"I know why you don't like me," the ghost tells him, sing-songing, smirking.
"There are multiple reasons," he says, focusing on his phone. Mycroft, out of guilt, updates him daily on John's condition. John is still demanding that the authorities realize their mistake, but Sherlock has little hope in that regard.
He must prove his innocence himself, and that can only be done by rooting out every little bit of Moriarty's organization.
"Yes, of course," the ghost giggles. "Denial isn't the healthy thing, you know."
"Be helpful or be silent," he orders.
The ghost grins at him. "Of course, love."
