Steve McGarrett is airport fresh from his honeymoon when he decides to jump right back into work with his partner and new wife, Bailey. A car accident ensues hurting himself, Danny, and Bailey, costing her, her memories of her life with Steve.

Danny stays in the hospital to watch over Steve while he's on serious pain medication after recovering from an injury.

Steve and Catherine finally reach the next step in their relationship. But what's next for the two of them? There are some problems to come for the team. Will they be able to deal with that? Then also a desire for revenge, a big drug deal and some mysteries. Then Catherine suddenly has a problem and keeps it a secret. But the question is, what price does Steve have to pay for this?
