Hey guys last chap!
Finn's pulse was steadily increasing. The group was becoming more hopeful that he would wake up.Beep...Beep..BeepBeepBeepBeepFinn's pulse skyrocketed and he sprang out of bed."Finn?!",said Jake, hopefully.
"I'm sorry, he's not available right now, but I can take a message.", he replied.
"What did you do to Finn?!"
"He's dead."
"W-what?!"
"Well not dead, just trapped in his own mind. Now that he's locked away, I am even stronger than before."The group was baffled at what they were hearing. Jake rushed at the demon in rage,but was instantly thrown out of the building."Anybody else?",asked the demon. Marceline blasted a flame ball at the demon,but he just deflected it. Hunson tried to strike the demon,but he was slammed into the ground. Princess Bubblegum rushed out of the building."Cowardly girl.",said the demon.
Jake and Hunson regained their composure and helped Marceline surround the creature."Really? You think surrounding me will help?",chuckled the demon. His eyes lit up and he said,"Let's give us a little more space." There was a flash and the medical building was just a pile of rubble."That's better.",he said. The group rushed at him, but he vanished. Hunson was the only one able to keep up with him. Hunson blasted a laser at him,but the demon teleported next to Hunson. Hunson tried to strike the creature,but it vanished again. He looked around frantically to find the creature, but was kicked into a wall."Too slow Hunson!"
"Get away from him!",shouted Marceline. She rushed at the demon, but was thrown at Jake, who was about to lunge at the creature. The demon was suddenly blasted by an energy ball. He looked over to see Princess Bubblegum with a smaller version of the laser gun she built. The demon simply laughed, to Bubblegum's surprise."That tickled.", he said.
"W-we're not getting a-anywhere.",said Jake. Hunson had a thought. He wasn't sure it would work, and it might drain the last of his energy, but it was their only hope."Hey ugly!",shouted Hunson. The demon looked towards Hunson, and Hunson set his plan into motion. He shouted a spell,"Demonitram extractium!" There was a flash, and the demon was lying on the ground. He stood up and brushed himself off."What was the point of that?", asked the creature.
"You'll see.",Hunson said, smirking.
"I'm getting tired of you." The demon raised a fist to strike Hunson, but was interrupted by a sword plunging through his chest."N-no it can't be!" The creature turned his head, to see the very person he locked away, Finn the Human."B-but how?"
"I freed him from the prison in his mind."
"Y-you bastard!" Finn extracted his sword and kicked the demon back. He then sliced and stabbed at the creature in a furious rage of attacks. He stabbed the creature one last time, through the head. The demon fell to the ground, and Finn took his sword."He did it!",said Princess Bubblegum, in joy.
"Hahahahaha...on the contrary!",said the demon, his wounds healing instantly.
"What?! You should be weak without a body!",Finn said, shocked.
"That's what I thought, but now without any restrictions, I'm more powerful than ever! I only needed a body to materialize myself in this world, and I could have ditched you any time after that. Now let's test my abilities." The creature threw Finn through several buildings, but he stood back up."Strange, I thought humans weren't that resilient."
"You can thank me for that!", shouted Hunson."I took the liberty of upgrading him."
"You're right, I should thank you. Now my little punching bag won't wear out so quickly." The group gathered around the creature and prepared to fight. The demon caught Finn's sword attack and kicked Finn back. He then threw back a fireball that Hunson shot at him, knocking Hunson to the ground. He caught Marceline's axe base as she was about to strike him, and he slammed her into the ground. The demon caught Jake, as he lunged at the creature, and he threw Jake at an incoming blast from Princess Bubblegum's laser gun. The demon kicked back Bubblegum and instantly dismantled the weapon. The demon did all this in four seconds. Finn stood back up, and drew his sword.
Finn lunged a the creature, but was caught and thrown at The Candy Castle. He crashed through the buildung, and landed with a loud thud. "You really think you can beat me? I am invincible!",screamed the creature.
"That's not going to stop me from trying!" Finn threw his sword at the demon, but he caught it and lunged at Finn, plunging the sword into his arm and pinning him to the ground. Finn screamed in agony, and the demon laughed. Finn had an idea, but he needed Hunson for it to work. He looked over at Hunson and mouthed some words. Hunson nodded, and he gave the others directions. The creature caught a fireball Marceline had thrown at him and absorbed its power, and he used the power to blast Jake, who was about to attack the creature."Really? You've all tried those attacks before. What makes you think they will work now?"
"We're not hoping they'll work, we just needed to distract you for a minute.",replied Jake.
"What?!" Finn grabbed the creature by the throat. Hunson appeared behind them, and he placed his hands on both the demon and Finn. The demon realized what was happening."No! You can't do this!",shouted the creature.
"Oh yes I can!",said Hunson
The demon turned to Finn and said,"If you do this, I'll always be in the back of your mind! I'll just rot your mind from the inside until a crack appears, then I'll slip through it, and you won't be able to stop me then!"
"Oh believe me, I'll find a way to stop you.", said Finn with confidence. Hunson began the spell."See ya later asswipe.",Finn said with a cocky smirk. There was a flash and all that was left was Finn. Hunson took the sword out of Finn's arm and helped him up."What happened?",asked Jake,confused.
"He's trapped in my mind.",replied Finn.
"So he's gone?",Marceline questioned.
"For now.",Finn said smirking.
Within a month The Candy Kingdom had be rebuilt and life was returning to normal. Marceline went to visit Finn as he cleaned up the last of the rubble."You wish!",Finn shouted, chuckling in response to a joke from Jake.
"Hey Finn."
"Oh, hey Marcy."
"So how's it goin?"
"Pretty good, the kingdom's almost rebuilt."
"Finn can I ask you something?"
"Sure."
"Did you mean what you said, about how the people deserved what they were getting?" Finn looked at the ground in shame."I-I was being controlled."
"But did you mean it?" Finn had a look of sorrow on his face.
Finn sighed,"Y-yes."
