A/N1: for all those wondering, no, Harry will never get together with Morgana. I mean really, she's his mother for Pete's sake! Besides, there is no way I will do a pairing with that big an age difference, which also means I will never write a fic with Snape or Tommy Boy being with Harry... or anyone else in his age group.

A/N2: This chapter is more of a summary than anything else.

A/N3: I apologize for the wait everyone, my old computer died a few months ago and even though I got this one a couple months ago my muse had taken a vacation so it took a bit to get started writing again. Sorry for the wait and here you go!

Warning: Harry/Geoffrey is now under the semi-dark alignment. You'll see why as you read.

Harry Potter and the Will of Magic

The next day was filled with motion, people jumping from one place to another in an attempt to understand the apparition that appeared in the Chamber of Inheritance. Not much was known about how the Horcrux was created, even though knowledge of the subject did exist. Only one place had possibly held such learning and that was the Library of Alexandria, but it was long-since destroyed by zealous emperors' and raving fanatics.

With the soul shard removed, Geoffrey had a great deal more energy, although still far more reserved than a boy his age should be. Morgana was doing her best to break him of the habits ingrained into him by the now-deceased Vernon and Petunia Dursley. Fortunately he had been able to avoid seeing them die.

Morgause was eager to start his training but Morgana had put her foot down saying he was too young and still recovering from his previous 'caretakers' hospitality.

Fortunately for all, it only took a just-awakened Geoffrey rubbing a tiny fist in his eyes to get her to agree, her cute senses going off the wall at the sight of the adorable 5 year old (his birthday, which Morgana had claimed as June 13th) to get her to cave and soon both women could be see heavily doting on the young boy.

Morgana was insistent that her baby have a childhood to look back on before he start his training in magic, and with her still ticked about Merlin poisoning her it was felt (in the interest of staying whole and sane) that it would be best to do whatever she wanted. Only one person had dared to make her mad (he had bumped into Geoffrey by accident sending the child to the ground where he landed on his bum and started to cry. They still weren't sure how that stick got up so far)

The summer days were spent frolicking in the waves of the Isle. Thankfully, the days were filled with laughter and sweet memories for the boy.

It was 2 years after they left Camelot that, just as Uther was about to call off his extended search (he didn't feel right leaving a child in the hands of a sorceress) that they reappeared, although looking slightly worse for wear, in the woods surrounding Camelot with Geoffrey in hand that the king breathed a sigh of relief, little did he know that both his adopted mother and aunt had used that time to tell the boy all about his magic-hating grandfather who reminded him a little too much of his deceased relatives.

Morgause, it seemed, took a great pleasure in regaling him about the 'true face' of Uther Pendragon, although she made sure to do that when Morgana wasn't within hearing distance.

Needless to say Geoffrey was far from impressed by the man.

By the time they returned, he was going on 7 years old, and looked far healthier than he had before his 'kidnapping', although many tended to ignore this little fact in light of his rescue from that awful witch that surely enchanted him into doing terrible things. (note the sarcasm)

The pair were doing their best not to laugh right in their faces as their deception worked flawlessly. Well, besides Merlin, but no one was listening to him at the moment. Mother and son could be heard laughing out loud in their joined rooms later that evening, something that quite disturbed the guards on duty and had them request replacements.

Over the next year Morgana was foiled time and time again in her attempts to kill Uther, but that did not deter her and despite her likewise-failed attempts to kill her half-brother Arthur she still succeeded in taking the throne of Camelot by way of an immortal army.

She ruled for a year and yet despite her best efforts was unable to finish off either Merlin or Arthur. Uther she kept alive on a whim deciding to use him as entertainment. Geoffrey in particular was pleased with this result.

In the end though, it was all for naught as Arthur and Merlin managed to pull a miracle victory (again) and Morgana, Geoffrey, and Morgause were forced to flee, Morgause having been injured after losing a fight against Merlin.

Morgause, greatly wounded by her fight with Merlin, did not expect to survive, Geoffrey, protested tearfully that he didn't want his favorite aunt to die and in a fit actually managed to heal Morgause to a point that she could be healed without death being the only possible outcome. Morgause was quite eager to start his training after that and Morgana, not desiring a fight with her nearly-killed sister agreed.

The next 5 years were filled with studying ancient scrolls, practical lessons, and physical exercise ("No one will take an overweight Warlock seriously," the blond Enchantress yelled as she pushed him to his limits [within reason]) that would mold him into a strong young man at twelve years of age.

Throughout this time period Morgana made repeated attempts to reclaim the throne, but was turned back each time. However she did get a small dose of victory when Uther was poisoned and a pendant gifted to him prevented healing spells from working, resulting in his death.

In the distant future, Albus Wulfric Percival Brian Dumbledore was furious. Not only had his weapon disappeared, but so had the Dursleys! Vanished from their holding cells right in front of his eyes before he could get them out! He growled as he paced his office floor, muttering to himself all the terrible things he wold do to the boy when he found him. The portraits of the former Headmaster's and -Mistresses' shared worried looks.

After what seemed like hours but was in fact only 3 minutes, an idea came to him. If he couldn't find the boy, he would bring the boy to him! It was brilliant! Now where did he put that book on summoning rituals?

With Arthur on the throne, Morgana was even more determined to get it back, but her son held her back. And it might have been a good thing as even without her involved all sorts of enemies popped up intent of revenge. She only needed to give them a couple tips here or there that would cause the maximum amount of damage. The groups failed, obviously, but Merlin only served to lower himself in Geoffrey's eyes as he saw it as the Warlock denying the true ruler her throne. The fact that the man had smacked him when he was younger didn't help.

It was wonderful when they found an idiot half-drowned washed up on their shores, as Samhain was right around the corner. So, with the sacrifice prepared, at midnight the ritual was started and finished, with the young Prince safely tucked in bed none the wiser about what was happening within walking distance of his tent. The silencing wards had nothing to do with why he never heard the man's screams.

When it was done, Morgana summoned the Cailleach and after learning of Emrys who was to be her destiny and doom, she summoned the Dorocha, and with the spirits of the dead allowed Agravaine, her uncle through her mother, to take control of the castle. It was with great annoyance that she learned that Gwen was to be crowned queen in the future, and set out to stop it, of course Gaius stopped her this time and Gwen lived on. Who would have thought that her former handmaiden would become queen of the realm?

And then that blasted Lancelot had to sacrifice himself instead of Arthur to seal the rift and lock away the Dorocha, taking out her most potent weapon. The only upside to that debacle was that the do-gooder was dead and could no longer interfere in her plans.

With all this going on, Geoffrey's training was progressing greatly, as Morgause and Morgana taught him the ways of magic and the Old Religion. His progression with his powers was greater than even hers and the blond enchantress was over the moon with praise when he raised his first skeleton.

So it was great shock when during his training a sigil appeared in the air above him before it 'opened' and proceeded to suck him into it. It was at great personal risk that Morgause rushed to grab a hold of him but only succeeded in getting taken along for the ride.

Over 1000 years in the future, Morgause and Geoffrey fell in a pile of limbs onto a stone floor while a man wearing robes depicting stars and half-moons and twinkling eyes stood above them.

So, tell me what you think. Until next time, guys! ^_^
