The day seemed to drag most of it was a blur to me as I drifted in and out of a sleepy state my head laying on Lucy's shoulders. She became my strength carrying my books for me kissing my head wrapping her arms around me as we walked to class. Slipping me caffeine to help me wake up. Texting me in class.

Finally the day ended well for most it did but just because the bell rang didn't mean our day was over we couldn't take part in the cheering like the rest of the kids, we had to race to the locker room which was already filled with girls changing for after school sports. I envied all these girls who had the perfect bodies but I had no time to think to regret. Changing as fast as I could I joined the rest of the team already out on the field warming up.
Lucy was giving out orders the sheer size sometimes still got to me. Thankfully the weather was beautiful as I took to doing laps with everyone else. All the kids from all the teams did laps together the soccer team, field hockey, softball, lacrosse, track. There had to be at least 500 of us out here running, I loved it because it gave me inspiration the boys pushed pushed me. Eddie fell in stride with my steps things between us have been strange since that night when we had sex but he's still a pretty cool dude. We've never really talked about it but I assume he was as ashamed as I was.
Cassie, Richie, Molly, Simon all came up next to us huffing and puffing my legs burned but I wouldn't quit even 30 laps into it.
Molly: "Omg did you see what Lucy text to Brett?"
Cassie: "What no way she texted him?"

Richie, Simon and Eddie all threw their arms around her making fun of her with "omg" "Like wow" She hit them as she yelled at them while they ran off laughing us girls however were all ears. My eyes drifted off to see Lucy leading the newest members in more exercises like jumping jacks, bunny hops, candlesticks, air-jacks, or clap and run for 15 minutes each.
Molly: "She sent a picture of her breasts to him with the caption what's your favorite sexual fantasy?"
All of us gasped as we heard the whistle singling us that we needed to return to each of our selected fields. When everyone was settled it was just us cheerleaders and the football players on this field. Lucy was back to being in charge it was awesome to see her feeling better taking charge. We started with some x jumps, than tuck jumps, hurdler and pike, doing thirty each, Sideline Squats, Jet Fuel Lunges, Flight Prep Squats.
After nearly 45 minutes we were ready to start Lucy, first introduced herself going over the rules.
Lucy: "Welcome bitches to all my returning members it's great to see you fabulous sexy bitches again, hopefully you all took your training seriously over the summer because I will not be taking it easy on any of you just because your upper classmates doesn't mean you can slack in fact you will be expected to show all of our newest team mates how it is done. Kendra jumped up smiling as she ran to stand next to Lucy.
"Hi everyone I am Kendra and I want all of you to know we remember what it's like being new it's scary but also awesome. I am here if you need to talk now I hope your all prepared to work we have a lot to do we have a competition in three weeks and a game Friday as a member of my cheerleading team you will be expected to follow these rules
After she read the rules we started rehearsing Lucy really is an amazing leader she got all the team pumped. She came over to us and hugged Cassie.
Lucy: "I wanted to thank you for what you did this afternoon it really helped me see how messed up this whole Brett thing is I know I need to take care of myself thanks for being a true friend. Second ..
She eyed Cassie who looked nervous as Lucy smiled.
Lucy: "Don't ever wear black socks again uh it crashes with the uniform really bitch you should know better"
Cassie: "My mom packed them"

