Enter The Imperial Generals
Jackie was making his way through a volcanic cavern. Shasta was by his side as she was the only Arkeyan Mage that could actually stand the lava.
"You know something Jackie if we weren't looking for the Dragon Talisman I would totally consider relaxing here," Shasta said wearing red and black archelogy clothes similar to Jackie's.
"Well I can see this Island gets plenty of sunlight," Jackie said thinking that she was talking about the beach. "But we have a talisman to locate."
"You mean like that one over here?" said the Volcanic Arkeyan Governess gesturing to the Dragon Talisman.
"Yes that one," Jackie said, "So what does this do?"
"I'll tell you after we get back to the Shop," Shasta said pulling the Talisman out of the wall before a metal Claw snatched it from her hand. "Hey!"
"Well what do you know," Finn said, "We've got the Talisman."
"Now it's time to beat it," Red said using his fire breath to awaken the Volcano before flying away with the enforcers on his back.
"Jackie they've got the Talisman," said Shasta.
"Never mind that Shasta," said Jackie, "We've got bigger problems."
Jackie pointed to the magma that had started to rise. Shasta saw it and they both ran for it as fast as they could.
"There's an opening," Shasta said spotting an opening, "You go first."
"But what about you?" Jackie asked.
"Trust me I'll be alright." Shasta said as she gave Jackie a boost to escape the cavern. Unfortunately Shasta herself had to find an alternate route as the lava was catching up.
On the surface Jackie saw Red and the Enforcers escape with the Dragon Talisman but he had a bigger issue to worry about.
"Shasta!" Jackie called and as if on cue Shasta emerged from a lava geyser and preformed a front flip and landed on her feet.
"You called?" the Volcanic Arkeyan asked.
"You're okay," Jackie said, "I thought the lava got you."
"Well we should get back to Section 13 and I'll explain," said Shasta.
Back at Section 13 Captain Black and Techno were waiting for Jackie and Shasta to return when the two in question arrived both of them looking burned somewhat. Jackie had his outfit torched but was mostly unscathed but Shasta however, was a different story.
"We're back," Shasta called as she and Jackie walked to see them. Most of the agents saw the state Shasta was in and all eyes were on her.
"Uh Shasta, how do I put this gently but…" Captain Black asked but Kira beat him to it.
"Where the heck are your clothes?" Kira asked seeing her fellow governess was naked.
"Yeah about that turns out we had a run in with the Dark Hand at the Location of the Dragon Talisman," said Shasta not bothered at all by her nakedness, "They escaped but fortunately I managed to get Jackie out of the cavern. Unfortunately there was only time to get him out before the Lava sealed the entrance."
"So how did you escape?" Jackie asked.
"I just swam through the Lava and created a geyser," said Shasta, "I forgot to mention this but Volcanic Arkeyans can swim though lava and come out unharmed."
"At the cost of your clothes," Captain Black said.
"Yeah that's the down side," Shasta said as Kira brought her a red bathrobe to put on, "So anything happen while we were gone?"
"How do I put this," Techno said, "Jade's in trouble at School due to beating down the local bully and Uncle's Landlord made him vacate the shop for three days to spray the place for bugs."
"Oh boy," said Jackie, "Well at least it can't get any worse."
Right on cue a massive surge of aquatic energy erupted in the middle of Section 13 and from the energy surge emerged a young girl with aquamarine hair and ocean blue eyes holding a petite dagger with a sparkling sapphire hilt and a golden handle.
"Actually it just got worse," Shasta groaned as Aqua ran to embrace the newcomer.
"Imperial General Lamerok," the Aquatic Governess cheered hugging the young girl, "How the heck are you?"
"I'm doing great Aunt Aqua," said the young girl known as Imperial General Lamerok. "I've been training just like you've told me too."
"Aunt Aqua?" said Captain Black, Jackie, Uncle and Jade in unison.
"Yeah," Techno said, "Turns out Lamerok is Aqua's niece and a member of Emperor Drake's Imperial Guard."
"She's in the Emperor's Imperial Guard?" Tohru asked as he arrived with some tea. "I can only guess that she had an influential relative pull some strings."
"Actually the Emperor himself brought her into the Imperial Guard when she demonstrated her ability to communicate with animals especially the Noble Animals," said Techno.
"The Noble Animals?" Jade asked.
"We'll tell you later," Shasta said now clad in a red silk bathrobe. "Right now we better prepare for what Valmont could do with the Talisman."
"But how are we supposed to find him?" Captain Black asked before Kira hit him with Uncle's signature two finger smack, "Ow!"
"Shasta's Locator spell can just locate the Dragon Talisman," said Kira.
"Oh right," the Captain said.
Meanwhile at Valmont's headquarters Valmont himself was waiting for the Enforcers and Red to return with the Talisman.
