Hello, dear readers!
Warriors here. So, I've thought this over multiple times. This story, where it is going, what it started as, and all that jazz. Simply put, I do not like this story. Not anymore, at least. I may have liked it when I started it, but the more I went on, the less I liked it, to the point where it felt pointless for me to continue it. The beginning was rushed, there was no plot, no end goal, nothing I could personally attach myself to. I sincerely apologize for those of you who liked it, but I consider myself above this story by now, both in writing style and ideas. As such, I will not continue A Demon's Freedom.
Instead, however, I will rewrite it. In a way.
It will be a completely different take on Meta Knight's past, and an official prequel to my current on-going story A New Age. This new series will be called Falling Stars, and will be tied to the events in A New Age, but keep in mind that you do not have to read A New Age to understand Falling Stars, but if you do read the first, the latter will explain a lot of things.
So, despite this story being discontinued, I won't delete it. Even if I never finish A Demon's Freedom's story-line, it is still part of my path as a writer, and deleting it would be like pretending I never wrote it. So I'm leaving it here, simply discontinued.
If you're interested in Falling Stars, lots of Meta Knight and Star Warriors, keep an eye out for it! As I post this, the prologue is being written and I should post it soon.
