I would like to apologize for taken so long to update. It's hard to write with a 8month old lol! Plus to top it all off I've had writers block for a few months. This chapter was hard to do I hope it makes sense to y'all I tried. If something doesn't make sense please say so and what it was that was confusing and i'll do my best to fix it. Scar:

If you stare at the rays of the sun dance off the clear blue water of the Pacific for to long, your mind begins to play tricks on you. You start seeing things that aren't there. I've seen all sorts of things. I saw two dolphins come up, point and laugh at me. A merman that looked a little like Jasper, leaped out of the water a few times and gave me the finger. Oh! Oh! I even saw one of those prehistoric sharks scientist call a Megalodon, you know the Great White Sharks really, really big ancestor. Yep saw him riding in on a wave. Mouth open wide, ready to swallow the three unsuspecting suffers whole. I started screaming but being up on the ninth floor of the Ashton Waikiki Beach Hotel, no one heard me except my neighbors and the two assholes that were babysitting me. It took six people an hour to convince me there was nothing out there but even then I still sat and watched. I never saw it again. When the sun went down asshole number one, a skinny teenager with a really bad case of acne, informed me that, I had sit out on the balcony long enough and I needed to get my ass inside. I wanted to reach up ad rip out his throat but with the weight of my and my mates pain, I just didn't have the strength or the desire to move. Ten minutes past before he lost his temper and not so gently, brought me back inside. His partner, a much older fellow with long graying hair, scalded him about his treatment of me. I don't think he was being nice, he was just afraid of what Jerome would do to him, for letting the younger male mistreat me. The older fellow instructed me I had two choices, I could either sit down, shut the fuck up and watch TV with them or I could take my ass to bed. I chose the latter. Luckily for me Jerome had purchased a suite and the bedrooms were separate from the living area.

I stood staring out my window, kicking my ass and berating myself for being so stupid, when the knocking started. I knew it had to be one of my two guards but what I didn't know is what the hell either one of them would want. I tried to ignore the knocking but it just kept getting louder and my patience grew thinner. I couldn't take it anymore, I stomped over, through open the door and screamed.

"What the fuck do you want!?" The older man didn't flinch.

"I need to talk to you, my queen and we don't have much time before the other guard returns." I stare at him trying to process what he just said and too make sure I heard him correctly.

"Did you hear me your majesty?" I nod. "Then please follow me into the living area, we have a lot to talk about." Still trying to work out the words he had said, I follow him to the living area. He takes a seat on the couch, while I go over and park my ass in the recliner on the other side of the room. He goes to speak but I stop him, because what he said has finally caught up to me.

"Did you call me your queen and majesty?!" He smiles.

"Finally caught up, eh? Yes you heard me correctly."

"Why? Who are you and what's going on? I though you worked for Jerome?"

"No your majesty, I don't work for that little weasel. My name is Vincent, you can call me Vince and I work or worked for your father."

"What'da ya mean, you worked for my father? My father worked in a meat packing plant, up till he fell ill." He shakes his head.

"Not, that father my queen." It dawns on me what he's talking about and I about shit my pants.

"You mean you worked for my father in my past life!?" He nods. "Wow, what are you doing here!? How can you still be alive? Well I know how you're still alive! But why are you pretending to work with Jerome! Why haven't you found me before now!? I could have found out what I was early on!" He laughs.

"Still just as hyper, I remember standing in the open field on the east side of your parents castle, watching you run, jump and play with that little hybrid boy for hours. You would throw a fit when it was time to come in, you could have kept going for hours more." When he finishes speaking, it finally dawns on me just who the hell he is.

"I remember you, you were my fathers personal body guard."

"Yes. I was also his best friend and your godfather." No fucking way, this dude's got to be joking.

"You're joking, I don't remember that." He grins.

"Can you remember a lot of your past life." I nod. "Good, I'm going to prove to you I'm not joking."

"Ok, go ahead."

"The day you met your mate, not the wolf but the vampire. What were you doing pryer to that?" I smile that's a day I'll never forget, unless I die and come back. I had woken up early that morning. I had passed on breakfast, grabbed a glass of fresh orange juice and ran out of the castle to meet my dad and my uncle Vince to go for a walk in the surrounding woods. My dad was going to excavate a few acres of the forest in order to extend his castle.