"Good news Valmont," Finn spoke, "We got the Talisman."
"You actually did your jobs?" Valmont asked taking the Talisman, "Well isn't that just grand!"
Valmont then tossed the Talisman only for a blast of combustion to emerge from the Talisman itself.
"That was a surprise," Red said, "This Talisman grants the power of Combustion."
"Do you have any idea what we can do with the talisman?" Valmont asked.
"Give it to Shendu what else?" Red snapped, "The sooner we do the sooner I can pay off my debt."
"Not just yet," said Valmont, "I have a little something in mind and I'm going to need your help."
Red groaned knowing that his debt wasn't gonna be paid off just yet.
Meanwhile in Section 13 the Arkeyan Governors were having a word with Luna about her recent failure to keep tabs on Jade and to protect her from being bullied.
"Luna your incompetence has landed Jade in detention for a week!" snapped Kira, "What do you have to say for yourself?!"
"My Apologies Lady Kira," said Luna, "I'm a teenager and Celestia's younger sister. I can't keep tabs on Jade all the time."
"Which is why Emperor Drake has sent my niece to do the Job," Aqua retorted, "Much to her embarrassment and mine."
"More like a relief to the other Imperial Generals," said Techno under his breath but before he could say anything else the alarm rang in the base.
"It's a bank heist people," said Captain Black, "Let's move!"
The Team geared up as the Arkeyans prepared to assist.
Meanwhile at the bank the Dark Hand were currently hauling away bags and bags of money after the leader blasted the vault door open.
"Impressive so far," Red said as he was present.
"This is but a test," Valmont said, "Do you realize what we can do with this talisman?"
"Break into Section 13 and locate the other talismans," Red said.
"Make grilled cheese sandwiches," suggested Ratso.
"Would you get serious Ratso?" Red snapped.
"That was just a suggestion," Ratso said before Section 13's forces arrived.
"And here we go," Red said as the agents appeared.
"We've got you surrounded," Captain Black said, "Put your hands up and drop the money."
Red scoffed before launching a torrent of flames at the agents forcing them to hide behind their shields.
"Even with the upgrades to the equipment that Techno's been working on that Dragon's breath is still dangerous," said one of the agents
Captain Black then attempted to arrest Valmont but the crime boss noticed this.
"Ta ta Captain Black," said Valmont blasting him with the power of the Dragon Talisman.
The agents were afraid seeing their leader get blasted by Valmont but Ventus took control of the situation.
"All agents fall back," Ventus said before pointing to two agents, "You two. Get Captain Black out of here and to a hospital."
The two agents in question got the message as they got Captain Black to a hospital as the Dark Hand got away.
Meanwhile Imperial General Lamerok was at school as part of the foreign exchange program and was having a word with Jade's teacher.
"So as you can see Miss Hartman Jade was defending some kids from a mega bully," said Lamerok, "You really shouldn't have given her detention for a week. Where I'm from that counts as defending somebody's honor."
"I can understand where you're coming from miss Lamerok but on the same token Jade lacks discipline," said Miss Heartmann, "So I had to give her the detention. Hopefully this will teach her some discipline."
Lamerok was about to leave but before she did she had final words for Jade's teacher.
"Suit yourself but be warned," Lamerok said, "If that had happened and my boss found out then you'd be in some very hot water right now."
Lamerok then left on that note.
Later on at Valmont's office Malefor and Kaos were discussing the power of the Dragon Talisman.
"So the Dragon Talisman grants the power of combustion?" Kaos asked.
"That's pretty much it," Malefor said, "Turns out the Original Noble Dragon wanted the power to vanquish any enemy so the Jade Emperor gave the dragon the power to blast through anything."
"Like say destroying the Core of Light or the Skylander Academy?" Kaos asked.
"Exactly," Malefor said, "But something's up. I haven't seen Valmont all day or Red for that matter."
"He's probably getting some exercise," Kaos said, "You know how he gets."
"Yeah but he's late," said the Dark Master, "That's not like him."
"Perhaps we should tell Shendu," said the Dark Portal Master, "He needs to know."
"Not just yet," Countered Malefor, "Let's see where this goes first. Knowing Red he'll want to keep Valmont from doing anything stupid."
Both Dragon and Portal Master got the idea as they decided to let things play out.
Later that evening Lamerok arrived at Section 13 but things were not in a calm mood.
"Did I miss something?" Lamerok asked as Tohru and Uncle came up.
"Captain Black's been sent to the hospital by Valmont and Jackie's taking it very hard," said Tohru.
"Yeah I can see that," Lamerok said, "But it's not entirely the end of the world."
"What do you mean?" Uncle asked.
"What I mean is that if that had been an Arkeyan Weapon Master then the entire Arkeyan Empire would be here in full force and it would've taken my boss everything he had to keep them from going on the warpath," the Aquatic Imperial General said gravely.
