See, told you I was gonna double update.
However for this chapter we're introducing a human cast...don't worry the robots will come back next chapter.
And even though there's a big lack of Transformers...still gotta disclaimer: Transformers/BEast Wars is owned by Hasbro/Takara I own nothing except the humans. Who are based off some people I actually know.

514 Years Later. Fricksville Washington State.
A semi truck engine roared as it drove down the small road. Blue with Red flames and hauling a sliver trailer, it was going at a steady clip. Inside the cab was a man in his mid forties, a bit well built, and with a mustache. He wore a red jacket, matching his truck, a white shirt and jeans.
After a few weeks on the road, he was glad to be heading back into familiar territory. The mountainous region known as Fricksville was a calm area, one that he was happy to call home.
As his truck rumbled along he noticed a sign up ahead, faded and rusty it said BUS STOP. Next to it was a young girl around seventeen. She had Light blond hair, wearing a blue jacket with a black shirt and blue pants. A black and blue backpack sat next to her. While a blue baseball cap was pulled over her eyes.
The trucker knew that no buses had come this far in years. He stopped accelerating his truck and pulled it to the side of the road. The girl looked up toward his truck with an apprehensive look.
The trucker rolled down the window to his truck and looked out. The girl stared up at him, eyes narrowed in case he wanted to try anything.
"If you're waiting for a school bus then you're out of luck." The trucker said. The girl stared at him with a blank look.
"Well, I was told to stand here and wait for the bus, so looks like you're wrong." snapped the girl.
In her mind, the girl had the sneaking suspicion that he was right. Her brother had questioned what the school had told her, but she assumed that maybe a bus would be rescheduled. But after forty minutes of waiting she had her doubts.
The girl looked at her looked at her watch. There was less than twenty minutes until School started, not enough time for a bus to come all the way out here. With a reserved sigh she grabbed her book bag and walked around the front of the truck to the other side.
The trucker reached over and opened the door. As soon as she was settled he started driving again. They drove in silence for about a minute before the man looked toward her.
"You look familiar..." He trailed off in thought.
The girl just rolled her eyes as the trucker thought it over. He snapped his fingers when he had something.
"Do you happen to have a brother named Anthony?" He asked. "He's worked on my truck a few times over the years."
"Yeah, he's my brother alright, and the only real family I have in this area." The girl scowled.
"Well I'm sorry to hear that, I assume that your here to help him out with his work?" The girl shook her head at the question.
"No, I just...sorry, I'm not about to tell my life story to a stranger." The girl said.
The trucker gave a small nod in response. To be fair it wasn't his business and he was just being helpful. Eventually they moved out of the winding roads and onto a busy roadway. They drove in silence as they went into a tunnel and across a bridge, leading into a good sized town.
The girl watched as the truck drove past a sign. Welcome to Fricksville, the Gem of the Valley. She rolled her eyes at the sign. The trucker began to make a few turns to get near the school.
"I'm not able to get you very close to the school; do you mind being dropped off a few blocks away?" He asked.
"Yeah it's fine, I can use the walk." The girl muttered.
The trucker gently pulled his rig to a stop on a side road. Less than two blocks away the girl could make out the marquee of the High School. The girl looked at the trucker with a weary smile.
"Thank you umm...mister." She said. The trucker offered out his arm with a warm smile.
"My name's Orion Paxton." The girl took his arm and gave it a firm shake.
"Bre Filipov." Bre said before climbing out of the truck cab. Orion gave her a wave as she closed the door and drove off. Bre watched him drive off before turning to look back at the school.
"I wonder what would happen if I skipped..." She paused. At that point she remembered her mother's warning before she was sent here. With a scowl Bre started the long walk toward the school.
"Who knows, maybe it won't be so bad..." She thought to herself. She chuckled a little and rolled her eyes at the thought.
"Maybe one day I'll also meet aliens." She muttered.
Meanwhile Across town, events were playing out with another student akin to Bre. Though in a decidedly different manner.
In a two bedroom apartment, a man in his late twenties sat reading the newspaper and drinking some was a rather tall man, wearing a black suit with a white tie, a tuxedo jacket lay across the back of the chair. He had short brown hair and had a bored look on his face.
His name was Max, a detective for the Police. He had worked for years on the force and now he had taken up something else on the side. Thanks to an accidental arrest he now found himself as the legal guardian of his cousin five times removed.
Max looked up slightly as the door to the other bedroom opened. A tired figure of an eighteen year old walked out wearing jeans and a grey hoodie over his face. Though once could still see his glasses over his eyes. The boy was sluggish and carefully moved toward the kitchen.
