A/N: Hey guys I'm finally updating the chapters for this story! YAAAAY. Rofl. First of all before the whole story I want to apologize for making so much of you wait ono. I was caught up with the other story that I'm writing right now but don't worry! I haven't forgotten about you guys xD. So here it is. Chapter 5!

Chapter 5: Sudden News

Amys POV

He has hope again? What does that mean?. Is Sonics past really that bad that he changed into a spoiled slut?.

I shook my head and cupped my cheeks as I do so. No Amy. She is just saying that. "Amy what are you doing?" Sonia asked as she tilted her head a bit. I snapped out of whatever I was doing and rubbed the back of my neck. "Hehe nothing." I say as I faced Sonia and gave her a warm smile. I'm pretty sure she caught up with my lie and knew something else was up.

Suddenly the door flew open. Me and Sonia quickly look to the door and see Sonic. My heart skipped a beat in surprise of his sudden entrance.

Sonia got up and walked towards Sonic. "Sonic you're here!". Sonia was about to hug Sonic but Sonic quickly dogged her actions which made Sonia fall. I giggled as I watched the two siblings argue.

"That wasn't nice!" Sonia pouted which made Sonic stick out his tongue. Oh siblings these days.

Sonic then started to walk towards me which made me shocked. Shoot he's coming what do I say?. Hey Sonic? No what the heck. Wattup?. Pfft it just makes me sound like I'm trying to hard. Okay Amy calm down. What's the difference anyways? The only thing now is that you know about Sonics past and… that sorta explains why he reacts and stuff but nothings changed!

Sonic stop right in front of me as we locked eye contact. "Uhh." That was all I was able to say!. I quickly bit the inside of my cheek and smiled.

"What did you tell her Sonia?" Sonic asked his sister who was still on the ground relaxing. I look at her as she smirked. "Oh nothing. We just had a girl talk. Right Amy?" She winked at me which made me flinch.

"Oh uhh…. right." I quickly said before Sonic took a hold of my arm and dragged me out of Sonias room.

As I was being pulled out I was able to wave to Sonia and muttered a see you later. She nodded and muttered something but I couldn't really understand. My bad rofl.

I followed as Sonic dragged me to their backyard. Wow and I thought he was gonna drive me home pfft.

His backyard had a garden with pink roses everywhere. It reminded me of a flower shop since it was really pretty and breath taking. There was also a swimming pool which the sun was making the water sparkle like pixie dust was sprinkled on top.

Sonic sat on the edge of the swimming pool and placed his feet slightly into the water. I looked at him in a confused way as he signalled me to sit beside him. I took a deep breath before walking towards him and sitting beside him. I placed my bare legs also into the water as we sat there quietly listening to the wind blowing through our hair.

It was peaceful and a beautiful day. I glanced at Sonic and he caught my glance. I quickly turned my head to the water and started to fiddle around with my fingers.

"Thanks…". I muttered. "What?" Sonics ears peeked up and his green eyes positioned it on me. I can see from the corner of my eye that he was intensely starring at me. It wasn't that slutty look he gives to all girls but that innocent look. That's the first.

"Thanks for taking car of me last night." I look up to Sonic as he rubbed his nape. "It's all good. Besides don't want you to be raped by some dumb ass." I giggled which made him smirk.

"I uhh wanted to ask something." I shyly ask waiting for permission. "Go ahead." Sonic cooly said as he looked up to the sky. The wind blowing through his perfect blue quills. "What was happening between you and- uhh Sally last night?". I looked back to my fingers and started to fiddle around with them.

Sonics POV

Her question made me flinch for that one second. Did she really have to bring that topic up? I mean like seriously out of everything she could have asked she asked about me and Sally? Pfft lame.

"I don't want to talk about it." I shut my eyes and open them to see Amy bitting her lower lip. Damn this girl is turning me on.

I licked my lips and ran my fingers through my quills. "I don't like her or anything. It just happened.". I look at her one more time and see a small smile that formed on her perfect face. It made me smile as well.

I moved closer to Amy and she noticed so she moved back. We kept moving until eventually she fell to her back. I looked down at her as I tilted my head and moved closer to her ear. "You jealous?". I sweetly say which made her stiffened.

She locked eye contact with me and I can't help but look at her lips as she bit it. "Me jealous? Hah you must be crazy." Amy stuttered to say.

I smirked as her eyes widened and looked away from my gaze. oh girls. I rolled my eyes and sat back up. Amy got up from the ground and locked her gaze onto the sparkling water. She was splashing water with her feet.

"By the way I… uhh know about Tilka…" My eyes widened from that name. That name ringed through my head. I clenched my my fist and took a deep breath before standing up to leave. But I was stopped from a pair of hands that gripped my wrist tightly.

I quickly look back at Amy who had a concerned reaction. We stayed in that position which felt like forever. The sun shining down on us and with the sound of nature around us.

