Vampire Diaries: Megsy meets Damon vol. 2

A/N: This is the much-awaited sequel to Vampire Diaries: Megsy meets Damon. I have seen series two now, and it was frikkin' awesome, so this will be set after most of the events of series two have happened. (Except for Jeremy not dying when he overdosed himself and other events that would interfere with my version of events that followed in the last story) And I'm going to make those events have been set over a year, so David would be one in this story and all the characters would be a year older. This will mostly be about Damon and Megsy's wedding and the events around it. But I'm going to bring the two originals that appeared in series 2 into it. Klaus and Elijah are coming to town. Yay! Let's say Klaus left town after breaking the hybrid curse that was placed on him. And Klaus comes back because he believes that Megsy holds the key to a strong power greater than his as he sees no other way to explain how Megsy had David. But will Elijah be on Klaus's side or Megsy and Damon's? Hopefully he'll be pissed at Klaus for staking him. But you know what they say, blood is thicker than water. And will Klaus put Megsy on edge? Read and find out.

A/N: Previously on The Vampire Diaries: Megsy meets Damon vol 2:

They now think that it's a two-way sire bond that's causing the Delena

Damon and Stefan tricked Elena into turning her emotions back on.

Stefan has the tombstone. It reads: Blood into the jaws of hell. Form a Triangle. The dead will rise. And chaos will rain.

Silas has the cure. Katherine is helping Silas. And so is Bonnie...

Silas is apparently someone they already knew! Who could it be?

Silas says that he has Megsy captive.

Silas asked Bonnie to get the tombstone and help him/her drop the veil. She agreed, knowing that he'd kill her friends otherwise. He has his base at what used to be Klaus' house.

Silas' plan: Silas: Well, I need the tombstone. The tombstone needs to be place in what's called an expression triangle. Well, I'll need you to perform the expression triangle. This will drop the veil. As long as the tombstone is placed on the exact middle point. We will then say a ritual which will allow people to come through. We will bring certain people through and then perform another ritual to close the veil. - So silas doesn't want hell on earth! He just wants to bring some people back to life! He is not going to take the cure.

Just one catch: The expression triangle involves killing 36 people.

Silas promised Katherine immortality.

They also need to find the anchor to drop the veil. But Silas says he knows where to find her.

The team are coming up with a plan to stop Silas.

Katherine goes to see if she can flirt some information out of the Salvatore brother's about their plan just as they are putting it into action.

Chapter 32: Anchors, plan's finally here, etc.

BONNIE POV

I gasped in shock as a figure ran through the clearing and tackled Silas to the ground. He threw the figure off of him and got up, calmly and nonchalantly brushed the dirt off himself. The figure that attacked him stopped running and stood still, allowing me to see who it was. It was... Katherine? What the hell? What's going on here? Silas didn't look impressed. He changed his form so that he looked like Katherine. The real Katherine was wearing a blue halter neck top paired with light blue denim skinny jeans and dark blue sandals. Silas, pretending to be Katherine, was wearing a brown halter neck top paired with dark blue skinny jeans and brown sandals.

Silas: Oh dear Katerina. Whatever has persuaded you to betray me? You certainly didn't have these nasty thoughts running through your head when you left here.

Katerina: Well... I listened to the Salvatore's plan. And I have to admit, it's a good plan. And you know me... I like to stay on the winning side. Also, I'm not stupid. I know you'd never really give me immortality. How gullible do you think I am? You would have just used and abused me and then got rid of me when you didn't need me anymore.

Silas rose an eyebrow at her and smirked.

Silas: I suppose you'd know something about that?

Katherine: Ouch. Touché.

Silas: A bit impulsive of you to come here after hearing their plan. You must know that now I'll know what it is? Since I can read your mind?

Katherine: Oh but... you can't read my mind.

Silas looked as if he was concentrating hard. He began to frown, an angry look on his face. He let out a low growl.

Katherine: Or... any of our minds.

Silas looked confused and that's when everybody appeared from behind the trees. Caroline, Tyler, Stefan, Damon, Elena, Matt, Rebekah, Jeremy... Yes, the whole gang is here... Plus... two people I don't know. They are both blonde. They look like they are fraternal twins. One is a guy and one is a girl. The girl's blonde hair is waist-length and curly. She is wearing a simple white long-sleeved t-shirt paired with low rise light blue skinny jeans and black and white converse. The guy's blonde hair stops just before it reaches his shoulders. The guy is wearing a grey long sleeved shirt with a chest pocket. He has paired the shirt with; brown trousers with a black buckle belt, a brown wristwatch, and grey running shoes. The two of them appear to be holding hands and... chanting? Are they witches?... Like me? The twins stopped chanting suddenly. I looked back at Silas. He appeared to be trapped in some sort of imaginary bubble. That was when everyone, except for Matt and the two unidentified twins, rushed Silas. I watched in amazement. What is going on here? What exactly is this plan? And what happened with these two new people and Katherine earlier for her to change her mind?