"Uncle Vince?" He smiles wide.

"Hello sweetheart, you sure are a sight for sore eyes." I throw myself at him and wrap my arms around his neck.

"I can't believe you're here, but how!? I thought you died a few months after I met Aries!?" He untangles himself from me, pats me on my leg and scoots over just a bit.

"No, Scarlet that's just what your father told you. The truth is your father and I got into a huge argument over you and your mate. I was for it and I was trying to convince him and your mother to be cool with it too. Well he wouldn't listen and told me that I was either on his side or I could leave, so I left. I had every intention of never speaking to him again but then the unthinkable happened you and your mates were murdered."

"Why did he lie?"

"He lied because he knew,you would run to me for help or guidance when he got to out of control. The last thing he wanted was for you to come to me yet again."

"He wasn't always like that."

"I know sweetheart. After you met Aries your father changed. He hated the fact that his only daughter was mated to a vampire and he had no problem expressing it. If you recall you came to me a many a night crying your eyes out because your father had said something hurtful to you about your mate. You could not help who the fates paired you with and yet your father treated you as if you did. I would argue with him all the time. Telling him that he was doing nothing but pushing you away. Well the day I left, is the last time you came to me crying, your father had taken it to far this time and had struck you. We were lucky Aries never found out or your father would have died sooner. Anyway I shit a brick and plowed into him about it and that's when he said I could leave. I didn't want to but I knew Aries would take care of you and I just couldn't take your father's cruel behavior anymore. He let his hate for Aries consume him. You getting a second mate did nothing to lessen his hatred for the vampire. Even you becoming pregnant didn't help. It wasn't until after your death, did he realize how wrong he had been. Before he died he told me, that he knew in his heart you'd be back someday and he made me promise to hang around until that day. The day you were brought into this world again was the happiest day of my life. Not only because our queen had been reborn but because I had fulfilled my promise to your father and I could finally rest. But my rest was not meant to be, your grandmother found me and informed me that when you were older you would be in grave danger and I would be needed. I didn't know it take so damn long tho." He cracks a smile, I try to give him a smile back but can't.

"My grandmother was wrong Vince, it's not me in danger but her and my mom."

"You're in more danger than you know, Scarlet. Jerome lied to you out in that desert, he doesn't want to break your mate bonds, he can't mate bonds can't be broken. What he wants to do is, steal your powers, kill you and use your mates as a demonstration of his new powers." Well fuck me sideways, rolling down a damn hill! What the hell? Why, oh why couldn't somebody else be me? Don't get me wrong I love having two gorgeous mates, awesome fucking powers and being able to turn into a giant wolf. But the whole, make my life miserable then kill me, is a real fucking drag that I really don't want to fucking deal with.

"Look uncle Vince, as much as I'm loving story time, I'm really not in the mood to wait any longer. So if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna blink home grab my mates, then we're gonna go nail Jerome's balls to the wall and get my folks. I've got bigger shit to deal with, I don't have time to play his games anymore!" I stand but before I can blink uncle V grabs my arm and pulls me back down.

"I said that was his plan, I never once said his plan would work out. Listen closely child. The ritual that dumbass plans on using not only summons your powers to him but it also summons your werewolf" I look at him like he's crazy

"You know Jerome has his on wolf."

"Yes I know that but once the ritual is complete his wolf will be no more and yours will have taken it's place which is very bad. You see my queen, your wolf is dangerous..."

"No, duh." He growls.

"Will you please not interrupt me!" I shrug.

"Thank you. Now as I was saying, your wolf is the most dangerous werewolf to have ever stalked this planet. There were times, in your past life, that even you couldn't control it and we'd be cleaning up the mess for days but over time and with help you learned. From then on the werewolf within you never came forward without you willing it to. And that seems to have stayed with you but Jerome cannot control it and never will be able to. If he is able to complete the ritual and obtain your powers and the beast within you, then all is lost. I guess you can call it the apocalypse of the supernatural world because once he has what he wants, the beast will go out of control and start killing any and every supernatural being in it's path. Once it's wiped out the supernatural world, it'll begin to wipe out the human race. With your powers and wolf out of his control no one can stop it." I shake my head, what he's saying will never happen.

