This one's a little short, I'm sorry. But I wanted to post something because your reviews made me happy and I just... think you are all super awesome.

So, enjoy. Not much is going on with Ross/Laura in this, she's actually not even in this chapter except for one part I think with Rocky, but there will be more Ross/Laura love in the next one.

Ross also makes a new friend, but she's not going to do anything but be a good influence for him. You'll see why later on. I like her character a lot. I've already got the next part with her all planned out.

When you vision her, think of her as a cross between Alex Russo, Katie Matlin, and Jade West and this other new character on Degrassi who's a total badass, I don't know her name (if you know who any of these characters are, you rock).

I don't own anything cause again, I'm not that cool.

It had happened. Like, real life, no going back and reversing time, happened.

Rydel Lynch had sex for the first time… ever.

She had woken up and after remembering what had happened in the last few hours with her boyfriend, smiled. She tried to move onto her back, but with Ratliff's arms wrapped around her, she found it was a bit difficult without waking him up. After a few more tries, she finally figured it out and just sighed, staring up at the ceiling as Ratliff moved beside her.

"Hey," He said in his raspy, 'I just woke up' voice.

She smiled at him and moved a strand of hair that had fallen in his eyes, from his face, "hey."

"Are you okay?" He asked her and she nodded, her heart beating fast.

"I'm fine," She assured him, giving him a soft kiss on the lips before her hand went into his hair. "A little sore, but I think I'll live."

He laughed a bit, "yeah that's normal. I think… I'm not a girl, so I don't know these things."

Rydel pretended to let out an annoyed sigh, "well, you know, before you have sex with girls, you should check these things," She teased. "That's the internet is for."

"Yeah, the internet couldn't have helped me with this one," Ratliff told her seriously, giving her a look that just made her insides melt and oh god, she was turning into one of those girls that found anything their boyfriends did just 'so damn adorable'. Those girls made her want to punch them in the face. But she smiled nonetheless at him. "Can I tell you something?"

"Yeah, of course, anything."

He took a deep breath, looking down at where his hand was (which just happened to be on her stomach) before looking back up at her again, "you're the first girl I've ever done this with."

She looked at him in disbelief, "but you were in a relationship for four and a half years, how did you not-"

He shrugged, "we broke up a lot and I don't know, it never felt right to um, do that with her." He looked at her, "I just always wanted it to be with one certain girl, one that I cared about more than anyone else."

She would have commented that he sounded so much like Ross (not that she knew what he said to Laura after they had sex or anything), but she was too… touched to comment on it.

"That girl was me?" She asked him.

He gave her a sweet smile, "nah, I was really, and I mean really in love with Megan Fox at one point."

She blushed and then playfully smacked his shoulder, rolling her eyes.

"Of course it was you, silly. I just… was in a relationship and I don't know, with the way we kept fighting and the fact that she kinda knew but still wouldn't let me go, just made a relationship with you almost impossible to obtain. Plus, your brothers, you've got four of them. I didn't want to fuck something up and then have all four of them come after me like hungry zombies or something." Ratliff was speaking quietly, but his words still made her giggle softly.

But after about twenty seconds, she tilted her head thoughtfully, "what ever happened in between you two?"

He shrugged, "the constant touring and the long distance wasn't really helping our relationship at all. Also her jealousy issues… that was pretty much huge part of it too."

Rydel nodded, but didn't say anything else. Instead, she just took his hand in hers and held it up, linking her fingers with his. "You know, I had a secret crush on you when we first met?"

"You did?"

She nodded, "yeah, but then I was thinking that it wouldn't ever happen, because of obvious reasons and I don't know, I guess we sort of grew up together in a way and now that we're more mature, we made it happen and… I'm not kidding you, the fourteen year old girl in me is squealing like a fangirl right now."

Ratliff laughed and then pressed his lips against hers, she smiled and kissed him back, harder, sitting up a bit when she did, but falling back when he broke it and looked at her. "I love you, Rye. Everything about you."

Her hand that wasn't holding his went back into his hair and she pulled him closer, "I love you too, Eli." And with that, she kissed him again, forcing him to get back on top of her. He put his other hand on her side so that he wasn't completely crushing her, but she just shook her head and kissed him harder, moving her body underneath his and going for the reaction she was hoping for. She smiled and then kissed him again.