Cassie was on her in seconds grabbing her wrestling her as they both started laughing hair pulling dropping to the ground dissolving in fits of hysteria.
Molly: "I've been working on a new cheer all summer Lucy can I show it to you Cassie saw it"
Lucy turned to Cassie who looked uncomfortable but cleared her throat.
Cassie: "It was cute"
Lucy: "Sorry Molly I'm sure it's great but were not going for cute were going for winning"
Molly: 'But Lucy it's really good I think it can win"
Lucy: "Don't think Blondy your not here for your brains"
Grabbing Molly's arm I tried to comfort her.
Charlotte: "Sorry babe I am sure it would have been great"
Molly: "Who cares what you think loser your not captain your only her second fiddle"
Bitch I muttered walking away getting into position.
Molly: "I heard that watch what you say to a base flyer your ass might just get dropped on purpose"
Fear consumed me she knows I am always afraid of getting dropped Molly grinned as she swayed her hips going to position.Stopping only when Lucy was in her face. Her words made everyone stop what they were doing and listen.
Lucy: "Don't you ever I mean every threaten another member of this team do you understand me we are a team we work together as one we support each other we do not ever threaten to physically harm another teammate not even as a joke! If you think telling someone that you will drop them is funny than I can and will bench you do you hear me?"
Molly's whole face went white as she bowed her head.
Lucy: "You drop her Molly I promise bitch I will destroy you worse than the hoe I fucked up at lunch"
The whole team gasped standing still in fear as Lucy whipped around clapping her hands. Kendra and Lucy divided everyone into two groups to work on parts of the routine. Thankfully Lucy didn't give Molly the chance to drop me she put her as a back spotter Cassie as my right base, Selena Lopez as my left base, Melissa Johnson as my front spotter. We started with a thigh stand which is simple but great for warming up than we did some extensions. Lucy was in another stunt right next to me as a flyer, together we did a Liberty stunt than scorpions. As soon as I lifted my right leg up 90 degrees I felt myself wobble Lucy grabbed me to help support me but her effort was too late, I felt my body drop and before I could stop it I was tumbling.
Twenty times we tried and I fell each time I was getting frustrated pissed and starting to feel sick and dizzy but I wouldn't quit even when I heard a few of the girls muttering I was too fat or too heavy I pushed on, Lucy and Cassie kept encouraging me. Rubbing my shoulders Cassie whispered to me.
Cassie: "Throw back the shoulders, let the heart sing, let the eyes flash, let the mind be lifted up, look upward and say to yourself... Nothing is impossible!"
Charlotte: "I'm so tired Cassie everything is hurting I don't think I can do it god they think I'm too fat am I?"
Cassie: "No babe your beautiful everything is risky risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible. You can do this we can do this"
She slapped my ass as I got back into position taking a deep breath, I can do this right. The girls groaned as they lifted me yup just as I thought too fat. As I was lifted up I saw the guys on the field throwing and practicing all sort of moves yet a few of them were watching us. Smiling I let out another breath. Wait who was that boy next to Eddie?
Lucy. Kendra started leading us in a new cheer once we had finally gotten the hang of the stunts we formed five lines.
"Alright great job everyone now lets have some fun since there's a mixture in this school from Appleton, Granny-sville, Berry-lane and were playing cherry ville this week I thought we'd have a little fun here"

The cheer went on as we jumped and spun flipped and did some splits. After Practice most of the kids were milling around talking the boys were still going. Looking around I could see the stands were filled which amazed me. Girls were waiting for their boyfriends brothers, sisters waiting for their brother or sister. Friends just there to support, Archie was in the stands where Kendra had just run to. Patrice and Evan what the hell were they doing here? I didn't have time to ponder though cause unlike the rest of the team our day wasn't over. Kendra gave Archie a kiss and than ran down to join us as we took off to the car. On the way out I saw Lucy watching Brett as he sprinted across the field he did have a great butt but I was focused on the black haired boy across field from him.
Who was he? I had never seen him before. He looked hot though. Leaning on Lucy's shoulders on each side of her Kendra and I whistled Lucy was looking fierce she blushed just as Brett looked over his eyes said it all damn...he wanted her.

