Hey, its back! WEEEEEEE! and if updates are a little sporadic, its because track season is starting now and I'm not gonna have as much free time.

(NIGHTWING'S P.O.V.)

After the terrible meeting with the Justice League members, I had gone to see if I could find Red X to ask him if he knew anything about where Slade was hiding out in the current moment. I had a little trouble finding him, seeing that Batman was here he was taking extra care to stay off the radar, but once I did he informed me that the last place slade had met with all the villains to arrange the distraction was an old warehouse down by the docks.

After scouting out the place for a little bit I had slipped in one of the windows and snuck around, only to find the place had been completely abandoned. It was left so empty that if I had not personally known Jason, I would have thought he was lying to me.

I was currently making my way back to the tower so that I could start looking for Robin myself. When I got back to the tower I found Batgirl waiting for me on the roof, I knew I was in trouble when I saw her pissed off expression.

"And where have you been? While you were out on your stroll through the city, I was arguing for your innocence with the team! Nightwing don't you realize how sketchy you disappearing randomly was? The league already doesn't trust you, don't give them any more reasons to suspect foul play between you and Robin!"

Throughout this whole speech she had grown less and less angry and more worried than anything else.

"Hey, Babs", when I used my nickname she threw an annoyed look at me, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you or draw more suspicion to me. I just had some things to do."

At this she became skeptical, obviously not okay with this whole secretive thing I had going on.

"Oh, and what did you possibly have to do that was more important that finding Robin? HUH!? Nightwing I don't think you realize how suspicious this looks towards you!"

"Barbara, trust me! I know how bad this looks, but, I really was looking for Robin. I went and talked to Red X…"

At this she turned around and cut me off, looking outraged.

"Why do you keep talking to that guy? Isn't he a villain!? Why do you trust him? What if he really was the one who took Robin?!"

"Batgirl, I want you to really listen to me when I say this. If Red X for any reason should ever try to contact you or tell you something, trust him! He isn't bad, honest. He is just a little untrusting and mislead. As for why I was talking to him, I was asking him if he knew where Slade was last. He told me where he had last gone to meet him but when I went there, it was abandoned."

She still looked a little pissed off but not as mad as before.

"Okay, if this weirdo ever contacts me i will take what he says to mind but i am not trusting him. And are you telling me you went to investigate a place all alone?! What if someone had been there and captured you too? I can't lose you too, Dick!"

I was not totally happy with her still lingering distrust of Red X but i figured all it was the best I was going to get right now.

"C'mon Batgirl lets go back to the league and try to help with the search. And don't worry about me, I can handle myself."

With that I turned around and went back downstairs, knowing that she was following right behind me.

(BATGIRL'S P.O.V.)

After Nightwing's and my talk we both walked downstairs to try to help the league find Robin.

Once we got there it only to us a second to figure out that the League had gotten no where with the search. That point made by that fact that Batman was still furiously typing on the Titans main computer, Superman was out with Superboy, both trying to listen for any hints of information on Robin's whereabouts, and also the fact that the rest of the present heroes were doing other miscellaneous activities that would help with the search for Robin.

Nightwing cast a glance a what Batman was doing on the computer and scoffed when he saw that they were still trying to find who took Robin.

"I'm telling you, if you start with Slade the search will go a whole lot faster."

Batman cast an annoyed glare at Nightwing, but I still saw him discreetly clicking on the file labelled 'Slade'.

And man, they don't call him the worlds greatest detective for nothing. After he asked the titans where Slade usually is hiding at, he tracked a chip that was very well hidden in the lining of Robin's mask. The only reason he had not previously used the chip is because it needed an area of 10 miles for it to pinpoint an exact location, or else it would have just said he was in jump and we already knew that.

We found out he was in an old warehouse on the east side of Jump. As we called back Superman and Superboy I could hear Nightwing grumbling 'I knew it' under his breath.

After everyone was ready we all got in our respective aircrafts and started to fly towards east jump, but I couldn't shake the feeling that even though we would get Robin back something terrible was about to happen.