I watched as Amy looked away but still had her grip on my wrist. "If-if you ever need someone to talk to I want you to know that I'm here for you…." She quietly said but loud enough for me to hear.

My eyes widened and I stiffened. I looked at Amy as I let those words sink in. I leaned down to her and embraced her in a hug. Which in my position was weird.

Amys POV

Sonic caught me of guard as his muscular arms wrapped around me and embraced me into a hug. It wasn't those cold hugs that he would usually give at school. This hug was different. It was warm and I felt safe. I returned the hug and wrapped my hands around his neck as I nuzzled my face into his neck.

Sonic let go and so did I. He got up and stretched his arm. I looked at his hand then back at him. Sonic nodded and I smiled. I placed my hand on Sonics and he brought me up from the ground.

We started to walk back inside his house but our hands were still intertwined. I blushed from his actions and decided to not question it. His hand was damn warm.

We entered the house and find Sonia leaning against the wall as she has a smirk placed on her face. Sonic quickly released my hand and he walked passed by Sonia as Sonia playfully punched him.

I watch as Sonic leaves the room and Sonia giving me a flirtatious look. She ran to me and hugged me really tight. "Son..ia…ca….n't…..breath!" I gasped when Sonia finally let go trying to catch my breath. "Damn Sonia you could have killed me!" I shot a glare to her as she just laughed. This girl is crazy.

ZZ

I placed three plates on the table as well as forks and spoons. Sonia was almost done cooking dinner and I was starving!. The smell of the food ran everywhere into the house. I wonder if Sonic smells it too hehe.

I blushed from my thought and lightly smacked my face. I turned around to see Sonia wiggling her eyebrows up and down as she smirked. Goddammit. "Can you go call Sonic that dinner is ready?". I raised an eyebrow "Why can't you ask?". I crossed my arms across from my chest. Sonia smiled "Well because I'm pretty sure he will listen to you more than he would listen to me." I groaned in defeat. Sonia laughed as she watched me walk out of the kitchen.

I go upstairs and find Sonics room. You literally can't miss it because it has a Do not disturb sign on it. I giggled and opened the door without knocking.

My eyes widened as I covered my mouth. I quickly turned my body to face the door. This is embarrassing! I cupped my burning cheeks and bit the bottom of my lip trying not to fangirl.

Sonic was half naked!. All he had was a pair of grey sweats and that was it!. His upper body was showing. His six pack and his muscles were all exposed right in front of me. Good going Amy.

I hear a chuckle and felt a hand go on my shoulder which made me to turn. My eyes widened once more as I was now facing Sonics bare chest. He placed one of his hands onto the door trapping me. I couldn't help but scan his six pack which I can tell Sonic noticed.

He smirked and chuckled. "Take a picture it will last longer.". I quickly snapped out of my trans and shook my head. "Sonia told me to tell you that dinner is ready." I nervously say. Sonic nodded and I nodded in return. I turned around and opened the door leading the both of us to the kitchen.

When we got to the kitchen Sonia was already sitting waiting for us. "What took you guys so lo…." I look back to see Sonic smirking and Sonias jaw dropped. "Why don't you have a shirt!?" Sonia spatted.

Sonic looked back to me and pointed to me. I quickly looked at Sonia which now she had a smirk placed on her face. I turned around to face Sonic and squinted my eyes. "Thanks a lot buttface." "No problem Ames." He winked then walked passed by me and sat down on one of the chairs.

I sat down and we all started to eat. It was silent until Sonia broke the silence. I looked up and watch as Sonia lay her spoon down. "Sonic mom called and said that we are gonna be going over to the family's mansion tomorrow." Sonic looked up and starred at me and then back to Sonia. "What for?" He said as he continues to eat. "Well we haven't had a family gathering for a long time and she said that she wants to spend some family time." I watched the two siblings talk as I continued to spin some spaghetti around my fork. "She also said to bring your girlfriend." Sonic head shoot up and blinked numerous times. "What?!". Sonic furiously said. "Remember the last time you talked to mom you told her about your girlfriend which you are not dating anymore and just used for like a couple of months?" Sonic rubbed his temple in embarrassment as I felt a bit of jealousy pilling inside of me.

Sonia then shotted me a stare which made me nervous. "I have an idea!" Sonia quickly stood up from her chair and walked behind me as Sonic starred at Sonia and so did I. Sonia stood behind me and placed her hands on my shoulder. "You will bring Amy as your girlfriend!" Sonia spatted. Sonic chocked on his spaghetti and my eyes widened.

Sonic took a glass of water and jugged it down. My cheeks turned red once again and I can feel my face getting super warm.

"WHAT?" We both said in sync.

A/N: YAY! NEW CHAPTER FINALLY DONE!. hehehe I actually enjoyed writing this chapter xD. I wonder what will happen if Sonic brings Amy with him to his family's mansion hehe! You guys are just going to have to wait for the next update to find out!
