have nothing more to discuss."

"There are innocent people at Woodbury, Rick," She says as Rick walks away.

"We have innocent people here," Rick yells back, clearly frustrated. Rick opens the door, and shuts it loudly behind him.

Andrea sighs in defeat.

We all go outside to send Andrea on her way. Glenn brings up a car that we could spare for Andrea's way back. I personally thought it was a bad idea, we could've used it for something, at least for repair parts and gas for the other vehicles, but I didn't say anything about it.

Michonne gives a hard glare at Andrea the whole time.

"Well," Andrea says, "Take care."

She shuts the car door behind her, but her window is open.

"Andrea," Rick says quietly. He hands her a knife and gun. She takes them reluctantly, and stares at them with hesitance. She must be head over heels with this guy. All I can ask is how?

"Be careful," Hershel tells her.

She nods to him, and starts the engine. Based on her expression, it seems as if she wants to stay, but she also wants to go. She's conflicted.

She drives off the prison grounds, and we all can only hope that she kills The Governor.

I have no faith in Andrea killing The Governor. It seems no one else truly does either.

"We ought to make dinner now," Carol says with a smile. We head back inside, Carol and Hershel heading into the pantry (basically a closet full of food).

"Destiny?" Carol asks for me. I walk into the pantry with her and Hershel. "Can you help us make chili?"

"Alright," I agree to help them. I take out the basic stuff, beans, stewed tomatoes (which I personally don't care for), even some onions from the garden we made. It was a good call to grab the seeds from one of Glenn's runs at a store.

Carol grabs the rest, like canned meat, and spices. I can't even begin to explain how much I wish we had real meat. Maybe Daryl and I could go hunting sometime.

Hershel is slicing up peppers on a cutting board, and I measure out the ingredients into the pot.

"You know, Destiny," Carol speaks to me as she chops the onions, "It's funny to think back at how we met. It was because of Carl, remember?"

I think back to the explosion of the CDC. It was a long time ago. I remember Carl picking me up after I was wounded and taking me into the RV, and he was part of the reason I was saved.

Carol smiles and looks at me, "You both have grown up so much since then. I only wish my daughter would have grown up with you, but I'm also glad she didn't have to spend any more time in this world," her smile turns to a sad one, and she looks back to her chopped onion. I'm not sure if the onions were what were making her eyes water, or the thought of her daughter. Both might've played a part.

I thought back to when I found Sophia in the woods after she was bitten. She wanted to find her mom, and she didn't want me to kill her because of it. I felt horrible, because I knew if she turned she was likely to kill someone before or if she found Carol. I did hear about Carol finding Sophia in the barn. Maybe it was fate.

"So, you and Carl seem to be an item," Carol smiles through watery eyes.

I blush furiously, "I- I don't know about that."

She winks at me, "He adores you, if he's not with you, he's talking about you. All of us adults talk about you two getting together."

I look at the ground with a smile, I knew whatever was going on with Carl and I was obvious to everyone, but hearing about it made me a little embarrassed.

We continue to cook dinner and take out plastic bowls and forks for everyone. I portion out bowls, and hand them to everyone. After Carol and I's brief conversation, I blush when I gave Carl his bowl of chili. I even gave a bowl to Merle, who seemed to scowl at me when I gave it to him.

We eat, and discuss our plan.

"I need to go out for a run tomorrow," Rick says after eating a few bites. Daryl perks his head up; he was sitting in the seat across from him.

"I'll go with you," Daryl says.

Rick shakes his head, "No, you need to stay here with your brother."

"I'll go with you, dad," Carl pipes in.

I look at Rick to see his response.

He looks at Carl for a moment before he says, "Sure, be ready tomorrow, early."
