Just a heads up, I'm going to start referring to the characters by their usernames now for the in game parts. Also gonna start this off by introducing Nick, Alex and Cat file wise.

Name: Nicholas Braski

Rank: Assassin fifth rank

Born: 2006/11/07

Gender: Male

Animus training: Yes

Animus trainers: Nicolai Orelov, Edward Kenway, Shao Jun

Traits: Clever, loyal, excellent memory, the best of his siblings in terms of Close Quarters Combat, great at restoring moral.

Bio: Nicholas is known to be energetic compared to his brother and sister. He is head strong and extraordinarily loyal, never backing down from a challenge or promise. He also serves as an important moral booster on the rare occasions his brother and sister begin to doubt their abilities, indirectly salvaging the missions. He was also show to be hardened about death. At the time of his parents deaths (age nine), he merely attacked the killer by jumping on his back. Eventually managing to kill the killer by strangling him, this was before his training as an Assassin started. May God have mercy on who ever manages to kill Alexander or Catherine in his sight.

Bio: Catherine, has been the best infiltrator the Japanese brother hood has seen in years. Capable of even slipping past the Mentor at times. On missions, she is always assigned to handle the HVT, weather it is to extract or eliminate. She is also one of the few Japanese Assassins to master the French Phantom blade, some what in part of the bleeding effect from the animus. She has also shown nearly flawless communication skills, able to make anyone trust her with a few select words. In terms of death she is nearly unfazed with it, having taken the lives of countless Templars or enemies of the order herself. Some Chinese Assassins say from the few missions she worked with them, "she is Shao Jun reincarnated."

Due to this, he has been shown to be a bit overprotective of his siblings despite their capabilities. Still, he executes his orders without question. Finishing every mission to the letter, and leaving no trace of his existence.

Alexander and Catherine watched over their brother. A team of two Assassins monitored him in game.

"How much longer," Alexander asked. Since this whole ordeal started he'd been impatient with almost everything.

"The moment he gets into an inn room, after that we have to hack the system to reinstate the two hour moving protocol to keep him from dying when we disconnect him. Then we'll move him," one of the Assassins said without even looking at Alex.

"Where is he right now," Catherine asked.

"Right now he's just outside a village."

Orelov swung his sword in a horizontal strike. Killing the skeleton that stood in the way.

"These guys are weaker then the ones from Skyrim," he thought to himself. A second one approached him from behind, he in turn swung his sword in a wide vertical arc. The attack cleaved the skeleton in two. He looked around for another target and saw Kirito finishing off the last one. Kirito the proceeded to open his map.

"We're almost at Horunka," Kirito said looking over at Orelov. Expecting to see him exhausted, but he looked lively as ever. The Assassin had in fact stayed up for far longer times then this.

"Good," Orelov said, "the quicker we get there the better." He sheathed his sword and started running again. The journey had been long, but the two made it. Orelov knew that this was only the beginning, and compared to future endeavors this would seem like a walk in the park.

"Focus on the now, prepare for the future," he thought to himself. The rest of the way to Horunka was quiet. No more ambushes, and no words spoken. They had made it, mostly in part to Kirito's know late from the beta. It wasn't until they reached the gate that one spoke again.

"I owe you one," Orelov said while extending his arm out for a fist bump, "if you ever need help, just give me a call."

Kirito accepted the fist bump and said, "thanks but I'm mostly a solo player."

"I understand, my offer still stands though," Orelov opened his menu and left the party, "you stay safe out there Kirito."

"You too," Kirito called out as Orelov walked further into the village. Orelov had only one thing on his mind right now, find an inn. He had seen a few players go limp during the first few hours of the game. Their families must have moved them to a hospital during that time. He had yet to go limp, so Alexander and Catherine were probably waiting for him to get to an inn room to avoid the risk of him getting killed. Normal people would panic about this, but he trusted them. He spotted an inn at the end of the street and made his way their. Opening his menu to check his skills at the same time. He was amazed, his 'One handed straight sword' and 'hiding' skills were almost to one hundred.

"Guess real life skills accelerate game skill," he thought as he entered the inn and paid for a room. It was a cheep one, but that didn't matter. He did his part, now they have to do their part.