She was officially the luckiest girl in the world.

He officially hated paper airplanes.

Not any single one he could make was working. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't make one fly and it was frustrating him.

He heard a knock on the door and his nurse, Sandy walked in. He looked up at her and she looked around the room.

"Still trying to make those things fly?" She asked and he nodded.

"So far I'm failing at it. Very badly, might I add."

She smiled, "don't worry, you'll get it. Maybe try not thinking about it so much and how you're throwing them to make them fly. Just let it come naturally to you."

He tilted his head thoughtfully, "hey, that might work actually. Thanks!"

Sandy smiled at him, "alright, well, you've got group therapy mister. Remember what the doctor said, if you go another week with the therapy and the monitoring of your medication than you'll be out of here."

Ross nodded, "yeah, yeah, I know. Can I change though? I don't want to wear my hospital crap when I go."

"Of course, yes. I'll leave you alone for a couple of minutes while you get dressed." She smiled at him and with that, left the room. He sighed and looked at all of the airplanes before deciding it was time to take a break and jumped off his bed. He quickly changed and then with that sat back on his bed until Sandy came back. After she unhooked him from the IV, she led him down the hall and into a room where he sat in his usual spot, in his usual yellow chair.

The thing he liked most about group, was that everyone there was just like him, with the same disorder (some more intense than others) and they didn't recognize who he was. If they did, they didn't bother him about it or anything. They just let him be.

His fingers tapped his leg a few times as he waited for the room to fill up. He sighed, his fingers going into his hair as he let it hang for a few seconds when the counselor, Anna, who did the sessions came in. She sat down and smiled at everyone.

"Hey you guys, how are you today?" She looked at Ross, "Ross?"

He shrugged, "I'm okay, just frustrated because none of my paper airplanes will fly." That, he realized, should be the least of his worries. He just didn't realize how dumb it sounded until after he said it. "Wow, that sounded pretty dumb." He commented.

Anna shook her head, "no, not stupid at all." She assured him and then moved on to the next person. He knew she'd come back to talk to him again anyway, so he just decided to zone out for a few minutes.

It wasn't long into his 'zoning out' session, when he heard the door slam and looked up at that moment to see a new girl walk in. She had piercings in her nose and eyebrow and black hair that was dyed a purple color on the bottoms. Since there was an empty seat beside him, she just walked over to it and sat down, he looked at her and she let out a humorless laugh.

"No freaking way." She said and he just looked at her, shrugging his shoulders. He had no idea what her deal was, he had only just met her literally a second ago. "You're Ross Lynch."

"Uh, yeah?" He questioned, "I'm aware of what my name is."

She rolled her eyes, "you of all people are in this group therapy crap?"

"Am I not allowed to be?" He asked her and she just shrugged.

"Your famous, don't you have other places to go to, like a private one or something? I'm sure with all that money you make on that tv show, you can afford it." Her voice was snobby and he didn't like it at all.

"Yeah, way to judge me before you get to know me," He snapped back.

"I'm not judging you."

"Yes, you are." He responded back and then just shook his head and chose to face forward and ignoring her instead of letting her words get to him.

"Ross? You alright?" Anna asked him and he nodded, feeling himself calm down a bit.

"Wait, this is a support group for people with bipolar disorder, why are you here? Unless you have-" Her eyes widened and realization and she smirked. "Oh my god! You're bipolar?"

Ross didn't bother to answer that, instead he just waited until Anna's head was turned and lifted his hand up, giving her the finger.

She laughed at that. "Dude, I'm so not surprised."

"What's that supposed to mean?" He asked, sitting up straighter and looking at her.

"Don't know if you noticed this, but you're a celebrity and an actor. Unless you're faking it, most celebrities I see on tv or in movies have some type of mental disorder. Like Demi Lovato or some other random dude."

"Yeah, you know your entertainment business real well." He responded back sarcastically.

"Plus, the fact that Austin Moon curses in real life, pretty fucking cool." She said and then to his surprise, held out her hand. "I'm Alex."

He just slowly shook it, surprised that a girl like her even watched his show. Maybe he was judging her too quickly also, "I'm Ross, but uh, you already knew that. Clearly."