Lucy drove us to our second home in Indianapolis Intensity Ice Angels Cheer/ Dance/ Gymnastics where we attended Elite Cheer from 5-7 with our awesome coach Mrs. Sang she pushes us harder than any one we ever known. Throughout the whole practice she kept encouraging me to keep fighting helping me with my balance I have no idea why I was so off today.
After Cheer we headed up to the sixth floor where he dance studio starts we attend four dance classes on Monday's. Our last class was Elite Competition Senior dance with Mrs. Stanz we were pretty beat by the time we get there but we never let it show she's tough and demands full attention and commitment. We rehearse with her every Monday Wen, Thursday plus every weekend if we don't have competitions we are there rehearsing. Our competition team is made up of only ten dancers ranging form 15-18 years of age all of us are the most advanced in the school.
Mrs. Stanz: "Alright everyone welcome back last week was an easy week but this week we are back in full force we only have a few months before competition season starts to prepare you we will be doing several showcases over the next few months along with a handful of conventions some which will hold their own competitions one of them will be coming up in just two weeks so we need to start preparing, I have chosen three soloists and a duo to complete along with the company"
"The soloist are Charlotte Lucy and Molly the duo will be Cassie and Kendra"
We all cheered hugging as she smiled at us but didn't stop talking.
Molly and Lucy you will both be battling in the same category Lucy your solo will be Stars Shine stars burn...Out...you'll be doing hip hop Molly yours will be called I'm coming for ya also in hip hop, Charlotte you will have a tap solo called Inner Voice, Kendra and Cassie you'll be doing a jazz duo called Diva Branches"
"Lucy your star is on the rise you're getting busier and busier there may come a time when you can't complete we need someone besides Charlotte who can take your place as number one for the week you are gone. Will it be Molly? I don't know while you have raw talent Molly you lack commitment focus dedication. Will it be Kendra? You have the focus and dedication but you struggle to take in the choreography and learn it at the pace we need it to be learned, What about Cassie? You demand attention on the dance floor you are a natural force to be reckoned with, but do you want it? Will you devote as much time as Charlotte and Lucy? Will you put everything else on the back burner or will dance just be another hobby?"
shrugged I saw Cassie, Kendra and Molly all squirm looking at each other glaring at Lucy who stood with her chest puffed out looking tall serious and elegant.
"Molly I want you to work with Lucy, Charlotte this week they will choreography your routine if you want to be anywhere near as amazing as them than you need to learn from the best they put in hundreds of hours each month their my golden go to girls my number ones for a reason. Remember number two is the first to lose so who wants to be a winner who wants to be a loser?"
"Lets find out position ladies"
She walked around as we worked on learning the chero for our group which was musical theater Lucy was leading us of course. Her vocals were on point so were her moves sharp direct and beautiful.
"Cassie your moves need to pop more your arms need to be in line they look sloppy, Molly suck your stomach in you look fat lean legs your feet look sickle posture, watch Lucy see how elegant she is now Molly do you look like her? No! Get it right earn that spot fight for it Lucy and Charlotte have earned their spots as my number one through blood sweat and tears your weak, get it right get stronger faster energy! Your too slow keep up with the tempo Cassie lets go get those leg extensions up higher arms straight back straight chest out eyes up, Molly your facial expressions need life their boring their plain their ugly and sloppy you will never be anywhere near Lucy and Charlotte's atmosphere if you keep reforming at mediocre level. Lucy isn't mediocre she's a goddamn star higher faster give me energy I don't care what fucking time it is how tired you are or how fucked up of a day you have had, I WANT ENERGY I WANT IT NOW!" "Your vocals need to match the energy as well as the moves take it from the top!"
Exhaustion was wearing me down I felt like crap my stomach was hurting so bad my whole body was beyond sore but I kept pushing through it, even as Molly was whining and Cassie was yawning I pushed higher and gave more energy.
Molly: "This is insane it's already past Eleven we have a 45 minute drive we have rehearsal in the morning uh I am so exhausted"
Lucy: "Than leave if you can't handle it we don't need any body who's going to bring the team down we need winners who will push through the pain the stress, Are you crying? No tears. You save those tears for your pillow, in your room, alone. You're going to humiliate yourself in front of everyone in this room. Do not cry. Suck it up, bitch. You are here, you're healthy, your fucking lucky now act like it."
Molly: "Oh my god shut your fat mouth bitch you ain't my teacher damn bitch I am so sick of you always having to get your mouth open"
Lucy: "I wouldn't have to open my mouth if you fucking listened to what I was saying I am the team captain Mrs. Stanz is telling you what to do and your too dumb to even follow directions wake up Molly lose a few pounds dump the dumb"
Molly: "Stop eating, that's why your fat! Is all that fat seeping to your brains who the hell are you to think you can order me around bitch"
Cassie: "Stop it both of you stop body-shaming each other with hurtful comments about how the other girl looks or doesn't look. Were all beautiful in our own unique way; speak about each other with the dignity that we would want others to have when they speak about us."
Molly: "I can't help it it's not my fault Lucy is one of those jealous bitches who uploads pictures of herself looking hot while the other person looks like shit, I am so sick of her mouth of her opinions I am not second best"
Mrs. Stanz: "Than prove it Molly stop questioning your team captain and do what we say we are doing it for your own good unless you don't give a damn technique is arbitrary and very difficult.
It never becomes easy it becomes possible."
Molly: "Mean girls die young, sweetie. Take my word for it."
Lucy and I exchanged a look as she just rolled her eyes clapping her hands to lead the other girls back into formation who all looked nervous probably praying they didn't come to blows. What the hell was up with Molly? Did she just threaten her?
