Sakuno had left early in the morning on Friday, doing the exercises written down for her. She was jogging to school like she was told to, but she was surprised to find someone jogging beside her, apparently slowing his pace to run next to her. "K-Kaidou-Senpai!"

Kaidou said nothing but continued running, he wasn't really one for talking as it was, much less to her. He simply was curious to the reason for her being out so early in the morning, since he'd never seen her run to school before.

"..." noticing that he wasn't going to say anything, she looked back to what was in front of her and continued to run to school. Once they got there, she made her way to the tennis court, Kaidou followed, to watch, curiously of course. She let her backpack hit the ground and wiped away sweat as she looked for a bench, running towards the bench beside the tennis court, she placed her foot on the bench and stepped up, pressing both feet to it before pushing off as high as she could and landing in a squat position. She repeated this for twenty minutes, nervously looking over to Kaidou who was copying her for every motion she made. When she started walking away from the bench, he continued, though his eyes stayed on her, wondering what she was going to do next.

"...what was after bench steps? Wide steps...? Try to make it across the width of the court in as few steps as possible, as fast as you can...walk back slowly, repeat three times." she muttered as she read her notebook. Placing it down on the bench, she placed her bag beside it before walking to the outer line of the tennis court. Then, in seven large steps, she was on the other side of the court as fast as she could force herself to move, walking back, she did it again, and again, and again...until her legs gave out under her weigh and she skinned her knee. Sakuno winced at the sting of pain, the sweat wasn't helping either. When a hand fell into her line of view, she shrunk back in surprise, turning her eyes up, she looked on in shock to see Kaidou looking away, hand held out, patiently waiting for her to take it.

"Thank you," she smiled, taking his hand as a few more students began to show up for tennis.

"I'll help you with your schedule."

"A-are you sure?!"

He shrugged, "it'll be added to my own, but I'll feel better if I do it with you, otherwise I'll think you killed yourself during such an easy exercise."

Sakuno frowned, "you think that's easy?" She sighed, "I really do have a long way to go."

Kaidou pulled out a watch, "thirty second dash, that's what's next on your list. You have to do it four times. So put your back to the fence, when it say go, you'll run until I tell you to stop, then walk back to where you started, and repeat."

"R-right!"

Kaidou never noticed the blue eyes watching them as they arrived at the tennis courts.

Kagome watched the two work together for a good fifteen or twenty minutes before someone called out to her. "Eiji, you're here awfully early, is the sky falling?" She looked up, "chance of rain? No...Maybe the ground will split!" She glanced down, "Are you really Eiji?" She pulled his hair.

"Stoooo~oooop!" Eiji whined as he swatted her hand away, a furious blush running along his cheeks as he pouted. "I show up on time every day."

"On time, yes...early? Not unless there's promise of no morning practice..."

Eiji stuck his tongue out, "so mean! Fujiko!"

Kagome turned to see Fuji walking towards them and smiled brightly, "Fuji!' She greeted him with a hug as he brought both arms around her shoulders.

"No fair! No fair! Fujiko! She didn't give me a hug, nyan~!"

Fuji smiled, "Saa~"

Kagome smiled, "I need to go change for practice, but I'll see you both in class,"

Fuji let her go and watched her turn to leave. "Hai...Ja,"

"Bai-bai!" Eiji bounced lightly on the balls of his feet before turning a sly grin to Fuji who had both eyes open in a way that made him look much like that of a fox. "So, Tezuka-Buchou will be staying late to practice...what say we have some fun, nyan?"

"I think it's been a while since we've done something fun. I'll let you know what to do once it gets closer to the end of the day, meet me before practice and we can go over everything then...dot our I's and cross our T's...so to speak."

"You two are planning something..."

Eiji and Fuji both jumped, turning around, they were surprised to find a young girl, familiar to both of them, standing not even a foot away from them. Eiji was the first to speak, "Sango-Nee-Chan...Ohayo!"

"Don't Nee-Chan me! You two are up to something..." Sango gave the two a hard look, both fidgeting under it as she stepped a little bit closer. "Honestly...you both are such...what's the word...imps! Both of you...mischievous imps."

"Ah...haha," Fuji smiled, "you of course wouldn't want anything to do with setting Tezuka-Buchou up with Kagome...no...Miss. Prime and Proper would never go out of her way to break a few rules for a friend."

Sango blushed, "don't call me that, and I never said I wouldn't break rules for my friends...as for Tezuka with Kagome...do they even like one another?"

The boys both shrugged, "only one way to really find out, nyan~!"

Sango sighed, "I'll help, but...this had better not interfere with their tennis! You know them both really well, and you know how important Tennis is to them!"

"Hai, hai~!"
