I want to thank everyone for their patience with me. This has been a very rough year for me and my family. For those that have read it on my other stories I have going a bit of a update. I have officially had both of my Carpal Tunnel surgeries done and doing great. I also have had my other surgery done and am now fully recovered from all three. On a sadder note though we lost one of the greatest men my family had known. Uncle Arnold passed on and he is now with our Beloved Father in Heaven. He was a very kind, loving man who was a strong caring example of God's love to all. I never seen or heard the man utter a unkind word about any soul on this earth. He was a ordained Deacon for 50 years and married to my aunt for 63 years. So I will stop rambling on and start this chapter now. This one Chapter though I dedicate to him. Love you Uncle Arnold, until I see you again take care.
I don't own Vampire Academy though I wish I did.
In the spirit world of Shadows
"Anna is it absolutely necessary to place Rose in so much danger? You have made her into this thing that is unnatural even by our standards!" Mason growled at the so called guardian.
"Young spirit I would watch your tone with me if I was you. You can die in this realm to for your information. Yes it is necessary. I don't like the idea my bloodline must endure such travesty. However she must. She is to be the saviour to all. God has willed it. We are the Guardians that must guide her to this fate. However she does have the ability to choose. However if you influence her in this it will be her undoing and all will be lost." Anna's voice broke slightly. She turned to walk off and stopped.
"Mason you can scoff at me if you like. Just know I take no pleasure in the pain she will endure. Her pain is enough to go through once. She shouldn't have to live with it again." With that Anna left Aurora and Mason to watch over Rose.
"What the Shadow world does that mean Aurora! Does that mean she is going to lose her lover all over again? What the..." Mason stalked the room as the look Aurora shot him shut him up.
"Do not I repeat do not insult the mother of my bloodline Mason Ashford. I can make your after life miserable young soul." Aurora went and stand closer to Rose's sleepng form.
"Aurora can you explain something to me?"
"Yes I can try?"
"Did I really have to die?"
"I am sorry Mason Ashford. But yes. Rose made a mistake and you paid dearly for it. However you will have the chance to be given a new life soon. You earned it when you protected her regardless of the consequence." Aurora looked Mason in the eye for a hard moment before she said the most comforting thing he ever knew. "Yes you would still be alive had she never told you about that in Spokane. Yet your death on earth is what will help save the world from what is about to happen."
Rose tossed and turned in her bed and everynow and then talked in her sleep. "Mason...I...miss...you..." she would mumble in her sleep. The whole night Mason would stand by her bed and guard her through the rest of the night.
Sorry for the short chapter but I felt that we all needed to hear what was being thought and talked about from a very heartbroken Mason Ashford. Until next update take care.