She nodded, "so, why are you here? What landed you in this freak show place?"

He shrugged, "I didn't take my medication for two weeks, had an episode, apparently an intensely bad one and uh, yeah. My doctor is monitoring me with these new ones he put me on until he thinks I'm stable enough to go home."

"Well, just so you know," Alex said, leaning back on her elbows, "despite our terrible first impressions of each other, I think you're pretty fucking awesome for a famous dude."

"Thanks." Ross blinked, "I think."

Alex just laughed as Anna announced that it was time to start the session, but not without singing Alex out and telling her to give a small introduction about herself. Ross just watched her, thinking about how different she was and that they would probably turn out to be pretty good friends. Maybe.

Rocky heard his phone ring and picked it up to see Laura's name on the screen. He picked it up one ring later.

"Hey it's Rocky, I'm super awesome and here to make your life so much better, what's up Laura?"

"You should totally answer your phone like that every time I call," She responded, "or anytime anybody calls."

"It's too long to memorize, I pretty much already forgot most of it."

"You would, anyway, I called you for a reason."

"Yeah?"

"I need your help with something," Laura continued.

"Okay."

"And it's gonna be a huge something."

"You're not gonna like propose to my brother are you?" Rocky asked her and Laura was quick to respond.

"No, no. Not that, at all. I mean, I'm not gonna be the one to do it, Ross has to grow some balls and do it, not me, because I'm traditional and-"

"Why are you rambling? I was joking. And besides, you're having a baby, being committed to Ross like that isn't so scary when you two are going to be committed to taking care of a child."

"Damn you, you have a good point."

Rocky laughed, "alright, well, what did you need my help with?"

"I want to do something for Ross, when he finally gets out of the hospital. Something nice, you know? I just… I don't have any ideas." Laura admitted. "The funny part about it is that usually I would, but… with my baby brain, I can't really think of anything."

"Random question, totally not related, but uh, when was the last time you two had sex?"

Rocky heard the sound of something being spit out and then her stammering. "oh my god, did you really just ask that?" Laura asked him. "And for the record, you cockblocking wierdo, I just spit my water all over the kitchen table."

"I didn't cockblock anything," Rocky pointed out.

"Stop smartassing me."

Rocky just laughed. "Alright, I have a pretty good idea. Ross is in love with the beach and surfing right?"

"You do realize I'm pregnant and can't surf, right?"

"Would you just let me finish?"

"Sorry."

"Anyway, I think that you should maybe take him to the beach for a day or an afternoon or night or whatever. He really likes going from the afternoon to night, as you probably know, so why not do that? Spend some time together, talk about life and random shit that makes all of us want to puke every time we're around you both."

Laura laughed, but she actually really liked his idea. "Alright that could work."

"I'm a genius, what can I say? If you need any other help, let me know. I'm here for ya, Mini Marano."

"Mini Marano?" Laura asked him.

"Yes," He grinned, "it's my new name for you."

"Speaking of that, when are you taking my sister out on your first date? Need any help with that?"

"Nah, I think I'm good."

"Maybe you should try the beach thing," Laura said, clearly ignoring him.

"Or not."

"No sex please, not until you two have been dating the appropriate amount of time." Laura said to him.

"What? How would you even know when that is? You and Ross had sex way before you two got together."

"Yeah, well, we're different." Laura defended, "Everyone knows that."

"Tell me about it," He muttered.

"What?"

"Nothing!" He responded back in a cheery voice.

"Okay, well, just promise me you won't…god I can't believe I'm saying this, but have sex with her so soon, because you know she's my sister and-"

"I won't hurt her, you know that. I mean, I'm related to Ross, how bad can I b-actually, don't answer that."

Laura giggled. "I trust you, I just… we already have a baby on the way, we don't need another one."

"Yeah, tell that to Rydel and Ratliff, I'm pretty sure they're doing it as we speak." Rocky said, picking up something on his bed. "I haven't seen them since that disastrous dinner last night."

"I'm sure Rydel will be careful."

"You weren't." Rocky pointed out.

"And here's where we end this conversation. Thanks for your help Rocky, I'll call you if I need anything else."

