Yeah, I'm a bit of an asshole. I got lazy and when I wasn't lazy I was thought blocked. I ended up staying up from 11:00pm to around 3am to finish this story. So if the ending is a bit bad, I'm sorry. I just kinda went with what thoughts went in my head. I made this chapter longer (and hopefully more filling) for you guys, hopefully getting forgiveness for the 2-4 days this was late.

"Lucy!" A female voice called out. When she turned, she saw a taller version of herself.

Lucy blinked a few times before smiling widely, running towards the female. "Mother!" Her mother's hair was loose. And she was oddly taller than normal.

Her soft hands stroked Lucy's golden hair slowly, holding her close. "I have to go, but we'll see each other soon. I promise." Lucy blinked and looked up slightly, surprised to see that her mother's face was bloodied.. bruised..

"Why can't you stay..?"

When she opened her mouth to speak, it came out disoriented..

"Lucy!" A voice called out her name, shaking her awake. "Lucy! Wake up!"

Her eyes opened slowly to see a raven haired Gray, bewildered. She closed them quickly as the sun came out of the clouds.

Wait.. was she outside..? A quick move of her head discovered she was leaning against a tree, her hands places in the cool grass.

Lucy opened her eyes again and smiled gently, looking at Gray. "Yeah? I'm awake now."

Gray sighed gently. "Good.. You scared me. You fell asleep so suddenly." He hesitated before hugging her tight.

She blinked rapidly as he muttered something that she couldn't quite catch. He pulled away before she could wrap her arms around him or say anything.

He smiled at her, tilting his head to the side. A light blush was on his cheeks and he chuckled. "Sorry about that. I got worried when you fell asleep on me."

She laughed and stood up slowly, stretching out as the sun hit her face again. Gray smiled lightly and looked up, standing up himself.

"Hey, it's almost been a week since they left. Erza should be back today. Want to g-"

"I'd actually rather spend the day with you." She laughed lightly. "Erza and Natsu are too loud and Natsu might just yell the entire time." She brushed her bangs behind her ear. "The more I'm outside is actually better. Inside's a bit depressing."

Gray nodded slowly and hooked his arms with hers. "Let's go out to eat then. A restaurant opened recently."

Lucy smiled. "I guess you'll have to wear clothes more often."

"Hey!" Gray exclaimed, glaring at her. Lucy giggled in response as they began walking.

They sat at a decorated table at the back, where they requested, with a red table cloth. Lucy ordered a small salad, unlike Gray who ordered himself the buffet. Lucy had a clear view of the only door, so she was thankful and relaxed as she ate some of her salad as Gray poked at his steak uneasily.

Lucy tilted her head and reached her hand out, brushing it against Gray's. "Hey you. Got something on your mind?"

Gray sat up, startled. "No, no. Just not liking how.. red this steak is." She nodded slowly as the rest of their "date" went smoothly.

..

Or at least until they left.

Lucy lost her shoe when Gray and her were goofing around next to the river, and she slipped in. As she went under, Gray practically tore his shirt off and jumped in after her, quickly bringing her back up, holding onto the edge of the walkway.

She wasn't scared, or hurt. She was laughing hard, clinging to Gray. He blinked a few times and tilted his head down as she tilted hers upwards.

Lucy's eyes widened as her lips brushed against his, watching Gray's face slowly turn into a bright shade of crimson. Neither of them moved away, only clinging onto each other as the waved moved and wide eyes looking deep.

Gray watched Lucy slowly close her eyes, her body relaxed as she pressed her lips against Gray's quickly before then pulling away, lowering her head and set it on Gray's bare chest. Gray blinked a few times, before holding onto her and pulling both of them up on the walkway, putting his dry shirt over Lucy's head. She was almost in a paralyzed state when Gray picked her up and carried her home.

Lucy slept for two days after that, mostly of exhaustion. Gray never left her side though; he slept in the chair that he pulled up beside the bed, keeping a very close eye on the sleeping girl.

So when Lucy woke up, rubbing her eyes as they adjusted to the light, it wasn't surprising when Gray flew out of the old chair to hug her tightly.

"Gray?" Lucy blinked as the raven haired boy buried his face into her shoulder, and wasn't moving away from her. "Are you okay?"

He pulled away with a nod. "You slept for two days, I got worried!" He laughed gently.

"Really?" Her head tilted. "I don't remember much. What happened?"

Gray's face turned red and he chuckled. "Nothing much.."