EARLIER ON - SALVATORE BOARDING HOUSE

Rebekah, Matt, Tyler, Caroline, Stefan, Damon, Elena and Jeremy were all at the Salvatore boarding house discussing their plan. Liz was still at her house, still looking after David. Poor Liz, I think she needs a break from kids. But it's not like Damon doesn't have a good reason to have his son away from the house. Living this weird lifestyle is dangerous for an adult, let alone a little boy. Rebekah had burst in with Matt about fifteen minutes ago. Her and Matt had just come back from another glamorous trip. This time, they'd been to Monte Carlo. At that moment was when Katherine decided to casually walk in and sit on the sofa. They all just stopped talking and stared at her in silence. After a short while Caroline crossed her arms and was the first one to talk, of course.

Caroline: Oh great it's the bitch slut. What do you want, Katherine?

Katherine rose an eyebrow and played with her red manicured nails.

Katherine: I have to want something? I can't just be here to say hello?

Stefan: I know you Katherine. You don't put in effort unless you want something.

Katherine shot a quick glare Stefan's way and then smiled gleefully as a thought crossed her mind.

Katherine: And what's your latest relationship drama, Stefan? Elena dump you yet?

Stefan took an involuntary glance at Elena before turning back to look at Katherine. Katherine smiled in joy and clapped her hands.

Katherine: Oh my god, she has!

She turned to look at Elena.

Katherine: Elena. Tell me, what happened? What's wrong with him? Too modest?

Damon and Elena shared a look. Katherine clapped again.

Katherine: Oh this is priceless.

She turned back to face Stefan.

Katherine: She dumped you, for your brother?! Oh wow. Harsh.

Katherine span around again to look at Damon.

Katherine: But wait... What about Megsy? Your fiancée?

Damon: We aren't together any more.

Katherine: But didn't you guys have a kid together?

Damon: Yes.

Katherine quickly surveyed the room.

Katherine: And where is he?

Damon: That's... really none of your business.

Katherine shrugged.

Katherine: Fair enough. But... I'm curious. You and Megsy... You were engaged... you had a kid together... What happened?

Caroline: Well, we think that it was a... two-way sire bond.

Katherine: Oh, really? And is that still going on?

Tyler: We don't think so. The two of them both say they feel different since Elena's emotions were turned off.

Katherine: Hmmm. How dramatic. I do love gossip. But you know, we're straying from our focus. I am here to help you take down Silas.

They all just stared at her in shock.

Caroline: Take him down? Your helping him!

Katherine: Yes, and that's why he won't suspect me.

Matt: Why should we trust you?

Rebekah: You've hardly been trustworthy in the past. You double cross the people you work with.

Katherine: Exactly. And now it's time to double cross Silas. Look, I'm not stupid. I know he's not really going to give me immortality. I know he's just using me. So? Let's take him down.

They all sent each other looks and then nodded, agreeing to work with Katherine.

Tyler: I think I might know some people who can help. I met these witches the other day. They just moved to mystic falls.

Damon: Can we trust them?

Tyler: I think so.

Damon nodded.

Damon: Call them. But it's on you, Lockwood, if they mess up.

Tyler: Understood.

He then took his phone from his pocket and dialled.

PRESENT TIME - BONNIE POV

They all pinned Silas to the ground. Matt got out a crossbow and carefully aimed, pinning Silas to the ground with each arrow he shot. The two blonde twins began chanting again. The guy motioned me over. I nodded and went over there. He held his free hand out to me and I took it. He looked at me expectantly. I realised that he wanted me to join their chanting. I listened to their chant. I recognise it. Once I knew I recognised it, I joined in with the chanting. We repeated our chant over and over. I don't know what we're supposed to be doing. It didn't take long to find out. After about three minutes of chanting, I could see that Silas had turned to stone. Us three witches stopped chanting and I looked at Silas in amazement. Is it... finally over? Oh my god, it's over. This asshole won't be harassing us any more. I grinned victorious. I looked and saw that everyone else had stopped what they were doing, and were also embracing their victory. Stefan went round and thanked everyone for their help. I looked at the two twins and they were smiling at me. The guy spoke.

Luke: Thanks Bonnie. I'm Luke, and this is my sister Liv.

He gestured to the girl who was standing next to him. She smiled at me and we shook heads.

Liv: You were great out there.

Bonnie: Thanks. So were you guys.

Our victory was unfortunately short-lived. We heard a rumble. We all looked round and saw that it was coming from the rock form of Silas. The ground shook and he broke free of his stone cage. He looks angry... He has taken on the form of... me... He is dressed in a simple denim jacket with a white tank top, skinny jeans and white trainers. Silas used vampire speed and runs over to Stefan. Stefan doubles over in pain, and Silas takes something from him. It's... the tombstone? Oh no... that's what he needs to open the other side. Elena runs over to see if Stefan is ok. He gives her a thumbs up and she looks relieved. Silas forcefully plants the tombstone into the ground and chants some unknown incantation. My eyes widened. I thought... I thought he needed a witch to do that... He finishes the incantation and some kind of swirly portal opens. It's... the gateway to the other side... he's done it... he's going to create hell on earth... oh no... I watched in dread as a whole mass of people walked through the portal.

A/N: Ok, hope you enjoyed this chapter. I know it was kind of short but I just didn't feel that motivated this week, you know? And I kind of wanted to end it here.
