School Festival - 2

"We're not doing the damn cosplay!"

The entire Akatsuki basketball team were currently standing in the President of Tokyo University's office, glaring daggers at Jiraiya sitting innocently behind his desk.

"Ohhh! Girls these days wear such nice low cut shirts! It was worth getting this job, the view from here is the best!" Ignoring the increasingly angry mood of the young men in front of his desk, Jiraiya continued to look out his office window with binoculars while drooling at the students walking around the busiest plaza on campus.

"Stop it you pervert!" Tsunade punched Jiraiya's head angrily.

"Oww Tsunade… Your temper is the same as always, as big as your breasts!" Jiraiya pitifully rubbed the lump forming on his head as he turned his chair to finally confront the angry group of young basketball players in front of him.

"Now now kids… I can't back out now! Ticket sales for the school festival have gone through the roof! If I suddenly change this program, this old man might lose his job and get sued!"

'No one care about your damn job!' the Akatsuki team members thought.

"Besides, I have a suitable reward for you all if everyone goes along with this little cosplay event."

The glares directed towards him didn't let up even a bit.

"A little bird told me… That a certain Sakura-chan signed up for the marine biology field trip during golden week. As you smart men may know, this field trip is one of the many wonderful perks our university offers for the students to learn more about the world while also having fun! Imagine! Having a great time snorkeling around the reefs while learning about the different fish in the water. Walking on the beach while collecting sea shells! Such a wonderful and romantic trip all paid for by the university in the name of learning! This trip is so popular among students that every year, hundreds of students sign up for it even though it is limited to only 20 students!" Jiraiya was passionately explaining with starts shining in his eyes.

"We know she signed up for the trip!" Deidara scoffed, "We also signed up. But since the school randomly selects among the students who apply for the trip, nothing is guaranteed about whether or not we can even go on the trip with her." Of course, each team member had decided to reject the course if Sakura happened to not get in.

"Ufufufufu…" Jiraiya couldn't look more pleased with himself, "You forget who is the principal of this school. If you guys behave properly with the cosplay event at the school festival, I can guarantee you all spots to go to the trip with your dear Sakura-chan."

The Akatsuki members all drew in their breaths. They never looked forward to school holidays where they would be without their little cherry blossom but now they have the opportunity to spend an ENTIRE WEEK with her. Damn, the offer was tempting.

Pein stepped forward, "Very well, we will do this stupid cosplay of yours, but we have our own conditions."

"What type of conditions?" Jiraiya was feeling generous.

"First, the event will be a 'viewing only' for visitors. No touching and no pictures."

'Captain!' The rest of the team felt grateful that they could keep their innocence during the event.

"I like it! We'll put a barrier that visitors can't cross, confiscate all cameras and phones, and limit group visitors in batches that can only stay for a limited time! If they want to look longer, they need to line up again and pay another ticket!" Jiraiya and Kakuzu could both smell the money this event was going to bring.

"Second, we'll only do this for the first two days of the festival."

Jiraiya frowned, "Why not for the third day also?"

"So we can enjoy the festival with Sakura-chan too."

The team members nearly cried tears of joy. Each person was already imagining walking around the festival alone with Sakura…

"Fine…" Jiraiya sighed, his mind imagining stacks of money flying away with little wings.

"And the last condition," Pein continued.

"There's more?"

"Yes," Pein continued with his face straight.

"For my costume, I will be the emperor"

Another update! Whoo! I was on a roll tonight! I finished the ~wonderful school festival with Sakura-chan~ fantasies of Itachi, Sasori, Pein, and Tobi! I still need to think of the rest, but I'll try to post it up tomorrow!

For those of you who are probably confused by the setting, you should read the my story that started it all "Clutz" along with it's main sequel "Sakura's Initiation". This story "Classes with Akatsuki" is more like a collection of side stories haha!
