Vampire Diaries: Megsy meets Damon vol. 2
A/N: This is the much-awaited sequel to Vampire Diaries: Megsy meets Damon. I have seen series two now, and it was frikkin' awesome, so this will be set after most of the events of series two have happened. (Except for Jeremy not dying when he overdosed himself and other events that would interfere with my version of events that followed in the last story) And I'm going to make those events have been set over a year, so David would be one in this story and all the characters would be a year older. This will mostly be about Damon and Megsy's wedding and the events around it. But I'm going to bring the two originals that appeared in series 2 into it. Klaus and Elijah are coming to town. Yay! Let's say Klaus left town after breaking the hybrid curse that was placed on him. And Klaus comes back because he believes that Megsy holds the key to a strong power greater than his as he sees no other way to explain how Megsy had David. But will Elijah be on Klaus's side or Megsy and Damon's? Hopefully he'll be pissed at Klaus for staking him. But you know what they say, blood is thicker than water. And will Klaus put Megsy on edge? Stefan and Megsy's emotions off or is it something slightly different?
Stefan and Megsy are working together to get to the cure first.
Megsy: I don't. Frankly, I couldn't care less what it's used for or who uses it. But if we get to it first, then we have the advantage. We can trade it. We could use it in any way want. We could use it to get what we want.
Stefan: You and me against the world.
Megsy: You and me against the world.
Stefan and Megsy have a party and kill a lot of random people.
Megsy to Stefan : Everything's ok as long as you're with me.
Damon and Elena walk in on the dead bodies as they came to get more clothes for everyone.
Megsy and Stefan have some "private time" ;)
Klaus and Elijah are in New Orleans. There is the vampire Trent there that Klaus had mentored who had taken over the town. Klaus and Elijah are looking to take it back from him.
Hayley is pregnant with Klaus's baby.
Klaus stormed out in a strop.

Chapter 25: The lair.
It was now morning and Stefan and Megsy had just gotten dressed and were ready to go looking for the cure. Stefan was dressed in a thin, dark grey, long-sleeved jumper over a plain light grey short-sleeved t-shit. They were paired with black skinny jeans and plain grey Nike trainers with a dark grey logo. Megsy was now wearing a black tank-top with a red angry face on it. She paired it with white skinny jeans, her black and white 'airwalk' plimsolls and her black leather jacket. Her hair was down and curled with her left side fringe showing. Megsy and Stefan came downstairs and Megsy went to the corner to check on Professor Shane. Professor Shane still had on his clothes from the other day, though they were dirty now, and he was still bound and gagged. Megsy tilted her head to one side and picked Professor Shane up by the collar of his shirt.
Megsy: Should we take him with us?
Stefan: I think it would be best. It's less likely he can run off or be taken from us if he's with us.
Megsy nodded and gave a small, eerie smile.
Megsy: Yes...
The two of them shared a look and flashed off in the direction where the X was marked on the map, with Megsy dragging Professor Shane along. It wasn't long before they reached their destination. Stefan frowned as he read the map.
Stefan: This is where the map says it's supposed to be. But I can't see...
Stefan trailed off as he scanned his surroundings, still frowning. Megsy tilted her head again and rose an eyebrow. She took a quick glance at Professor Shane, who, she was still dragging around by the collar of his shirt. Megsy pointed in a direction to the left.
Megsy: You go that way.
She then pointed to a direction towards the right.
Megsy: I'll go that way. Here. Take him.
She threw Professor Shane at Stefan. Stefan caught him, purely to avoid being tackled to the ground, looking slightly surprised. He rose an eyebrow and then nodded, heading off in the direction she'd pointed to. She then went in the direction she said she was going.

Stefan had been walking for a while now but still hadn't found anything. He was walking down a path through the forest when he came to a clearing. He hid behind a tree with Professor Shane as he saw the others. They were all asleep. Damon, Caroline, Elena, Matt, Rebekah, Jeremy and Bonnie were all sleeping in the clearing. Stefan was very careful not to make a sound. He thought that while he was here, he could get the other stuff he needed if he was careful. He left Shane behind the tree, snuck over to Bonnie's backpack, careful not to make a sound, and searched through. After a short while, he found the tombstone. He grinned, picked up Shane, and flashed back to where he and Megsy had split up. When he got there, she still wasn't back. He waited five minutes, frowned, and then called her on her mobile. It rang for a while before eventually it went to voicemail. Stefan didn't bother leaving a message. He set the tombstone down and frowned, listening for any sounds, any signs of where she was. He found nothing and his frown deepened.

A little earlier on Megsy was exploring in her direction when she came across what looked like a large, deep well. She frowned as she bent down to look at it. She couldn't see the bottom. She closed her eyes and jumped, taking a leap of faith. She landed at the bottom in a heap. Her leg was broken. She groaned and snapped the bones back into position, gasping in pain as she did so. She walked a little further and then she seemed to fall into total darkness.
