This is the rewritten version of the second chapter.
I'm just going off from what my cousin had before, making small modifications and shit.

Lucy closed her eyes tightly as she heard a loud zipping noise.
Juvia had everyone in a giant water bubble as they floated along the waves towards the old tower. Natsu had his head out of it, naturally, trying not to lose his lunch.
Inside sat the sea-sick Natsu, half naked Gray, a shaking Erza, Wendy and of course, the bubble maker; Juvia.
Wendy shook her head and rubbed Natsu's back slowly, to help ease him. "So.. does someone mind filling me in?"
Erza stopped shaking and looked up at the girl from her seated position, smiling gently which sent shivers down Gray's spine. "Sorry for calling you so late, Wendy." She smiled in return weakly, moving her blue hair. "And I'm sorry we had to leave the cats behind." Erza trailed off into a long story.
Once Erza finished, Wendy was sniffling and wiping her eyes. "W-why.." she sniffled, "w-would Jellal k-k-kid-" a small hiccup, "kidnap Lucy?"
The other blue haired girl, Juvia shook her head as her bubble traveled. "We do not know, dear child. But what we do know is that Jellal is back, and angry."
"With a thirst for blood.." Gray added silently before leaning against the bubble's wall, freezing it for support. He sighed. "Well, now what?"
Erza's sudden tone had a warning. "Gray Fullbuster, clothes."
He cursed silently.
Juvia was comforting the small girl. "Well, what we can do is hurry and get her. Before things get too.. far.."
Wendy looked up slightly. "Too far..?"
Jellal's pants were down to his ankles as he had a cruel smile while Lucy sobbed loudly, calling out for help. Jellal noticed where her gaze landed before he laughed.
"J-j-jell-laall!" She cried out, her body shaking with sobs and fear. "W-wh-y?" She managed slowly. He didn't answer.
In a silent response, turned her around to face him with force. She then noticed the boxers and the tightness. "I'm going to have fun." He emphasized the last word as Lucy's eyes widened.
"Leo..." She managed weakly as Jellal's pale hand slid his own boxers off.
"That stupid lion is no use. You can't get that key with me here. And you need that key to open his gate to summon him. Wish all you want." He said the last words with sourness. "Now, Luce. This is fun." He grinned and stepped out of his pants and boxers. He stepped towards her slowly, his knife in his hand. "I don't think you know, but I was there.. ten lovely years ago." He grabbed Lucy and dragged her to the corner, setting her on her knees with a wicked grin as he put his member in front of her face, holding the knife as he commanded. "Suck."
Lucy hesitated for a moment. Jellal picked up her arm and let the blade down her skin, drawing blood as he dropped it. She opened her mouth slowly as she whined. He shoved his member in her mouth, letting a moan out as he thrust in and out. The knife slipped from Jellal's hand as his head tilted back. She didn't dare to close her eyes.
He continued, his moans getting louder and louder as Lucy shook and sobbed. Jellal felt a coil in his stomach, so he shoved his member as deep as he could into her mouth, releasing. He pulled out a moment after and she coughed and spit up his release, whining softly as his next command came. "On the wall, bend over."
She nodded, not daring to disobey him as she stood up, bending over shakingly. She shivered as Jellal stood behind her, his member rubbing against her backside as his hands reached under her, grabbing her exposed breasts roughly.
Lucy cried out in shock before she clenched her teeth. "S-stop it.."
Laughed filled the cave. Dark laughter.
"You can't deny that you like this."
She felt him prod at her virgin entrance. "You'll definitely love this, Luce."
She shook her head violently, whimpering. "Don't call me that!"
Jellal stopped, grinning. "Someone still has willpower?" Stepping back, he grabbed a handful of her hair and pulled her back up against his body. Lucy repressed a cry of pain as his grip tightened. "Shall I break that?"
"No!" She looked over to her keys. So far, but so close.
"As I said before, Luce. That key isn't working now. Nor will it if you can't hold it." He grinned, pulling on her hair. "Now, you'll listen to me."
She turned and spit on his face. "Never!"
He growled deeply, slapping her across the face once.
Then twice.
Then again.
"You listen to me." Lucy's hand was holding her face as tears rolled down her cheek, nodding faintly. "On the wall." He commanded harshly.
She obeyed, fearing the worst as he slapped her backside. Lucy let out a squeal as Jellal began to prod into her again.
"This isn't going to hurt." He laughed, his voice low. "Not me, anyway."
She opened her mouth to protest, but all that came out was a scream of pain when he shoved into her, breaking her hymen.
Jellal moaned, thrusting into her. "God, Luce! You're so good!"
Lucy whined as he held her arms behind her back, hurting her arm that was previously cut. "L-let me go!" She screamed as pain rocked her body into another burst of tears. "Stop it, now!"
He laughed, grabbing onto her tighter as he shoved into her again and again, harder and faster.
"Leo, Leo!" She cried out, closing her eyes tightly. "Leo!"
He mocked her, "Leo, Leo, Leo. That's all you can fucking say?" He growled, digging his fingernails into her pale arms. "I'll make you forget that stupid fucking Lion!"
All she wanted was Leo, there, helping her away from this monster. She closed her eyes, imagining him there as a faint light came from the key.
Leo's image formed slowly, first his face was in total shock from the image. "Leo!"
Jellal opened his eyes in time to see the Lion pouncing on the man, pinning him to the ground. Lucy sank to the ground, curling up into a ball.
The orange haired Zodiac had his hands on the blue haired male, choking him as he screamed. "You do not touch her, ever! You got that? She is my master! My friend!" He shook the male as his breath ran out, struggling for another second before slowly fading out.
After Leo calmed down, slowly compressing his anger. He sighed softly, getting up and glancing over to the sobbing girl. He took off his jacket, helping her up and putting it on her body. "You're fine now, okay?"
He picked her up, carrying her like a groom would a bride. "We'll be fine." His voice died out in a whisper. "I promise." The Lion used a magical blast to open up the wall from the dungeon to the outside, carrying her out in the sun.
Erza saw the two first, calling out their names and rushing to them, hugging them both as Lucy lay in his arms, sleeping.
Gray, Natsu, Wendy and Juvia surrounded them as Lucy was roused awake.
When Erza walked off with Leo, to talk, Lucy walked to the shore and sat down on the beach, watching the sun.
An hour or so later, she sat in pure silence with the rest as Erza and Leo slowly returned; the Lion sitting with his key holder as he set the key ring in her hands, whispering.
"Here we go again, Lucy." He noted softly, reminding her about what happened the last time she was hurt.
They all watched the sun set as the blonde slowly fell asleep against her Zodiac, until her magical energy was depleted, causing him to disappear and slowly lean again the ice wizard.
I am fully aware that rape is not a pretty thing. My cousins was more.. graphic, to say. So I fixed it and this should be easier to read. I removed her knife death that she had before, and replaced it with that.