Lucy pouted, pushing him away so she could get out of bed, casting a glance at him as she moved her shirt up back her stomach. He looked away so she could change. "Sure nothing did." She tugged a new, clean shirt over her head and a pair of pants on her legs. "I'm going to the Guild, are you coming or staying to sit and blush like an idiot?"

Gray rolled his eyes and turned to face her, standing up as he did. "Do you want to know what happened, Luce?"

She nodded and looked up at him, crossing her arms. He smiled at her gently. "Close your eyes." She nodded and sighed, clearly annoyed, as she closed her eyes. Gray slowly cupped her cheeks and tilted her head up slightly. Her eyes threatened to open and he purred softly, "Keep them closed, Luce." An annoyed growl escaped her lips. Gray chuckled lightly and closed his own eyes, leaning down to press his lips against hers gently. When she didn't pull away, he let one of his hands slip from her cheek to around her waist, pulling her closer to his warm body, deepening the kiss.

Lucy then gasped when his fingers brushed against her skin, quickly pulling away from his lips and his arms, turning a shade of pink as she cleared her throat, turning away to the mirror to pull her hair up into pigtails. "I-I doubt that happened Gray!" She turned brighter as she met his eyes through the mirror.

He was smirking. "Oh? Do you really think I'd make up an excuse to kiss you?"

"Yes!" Lucy's face flushed before she turned and walked to the door, grabbing Gray's wrist as she passed him, stomping out the door.

Natsu, Erza and Happy were sitting at a table, deep in conversation as Gray and Lucy showed up.

"Aye! Look guys! It's Lucy!" Happy jumped on the blonde and she groaned.

"Get off me, cat!"

Gray smiled at her, setting his hand on her head and waved with his other hand. "Hi guys."

Erza look shocked and hurt. "Gray? Have you been taking care of Lucy this entire time?" With a slight nod, Gray avoided eye contact with Erza, her red hair pulled back to show off her eyes. "Really?" Lucy also nodded in response as Natsu glared at Gray's hand that rested on her head.

Natsu cleared his throat. "Gray, do you mind if I borrow Lucy for a moment?" He didn't look at either of them as he stood up, Happy skipping over to him. "Alone, if I could." He smiled at Happy, who crossed his little blue arms in a pout.

Lucy smiled at him. "Sure!" She glanced up at the hand still set on her head and Gray moved it slowly, sitting down next to Erza. "Seems like Erza would like to talk to you anyway." Erza was staring at Gray with daggers as Lucy followed Natsu to a corner nearby.

Natsu looked annoyed, his arms crossed tightly when Lucy finally caught up to him. "So. How's Gray been?"

"Pretty good.. I feel a ton better." She leaned against the wall, flashing a smile.

A quick movement had Lucy pinned against the wall. "You were supposed to let me help you." He growled and stared into her fear-filled eyes. "You.." Another growl before he leaned down, kissing her rather harshly and rough. The kiss ended just as quickly as he started it, tears looking to overflow her eyes. Natsu's voice evened out to his usual tone. "You were supposed to be mine, Lucy. You really were.." He wiped her tears as they fell. "I didn't mean to scare you. I.. I'm just angry. I'm sorry.." He kissed her cheek and she flinched, shaking some. "I'm sorry, Lucy. I am."

Wordlessly, she pushed him away and slid down the wall, pulling her knees to her chest and hiding her face there. Natsu leaned down next to her, listening to the deep, slow breaths she was taking.

"Lucy.." Natsu sighed and tilted her head up to see her relaxed face. He blinked. "Feeling better?"

She nodded and shoved him away before walking over to Erza and Gray, catching the last part of the conversation.

Erza had Gray's ear in between her fingers, tugging on them. "I'm putting my trust in you, idiot. Hurt her, I hurt you, got it?"

Gray whimpered and nodded. "I got it! Now let go of my fucking eaaarr!"

She released his ear as Lucy sat across them from. "Where did.." She cleared her throat and looked away when Erza glared at her. A light blush was on her cheeks when she looked back at them. "What were you guys talking about?"

"Nothing!" They both said in unison, rushed. They glared at each other before Gray cleared his throat, smiling at Lucy.

"It was really nothing." Lucy raised an eyebrow. "She was talking about.. uh."

Erza sighed and punched Gray's arm, sending him off the chair. "You and Gray are moving in together in an apartment I found. Of course after the.. uh, say the incident. The Guild Master has offered to pay month's rent. All you and Gray need to do is worry about food, furniture, clothing, and so on."

Lucy blinked then opened her mouth, but Erza jumped back in. "This isn't to be argued, Lucy. It's a precaution to your condition."

"Condition?!" Lucy slammed her palms on the table, enraged as she stood. "You make me sound like I'm weak, like I'm helpless!"

