Hello everyone! Sorry for the lateness of this chapter. I'm out of school so hopefully things will start going faster..maybe my computer refuses to let me do stuff...which is why I have snuck onto my parents computer to post this.
Anyway, Transformers is owned by Hasbro/Takara and I do not own it...sadly.
Also, I would really appreciate if you guys left your thoughts on this story either via review or a PM!
It didn't take long for Starscream to find the signal; he'd only flown about an hour out of the way before he came to a rather large river.
His advanced flight capabilities allowed him to move faster than most fliers; which he knew would allow him to make it back only a little bit late.
He'd been calculating what he'd say as well as weather patterns. He had the perfect cover and no one would be the wiser.
Starscream scanned the water to make sure that nothing would eat away at his frame. With a half satisfied grunt, he jumped and landed into the water.
Fish and other creatures scattered at the sight of the large metal man. Starscream paid no mind to them and scowled. He stood on the stand and silt, which felt disgusting to him.
"This planet really is a mud ball." He grumbled to himself.
His movements were sluggish due to being underwater. Silently cursing to himself; he walked across the sandy bottom of the river.
For once he came to agreement with Megatron. The sooner they either left or destroyed the planet the better.
His search soon came to an end as he saw a large metallic object sticking from the ground. It was burnt, faded, and no doubt a part from a ship.
"Part of our ship, or part of theirs?" He questioned.
He walked over and activated his small arm blaster. He shot several small rounds into the side of the metal and it caved inward.
"Well I'm in now; let's see what I can find."
He climbed into it, discovering that the chunk had contained an air pocket. Which he had just burst with his weapons.
Starscream gasped as the influx of water slammed into his wings and hopped inside the structure.
He looked around as the water kept pouring in. He grabbed something and slammed it against his entrance, blocking the water flow.
"I really hope this is worth coming all this way." He muttered. "If there's enough energon than maybe I could power an escape shuttle."
He sloshed through the area and looked around. The whole place was leaning to the left and he scanned the room.
"This is a medical bay...but the Nemesis still has its med-bay…" His optics snapped open.
"I'm inside the Autobots medical bay!" He gasped.
His momentary shock was quickly replaced with a smug triumph.
The Autobots were the reason they were stuck on this planet. It only made sense that they "paid his fare" home.
His optics fell upon a computer and he raced over to it. He knew that med-bay's usually had a backup generator attached to their main computers. He looked around the console frantically.
It didn't take too long for him to find the generator. A quick scan told him that it still held power, enough to keep the computer online for a few hours.
He activated the generator and the room came to life once more. The dim glow of the computer filled the room.
The lights however, flickered, sparked, and then died.
That didn't matter to Starscream however, and he began to get into the Autobots systems. He soon found the access for the energon repair ray.
The device was used to recharge a Cybertronians systems should they be too low. With a grin, Starscream activated it and stood back.
A large device emerged from a hole in the ceiling. Starscream's grin grew wider as a beam of energon was shot at him.
"Yes, yes, yes, I feel like a fresh protoform again!" He cheered.
Starscream flexed his body with a grin. He raised his arm up, ready to fire a null ray blast but he stopped himself.
"Right, I'd better save this for Megatron…" He chuckled.
He looked around the medbay as the energon beam swiveled and searched for more patients. As Starscream turned away, it locked onto a target.
"There must be something else that I can use in here." He muttered.
As most of the med bay's floor was covered in sand, silt and water; it was hard work for him. He grumbled about it being the task of "lesser bots" when he came across an arm.
Starscream leapt back with a cry as the arm dropped back into the water.
"Were the Autobots harvesting body parts?" He cried.
The panic died out within a minute and he looked back at the arm. He grabbed it again, pulling hard.
As he pulled it up, Ironhide's upper body popped out of the water. Starscream stared at it with awe, and then a smirk crossed his face.
"Well, if it isn't the traitorous Ironhide." He taunted.
"I guess in the end you really did turn against Megatron." He chuckled darkly and his left hand folded into a blade.
"I suppose that as second in command of Megatron's forces it's my job to scrap you." He pulled his arm back and prepared for the kill.
But something inside him said otherwise. Starscream didn't know what at first, until a realization hit him.
"Yes….If I bring you back to Megatron alive, he'll reward me!" He retracted the blade and grabbed Ironhide's neck.
"Then maybe I can get out of these stupid scout missions." He grumbled.
