Scarlet's POV
I wake up smiling, I'm in heaven wrapped up in my guys. Jacob's glued to my right side. He has his right leg wrapped around mine, his right arm laying on my stomach, while he holds my left boob and I'm using his left arm as a pillow. Jasper's snuggled to the bottom half of my left side. He's using his right arm as a pillow, his face is buried in my thigh, his left arm hugs my hips and his feet hang off the bed. I giggle silently to myself, at seeing his feet hanging off the bed. I lay quietly thinking about last night. Jazz and Jake decided to get even with me about the little incident with the vodka last night instead and I loved every minute of it. Just like my vampire I have a perfect memory and perfect recall. I can feel every touch, every kiss and I want more. I'm so addicted to them it's pathetic.
I had just gotten to the best part and had decided to wake my boys up for a repeat, when my cell phone starts going off. Grrr why couldn't whoever it is have waited a few more hours. I look at my predicament, there's no way for me to get free with out waking them. Jacob solves my problem, with a few choice words he reaches out and grabs my phone.
"Hello!" He snaps at whoever it is. I'm to distracted with his package to care enough to pay attention.
"Yeah hold on just a minute." Jake lays the phone against his shoulder blade, then snuggles against my neck and whispers.
"It's your grandma." I groan, then take the phone. Before I can put it to my ear. Jake turns my face toward him and crashes his lips to mine. When he pulls away I whimper, he grins at me and moves to get up. Just before he stands he leans back in.
"I can smell you." He chuckles when he hears me moan, then walks in the bathroom shutting the door behind him. I look at Jasper, he's running his fingers up and down my thigh grinning. I push his hand off but he just laughs and picks up where he left off, this time adding soft kisses as he rubs. I sigh and put the phone to my ear.
"Hey grandma."
"Hi sweetheart. Do you have a minute to talk?" I glance back down at Jasper.
"Sure grandma." Jasper growls, jumps out of bed, turns around kisses me deeply and disappears into the closet.
"Ok grands what's up?"
"Are you alone? And I mean alone were no one can hear you?" Now she has my full attention. Something must really be wrong if she doesn't want anyone to hear her.
"Give me just a few minutes to get dressed and I will be." I jump out of bed run around the room gathering my clothes from last night, toss them on quickly saying fuck it to shoes and blink with one destination in mind. I arrive at the little meadow Jazz and Jake had taken me together for the first time. I plop down on my ass then put the phone back to my ear.
"Ok grands I'm completely alone. Now what's going on?" She doesn't reply.
"Grandma ya there?"
"Hello Scarlet." I freeze. I can feel my heart begin to slow, almost coming to a damn stop.
"You're speechless I knew you would be." I jump back to my feet and begin pacing around the meadow. A low growl makes it's way threw my clenched teeth.
"What do ya want, ya bastard?"
"That's not very nice Scarlet!" He snaps. "And if I were you I'd be a whole hell of a lot nicer to me!" I grit my teeth even harder, there's no way in hell I can be nice to this prick, but I don't have much of a choice, so I suck in a deep breath, calming my nerves then slowly let it out.
"I'm sorry Jerome, what can I do for you." He laughs.
"That's better. Now listen closely. I have your mother and grandmother and I will kill them if you don't do as I tell you to, understand."
"Yes." I whisper.
"Good girl. Today at 11:45am, flight 21 332 is leaving SeaTac airport. Be on that plane Scarlet. You'll do nonstop to Honolulu, were you'll have a 23 hour and 20 min layover. There will be a car waiting to drive you to the hotel you'll be staying at, till the time of you connecting flight. Once you are on your flight it will take 10 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. I'll be waiting for you when you disembark. Don't try to warn your family or mates and don't try anything funny or the next time you see your mom and grandma they'll be in a pine box! As soon as I get you in the car and away from prying eyes, I'll send the signal to let them go, Understand!" I sei silent for a few seconds curse under my breath and sigh.
"How do I know you're telling me the truth about letting them free, once you have me?"
"You don't but do you really want to take that chance?"
"No."
"Good I'll see you soon." The line goes dead. I'm so fucking pissed I crush my phone and throw it has hard as I can into the surrounding woods. The wind picks up, the clouds roll in, lighting strikes threw out the atmosphere , thunder rattles the earth beneath my feet and the rain starts to fall. I hit my knees sobbing. If I do as he says and get on that plane I'll never see my mates again, I'll lose them forever but if I don't I'll lose my mom and grandma. What the hell am I gonna do? I stayed on my knees with the wind and rain howling and beating around me, sobbing and debating between my mates and the ones who had taking care of me my whole life, for hours. I finally decide to save my mom and grandma, they shouldn't have been drug into this, they're innocent, but I can't just disappear. I have to at least leave a note.
I climb to my feet and begin to make my way toward the house. As I walked I thought about what to leave in the note. Should I leave some sort of clue, in hopes that they could figure it out and find me or do I just say goodbye and disappear out of their lives forever? I'm so lost in my own mind I don't hear my name being called. It's not till I hear the terrified howl and the ear splitting roar that I snap out of my thoughts. My mates had found me and they were heading my way. Shit if they get to me it's over! They'll know something's wrong and I'll never get away! I blink myself back to our room, grab my passport and ID stuff them in my pants pocket, slip on a pair of shoes then run to Jasper's study There I snatch a piece of paper and a pen take a deep breath and write out what I want to say.