"No wait, Laur-" She hung up before he could finish the sentence. "-ah. Dammit." Deciding it wasn't that big of a deal, he just shrugged and threw his phone to the side. Laying down on his bed, he stared up at the ceiling for a few more moments, before closing his eyes and coming to the conclusion that a nap was what was most important for the moment. Everything else could totally wait until later.

Alex tilted her head, watching as Ross launched another paper airplane from his hand. "I know what your problem is," She said and he looked at her. "You're thinking about it too much."

"Funny, that's why Sandy said earlier."

"Well, she's not wrong." Alex picked up one of the many airplanes on the ground and held it in front of her. Then she threw it and it soared through the air, all the way to the other side of the room.

"How did you-that's not-I've been trying for two days to do that and you just did it in two seconds!"

Alex grinned at him, "I can show you, better than I can tell you."

Ross looked at her, "fine, go for it." He muttered. She picked up another one and handed it to him, then she picked one up for herself.

"What what I do," She said and he nodded, watching her carefully as she took a deep breath, closed her eyes and then slightly twisted her wrist. It flew through the air and landed just a few inches from where the other one did. She grinned at him, "boom."

He rolled his eyes, "alright, alright. I can do that, I think." He shrugged and then took a deep breath, closing his eyes, he mimicked Alex's actions and let go. Opening his eyes he saw it fly through the air and then let out a cheer, immediately hugging her. "I totally just owned that plane! Hell yeah!"

Alex laughed, "told you Blondie, it's not that difficult. Gold star for you."

He narrowed his eyes and gave her a look, "you are a strange one, I like it. Let's fly more!"

"You're like a little kid in a toy store." Alex muttered, "I'm over you."

He stuck his tongue out at her and she laughed.

After a while of flying airplanes, they decided they were done for the day and Ross sat back down on his bed. He studied her for a few moments, "so, why aren't you in the hospital?"

She shrugged, looking around. "I was, but they let me out. Something about proving myself or whatever. I don't know, I don't care. All that matters is that I am out of here… when I'm not here the five times a week I have to be here."

"Lucky," He muttered, "I can't wait to get out of this place."

"Yeah? Is the alternative any better?" Alex asked, getting herself comfortable on the bed, she wrapped her arm around one knee, letting her other leg hang.

"Totally, way better. I have my own apartment, my own dog, his name is Austin by the way," He added and Alex just rolled her eyes. "And my girlfriend, she lives with me and… it's amazing."

"So, Superstar Blondie has a girlfriend, let me guess her name." She tapped her finger against her chin, pretending to think about it. "I'm gonna go with something that rhymes with Raura?"

"Wow, you even know our couple name, impressive. Gold star for you," Ross said and she rolled her eyes again.

"It's kinda obvious, luckily for you, little kids can't see the sexual tension when you guys are on the tv together. I swear, you look at her like you want to push her up against the piano and fuck her until you both can't take it anymore." Alex told him.

"You're uh, you're very blunt, anyone ever tell you that before?"

"Yes, and I'm just stating what I know. Thank god you two got it out of your systems already."

"Wait, how do you know that?" He asked her, suspiciously.

"I can tell and because a hot guy like you wouldn't go passed the age of eighteen without having sex first."

"Very observant." Ross grinned, "you should meet my brother, Rocky. Though he has a girlfriend, already so… I don't know, be friends with him or something."

Alex laughed. "I like you kid, you've got… a good personality. Strong head on your shoulders, trust me when I say that you're the lucky one. You're going to be fine."

"You think so?" He asked her and she nodded.

"I don't know all that much about you yet, but from what I can tell is that you've got a strong support system. Plus, you're strangely happier than most of the loony bins in here, so, you've got that going for you."

"Well, thanks. You seem pretty strong yourself." Ross complimented and she just gave him a small smile.

"I appreciate that."

"So uh, do you mind me asking, how old you are?"

"I'm almost seventeen, I will be in October."

"So, you're basically my brother's age, cool."

Alex raised an eyebrow, "Rocky's my age? How many siblings do you have?"

"If I'm famous and you know who I am, then wouldn't you already know the answer to that?"

Alex narrowed her eyes, "just answer the question."

"Fine. I have three brothers, one sister and… a question mark."

