Enjoy the next installment, I found it a bit difficult to write for some reason but here it is as promised (if not a little later). :) I won't be updating this until it has at least another five reviews.

Remus Lupin, James Potter and Sirius Black were currently wedged in between a large hedge and the hard stone wall of the location they believed held the two lost witches. They'd been sat there for a good hour or so trying to decide how best to get past the ornate snake statue outside the front gates. They were squeezed together even further due to trying to huddle between James' invisibility cloak. It had seemed so much easier when they were young boys, but the older they got the harder it got to fit three of them under it, forget getting all four of them under it when Wormtail was around.

"We have to look at this logically." Remus argued

"We've already done that Remus, we've been sat here staring at the place for so long my ass is going numb." Sirius glared.

"Look, we've seen people go in there. They use that bloody statue . . . Could we trick it?" James looked to Remus.

Remus sighed "Probably not. For all we know if we try that we'll lose our arm, or worse."

"So bloody what if I lose an arm if it gets me in there, I'm sure they can just reattach it at St Mungos." Sirius went to stand up, but was soon dragged straight back down by Remus.

"Don't be stupid Sirius."

"Stupid? The only thing that's stupid about this whole situation is that my cousins daughter and Mairead are in there right now, waiting for us. Nymphadora is five Remus! We need to get them out." Sirius panted with rage, at his wits end.

James looked around, cautious they might be heard "We know, Padfoot, we're trying to fix it."

"No. Screw this. I'm going in the good old fashioned way, if I know Bellatrix she's just crazy enough to let us in. Join me if you want, but I'll understand if you want to stay." Sirius got up and out of the security of the invisibility cloak, storming towards the gate.

The two remaining wizards exchanged a quick glance before, almost without hesitation, the pair carefully walked over to the gate to join their friend. They remained crouched under the cloak.

Sirius stared up at the serpent statue, took a deep breath and placed his hand on the cool stone like he'd seen done before. There was silence for what felt like eternity until finally a cold voice could be heard.

"State your business." It was the unmistakable voice of Bellatrix Lestrange.

Sirius couldn't help but smirk slightly, a Black trait that he seemed unable to shake off even years after leaving that life behind him.

"Hello, Bellabitch."

There was another silence, this time a very short one, before Bellatrix burst into maniacal laughter. Remus couldn't help but wonder if this was a bad idea, although he did have this feeling about most of the exploits he and his friends had partaken in from a very young age.

"Awww, what does Ickle Siri want I wonder?" Bellatrix teased as she instantly burst into maniacal hysteria again.

"Don't play with me, Bella."

"Awwww . . . Is Siri mad? Could he not get his ickle friends to join him on his latest idiot quest?" Bellatrix could barely tease the wizard through her childish giggles.

Sirius decided to stay silent, not giving the woman the satisfaction. He could tell his friends had followed him out of their hiding spot from the crunch of the gravel as they walked up behind him.

"Okay Sirius, come and play." And with that the gate swung open.

Sirius walked forward, making sure he was a good few feet in front of the gates before he dared whisper to his comrades behind him "Go round the back way, find them and get them out. Same plan as we agreed."

"Right." Remus and James agreed in unison as they left the path to find another way inside the manor now that they were within the grounds.

Sirius continued up the path as he witnessed the large doors at the front of the manor creak open to reveal the silhouette of his insane cousin.

"Now to what do I owe the pleasure, cousin?" Bellatrix smirked, wand drawn.

"You know what I want Bellatrix, cut the crap." Sirius called out.

"Ah yes, the freak." She giggled.

"I know you have Mairead as well, Bellatrix." Sirius reached the top of the marble stairs to the main entrance, stopping to face the witch with his wand drawn ready for action.

"Who . . . ? Oh, you mean the idiot blood traitor woman in the dungeon? Is that her name? Merlin I was simply calling her scum all this time."

The two locked eyes, Sirius glaring at the woman whilst Bellatrix smirked in her playful way. There was no sign of anything happening as you could cut the tension in the room with a knife until out of nowhere the two were dueling like both of their lives depended on it. Curses and spells flew everywhere as scorch marks began to litter their surroundings.

Bellatrix laughed as they dueled, knowing that he must have back up somewhere, even Sirius Black wasn't idiot enough to turn up to her manor alone. She found the whole situation very amusing.
