Alright lovelies... I don't want to rip anyone apart... so here is a short update on what happened and Ana is going home.

Gail POV

I hope this will go well. We step out and stood in front of Mr Grey. I hope he will agree with what I am going to ask him. As I prepare myself to ask the question, Mr Grey surprises me.

'Gail, will you bring Anastasia back to ESCALA and take care of her.'

Uh? Oh my, Mr Grey is suggesting what I was about to ask.

'Thank you Mr Grey. I was just about to ask you the same thing.' I reply and he smiles contently.

'Alright, I have a meeting at 10.30, so I need to get back to Grey House. Put all charges on my card.' He put on his professional mask again. I always knew that there is a soft spot inside him that he rarely brings out but I have witnessed it several time and today is the one of the day.

'Thank you Mr Grey.'

'Gail, Anastasia has signed the NDA, I think Jason would have told you about it. And yes she has seen the playroom but nothing happened. I think you also know that.' He says softly.

'Yes Mr Grey. I was a little worried about the whole visit.' I confess. The turmoil my heart went through was unexplainable.

'Gail, I like Anastasia, I care for her…' he says and his voice screams sincere. I can hear it but his BDSM habit is still keeping me alert.

'I can see that Mr Grey. Thank you.'

'I will be going off. See you later at ESCALA. You can give Anastasia one of the guest bedroom closer to your quarters.'

'Sure sir. Thank you.'

'Welcome Gail.' He smiles and walks back to the room. I followed him and see that Annie is talking to Jason and laughing about something. Jason who was smiling away got back to his bodyguard composure once Mr Grey enters the room.

'Alright, I am leaving now. See you Anastasia.'

'Bye Christian.' She replies and smiles brightly to Mr Grey. I can see that she is comfortable with him and she calls him by his first name. He smiles warmly that I have never seen with any other women before except Mia.

'Where is Kate?' Annie asks me.

'She is resting at home. She was so worried and refused to leave you here but when Mr Grey wanted to stay here with you, she decided to go back. She should be here anytime.'

'She took the day off?' Annie continues asking. As usuall, attentive Annie. She worries about everyone except herself.

'Yes. And you, would you be careful next time?' I tell her.

'It was not my fault! That idiotic driver ran over me at the pavement. Isn't that the place where pedestrians walk?' She starts with her hand waving and exagerated way of explaining things.

'The point is you are safe now.' Jason interrupts.

'You will be following me and I will look after you till you are well.' I tell her.

'Follow you to where?' she asks questioning.

'ESCALA of course.' And that too caught both Jason and Annie offguard.

'What!' they both yell in unison.

'Yes. No arguments.' I say in my final say voice.

'But… Chr…' Annie started but I cut her off.

'Mr Grey agreed. So quit whining.'

'I am supposed to go to Portland to visit Mom. Does she knows about this incident?'

'Carla doesn't need to know about this. She has enough to worry.'

She slumps and sits quietly.

'Anna!' Kate's voice fills the room.

'Kate!'

'How are you!' and she hugs Annie. Kate has been a very good friend to Annie since they started their studies at WSU which took some of my worry off.

'I am good. And you? Were you hurt?'

'No, I am fine. I was so shocked when you didn't move after that stupid car hit you.'

'All is fine now and Annie can go home today, Kate.'

'Really? That would be fantastic.'

'I will take Annie back. I will look after her till she is well. Will you be okay on your own Kate?' I fill her in with my plan.

'That would be great. I have an assignment at New York. I have to leave tomorrow night. I was a little worried how Anna is going to manage on her own at home.'

'Whatever. Now when can I go home?'

'As soon as I get your paperwork done. See you shortly.' And I drag Jason out of Annie's room.

'What was it with Grey?' Jason asks as soon as we are out of Annie's room.

'I wanted to ask if I can have Annie with me to look after her but before I could ask, he told me to bring Annie back to ESCALA and look after her there.'

'Are you sure about this Gail? You know he had intentions…' Jason looks quite worried about the whole arrangement but I have seen Mr Grey's care and sincerity first hand.

'Jason, I think Mr Grey is sincere. I can hear the sincerity in his voice. I think there is more than what we initially thought. I think Mr Grey loves Annie.'

'Grey? Love? I think you are out of your mind. He just cares for her. Grey doesn't do Love.' Jason says a little loud and we are nearing the nurse counter to collect her papers.

'Jason, you have been away from love and family for a long time at Afghanistan. So, when you see love, you don't realize it.' I give up explaining to this man.

'I realize what love is. I knew it is love when I saw you.'

'Trust my instinct please.'

At ESCALA

The bed is super comfortable. Aunt Gail arranged the guest bedroom closest to her quarters. I have an intercom that I can use to call her if I need her, a TV in the room, a computer set up for me and it is complete with an attached bathroom and wardrobe.

'Wow, look at the view, and the size of the room. I don't need such a big room.' I say looking out of the floor to ceiling window overlooking Seattle.

'Annie, this is for your comfort. Mr Grey has gone all out to ensure that you will be comfortable while being under his roof.' Aunt Gail says as she places my bag near the dresser.

'I was surprised that he let you have me here.'

'Annie, it was Mr Grey who asked me to have you here. He said it before I asked. He cares for you Annie.' Oh my, I know he cares for me. The flowers, the dinner. He is so loveable but yet I am still a step back. I am not going to throw myself to him.

'I know. He told me that several time. He was upset that I refused to have dinner with him on Tuesday.' If only I had dinner with him, I will be fine today. I kick myself mentally.

'Annie, I need to get back to work. All the passwords to access that laptop is on a notepad in the drawer. For you to use.'

'Thanks.. I just want to lay down for a while. The painkillers are making me drowsy.' I say holding my nosebridge.

'Alright. I will bring your dinner later.' She says and leaves closing the door behind her.

'Alright…' phew… Christian wanted me here. I can see he is trying hard. A small yellow card is at the dresser. I open and Christian's handwriting decorates the card.

"Dear Anastasia, I hope the room is comfortable and meets all your expectation. I hope you will get well soon, and have the dinner you promised.

Christian Grey"

That simple message manages to put a smile on my face. Aunt Gail left my bag near the dressing table. Kate manages to pack some clothes for me to pick up on the way to ESCALA. I drag my bag to the walk in wardrobe and I am caught off guard.