His thoughts were cut off when he felt two sharp pains in the side of his head. He dropped Ironhide and stumbled, and a fist slammed into his back.
Starscream spun around to see a pair of blue optics glaring at him from within the darkness. He activated his lasers and fired at them.
The figure dodged and ducked around the lasers, before throwing themselves at Starscream. Starscream dodged and finally got a good look at his attacker. He'd been expecting Jazz, or Wheeljack, Optimus Prime even.
"The Autobots nurse!?" He shouted incredulously.
Minerva stared back at him with an angry glare. Starscreams panic and readiness to fight was replaced with frustration.
"You mean to tell me that I've been fighting the nurse?" He grumbled.
"Hey, I'm a doctor...in training." Minerva snapped.
"Well, either way you're no fighter." Huffed Starscream.
He walked over toward Ironhide again, only for Minerva to shove him back. He hit the floor and growled.
"What do you think you're doing?" He demanded.
"You've already taken our energon, but you're not taking any of us!" Minerva said. Despite trying to sound brave; she was scared out of her mind.
"Now would you please get out of my med-bay?" She said pointing toward where he'd entered.
Starscream looked at her like she just asked him to perform surgery. He chuckled and then started to laugh.
Minerva blinked as Starscream began laughing. She clenched her fist and scowled.
"What's so funny Decepticon?" She asked.
"The fact that you think asking nicely is going to send me running scared." Starscream laughed.
"You're no Optimus Prime little fem, so don't try to-ACK!"
Starscreams mockery was silenced as Minerva slashed his face with a surgical blade. He clutched his wound, which ran from his optic to his mouth. He looked at Minerva, enraged.
"I'll give you more like that unless you get out!" She said.
Starscream leapt forward, crying in rage. Minerva sidestepped him and he crashed into a wall.
As Starscream slumped downward she raced to one of the tables. She began to pick up the scattered tools and looked them over. There had to be something she could use to defend herself.
She found a circular saw, used in case a bot was trapped and they needed to move debris to save him.
There wasn't much time to think of anything else as Starscream was upon her again. His arm once again was converted into a blade.
Minerva blocked his blade with the saw. She tried to turn it on, but all it did was just sputter. She heard Starscream chuckle as he said,
"So much for your little toys Autobot." He mocked.
"It may not run, but I can still do this!" She said.
Minerva pulled away from Starscream and swung the saw. It scraped his arm, leaving a rather small cut. Starscream gave her a look of confusion and pity.
"So pathetic, I think I'll be doing youa favor by scrapping you." He plowed his fist into Minerva's chest, sending her reeling.
As Minerva hit the ground, Starscream brought his blade down. Minerva managed to block it with the saw once again.
Starscream began to push against Minerva's arms. Her servos began to whine as they pushed against Starscream.
"Just give up already!" Starscream barked.
Minerva pushed with all her might, but she was losing ground and fast. She kicked her legs up, knocking Starscream off of her.
Starscream dug his blade into the ground, sliding along as he came to a stop. He scowled at Minerva and activated his blasters.
"Let's see if you can patch yourself up after this "doctor" He mocked.
Right as he began firing, a leg flew in from the side and kicked his head. With a startled cry, Starscream went down.
He looked up again, spotting Jazz standing over him.
"Hey now, is that any way to treat a lady?" He said.
"How are you online too?" demanded Starscream.
"Here's a hint big guy, don't leave the energon repair bay running!" Minerva shouted. She held up her circular saw to the ray.
Energon flowed into the device and it powered on. Starscream turned to activate his blades but Minerva was already on him.
She dug the saw blade into his back, metal screeching as it tore up plating. Starscream bellowed in rage and tried to blast her off.
Jazz however, raced in and decked Starscream. He once again found himself eating water and the silt. He got to his knees with a growl and activated his rockets.
"So you two Autobots want to play rough do you?" He growled. "Fine then, I get first shot!"
He fired a pair of rockets at the duo, and both of them ducked out of the way. As Jazz landed closest Starscream leapt at him.
He slammed Jazz into the floor and the two of them began to grapple. Starscreams fingers wrapped around Jazz's neck.
"Let's you and I go for a ride Autobot!" He taunted.
"Sorry screamer, but I don't park on the first date." Jazz mocked.
"Why you little-" Starscream growled and then activated his jets.