Tohru, Jade, and Uncle nodded but before they could comment the alarm rang out again.
"What do we have?" Shasta asked the agents.
"A big rig was just hit, twenty miles from Fort Knox," said the Agent.
"Fort Knox?" Terrador asked with disbelief, "Are you serious?"
"We're not joking Terrador," said a second agent, "Looks like Valmont's planning a big heist."
"We better get over there before he blows all of Fort Knox," said Aqua.
The Agents at Section 13 nodded as they mobilized along with Jackie going as well.
Meanwhile at Fort Knox the guards were doing their usual thing of protecting the area when a hole was blasted open from the floor. Emerging from the floor was Valmont and the Dark Hand.
"Hey boss are we forgetting somebody?" Ratso asked.
"Red's decided to take the night off to take care of some loose ends," Valmont replied, "Anyway get moving."
The Dark Hand agents then began moving out the gold bars but what they didn't know was that Red had flown all the way back to Valmont's headquarters and was explaining everything to Shendu.
"So let me see if I got this right Red," Shendu said, "Valmont has my talisman and he's using it to break into Fort Knox."
"That's pretty much it," said Red, "What do you want me to do?"
"Find Valmont, find my talisman and bring them both here to me, and take the Shadowkhan with you," said Shendu as Shadowkhan appeared.
Red nodded as he went to do just that.
Meanwhile back at Fort Knox the Dark Hand was busy stealing as much gold and Money as they could find but what they didn't know was that Jackie was listening in on the conversation as were Shasta and Celestia. Unfortunately for the trio Valmont made a remark about Captain Black which in turn triggered Jackie's anger causing him to hit something and injure his hand.
"Nice going Jackie," hissed Celestia, "You gave away our position!"
"Oops," Jackie spoke as the Dark Hand spotted them.
Right on cue Valmont attempted to blast the trio but the three of them dodged. They then began attacking the Dark Hand thugs that went after them but the trio were fighting back.
Uncle and Jade who somehow snuck in behind Jackie were also attempting to help and they were commenting on the scene.
"Celestia and Shasta are doing a good job keeping Jackie's anger in check," Jade said.
"As Arkeyan Mages they know what it's like to have short tempers," Uncle said, "And learning how to keep them in check on this planet is a challenge since the way things are done here sometimes clash with how things are done in their own realm."
"Talk about a culture clash," Jade spoke before noticing a thug behind uncle, "Uncle quick how do you spray for bugs?"
"This is how I spray for bugs," Uncle said stomping on the foot of the thug that was behind him.
Meanwhile Valmont had left with most of the gold via a truck.
"Valmont's getting away," said Shasta, "We gotta go after him."
Jackie then found a forklift and began to race into the hole after Valmont with Shasta and Celestia by his side. Uncle and Jade were following as well. By the time they got there they arrived at a boat and saw that Valmont had gotten the gold on it. Jackie then managed to leap onto the boat while Celestia took the wheel and stopped the forklift.
"How's Jackie gonna take on a Dragon Talisman Powered Valmont?" Jade asked.
"By not fighting," said Uncle leaving Jade confused.
"Translation Jackie's gonna take a page from Sun Tzu's book, the Art of War," said Celestia.
True to Celestia's word Jackie had landed on the boat and currently tossed gold bars in an attempt to anger Valmont. Valmont's temper flared up and he attempted to blast Jackie only miss and sink the boat. Jackie then escaped the sinking ship and made it back to dry land.
"Well done Jackie," said Celestia, "You defeated Valmont."
"But I still lost the Dragon Talisman," Jackie sighed.
"Not really," Said Shasta, "I can just cast a locator spell to find the Dragon Talisman so all is not lost."
"In the meantime Celestia's got a lot of work to do," said Jade.
"True but for now we've got work to do," said Celestia
Later that night after Red fished Valmont out of the water both of them were standing before Shendu who had just reclaimed the Dragon Talisman.
"Shendu I just want to make it perfectly clear that the Fort Knox heist wasn't my idea," Red stated, "I told Valmont that this would be a bad idea."
"Enough Red," Shendu retorted, "You're not to blame for the near loss of the Dragon Talisman but both of you are on thin ice."
"Shendu I beg for mercy," Valmont pleaded.
"Fortunately for you Kaos has just confirmed the rumors of a talisman up north," the Statue said, "Dress Warmly Valmont."
"Perhaps I better take this one myself," said Red as he got ready to leave for the talisman.
"Red I have a different task for you," Shendu said.
"Yes?" the Bipedal Dragon asked.
"I want you to head to Jackie Chan's Uncle's shop and see if you can find some books that can locate my talismans," said Shendu.
"Yes Shendu," Red said as he left to get some rest to prepare for the next task at hand.
