"Did something similar happen to you?" I shyly ask. Rouge slowly opens her eyes and nods. I bite my lip and lean forward on the table. "What happened?"

Rouge let out a big sigh and leaned on the table to whisper to me. "I caught Knuckles cheating on me a couple months ago". I backed away and sat back on the chair. "How did you get passed it?" I ask.

"We don't even know if Amy will be attending the party" I state. A smirk forms on Rouges face and I nod. Rouge can convince anyone so I'll leave that up to her. "Wait why are you even helping me?" I ask. Rouge lets go of my shoulder leans back on the lockers. "Because I want Amy to hear you out and not jump into conclusions" she states. I nod and give her a smile. She smiles back and the bell rings for first period. We say bye to each other and I make my way to Science. Oh boy.

My eyes widen as my heart skips a beat. My body stiffens and I can't move. I'm motionless by Sonics presence. I clench my fist, digging my nails into my skin. "What do you want Sonic" I ask. I back away leaving some space in between us. I watch as Sonic stand up straight. "Let me explain" Sonic says as he takes a step towards me. I don't move. "Ex-explain what?" I ask as I push him back. His back smacking against the wall. He groans and I can feel myself dying. Why did I just do that?. I extend my hand slightly to reach out for him but then I lower my hand. " I don't need you to explain. It's all clear Sonic." I mutter. His eyes shot up to me and his face softens. He shakes his head as I stare deeply into his eyes. "No it's not" he says.

"Please don't leave" Sonic whispers.

Chapter 11: Fixed or so?

Amys POV

We get to Stacey's house and I can hear music pounding loudly from inside of the house. You can see teens drinking and smoking outside of the house. Rouge parks the car and we walk out. As we walked inside the house many guys were licking and smirking at us. I'm not use to all of the attention and I got to say it's really uncomfortable.

We get inside and I swear I'm about to turn death. My ears are ringing and the loud music isn't helping. "Hey I'll be at the back" I tell Rouge as she nods and I walk out of the house and into the garden where the food are prepared on a long table. Instead go grabbing a plate I just take the food right out of the plate and stuff it into my mouth. Mmmm such delicious food. I haven't ate since morning and the food are overwhelming my taste buds.

As I am stuffing food into my mouth someone gets a grab of my wrist making me turn to see Sonic pulling me into the house. I struggle to get out of Sonics grip but he's too strong. I sit on my heels as Sonic struggles to drag me. "Let go!" I shout. Sonic stops pulling me and stares at me. "No" he boldly say before picking me up and carrying me into an empty room. He puts me down on the sofa and kneels in front of me.

I stare into his eyes waiting for an explanation. Sonic takes my hand and places it on his heart. I flinch as I feel his heart beating fast. My heart starts to beat fast as our hearts beated in sync. "Do you feel that?" Sonic asks me as he stares at me. I look at where he placed my hand then back into his eyes. I nod "So what?".

"That's what you do to me" he sighs out.

I'm speechless.

I get up and so did Sonic. "I'm sorry but I can't" I say as I start to walk pass Sonic. But Sonic stops me and pushes me to the nearest wall making my back hit against the wall making me grunt. He traps me with his extended arms making me not able to move. I look down avoiding his eyes. Sonic lifts up my head making our eyes lock.

"Please…" Sonic mutters.

I let out a tear and Sonic wipes it away with his thumb. "Let me explai-" I slap Sonic across the face then quickly push him away from me. I quickly run towards the door and go to the living room were there are a group of teens dancing to the beat of the song. I hide myself from Sonic then find Rouge kissing Knuckles at the corner. I start to walk towards them but see Sonic approaching them. I stop at my tracks and quickly walk back outside.

Sonics POV

I walk towards the love birds making out and lean on the wall facing them. "You know there's always a room for that" I say smirking. The two separated panting as Knuckles rubbed his nape embarrassed. Rouge fixes up her outfit then takes two drinks from the tray a waiter was offering. She hands a drink to Knuckles and keeps one for herself.

"Have you talked to Amy yet?" Rouge asks as she takes a sip form her drink. I cross my arms and nod. "But I lost her" I say. Knuckles punches me on the shoulder laughing. "Sonic the hedgehog loses a girl? ha classic"

"Haha" I coldly say back. "Anyways have you guys seen her?"

The two shake their head and I walk away looking for Amy in the crowd of people. Suddenly I hear a scream and a water splash. I turn my head to the scream and see that it's coming from the back. I run towards the scene and see many people crowding around and laughing. I find my away through the crowd and see Tikal and Sally standing near the edge of the pool looking into the water laughing. I look at the pool and see Amy struggling to stay up on the surface.

"What can't swim?" Sally says.

I quickly jump into the pool and hoist Amy up. She wraps her legs around my waist as my arms support her. Since I'm tall my feet can touch the ground and my head is still above water but since Amy is a bit shorter than me I have to help her stay above water. She wraps her arms around my neck and whispers into my ear. "Thank you" she says panting. I smile and nod.