"Bit of a late start today Ed" Max quipped. Ed didn't respond but yawned in return.
Max rolled his eyes and looked back at his paper. Like many other people on the planet, Ed wasn't a morning person.
Ed walked over to the table with a bowl of cereal and sat down to eat it. Max put down his paper and looked at him with a small smirk.
"I'd like to wish you luck on your first day of School Ed...But you'd need a bit more going there." He said before taking a sip of tea.
"Its school, no matter where it is or how you dress it up." Ed said, taking a bite of cereal. With a smirk Max rolled his eyes.
"You'd better eat fast if you want to make it on time." Max said simply.
"My alarm clock said that I had forty minutes." Ed went back to eating, until Max showed him his watch. Ed's eyes went wide and he jumped out of his seat. Cereal still in his mouth he grabbed his backpack and rushed out the door of the apartment.
Max stared after him, and then looked at the bowl of cereal left on the table. He sighed as he went to go pick it up and place the cereal in the garbage disposal.
"Perhaps I should have told him that after breakfast." He muttered under his breath.
Bre looked around as she walked through the school. It was clean and had the usual posters everywhere. School Spirit, Anti Bullying, and promotions for clubs. The typical norm for schools. Bre kept her head down and her cap over her eyes, what she typically did at her schools.
If she could just mange to do this for the rest of this and next year she would be fine here. Her eyes glanced to the paper in her grip, with her locker number and combination. As she made her way to her locker she heard a voice call out.
"Excuse me but there are no hats allowed in school." A stern female voice said.
Bre looked back to see a tall woman with jet black hair that hung near her shoulders. She wore a sharp business jacket and skirt with high heels, she was giving Bre a very stern a resigned sigh Bre took off her baseball cap and looked the women in the eyes.
They're, does that fit the school rules?" She asked sarcastically. The women narrowed her eyes at Bre.
"I do not like your tone Ms. Filipov, you're not making a good impression your first day." The women said sternly. Bre blinked, taken aback by this.
"If you're wondering how I knew who you were; we requested a picture of you on your transcript." The women said before extending her hand.
"My name is Mrs. Carter, I am the guidance councilor here." Bre took the hand and gave it a slow shake.
"Well, seeing as you already know my name, I don't really need guidance except to get to my locker." Bre said, however Ms. Carter shook her head.
"Your first period is a free period; as such I would like you in my office." She looked at Bre with narrowed eyes. "I would like to ensure that you do not repeat your mistake at your last school."
Ms. Carter turned and walked away, leaving a very stunned yet livid Bre. Bre scowled as she went back to trying to find her locker. She was less than three minutes into the school and already someone had ticked her off.
"This is going to fun." She hissed.
A ways away was walking the halls when she saw another student fast walking, wearing a hoodie and looking a bit nervous. In response she briskly moved toward them and yanked the hoodie down.
Ed let out a yelp as this occurred and whipped around. His frantic eyes meet the stern gaze of Ms. Carter. He jumped back a bit while she smirked.
"Ah, greetings Mr. Stines, may I ask why your moving at such a brisk pace?" She asked.
"Well...I don't want to be late on my first day of school now do I?" Ed said nervously.
Ms. Carter rolled her eyes at him. It was always the same with the "middle of the year" transfers. Trying to avoid whatever problems got them thrown out of their last school. Or at the very least, avoid trouble period.
"Well Mr. Stines, you'll be happy to know that your first period is a free one." She said with a warm smile.
"But today, you'll be spending it and possibly tomorrow's in my office." She said, rather bluntly. Once again Ed was taken aback but before he could say anything else, she had turned and walked back into the crowd of students.
Ed frowned and moaned. Not even his first minute in the school and already it looked like he was in trouble.
"This is gonna be just like the last three..." He mumbled angrily. With a reserved sigh, he walked off to try and find his locker.
Less than ten minutes later, both Bre and Ed found themselves sitting inside a large office. Decorated with several diplomas and some of the usual encouragement posters. Along with them was a bulletin board full of colleges taking applications.
Ms. Carter sat at her computer, typing away for a couple of minutes, before turning to face them.
"Alright you two, the reason I have called you both here is due to your...interesting transcripts." She looked at Bre and then Ed with a small smile. Bre shifted in her set and looked toward Ed.
Ed was keeping his head down, and only looking up when spoken too. Ms. Nancy turned toward Bre and opened up a folder with her name on it.
"Bre, it says that you were a C-student, making you a very average girl academic wise." She said. Bre rolled her eyes. She already knew every last bit of the info she was talking about.