"What your saying is never, ever gonna happen. Jerome can't possible think he's gonna get me to stand still and let him complete the ritual of, what did you call it again?"

"I didn't but it is called the Ritual of Chud." I stare at him for sec, then crack up. "You're majesty this is no laughing matter."

Who's he kidding, that shit's funny as hell. What's Jerome doing offering me to the mud monster. I mean really the Ritual of Chud, sounds like I'm going to be covered or dipped in some kind of nasty goo, eww gross!

"Okay, okay you still haven't told me how he expects to perform this ritual, if I've popped his head like a grape?"

"He's prepared for you, he's going to use sliver to subdue you."

"Now if sliver works on me, why wouldn't it be able to work on him."

"Because it's not the beast that's allergic to it it's you, yourself. The human half of you has always, then and now been allergic to it."

"I'm not allergic to sliver."

"Then why have you only let sliver touch your skin once, when you were little?" The memory of the incident he is referring to pops in my head. It had been my fifth birthday and I had received a sliver bracelet. The moment my mother fastened it around my wrist, I was hit with so much pain I blacked out, when I had come to my mother had informed me that I had gotten to hot and had fainted. I believed her of course. I was five I had no reason not to but I believe subconsciously I knew because after that day I never touched or allowed another piece of sliver to touch me.

"But how could you have known that?" He smiles.

"I told you Scarlet, I've been watching you for awhile now."

"I apologize for my earlier outburst. But this whole thing is crazy! The Ritual of Chud, how the hell I'm I suppose to scared of something that as a name like that! What's he gonna do throw me in the mud?! And silver? You've got to be fucking kidding me! So what am I suppose to do, run and hide?" He laughs.

"Personally, that sounds like a fine idea but he'll find you so it's a mute point. No what we're going to have to do is take out the other guard, then get the hell out of here and back to your mates and the quicker the better, It's not going to be much longer before they both destroy all of Washington."

"They wouldn't do that and even if they tried my family would stop them." He laughs.

"I thought you said you remembered your past?"

"I do."

"Not all of it, because if you did you'd remember the last time you were taken from them and what happened. My queen your mates are a part of you now, you shared some of you gifts with them when you mated just like before. Your family would stand no chance in holding them back, so if you don't mind we need to get a move on." Just as the words left his mouth the door to hotel room flew open and in walked the other guard. I quickly go into action. I throw my force field out around him and stalk toward him I have every intention of ripping him to shreds but then a feeling of dread comes over me. If I kill him there's no stopping Jerome from killing my mom and grandma. I stop and study him just a minute, then come up with a better solution.

"Uncle V, what's his name?" I point to the other guard.

"Luke." I nod and turn back to Luke.

"Luke, when you call to check in, you will tell Jerome that everything is fine and that I'm asleep. Tomorrow when it's time for me to catch my flight you will call Jerome and tell him that the flight has been delayed due to unforeseen complications! Do you understand me?"

"Yes my queen."

"Good, now I want you to leave, wait five minutes then come back. When you return you are to watch television and wait for Jerome to call."

"Yes my queen." I release him and he heads out the door. I turn back to Vince.

"Let's go." I hold my hand out and he takes it. I smile and blink. We appear inside the family room and I knew I was to late. The house was dark but I had no trouble seeing the devastation that had taking place while I was gone. The supporting beams and walls that had been holding up the second floor had been tore out, from the looks of them they had been crashed through. Causing half the second floor to crash down onto the first. The windows were shattered, glass blanketed the floor. I heard a whistle beside me and turned to face Vince.

"Told you so." I growl. I didn't need his input, I had to find Jazz and Jake. I run out into the night. I didn't need our bond to lead me to them, I didn't need to sniff them out. Hell I didn't even have to use my powers to seek them out. All I had to do was follow the roars, howls and screams. The scene I came upon was shocking and had me damn glad I wasn't human. My mates were surround. Vampires and wolves were attacking from all different directions. My god of war stood back to back with a ten foot tall, black two legged werewolf, with three white spots on the tips of it's tail and ears. Fighting off their attacks. I watched as Peter, Emmett, Sam and Paul threw themselves at Jazz and Jake, trying to take them down, before either group could make any form of contact, they were sent flying backwards, landing on Rose and Esme. I felt my heart clench, Jake had taken on his second form, because of me and I had never told him that, that could happen. He must be so confused.