"He's in, running the hack now," the Assassin said as his fingers dashed across the keyboard, "breached the firewall. Cracking encryption keys. I'm in, starting up the subroutine now. Yank him... now! We have two hours for this!" Everyone in the room started pulling wires from the NerveGear and Nick's computer. The hacker now connected to Nick's computer extracting the SAO game files. Alexander carrying Nick himself. Outside was a van waiting for them. The move was quick, everything needed gone in one go.

"Is that everything," the driver asked, starting the engine as he spoke.

"Yes, now drive," Catherine said in a rush.

"Catherine, Alexander," a woman from the passenger seat called for them.

"Here," the siblings replied in unison.

"We've found SAO's creator, Kayaba's safe house," the woman turned to face them, revealing herself to be the Mentor of the Japan brotherhood, "you two are to investigate for Templar connections. Templar or no, you are not to eliminate him. You two looked shocked."

"In all honesty, ma'am," Alexander spoke for him and his sister, "we didn't think you would let us go after him."

"But why go after him," Catherine added, "so long as people aren't disconnected or killed in game, they're safe right?"

"Some Assassin hackers," the hacker spoke, "myself included, believe he put a fail safe in the system. If he is killed in the real world, the system will kill every player. Same thing if one is pulled out early."

"So if that turns out to be true we have to protect him," Alexander asked.

"Precisely," the Mentor said while giving the siblings both a folder, "Catherine, you will be sent to his house. Search anywhere you suspect is a place to store information. Alexander, you're going to his safe house. Confront him or anyone there. You both are to kill anyone who sees your faces as usual."

"As usual we won't be getting support either," Catherine asked.

"That is correct. This, however, will not be standard op for you two. Once you are done, you are to regroup at Kayaba's safe house and defend it. A team of Assassins will arrive at 9:00, if the area is not clear, you will meet them half way down the mountain at the coordinates in the folders. The lives of ten thousand people depend on this mission."

"We won't fail"

"Good, you'll be assigned to deal with anything SAO related until they finish the game."

"What will that be," Alexander asked.

"That would be any system breaches," the hacker answered, "Templars trying to get their own out or take over the entire system to rewire everyone's minds to become sleeper agents or worse."

"We're here," the driver said. The van doors swung open and everyone moved again. Quickly setting everything up.

"An hour thirteen left," the hacker said, "we have it from here."

"You heard him, arm up and head out," the Mentor ordered, "your gear has been moved to the garage in advance. Take the bikes. Be ready for anything." The siblings took one last look at their brother and left for the garage. Their gear laid on a table waiting for them. Light weight bulletproof armor, hidden blades, balaclavas, silenced glocks, knives, a silenced XM8 for Alexander and Phantom blade for Catherine. Their basics were top of the line for other Assassins. It took them only three minutes to suit up. The movements second nature to them.

Templars were all over Kayaba's house, no doubt looking for something. Catherine watched from an adjacent rooftop, planning her approach. The fence was about two yards high, a watchman on the other side of it. The building it self was three floors tall. Guards probably gathered on the first floor. This was a walk in the park, she did harder infiltrations as Arno in the animus. She took a look at her watch to check the time, afterwards standing up and taking a few steps back. Then bursting into a sprint, jumping at the last second and grabbing the top of the fence. The guard on the other side turned in shock. Catherine shot him in the throat with her Phantom blade, then climbing over the rest of the fence. She proceeded to climb up the wall and into a window on the second floor. Two guards turned at her entrance. She stabbed one in the back of the neck with her hidden blade, holding the body up to prevent any noise. Then shooting her Phantom blade at the second, rushing over to stop the body from falling. Once she knew no one was coming, she set both bodies down gently and quickly got to work.

"Three rooms, Office first, right door end of hall," she quietly walked down the hall, checking every room. Finding Kayaba's office in a matter of seconds. She rushed to the laptop and started it up, inserting a flash drive in the side.

"Thank you Assassin," a voice came from behind her, "how many of my men did you kill getting in." Catherine remained still, her eyes glued to the screen watching the reflection. Behind her was a man who looked twice her age, solid black hair, about 5'10. He pulled out a gun and placed the barrel against her head.

