Chapter 10:
It was getting late. Alice, Bella and Edward were on the way to Bella's new gift. A house just for her family. I was glad to not have to hear what Edward planned for her now that she was awake. If the boy just could resist telling the sister of the girl he was doing tonight it would be a lot easier for me. But he was just so amused that i had to cover my ears when he started over the details of his plans. Chocolate and whip cream involved. It had made me walk over to the fridge and put it all in his hand when I started to realise they don't eat I found out that he was playing with me. Rose and Edward couldn't stop laughing. I just rolled my eyes and mocked my way over to Seth who had finished his dinner up on the couch.
I was cold, the kind of cold that catches your bones and makes you shake. When he saw me he opened his arms and I took place in his lap. He was like a brother to me now. Although my sister was near, I needed my family more these days. I mean the family who knew about my world. Dad wasn't one of them, but Carlisle did a wonderful job at making me at home and able to come with questions whenever we had them.
The warmth of my brother was surrounding me. But it wasn't anything near what Jake would make me feel if he wasn't on patrol and making amends with Sam. He wanted Seth and Leah home. Just as much as he and I wanted to see his father. Sure Billy had come over, but it wasn't the same since he still wasn't much fond of the family we held up to all this. Me getting involved in this hurt him badly and although he seemed okay I knew he was carrying this with him until he ended up. Which I hoped was a long way from where we were now.
"You okay ?" Seth asked me with his concerned voice as I laid my head on his shoulder. I nodded. "I'm okay, just tired, but I'm waiting for Jake to get back home. I can't fall sleep without him or I will have a nightmare." I sighed. He knew about this through the things Jake told them in wolf form. He also told Embry and Quil, who were still on Sam's pack until the Alpha's found a solution nobody was free to choose yet. "I just want this all over with. Everyone should be able to see each other without having to be awkward to one another. You know what I mean?" I sighed and he nodded again. I knew how he felt. He told me when all the fights about Renesmee were over. It just started all again with claiming territory. Which wasn't Jake's intention. He just wanted to be able to step over the treaty line. Nobody was killed. Just saved from death caused by a terrible accident, which we all thought wasn't possible. But still Renesmee was here, my sister was a vampire and Edward saved the both of them.
Alice came in the window. Happily bouncing on her feet. I smirked at her and said: "I take my sister loved the gift we had for her?" Alice nodded before flying in Jaspers arms and escaping to the bedroom. "Have a wild night!" I yelled behind her. All I heard was laughing and a door closing and being used as wall. "Cover your ears Seth..." He laughed and leaned his head against mine as we watched the TV.
We heard a cough at the other end of the room, but I didn't look up. I knew exactly who it was. A few seconds later I was lifted from Seth's hold into the person next to him. It was Jake and he held me close. "Jeez, Amelia, you are freezing." I curled into him and looked at Seth. "Why you think I was wrapped up in Seth's arms?" I asked him. "I think I'm getting the flu or something. Carlisle checked on me and it might be a possibility." He sighed and pulled me even closer if that was possible. "So how was the meeting with Sam?" I asked and I felt him tense up. It had been a touchy subject, but it needed to be solved. "We are able to go home safely. He is willing to make the packs join, possibly with me as a leader. Emily appears to be pregnant. So, as soon as everything is under control I will be the one to make the pack whole and he can enjoy his family." He said and I felt relieved. I didn't even realise Seth was already gone. Probably going to his mom, or Charlie's since his mom fell in love with my dad and practically lived together.
"Shall we go to lay down? It's late and I'm tired my ass out." I said and he laughed. "We can go home tomorrow right? I told dad I was spending the night here, since it was Bella's birthday and I was going to be over here anyways." I sighed, "Things are just going to be complicated don't they?" I asked him. He just nodded and lifted me up before taking me to the bedroom they decorated for me and laid us down on the bed. I curled up against him and laid my head on his chest, using it as a pillow.
"I love you and everything that came with us. I didn't want it any other way, as long as I have you..." I said before doozing of to a slumber.

Sorry it has been a while but i had no inspiration for this fanfiction until i was really really bored and just started to type. All the things i blurted out my fingers just weren't good enough to post and now it is just better. I hope you enjoyed it.