"But your transcript warns me that you can be pushed over the edge a lot, such as the reason for your expulsion from your other school." Ms. Carter put down the folder and looked Bre in the eyes.
"I hope that such an incident will not occur while you're in this school." She said a hint of venom in her voice. Bre stared her down with a sneer crossing her face.
"It is within our school rules that you will not only be expelled, but it is an imminent arrest for bringing a weapon on school grounds." Ms. Cater said. Bre stared her down and huffed.
"As long as the bullies don't give me a reason to fear for my life, I won't." Bre stated.
"There are no bully's in this school Ms. Filipov." Ms. Carter stated as if it were a fact.
Bre was unable to say another word before whipped around to face Ed. Ed snapped his head up and looked at her. Ed looked at Bre, who had crossed her arms and was looking ticked.
"Mr. Stines, It's come to my attention that you have been tossed out of three different schools for a variety of reasons." said. Her voice was now filled with venom.
"I just don't like my friends and myself being hurt, bullied, or suppressed." Ed said. Ms. Carter rolled her eyes and shook her head.
"You won't find that anywhere here, but I am telling you as of right now that disrespect toward your teachers will not be tolerated." She said firmly, before looking him over. She pulled out something else from the folder. Ed went pale when he saw what it was, a copy of a police file.
"I would also like to inform you that we know of your "past." Ms Carter said.
Ed clenched his fists and he felt his face flush red with anger. Bre looked at him with wide eyes before she slid her seat away from him.
"That was an accident; I went in there looking for room and board, how was I supposed to know it was a crack house?" Ed snapped at her. Ms. Carter gave him a glare.
"I don't know all the facts, but I was told to give you this warning, if caught with illegal substances you will be arrested." She said. She set his folder down and Ed gave her a dark glare. He took a few deep breaths and then sat back down.
Ms. Carter stared at them both before shaking her head. She pulled out two pieces of paper and handed them to the two.
"These are your schedules, because you are both in the middle of the year, the classes for you are just the mandatory classes." Ms. Carter stated simply. "English, science, mathematics and history."
Both students frowned at their schedules. All other classes had been cut, leaving them with three classes before lunch and one after.
"So what, we're supposed to sit in study hall most of the day?" Bre quipped.
"Well for our school, if a student has more than one free period at the end of the day, it is mandatory to take part in our "work program." She looked at them both with a knowing grin.
"We would have let you choose, but all of the positions have been filled. Except the usual empty slot" Ms. Carter said. Bre however had enough and slammed her hands down onto the table.
"Alright lady, I'm gonna ask but where was this info when we signed up for this place?" Bre said harshly.
"I can bet your expensive pens that I wouldn't have even allowed my parents to think about sending me here if I had seen any of this information!"
"Ms. Flilipov don't take that tone with me, all this information was in the applications sent to your parents." Ms. Carter snapped back. "It is not my fault that you didn't read the information thoroughly!"
Bre and Ms. Carter entered a staring contest, both refusing to back down. Ed sat watching with a look of bemusement on her face. However, Ms. Carter snapped her head toward him.
"I shouldn't have to remind you two that we were one of the few schools that would take you both in." She glanced back at Bre before looking at Ed once more.
"But it seems I have to, if both of you end up failing here then that's it, your both done." She snapped.
Bre and Ed glared at her. She gave them a smug look in return as Bre sat back down. With a triumphant smile she pulled out two cards and placed them before the two. The cards had their names, pictures as well as where they were working.
"These are your student worker cards; you are to use them to identify yourself to anyone who asks." Bre took her card and pocketed it. Ed looked at his with a frown before following Bre's example.
"You are both to show up to your "job's" once your final class period ends, so good luck and have fun." Ms. Carter said.
She found four rolling eyes and two blank faces's to be her response. She sighed and waved them out of the office. The two of them left without a word and Ms. Carter sighed.
"Let's hope that you two heed my advice." She said in a sarcastic tone, before she got back to work.
Captain Larry Cullen Memorial Library.
12:58 PM
The library was a rather part of the town's infrastructure; it had been that way for years now. It was a small, rather tucked away building where not many would see it. Sometimes the workers felt like the town was embarrassed to have one.
Not that they minded though, they didn't care what anyone else thought about their littlie library. They liked taking care of it, and it paid well as no one else wanted the job.
Inside the library was a woman in her late thirties. Black Hair with an athletic figure, and blue glasses. She wore a blue shirt with a name tang that read "Kathleen"
Kathleen, or Kat as she liked to be called, was checking in some newly returned books. As she worked silently, another co worker walked up, barely making a noise. She was a woman in her early twenties, with blond hair and wore a dark turquoise sweater and black slacks?