Alex raised an eyebrow, "a question mark?"

"Yeah, I don't know if I'm getting a new brother or a sister yet."

Alex looked deep in thought, for about a second, "wait, what?"

"Long story." Ross sighed, he pointed to himself, "you could say it's a part of my issues."

She nodded, "ah, okay."

The door opened at that moment and his sister walked in side. Alex looked at him.

"You two look freakishly similar. Do you just let random people in here all the time?" She teased.

"Ha ha, very funny. Alex, meet my sister, Rydel, Rydel, this is some smartass chick I met today, Alex." Ross introduced them.

Rydel looked at her for a moment, "so you're…"

Alex grinned, reaching over to take her hand in hers, "in group with him. We have the same mental disorder." She explained.

Rydel nodded, "oh, okay. Ross, I um, need to talk to you." Her eyes went to Alex, who got the hint.

"Yes, say no more. I will leave. See you tomorrow, Blondie." She waved at them and with that, left the room as Ross waved back at her.

"So, what's up?" Ross asked as Rydel sat down on the bed. She was staring at her feet, but then looked up at him.

"I just wanted to stop by before I go to therapy, see how you're doing and tell you that um, RatliffandIwentallthewaylastnight." She said it so fast, Ross didn't catch it. She had also covered her mouth and looked away again, so her words just came out in a mumble anyway.

"What?" He raised his eyebrow.

Rydel sighed, "okay, don't be mad but Ratliff and I, we had sex." She decided not to look at him.

"Rydel, it's okay. You can look at me. I mean, it's just sex and I know Ratliff loves you, otherwise, you know, I'd kick his ass." She laughed. He smiled at her, but after a few moments, gave her a serious look. "How do you feel?"

"Amazing." Rydel said, "just amazing. He was… amazing. So gentle and so sweet and did you know it was his first time too? Don't tell him I told you that, he'd kill me."

"I won't." Ross assured her. It was silent in between them for a few moments before Ross let out a sigh. "But you're okay… with everything?"

Rydel nodded, "yeah, it… I wasn't scared to, you know? I wasn't afraid and… I really think that's a good sign."

Ross thought over her words, "yeah, it is a good sign. I agree."

Rydel smiled at him, "well, I'd love to talk more, but I've got a therapy session to go to." She said as she stood up, she turned towards him, "oh and get this, my therapist's last name is Moon."

"No way," Ross' eyes lit up, "that's awesome!"

"Yeah, I thought you'd like hearing that," She studied him for a moment, "you know, you do kinda look like an Austin more than a Ross."

Ross gave her a look, "nah, I like Ross."

"Sure, whatever you say…Austin," Rydel teased and then leaned over to give him a hug. "I'll come by again, bring some more of those cupcakes you love so much."

He hugged her tighter, "best sister ever!"

She laughed and then pulled away, with that, she left the room and Ross was once again, left alone and bored. After picking up his phone and texting Laura to see when she was going to come back, he decided that he should probably just chill and relax for a bit, see what was on tv, before he had any more visitors.

"Hey, Lynch, you've got a visitor."

Mark lifted his head up from the pillow he was resting his head on and got up to walk to the end of the cell where an officer was opening the door for him. He led him into a what he thought was an empty room and then closed the door.

He turned around, to take a seat at the table, as the officer had instructed when he lifted his head, his breath catching in his throat after seeing who was in front of him.

"You look like you've seen a ghost," He didn't say anything, too in shock to say a word. "Calm down, I just want to talk."

"I, I just didn't think you ever wanted to speak to me again."

"You're right, I don't. But I'm here on behalf of my siblings, so… let's talk."

He sat down across from the person, looking down at the table for a few more seconds, before he finally nodded.

"Alright then, let's talk, Riker."

All I'm gonna say is... Riker's going to redeem himself. Not only for his siblings, but for himself as well. And it's gonna be awesome.

[insert thumbs up sign here]

Also, I got a review saying that Ross and the paper airplanes reminded them of Austin in whatever episode it was that he was playing with them or whatever he did. I have never seen the episode, but I saw pictures, so I'll be honest and say that I based it off how adorable Ross looked with them. Once I'm all caught up on the episodes, I will most likely be able to understand it. Haha. Still not even close, friends.