With a roar, he slammed Jazz into the wall and dented it outward. Jazz was stunned from the impact but no worse for wear.
Starscreams hand became and a blade and he tried to shove it into Jazz's head. Jazz tilted his head to the side and the blade just missed him.
"Oh you almost had me that time." laughed Jazz.
"Why can't Autobots just sit still and die?" grumbled Starscream.
"And miss out on all the fun?" Jazz grinned as Starscream got angrier.
"Who knows Scream, maybe if ya give up now and we grant you amnesty, we could go on tour!" Jazz twisted his head to dodge the blade as it sunk into the wall again.
"The only "tour" you'll be getting is of this planet." Starscream sneered and slashed Jazz's chest. "When I haul you're sparkless shell back to Megatron!"
With his arms freed, Jazz kicked Starscream in the head. Starscream stumbled backwards and Jazz punched him.
"On second thought; you don't seem to be my type."
Starscream cried out in anger and tried to grab Jazz. Jazz slid underneath his feet, only to be shot by a laser. Starscream had managed to track his movements, and now he had the upper hand.
Starscream slammed his foot into Jazz's chest and pinned him down.
"You've become scrap metal in my side Autobot!" He hissed.
"How about a laser scalpel instead?" Jazz grinned.
"What?" Starscream titled his head in confusion. He heard something move and turned his head. Just in time to see Minerva leap at him, a laser scalpel in her hand and activated.
Starscream shot at her, but she dodged and rammed the scalpel into his left arm. Starscream cried out in pain as she yanked it out. As he grabbed his arm, she moved again and left a deep, burning scar across his face.
"Who's pathetic now?" She asked.
Starscream cried out and clutched his face. He stumbled to his feet, and for good measure he shot at Minerva.
She ducked down again and uppercut him, causing him to re meet his old friend, the floor.
Starscream looked at the two Autobots. Minerva held her laser scalpel high, while Jazz was activating his guns.
Normally he would have kept on fighting, but his left optic was barely functional at best. He knew when to fight, if the Autobots could fully blind him, he'd never get his chance at Megatron.
"Go ahead and keep the traitor Autobots." He scowled. "He'll probably stab you all in the back anyway."
Before Jazz and Minerva could respond, Starscream blasted open a hole in the ceiling. As water rushed in, he shot off like a rocket.
Bursting from the water, Starscream flew up before he turned back.
"But first, I feel like a parting gift is in order." He said curtly.
He turned and activated his missile clusters. In an instant his entire barrage of missiles was flying down to the lake.
He watched as the cluster hit the take, followed by a huge geyser of water shooting up. Metal fragments fell from the sky with the water; assuring Starscream that he'd hit his target.
With a chuckle, Starscream turned tail and Transformed.
His blindness was a minor issue compared to what he'd gain. Full energon power and the ability to brag that he'd killed two Autobots and a traitor.
Without even a second glance he shot off into the sky.
If he'd stayed behind a bit longer, he might have noticed the grappling hook that surfaced from the lake. He would have also seen it pull out Jazz, Minerva, and the half conscious Ironhide.
"What the scrap happened?" Ironhide mumbled.
"One of your con pals dropped by for a visit." Jazz looked up.
"They're not my "pals" Ironhide grumbled.
"Well whatever they are; they destroyed most of my medical equipment." Minerva said.
"Better contact the boys back on Cybertron and have us sent a new supply." Jazz said.
"Might be one problem with that…" Minerva balked as she stared at her chronometer. She turned her arm so Jazz could see it.
"Oh Primus." He gasped.
"Do I want to know?" Ironhide asked.
"Depends, how long's five hundred and fourteen stellar cycles in stasis sound?"
Ironhide stared at Jazz for a moment. Silence came over the three for a moment before he spoke.
"That sounds like one fragging long nap."
Bre sighed as she walked down the hallway of the school. So much had happened in the weekend, and now she was back to "normal"
As normal as it got for her anyway.
She made her way through the mass of students and to her locker. She was surprised to see Ed waiting for her.
"So did you guys find anymore?" He whispered.
"Two of them, well actually three…" She answered. They both looked around to make sure no one was eavesdropping.
"We got attacked by one of the Decepticons while we were working." She said.
"Woah, what did the cons want?" Ed gasped.
"We don't know he didn't speak a word of English." answered Bre.
The two of them heard a stern sounding cough from behind them. They both looked around to see staring at them.
