Author's Note:
This is important, and goes without saying, something you should pay attention to if you have grown to love the story or have read it and liked it.
With the help of a stellar person in this site, I have found out that someone had been stealing my work, all 114,000 words of Timeless, and uploading it on Wattpad under the user name of 'Kid Canary'. Now, this user has deleted their story and their account, but I have reported them of copyright infringement. I did not hope that it would come to this, but seeing as I've already discovered someone who stole my story, I'm going to have to say this again.
Do not steal from me. If you were the one who stole from me, or someone who was planning to do so, read this and let it sink in. If you steal from me, I will sue you. Suing you for copyright infringement is a serious accusation, one that is punishable by authorities. If you think you can get out of this by making it seem like you wrote your story before I wrote Timeless, well you can't. The website used for the fanfiction will tell when the stories were made, and when the authorities see that mine was written before, you will be in trouble.
Please, do not steal from me. It wastes both my time, and yours, seeing as you will get found out eventually.
As I said on the prologue of this story; this is not a threat, it is a promise. Do take me seriously when I saw that, for it is not a joke.
I hope this incident will not repeat itself in the future.