"Pfft" I hear Sally say before she leaves and Tikal rolls her eyes and follows behind Sally. Everyone followed them and left me and Amy in the pool.

I walk towards the shallow part of the pool and place Amy at the edge of the pool. I'm standing in between her legs as my hands are placed on her waist. I wipe her drenched make up with my thumbs. "Amy I love you…" I say to her. She looks at me as she shakes her head. "No I mean it. What happened between me and Tikal wasn't something I wanted. She kissed me and I should have pushed her away quicker but I didn't and I regret that so bad". I lift Amy's head with my two hands and see her eyes watering. "I love you and not Tikal. I would never" I say as I place my head on her forehead. "Never do something that would hurt you".

I take my forehead off of hers and see her crying. My eyes soften as I feel pity. I made her like this. Broken. "I didn't mean to ignore you and not listen to your explanation" she cries out. "I-I was afraid that you still loved her and that you were just gonna throw me away".

I slowly shake my head and smile. "I would never do that to you".

"That week we were at my families mansion I realized that you make me happy. You fixed me."

A smile forms on Amys sad face and nods. "You make me whole too". Those words ring through my ears as I feel my heart pounding. I place my hand on Amys cheek and cares it. "So you don't need to wear heavy makeup and pretend to be something your not. You're perfect the way you are".

Then at that moment Amy smacks her lips on mine and I quickly respond back. Our lips moving in sync and I can feel the warmth of her lips on mine. Oh how I missed this feeling. We parted away panting. I place my forehead on hers and close my eyes. "You are the best thing that ever happened to me" I let out. I can feel Amy nodding and a smile forms on my face. I'm glad.

"Uh Sonic?" Amy says.

"Mhm?".

"Your still in the water"

I look down and see that I am still in the water. I chuckle which made Amy giggle. I smile and get out of the pool and sit beside Amy. The wind blows through the air giving it a nice breeze. It wasn't a cold night but actually a nice warm one. The air was refreshing.

I sneak my hands on top of Amys and she flinches but smiles. I look up to the sky and see that it's a starry night. "Look a shooting star" I pointed out into the sky. "Ooh make a wish!" Amy explains.

I look to Amy as she closes her eyes making a wish. I admire Amy's beauty and she opens her eyes. Our eyes meet as she tilts her head. "What?" she laughs. "Nothing" I say as I look back up to the sky. "What did you wish for?" I ask. "Well, I wished that what we have is something that will last for a long time". I smile and nod. I hope so too.

Our clothes are drenched and I suddenly feel the air getting cold. "Hey wanna go back to my place and change?" I ask. Amy nods and we get up and walk to my car and get inside. I start the engine and drive of.

We get inside my mansion and no ones home. We go into my room and open my drawers and toss Amy one of my hoodies. She catches the clothes and goes into the washroom. I take off my shirt and grab a pair of grey sweats. I put on the sweats and take my drench clothes and knock on the door.

"Amy you done?" I ask behind the door. Suddenly the door opens revealing Amy. I have to say she looks pretty cute in my hoodie. My hoodie goes just above her knees making it look like a dress. "Uh yea" she says starring at my torso. I chuckle and walk into the washroom placing my drenched clothes into the basket for laundry.

I turn and see Amy still starring at me. I raise an eyebrow and place my hands behind my head. "Anything you want to say?" I ask chuckling. She shakes her head then walks back into my room. She sits at the edge of my bed and swings her feet back and forth. Suddenly an idea pop in my head.

I walk towards her and stop right in front. She looks up confused. "Aaaaah" she screams out as I push her on the bed. I get on top of her using my knees to still carry me up including my hands. "Don't ever try to leave again" I seductively say into her ear. I watch as Amy smirks then rolls over so that she is now on top of me. "I would never" she whispers into my ear. She leans in as our lips were about to touch. Before our lips touched she smirks then pinches my cheeks like those old grandmas. "Ouch ouch ouch!" I cry out loud as I push Amy off of me.

Amy falls to the ground laughing as I sit straight up rubbing on the pinches areas on my cheeks. "Aw poor baby" Amy says as she pouts. I stick my tongue out at her as I quickly go to her and start tickling her. Amy laughs loudly struggling to push me off of her. "SONIC!" she screams as she continues to laugh. I stop and she pushes me of. I sit beside her laughing.

"Sorry to disturb you love birds"

I turn around to see Sonia standing right in front of me smirking. I get up and Amy follows my action. "Sonia!" I say. Sonia walks towards me and embraces me with a hug. I hug back and release her. "Nice to see you baby bro. You too Amy" Sonia says as she peeks behind me to face Amy.

"It's nice to see you too" Amy says back. "What are you doing back home already?" I ask curiously. "Well you and Amy left leaving me" She responds as she crosses her arms across her chest. I rub my nape and chuckle nervously "yea about that". "It's okay Sonic I understand" Sonia says. I raise an eyebrow. Does she know?. "We have something that we have to talk about tho". I nod "Sure what is it?".

"It's about mom".