"I'd like to see the two of you in my office this period." She said sternly.
Bre and Anthony looked at each other and then back at . If she heard even a small bit of their conversation it would be all over.
"Is there something that we did wrong?" Bre asked. "Because I haven't gotten in trouble for three weeks now."
"We'll see about that once we're in my office." Ms. Carter huffed.
"Collect your things and then report there ASAP." She said, before turning and walking away.
"You know, I thought when you get in trouble you went to the principle." Ed rolled his eyes.
"Dude I don't even know if we have one." replied Bre.
"I'm just hoping that she wants to take our statements about this weekend." She said.
"Are you kidding me, Max already did that?" Ed said.
Bre gave him a surprised look and cocked an eyebrow. Ed looked away and placed his hand to the back of his neck.
"It has to happen with every incident, but since Mr. Pax, and Sophie gave statements as well, yours wasn't needed."
Bre nodded with a sigh. She doubted she could hold up in an interrogation room for very long. The two of them got their things and walked toward the office. The entire time the two of them felt incredibly nervous. How much did already know?
As they walked into her office, she stared at them both coldly. They both felt chills down their spines as they sat.
"What happened on that mountain?" She asked right as their rears touched the seat.
Both of them were thrown off by the sharpness of the question. Ms. Carter gave them both dark glares.
"Maybe I was too quick, I'll ask again, what happened on the mountain?"
"Well, we went up there, part of the hill caved in, we pulled Kat out and took her home." Bre said.
"Why do I have such a hard time believing that's the truth?" She said.
"Are you calling me a liar?" asked Bre.
"I'm sorry if I'm doubting you right now, but I know that something is being hidden from me." She said, giving them a look.
Both Bre and Ed exchanged looks with each other; then back at .
"We're telling you the one hundred percent truth…" Ed said, lying through his teeth.
Ms. Carter raised an eyebrow, giving him a curious look. Ed looked at her blankly and then rolled his eyes.
"I know that you don't exactly like us Ms. Carter; but we haven't done anything wrong." Ed stated.
"As far as I know but I'm no fool." She said, standing up and walking over to them. She held up both of their files and flipped through them.
"Both of you have a violent past, and dealings with anger issues." She said, giving both accusing looks. "Given that both of you seem to have a dislike of me, how can I not assume that you may have-"
Bre shot up from her seat; causing to jump back.
"Are you saying that Ed and I pushed Kat off the mountain or something?" Bre asked.
"I'm just looking from the outside in, while also looking at both of your records." She said, giving them both a hard look.
"The two of you have quite the past when it comes to adults "oppressing you" She air quoted and placed both files onto the desk.
"I don't want to assume that you two may have done something wrong."
"But I have to make sure that the peace is kept in this student body." She looked the two over again. Both of them with fidgeting; Bre was looking ticked.
"So just because we have a "bad history" means that we get punished for no reason?" Bre scowled.
"You're not being punished; I'm just keeping a better eye on you." Ms. Carter said.
"Not what you said on the first day…" Bre muttered.
"What was that?" Ms. Carter snapped. Both teens jumped and she gave them a dirty look. Ed looked nervously at Bre, and with a reserved sigh she went quiet.
Ms. Carter knew they weren't telling her the full story. She needed to talk to Kat and Orion directly, before these two got the chance.
"For safety reasons, today I will be escorting you to the library." She said in a flat tone.
"No arguing, otherwise its detention." She finished, giving them both a dirty look. "Report to my office at the end of your sixth period."
Bre and Ed stared blankly at her, though she could see the nervousness in Ed's eyes. As well as the anger forming in Bre's.
"The two of you are dismissed, return to study hall please." She said quickly.
Both teenagers looked at her blankly. Before they both got up and silently left the room. Neither of them maintained eye contact with each other, or .
Once they were out of Ms. Carter's earshot, the two looked at each other.
"Well this is just great." Bre muttered.
"What do we do now, if she starts following us around…?" Ed looked worryingly at Bre.
"I doubt she'll go that far, but maybe we need to tell the bots to stay away." She said.
"You don't think that they'd actually come here do you?"
"They're like tourists Ed; they're going to want to see as much as possible." Bre replied. "If we're lucky, School means a never ending cycle of boredom on their planet too."
For those of you not liking how Soundwave was the only bot getting smacked around...your welcome.
Also let's just see if Bre's going to be right..or wrong *Take a guess folks*