I leave Vince standing were he's at and run into the circle screaming for my wolves and the vampires to back off. Every head jerked my way and all eyes fell on me, well all but the two I wanted to. Peter made it to me first. Picking me up in his arms and hugging me close.

"Thank God you came back, I thought we'd lost you!" I pat his cheek.

"I'm sorry Peter, I did what I thought was right at the time. Now please put me down, I have a werewolf and vampire to calm down, then you can tell me what happened after I left." He places me down and I turn to face my mates, who are still crouched ready to fight. My family and wolves smile and mouth they missed me as I make my way toward my mates. When I get close enough to touch, I whisper.

"Jasper, Jacob. I'm home and I need you to come back to me." Jasper's arms wrap around me and pull me to him, he buries his face in my neck and stays that way. I face Jake and reach my hand out to him, he stares at me. I don't have to be a genius, to know he's hurt by the decision I had made. In his eyes, I didn't trust him enough to come to him for help. I knew that wasn't the case, I trusted this man with my life. Now I just needed to make him see that.

"Jacob, I'm sorry. Nothing I can say, will make what I did any better. All I can say, is I love you. Please forgive me." With an ear piercing howl the wolf melts away and leaves my Jacob standing in it's place. Damn! I'm a really, really lucky woman!

Without saying a word, Jake takes my out straight hand and pulls me from Jasper's arms into his. His yellow lupine eyes bore into mine and send shivers of delight through my body. I knew that look, he was fixin to claim what had always belong to him. Jake inhales deeply, taking in my scent. The growl that parts his lips, damn near makes me cream my pants. He spins me quickly around pressing my back to his chest. I notice that we're the only ones in the clearing. The rest of the family and wolves have left taking my godfather with them and leaving me all alone with my mates. Jake runs his nose up my neck to my ear and whispers.

"Touch your toes." I do as he asks. With one tug he rips my pants and panties off my body and plunges himself deep inside me. He rams me over and over again till he has me screaming to the heavens in ecstasy and as cliché as it sounds. I see fireworks when he sinks his teeth into my mark. When he finishes it's Jasper's turn to make me scream. I feel like a rag doll being passed around but I love every fucking minute of it. Jasper pulls himself from me and we collapse to the ground. I lay across Jasper breathing in his scent, something I thought I'd never do again. Wishing that we could forget everything and disappear but as the sun begin to rise, I knew we couldn't and this mess with Jerome had to be dealt with. With a heavy sigh I lift myself off Jazz and pull my shirt over my head. I look at my pants and groan.

"Jake you couldn't have been just a little more careful?"

"Sorry, babe."

"It's cool, I'll just run upstairs, while y'all distract everybody." Jazz laughs.

"You want us to distract a house full of vampires and shape shifters?"

"Yes."

"Alright darlin' but you know, they already know what we were doin'. Besides they'll be to busy cleanin' up the mess Jake and I made after we found your note"

"Yep and I figured they'd be cleanin'. But do you really want to take the chance and the males wined up seeing my naked ass?" A loud growl tears it's why out of both of them.

"Fuck no!" They say in unison.

"That's what I thought." I get to my feet and start for the house. I guess my bear ass bouncing across the field was to much for them, cause Jasper picks me up bridal style and runs like hell for home. When we get to the house. I laugh and ask.

"Were ya in a hurry?"

"No but if you ever wanted to leave that clearing, it was best if we just got you here quickly."

"Ya, know I could have just blinked home it would have been quicker." Jake kisses my lips softly.

"Your right honey but we don't want you out of our sight, so this was the best way."

"Okay, whatever. Get on with the distractin', so I can go put on some clothes." They each kiss me on the cheek, then go inside. I run around to the side of the house that has our room on it and jump. I land on the balcony with ease. I work my way around the destruction in my room and quickly grab some panties and shorts. Once dressed I sit down on the edge of my bed and take in a few deep breaths. This was it, when I walked down those stairs and informed my mates of Jerome's true intentions, they would without a doubt go after Jerome. I smiled brightly, Jerome was going down today one way or another.
