Isabella walked into Kyries bedroom silently and waited for the elder to give a response. Normally Kyrie would have greeted her at the door but they both knew she wouldn't have answered even if the underling had knocked. "Eric has brought visitors with him. Those he say can help us in our search for Godric." Isabella began. Kyrie continued to read the book she had. "It is a human, Sookie Stackhouse, and a vampire, William Compton."
Kyrie only shook her head slightly turning a page. "You are the lady of the house. It would be gratious of you to at least greet them on Godrics behalf in his absence." She let out a sigh placing the book down and rubbed a hand across her forehead.
"Isabella, you are much more socially inclined than I am. Honestly, just deal with it. Besides you have more experience dealing with humans on a more personal level than I do." Kyrie replied.
"Kyrie you haven't left your room in over a week. You haven't fed. What good will you be to Godric if you allowed yourself to waste away?" She asked.
"Hm…don't worry. Vampires can go a very long time with out feeding. Trust me." Kyrie said. "And what makes you so sure that Godric will be back?"
"What makes you so certain he will not?" Isabella quipped. The two females stared at each other in silence for a few moments before Kyrie let out an unnecessary sigh.
"Fine. I will greet these two and that is that, alright then yeah?" Kyrie said standing up to stretch.
"Fine then, yes." She agreed.
"Good then. You go first. The less amount of talking I have to do the better." She stated.
The two vampires walked out of the room down the short hallway to the sitting area where the fire crackled in the fire place brightly. Kyrie had lived in the house with Godric for years but with out him there she felt as if she were a stranger. Especially with strange people there.
Kyrie blinked as the male vampire stood. He of course looked the same as he had so many years ago in San Francisco. She gave a curt smirk to him before extending her hand slightly.
It was obvious that William Compton recognized her on sight as well but hid it well for what reason Kyrie wasn't entirely certain. Vampires did enjoy playing games, especially when it came to each other they had met in different times and places.
"Ms. Kyrie MacShire. A pleasure." He stated taking her hand in his and laying a soft kiss against it.
"Mr. William Compton." She said softly.
"This is my human companion, Ms. Sookie Stackhouse." William introduced the young blonde woman that had stood to stand next to him.
"Excuse me if I am not feeling exceptionally social but given the circumstances that we have found ourselves in…." Kyrie began only to be interupted.
"Oh it's fine. I mean I completely understand. I am so sorry for all of this but don't you worry. Tomorrow we're going to get to the bottom of all of this. We're pretty sure we know where Godric is." Sookie Stackhouse stated confidently.
"Is that a fact?" Kyrie wondered raising a brow at the girl. Sookie smiled brightly nodding her head once. "I see, well then, I will leave you all to it."
Before anyone could utter another sound Kyrie was back in the safety of her bedroom with the door shut and locked. She shook her head feeling the old presence lingering in the room before she had even stepped foot in the door.
"Lorena. What in the hell are you doing here?" Kyrie asked bluntly. The other female sat comfortably on Godrics side of the bed.
"Stan let me in. I told him that you and I were dear old friends. I knew the predicament you were in and wanted to see if I could help in any way that I could." She drawled out.
"A liar, as always." Kyrie said as she narrowed her eyes at Lorena. "What do you want?"
"It's been such a long time. You are very important to me Kyrie, we spent so much time together, I just thought we could catch up." She stated. Kyrie felt her patience snap as she flung herself quickly across the room gripping Lorena tightly by the shoulders.
"I find it very hard to believe that it is a coincidence that you and your progeny arrive here together. I don't have time for games Lorena. Now tell me why you are hiding in my room or I will drag you out of this house by your hair." She stated allowing her fangs to descend.
Lorenas already pale pallor seemed to drain of what ever small amount of color she had. "William Compton doesn't know you are here, does he?"
"All I want is William. I will leave you alone after that. Just let me have William." She said softly. Kyrie put her fangs away and backed off from the younger vampire.
"You released him then, yeah?" She asked. Lorena gave a short nod and looked away. "You are jealous of that girl then is it?" Kyrie didn't receive a response. "Lorena as far as all of that is concerned I don't care. Do as you please. Just do it far away from me."
Lorena stood quietly and nearly fidgeted where she seemed fixated. Kyrie stared at her impatiently crossing her arms. "Eric stays at the Hotel Carmilla when ever he visits Dallas. I'm sure that if you strike the right deal with him he can help you. Now leave." She said softly.
In a flash Lorena was gone by way of Kyries balcony and she was left by herself. She instantly felt bad. She knew what Lorena was capable of, she had seen it in the past, but she also knew that William Compton was no better. Surely the girl would be able to take care of herself. If not she hoped she figured it out quickly.