"Start hacking, we both know the world can't learn of us," the man said giving a little push of his gun as persuasion. Catherine let her fingers dance across the keyboard, keeping an eye on the Templar behind her through the reflection. She didn't care that there was a gun against her head, she was doing her job. She was amazed at how much Kayaba had left on his computer. Everything she needed was easily accessible, emails, designs, transactions. She wasted no time on starting the transfer to her flash drive. A progress bar popped on the screen, making the Templar take his eyes off her. Then she made her move, she spun and grabbed the gun switching the safety on while kicking him in the side. No doubt the Templars downstairs heard what was happening above them, as rushed footsteps sounded within seconds. Without thinking, Catherine fired her Phantom blade into the Templar's throat. Scooping up the laptop and placing it in her bag. Then jumping out the window and went over the fence. The Templars inside had no idea what happened. Four dead, the data they had come for was now speeding away at three hundred kilometers an hour.

"Another successful mission," Catherine thought as she drove onto the freeway, checking her watch as she maneuvered through traffic, "mission complete in three minutes. A new record."

Catherine slowly approached the safe house. It was obvious to her that Alexander was already inside. Only he would use his hidden blade to 'pick' the lock.

"A, you in there," she called out in a Russian accent.

"Yeah," Alexander called back in a similar accent. She entered and saw exactly what she expected. Kayaba laying on a bed with NerveGear on his head, a woman right next to him monitoring his health, and Alexander sitting in a corner with his rifle aimed at them. "What did you find?"

"Everything we need," Catherine approached a table, placing Kayaba's laptop and opening it to show its contents. "There were, contacts already there when I arrived. Looking for the same thing we were. Access keys to Argus systems, emails sent to various parties, scans of blank checks. THEY really wanted what he made."

"Where's the bad part?"

"Here, an email from the GM." Alexander took a moment to read the email.

'Kayaba, we have agreed on our deal long ago. I expected you to uphold your end. Instead you cut all ties with us and ship SAO to the public. You best hope my enemies find it in their best interest to protect you. You have made an enemy of the Templars.'

"So the enemy of my enemy is my friend," Alexander said bluntly.

"I don't like it any more then you do," Catherine looked out the window, "but he needs us to do this."

"I know, we'll send this all back to the Mentor. She'll make better use of it then us."

"What about her," Catherine motioned to the woman watching Kayaba.

"She's innocent, can't kill her without breaking the first."

"She's helping Kayaba."

"She had no idea what his true motives were. Stand down!"

"Sorry, this whole thing has been pissing me off."

"You're not alone." The two heard the faint snap of a twig from outside.

"Contacts."

"Stay in here, I'll take care of them," Alexander stood up and crept towards the window. Eagle vision told him that no one was in his sight, so he vaulted out and jumped into the bushes. Then climbed up a tree to give himself a birds eye view of the surrounding area. Sure enough there was a collection of twelve people converging on the house from the other side.

"Too easy," he thought as he went from tree to tree as quiet as possible. Positioning himself above one, he took in one breath and jumped down. Impaling the person in the neck with his hidden blades. On saw what happened, but before he could say a word Alexander shot him in the head. Then retreating into the shadows again. The ten others were on high alert from the silenced gunshots they heard. Two were stupid enough to stand right next to each other. Alexander sprung from the bushes and struck them in the back of their necks with his hidden blades. He once again faded into the shadows.

"Eight more," he pulled out his only rope dart and hanged one on a tree.

"Seven," he tackled one and slit his throat.

"Six," he shot the knees out of one. Luring another to come help his wounded teammate, only to receive a bullet to the brain. The wounded one was then shot dead by Alexander.

"Four," one saw his hanged teammate and began panicking. He was turned around and stabbed in the throat.

"Three," another one was shot right between the eyes.

"Two," a kick to the gut followed by a powerful uppercut. Breaking the man's neck.

"One," Alexander landed right in front of the last one, who unloaded an entire clip into his chest. Alexander laid still on the ground until the shooter was close enough. Then sweeping his legs from under him.

"How," the last one asked.

"Bulletproof vest," Alexander raised his hand and extended his hidden blade. Plunging it into the man's neck. "I would have figured the Templars would send more capable people."
