Ponch walked up to the CHP a few hours after that terrible tickle thing that happened earlier. Well, not terrible it was hilarious, but Ponch thought it was awful. He walked up to the door, and found this note taped to it. It said, "Ponch, go inside." Ponch made a face,

"Yeah, thanks like I wasn't gonna do that already." He said. Then took it down. He walked inside. There was another note, "Ponch, go to Getraer's office and say hi." Ponch thought this was a little strange, and didn't think anything of it. He walked to Getraer's office.

"Hi, Sarge." He said cheerfully. Getraer tried to keep a straight face, knowing what was gonna happen to Ponch soon.

"Hello, Frank. I was supposed to give you this." He said, handing him a note.

"Thanks." Ponch looked at it, and read it. "Ponch, go see Jon, in the break room."

"Looks like I gotta go." Ponch said. He smiled, then left. He found Jon sitting in the break room with some coffee.

"Hi, Ponch. I hope you're still not upset about earlier." Jon said.

"Of course not, I was just really embarrassed for a while." Ponch said.

"Oh, well sorry about that." Jon said.

"No prob, I'm a pretty forgiving person Jon." Ponch said. "Hopefully he'll still be saying that in a bit." Jon thought. Ponch smiled, cheerfully at Jon,

"So what's up?"

"Oh, I've got a note for ya." He said. He pulled out a small slip of paper, and handed it to him. It said, "Ponch, go to the locker room."

"Are you coming with me? I don't know what's going on, and its beginning to scare me." Ponch said.

"Of course I'll come along." Jon said. He and Ponch walked to the locker room together.

"Jon, open the door, I don't trust it." Ponch said. Jon laughed.

"Ok." He said. He opened the door, and Ponch went in. There was a note on his locker, "Ponch, don't worry this ain't too bad, open your locker." It said. It was in Jon's handwriting. Ponch looked at Jon, with a nervous smile, then turned and opened the locker. A spider jumped out at him, when he opened it. It was set up for that. Ponch screamed, and fell backwards, into Jon. Jon laughed.

"Hey, it's a fake." He said. Ponch looked at Jon,

"Jon….."

"Hey, you're a very forgiving person remember?" Jon said. Ponch smiled slightly.

"Yeah…"

"Happy April Fool's day." Jon said.

"Oh, I'm gonna get you for this someday." Ponch said.

"Well, when you do, remember you're a very forgiving person. So don't be too mean." Jon said. Ponch rolled his eyes.

"Jon, you really think I'd go that easy on you?"

"Well, yeah." Jon replied. Ponch smiled.

"Well, since I'm such a nice guy, and you are my best friend…I think I'll be nice to ya." Ponch said.

"Oh, thanks, that look on your face is scaring me. You've got something up your sleeve." He said.

"Maybe." Ponch said,

"Maybe not." He added.

Meanwhile….

Throughout the next few hours, Jon was very cautious every time he went into another room, or opened anything. He went home, and found a note on the door.

"Sorry, this place is closed for the night." It was in Ponch's handwriting. Jon raised an eyebrow.
"Um, he can't just do that to me." Jon said. Then unlocked the door. He came in, and found another note.

"If you ignored that last note, of which I KNOW you did, then go open up your first pantry to the right."

Jon was confused, he went, and opened it up, and a bunch of confetti, and streamers fell out on him. There was a big sign,

"Happy April Fool's I decided to be nice." And there was a little winkie face next to it. Jon smiled.

"Wow, Ponch I was expecting something worse."

"I told ya I'm a nice guy." Ponch said. Jon jumped, not realizing Ponch was there.

"Ha, I just wanted to sneak up and scare you anyway." He said with a sweet smile.

"See ya." Ponch said, then walked out the door. Leaving Jon there, confused, as to why Ponch didn't do anything that bad to him.
