Soooo it may have possibly been a while. I did however update.

Another year has passed...

"Harry! Alan!" Daine yelled in a panic, "Put those swords down!"

"Run Alan!" Harry yelled as he began to run with a wide grin on his face.

"She's gonna kill us Harry" Alan yelled as he began to run next to him

"You two are in so much trouble" Daine said to herself as her smoothed into the form of a wolf and she began to run after them.

Laughing like tiny mad men, Harry and Alan ran down into the training grounds passing several new pages holding training staffs along the way.

Unfortunately neither one of them could stop when one of the pages fell in front of them.

Right as the tip of Harry's sword was about to pierce Alan's side during the fall Daine jumped through the small gap between them knocking the sword from his hand and leaving a long cut along her side.

"Mum!" Harry yelled after he hit the ground and saw how bad the cut truly was.

Even bleeding as she was Daine's eyes snapped to Harry's face. He'd never called her that before.

Lord Wyldon pushed several kids to the side and pulled his tunic off "move girl!" the angry man demanded as he placed the garment over Daine so she could turn back.

"What were you thinking taking Jon and Alanna's swords you two?" she said while covering as much as she could laying on the ground.

"You're bleeding" Harry whispered with glassy eyes, reaching to touch her. Not even hearing that she was trying to reprimand him.

"Harry, I don't care if I am dying listen to me!" Daine said stubbornly not really aware of how bad the damage to her side actually was.

"Get to your next classes" Lord Wyldon yelled behind Daine. "You!" He pointed at Alan "Get a healer"

When Harry finally did touch her he passed out from the force of his gift being pulled out of him so fast.

"Harry!" Daine yelled loosing all modesty as she grabbed him and pulled him to her chest.

Quickly as if he were embarrassed Lord Wyldon grabbed the discarded bloody fabric and draped it back over her shoulders.

"I don't need a healer anymore. I will take Harry... I'm... I'm fine" Daine said as she noticed the bit of blood start dripping out of Harry's nose.

"Do you know why he is here?" Mithros asked his sister.

"No... I do know that I sent him... Perhaps as test is in order... " The Goddess replied. "He is lacking in discipline."

"As young as he is?" Mithros questioned

"My mark on him is very bright." The Goddess answered almost to herself. "I think his destiny is going to be important. He must learn young."

"Watch Daine. She won't stand for to much meddling." He told her.

"I know." She smiled. "A good mother never does"

Meanwhile in the future...

"The past is changing" Mithros points out to his sister

"Yes, its always interesting to see how one person can make such a difference."

"How do you plan to keep the old man subdued?" Mithros asked.

"Hmm, he does always seem to figure things out." The Goddess says in contemplation. "I may just tell him."

That night...

Albus Dumbledore awoke in a sweat. Reaching for his glasses he smiled.

"Alas my boy, things will turn out just fine. Who knew the gods still cared.