Gray seemed like he was behind her in a flash, wrapping his tan arms around her thin body frame. "Lucy. We're not-"

"Get off of me!" She screamed, thrashing. He wouldn't let go of her.

In a firm tone, he said again. "We're not calling you helpless or weak. You know how.. awesome you've felt since I've been with yo-.. watching you. And being closer to you?" She nodded. "We want you to stay that way."

A week later..

The apartment was just down the road from the Guild. A small looking, light blue shade apartment was between a flower store and a grocery store. Inside, though was three bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a small bathroom and a larger one in the room Gray and Lucy shared.

Two dressers, one bed, two bedside tables and a lamp perch upon Gray's side. Lucy was spread across both sides of their bed, stretching out and sighed, closing her eyes.

"It feels like I just got married to you.." She mumbled, rubbing her eyes.

"What?" Gray walked in, holding a box of his clothes, setting it on top of a darker coloured dresser. "Does it now?"

He walked over to the edge of the bed where he head was and sat next to her, smiling at her. "Yeah, it does." She opened her eyes and blushed, closing them quickly.

He leaned down close to her face, which he watched turn brighter red. "You know, we could marry in the future."

Her eyelids flew open and pushed his chest, sitting up. "As if!"

Gray chuckled and leaned back across the bed. "We've already kissed a handful of times."

"You know, if Juvia was here, she'd be kicking your ass, then mine."

He flinched then blushed red. "What happened between me and Juvia is between me and her!"

"Suuure." She grinned. "You're just lucky she's on a long mission." He rolled her eyes as she turned her body and had her head next to his, looking up at the ceiling.

"Nice place."

"Yeah," she agreed softly.

"Luce?" Gray turned his head towards hers.

"Hm?" She turned her head to face him.

He grinned ear to ear. "Wanna bang?"

"Gross!" Lucy sat up, grabbing a pillow closet to her, smacking him with a giggle. He grabbed the pillow before it hit him and rolled over, pinning her to the bed lightly as she continued to giggle. "I'm not going to bang you, Gray!"

Gray laughed and rested his forehead against hers. "How about a fucking?"

"Grroooossss!"

He giggled then leaned down, meeting her lips with his. He watched her eyes closed as she returned the kiss before closing his own. He leaned down onto his elbows, cupping Lucy's reddened and soft cheeks as his head tilted, deepening the kiss gradually. One of Lucy's small hands was tangled in Gray's raven dark hair, and her free arm was around his broad shoulders.

Lucy groaned as she felt Gray's tongue run across her dry lips, and she parted them and met his tongue with hers. His tongue instantly wrapped around hers and she shivered under the boy as her body felt numb with emotion.

Gray chuckled as he felt Lucy kiss him harder before pulling away, rubbing her eyes with a red face.

"I-idiot.."

"Hey, hey." He kissed her quickly and gently. "You returned it."

"W-well.. you started it!"

He laughed gently, getting up off her and picked her up slightly, pulling back the covers and setting her down, pulling the covers up. "W-waitt.. I need to changee.."

Gray rolled his eyes as he stepped off the bed, tugging his shirt off, then his shorts. Just leaving him in blue plaid boxers as he climbed in bed next to her. "You're in your pajamas still, silly. "

She mumbled a weak response before blushing then turning to face them, scooting close to his warmth. "Did.." She yawned and rested her head on the same pillow Gray was on. "Did we make.. out?" Gray smiled and kissed the top of her head.

"Go to bed, sleepy."

"Take a shower, stinky."

"Oh, ouch. And right after we made out."

She glared at him before closing her eyes slowly. "Gray, if I fall in love with you. Catch me, okay?"

He blinked then blushed. "Luce?" A soft snore answered him. He looked down to see Lucy's chest rise and fall slowly, her head tucked under his chin.

Gray smiled and held her, closing his own eyes. "Better catch me now.." He mumbled as he dozed off, his arms wrapped around her tightly.

Ta-da!

Fuck you. I liked it. Kinda. Yes, I know. Recovering from rape takes a while, shut up. I have things planned for later where it shows her recovering even further. If you don't like it, please. Put more hate. I like it. It makes me feel better.

But, I will try to put two new chapters up before Halloween. Maybe I'll even somehow get a third one up on Halloween. I know I'll have a Christmas/New Year's one.

I've never actually had a cuddly, cheesy relationship like this so I'm hoping I have things going right. And yes, I'm starting to think they're a couple.
Ohh ideas, ideas. If you have any that'd you like to see, leave a review or inbox me.