"Hey Kat, I got some news for you." The woman said. Kat jumped and whirled around, grabbing her chest.
"Sophie, if you're going to walk around like that, please make a bit more noise." Kat said.
"Last time I checked we're supposed to be this quiet." Sophie pointed out.
"Those rules are bendable and you know it "library ninja." Kat said with a knowing smirk. Sophie gave a mild shrug.
"I just got a call from the school...we've got some fresh meat coming in." Sophie said. She crossed her arms.
"How fresh are we talking?" Kat asked, putting some books onto a cart.
"Middle of the year transfer fresh, they decided to warn me they were both kicked out of other schools." Sophie grabbed hold of the cart. Kat shook her head with a sigh.
"One of them got kicked out for bringing a weapon to school, the other for disrespecting teachers." Sophie continued.
"Which we both know can go two ways." Kat said as Sophie began to walk off.
"We should be fine as long as there's not a repeat of the "children's section incident." Sophie got shivers down her spine as Kat said that.
"Kat, I thought we agreed to never discuss that." Sophie said before quietly walking away. Kat sighed as she looked down at a picture. She had gotten the call from Orion that he was finally home, and she couldn't wait for her shift to end.
However, she heard the sounds of the library's doors opening. Kat turned her head, as Bre and Ed walked in, Bre with her baseball cap sitting firmly atop her head.
"Hi there, can I interest you two in anything?" Kat asked, putting on a wide smile. Bre and Edwin both pulled out their cards and placed them onto the table.
"We're here for our work." Bre said bluntly.
Kat stared at the two, and their rather blank expressions with a sigh. It looked like she had two more "enthusiastic workers" from the school. Sophie walked up from behind and looked at them both.
"Well don't you both seem enthusiastic?" She said. Bre and Ed jumped and looked back at her.
"Geez, are you like some sort of library ninja?" Ed asked. Sophie and Kat both laughed, much to the confusion of the teens.
"That's my nickname; please put it on a shirt." Sophie quipped. Bre and Ed exchanged glances, they had to admit, this wasn't what they had been expecting. Kat looked at them with a questioning look.
"So, I suppose we'll have to start you off easy for now." She began and looked toward Sophie.
"I don't suppose either of you are familiar with the dewy decimal system?" Sophie asked. Bre stepped forward with a nod.
"I spent roughly most of my childhood in libraries so I know my way around." She said. Sophie looked at Kat and the two of them shrugged. Sophie pushed her cart over and offered it to Bre.
With a small nod, Bre took hold of the car and pushed it into the stacks of books. Ed looked toward Kat, who offered him a small smile.
"Ed, how about you go around and...see if anything needs to be organized." Kat offered.
"Okay, I can do that." Ed trailed off before turning and walking away. Sophie however leaned forward and called out to him.
"Whatever you do; stay away from the children's section, it's off limits to workers." Ed looked back with a curious glance before he went to doing his work. Sophie leaned up on the counter top and looked toward Kat.
"Well...they don't seem that bad compared to some of the others we've had." Sophie suggested. Kat gave a nod before looking out.
"Just wait and see how they work, if we're lucky it'll be another usual year for us." Kat offered. Sophie leaned back and looked at the clock.
"Boring and slow, just like all the other years." she sighed.
The Canadian Rockies.
Untouched for many years, the majestic mountains rose up from the earth. Tall giants of rock, snow and ice that had yet to relinquish all of its secrets. However, one of these secrets was about to be revealed. As a pack of wolves stalked the area, one of them caught a new scent.
It pawed at the ground curiously, rocks beginning to shift. As it dug, the leader of the pack noticed this and issues a commanding growl. The wolf stopped its digging and charged off with the rest of the pack.
If it had stayed, it would have seen the consequences of its actions, as the rocks fell into a long buried structure. They began to tumble and roll, making banging sounds as they slammed into metallic walls.
Ancient systems began to reactive in response. The computer shot out a scan of everything in the area. It settled on one thing in particular, a prone form lying on the ground, at the base of what was once a mighty throne.
A device emerged from the wall, and began to shoot a beam of energy toward the form on the ground. Systems began to activate, old gears moved once again as energy flowed once more. With a snap like sound, twin orbs of light came on in the darkness.
Silently announcing to the world, that Megatron was online.
Okay so I may have lied about there being no I hoped you liked this brief interlude into what the humans I came up with are like!
They're actually based off my freinds with some input on how they act, so I hope you guys liked them and you know who you are.
Anyway here's hoping you all liked this and if you have any Questions, comments, concerns or criticisms? Let me know in a review or a PM!