Dear Jasper and Jacob,
These past few months have been the best of my existence, you've made me so happy and made me feel so very loved. I was just going to leave a one word note saying goodbye, but I just couldn't do that. I needed to tell you how much I love the both of you. I love you both with all my heart, you are my life and my world and no matter what happens I'll never forget either of you. Jasper you are a great man and a wonderful mate, you're kind, gentle, loving, and loyal. I have been blessed to have you. Jacob my sweet, sweet wolf. You have a awful temper, you're pig headed, you're loud and have no verbal filter, but most of all you're caring, loving, devoted, easy to trust and you're mine. Please swear to me that you'll continue on living your lives for me. I can't stand the thought of the two of you wasting a way because of me. I have to go now it's time for me to head down under. Remember I love you both with everything that I am and I'm so sorry that it had to be this way and that fucked up shit keeps happening to us. I never wanted any of these things to happen. All I ever wanted was to live happily forever with the both of you. Please tell the rest of the family I said I'll never forget them. I love you all, goodbye.

I place the letter on the bed and step back to take one last look around. Tears fall from my eyes on to the carpet as I whisper a final goodbye. Then I blink myself just outside of the airport, turn and head inside toward my fate.
Jasper's Pov
I come out of the closet fully dressed and smiling and Scar's no where to be seen. So I figure she's done talking to her grandma and has gotten in the shower with Jake. I go over and knock lightly on the door.
"Scar babe what do you want for breakfast?" Jake whips open the door.
"Sorry Jazz but she's not in here."
"Oh, sorry she must have already gone downstairs." I turn and head that way myself. As I get closer to the bottom of the stairs it hits me, I can only hear one heart beat in the house. Where the fuck is she!? I can hear Peter, Emmett, Carlisle, Edward and Shawn laughing in the kitchen, so I make my way in there. When I enter they all look over at me, Peter smiles.
"Morin' Major!"
"Morin' Peter." I tilt my head to the others. "Have any of you seen Scarlet, when I came out from getting dressed she was gone and didn't say she was leaving." They shake their heads. Carlisle smiles at me.
"The girls just left for Port Angles to go shopping. I'm sure she's with them. She probably just forgot to mention it and ran out with them." I nod
"Yeah that could be it." I think nothing more on the subject and go up to my study to read and wait for her. A few minutes later I hear Jake go downstairs, I hear him ask the same thing I did and I hear him get the same reply. He makes his way back up to our room and within just a couple of minutes I hear snoring coming from our room. I chuckle to myself. About ten minutes later the wind begins to pick up and dark clouds began covering the sky. Signs that a bad storm was fixing to hit us hard.
It doesn't take long before the storm's raging all around Forks and LaPush. By now Jake's awake and we're in the living room with the others shooting the shit. After about an hour the storm's nowhere near letting up and I along with Jake start to worry about Scar. We hoped she and the other girls would be okay driving in this weather even if they are vampires and a werewolf. As the hours passed I began to get frantic the storm had gotten worse and there was still no word on Scar and the other ladies. Jacob and I were just about to go out and start looking for them, when we saw head lights coming up the drive. Thank god! I rush to the front door and throw it open and wait for them to come in. Not a moment later Char, Rose, Alice, Bella and Esme come rushing into the house. I look back out into the dark and rain but don't see Scarlet. I turn to look at the women.
"Where's Scar?" They stare at me. Rose speaks up.
"We don't know we haven't seen her since last night. We thought she'd be with you and Jake." I shake my head.
"We haven't seen her since this mornin', when I went to get dressed she was still sitting on the bed talkin' to her grandma." Now I'm really scared, where the hell is she. The storm is starting to calm down, so I suggest we all split up and go out looking for her. She couldn't have went to far, could she? We all run into the night calling out Scar's name. Jake and I have been running and calling her name for about twenty minutes when a soft breeze carries her scent to me. Jacob must have caught it also because he comes screeching to a halt just a few feet in front of me. Something isn't right, something's wrong our mate's in trouble, she needs us. We glance at each other, Jake lets out a low terrified howl and I can't stop the roar that comes from me and rings out threw the trees.
We take off running, her scent leading us right to her. We arrive with in minutes, her scent still strong in the air but try as we might we can't find a sign of her anywhere around. We continue to comb the forest looking for her, even calling both packs of wolves to help, but in the end we come up empty handed. Jake and I are complete wrecks by the time we make it back to the house. He nor I have no idea where she is, she could be hurt or worse dying and we have no idea where to look. As soon as I walk threw the front door her scent hits me like a ton of bricks. Each of us take off to a different part of the house, trying to search her out.
It wasn't long before I hear Jacob scream my name from upstairs. I blur up the stairs to our room and find him on his knees clutching a piece of paper, rocking back and forth crying. I feel the rest of the family gather behind me as I slowly make my way over to Jake. I kneel down beside him and reach for the paper. Carefully taking it from him making sure not to rip it. I stand and turn the paper right side up so I can read it.

When I finish, I let the letter slip from my hands and watch as it floats to the floor. I stand staring at the letter, were it had landed. After a few seconds of staring I let out a horrible roar, drop to my knees, then my world goes dark.
